Is Erika a mafia princess? It’s alleged $25million was paid out and approved by Erika Jayne from her husband, Tom Girardi’s, law firm.

The lawsuit claims $14 million was charged on Erika’s American Express card and another $11 million was paid to her shopping vendors.

And so begins this weekend’s dramatic developments in the Girardi Keese bankruptcy case.

On Friday an amended claim was lodged with the court by the bankruptcy trustee.

In the action, described by EJ as beyond boring, it alleges $14million was charged on her American Express card and another $11 million was paid to shopping vendors.

Opps! - Tom Girardi Forgot to Tell the Bankruptcy Trustee about his alleged millions in secret bank accounts.

In the latest development in the RHoBH’s most lied-about saga, we have the Girardi’s again demonstrating their particular brand of truth.

The lawyer investigating the law firm’s bankruptcy says he found the mystery bank accounts that may contain millions to help pay back his victims.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, the trustee presiding over Girardi’s involuntary Chapter 7 case is asking for permission to obtain records from Chase and Citi Bank.

The bankruptcy trustee’s lawyer, Ronald Richardson, says the accounts “may lead to additional information which will not only help me have a clearer picture of the Debtor’s financial history, but may also help me determine whether any of the Debtor’s assets have been wrongfully diverted."

In the Edelson (Boeing Air crash 2017) civil suit, it calls Erika Jayne out for what the firm claims was “more than $25 million of her own expenses (that) were paid by Girardi Keese through the Girardi Family Enterprise.” That includes more than $14 million in American Express charges that were made by Erika on a Girardi Keese card issued to her by the Girardi Family Enterprise, as well as more than $11 million in vendor payments that the Girardi Family Enterprise made for her benefit through the law firm.The Edelson case says: “None of the payments were legitimate law firm expenses, but rather were made by the Girardi Family Enterprise through the scheme for Erika’s benefit.”

Sutton is back as our resident Elle Woods getting to the bottom of the Erika Jayne maze Legally Blonde-style.

And she’s taking no bull from Kyle Richards, who again is trying to make it all about her.

Super lawyer Tom Girardi was today been indicted for wire fraud, twice in two different states, California and Illinois.
Joining him is his former CFO, Christopher Kaman, who has been previously arrested, and his son-in-law lawyer David Lira.
In Chicago, the former super lawyer was indicted on eight counts of wire fraud. In Los Angeles, it’s five counts of wirefraud.
The California case alleges a loss of $15million. In Illinois, it’s $3million in losses from the Lion Air Case.
Now to Tom's memory issues, which will be soon deliberated upon by the Supreme Court.

Tom Girardi was ordered by a judge this month to undergo a mental competency evaluation.
It’s been reported the disgraced lawyer's health had been deteriorating for some time, and he was diagnosed with dementia by his own doctor back in 2020.
So the judge in LA has ordered an independent assessment of his health.

The Edelson case (Boeing Tiger Air, 2017, racketeering case) says: “None of the payments were legitimate law firm expenses, but rather were made by the Girardi Family Enterprise through the scheme for Erika’s benefit."

The $25 million in credit card charges and invoices that she sent to the firm for payment was used to hire her “glam squad,” talent professionals, and image consultants, and to allow her to project an image of obscene wealth by spending massive amounts of money.
Erika is being called a front-woman of a criminal enterprise.
