27 Feb 2023 | 224 – LinkedIn Tips for Introverts | 00:16:58
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen talks about making connections on LinkedIn as an introvert. Even if you’re an introvert, making connections doesn’t have to be hard. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Do you need help making LinkedIn connections as an introvert? This episode is for you. I know your struggles because I too identify as an introvert. There is a myth that I’d like to debunk. Many people think introverts are not confident. The truth is, they are super confident, only that they are never the first people to raise their hands. For introverts, one of the essential tools we need to have is a LinkedIn profile. People see your profile before they talk to you; in most cases, it makes your work easier. People already know who you are. The digital world we live in today is about personal brands. If your brand doesn’t stand out, people rarely find you; even if they do, they hesitate to work with you. LinkedIn is an excellent tool for building your brand. The other thing about LinkedIn is that introverts get to make one-on-one connections that they are good at. As you go about making your strategy, ensure it includes making connections with people. Have a list of at least 20-50 people you’d love to connect with, and every week connect with at least five people. Listen to this episode for more tips on building your brand and business using LinkedIn as an introvert.
Episode Spotlights:
Magical Quotes from the Episode: "Your LinkedIn profile is one of the most important pieces of real estate in your business is what comes up when people Google you, and people are googling you all the time." "Introverts tend to be good at one-on-one relationships." "The beautiful thing about LinkedIn is it allows us to connect to so many people." "Because you’re an introvert does not mean you’re not confident, it just means you’re not the first person to raise your hand."

16 Jan 2023 | 221 – How to Build Connections on LinkedIn | 00:17:35
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen discusses how to build connections on LinkedIn. You need to be building connections on LinkedIn, but they need to be the right connections. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Have you been receiving a lot of connection requests on LinkedIn? Deep down, your gut knows most of them are scams. In the long run, it’s hindering you from connecting with people because you fear being labelled a scam. I understand you! In the last episode, I shared how to build credibility. Today, I’d like us to put the credibility we’ve built to work by making connections. The journey to building connections on LinkedIn starts with building a network. You must create a group of people you want to surround you. These people can range from podcast hosts, CEOs, journalists, and others in your industry. Episode 205 expounds on the various relationships you need to have. I challenge you to make sure that you connect with five people weekly this year. As you look for people to connect with, I want you to refrain from playing small. Feel free to get in touch with influential people and work downward. Forget about going through the gatekeepers first. You’ll meet them somewhere along the way. For instance, you can connect with a CEO who connects you with his/her assistant for information or to book a meeting. Listen in to learn more about how to build LinkedIn connections.
Episode Spotlights:
Magical Quotes from the Episode: “Networking/talking to people is what’s going to build your business. Nobody will invest in your highest ticket opportunities before they talk to you.” “The beauty of LinkedIn is not the algorithm and the reach, which I get asked a lot about. It’s in the connections.” “When I say to you start connecting at the top level, you have to feel and believe and truly understand that you are worthy of connecting with these the most influential people in your industry.”

15 May 2023 | 235 – 2 Actionable Tips to Getting Over Call Reluctancy | 00:14:19
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen shares 2 actionable tips to getting over call reluctancy. Do you have fear of jumping on phone calls? Here are 2 tips on how to overcome that fear! #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Do you have moments when you know you should be hopping on calls with people but don’t seem to have the necessary courage to do it? That’s called call reluctance. It is common with many of us, and most of the time, it is the block between us and the next high ticket that we’ve been eyeing. Today is the day we bid farewell to this syndrome. In this episode, I share two actionable tips to help you feel at ease when makings. The first thing you should do is practice your pitch. Before you hop on a call with anyone, make sure you practice the pitch, and you are comfortable with it. You can do it in front of a mirror or with someone close to you. The second thing you can do is make use of a script. This sounds a bit controversial, considering I don’t advocate for scripts. I recommend having some bullet points to help you through the call. Don’t go for a word-to-word script. It might make you lose your authenticity. Once you are on the call, find a warm way of starting the conversation. It can be as simple as complimenting the other person on the amazing work they are doing. You can point out what you love about their work. For instance, if they have a podcast, you can share the episode you enjoyed the most. Listen to learn more.

This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. 26 Dec 2022 | 218 – My Push-Pull Relationship with AI on LinkedIn | 00:21:40
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen discusses her perspective on using AI on LinkedIn. AI means automation, but is automation always good? #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Have you ever searched for something online, then before you know it, your socials are flooded with the item you were looking for? That’s the power of AI! Unfortunately, it gets irritating because it fills up your feed. On LinkedIn, have you realized how sometimes people want to connect with you, and they send you endless messages once you connect and even if you ignore them, they keep sending? Those people are using AI on LinkedIn! AI is automation. It saves us a tone of time, but unfortunately, sometimes, it can burn our brands to ashes. People have reached out to me for help rebuilding their LinkedIn profiles after the site blocked them. At times I’m tempted to ask them whom they have been spamming. One of the things that LinkedIn dislikes is AI tools that spam its users. I love AI and how easy it makes my life, but I’m learning that it can make our lives quite unbearable if not well utilized. Imagine using AI for lead generation. You get 40 leads, but none of them converts into a sale. You will have wasted 40 hours on calls only to find out none of them is ready to work with you. How would you feel? My goal with this podcast is to help you have your fully booked calendar with productive leads. As we go through 2023, you need to do one thing. Define how you want to be seen. Do you want to be seen like the spammers that like message after message after message, even if you don’t respond? Or do you want to be the person who does outreach in this warm and personable way? One of the LinkedIn AI tools I highly recommend is Crystal Knows. This tool helps you understand your prospects, what they like, how to talk to them and what to avoid. It saves you a load of time and makes you look good in the eyes of your prospects. Listen to learn more.
Episode Spotlights:
Magical Quotes from the Episode: “Your brand gets hurt when people get all the spam from you.” “With the strategies and a system that I’ve created, you never, ever have to do cold outreach on LinkedIn.” “I don’t care how creative you are with your messaging. We know when it’s canned.”

28 Nov 2022 | 214 – How to Transition to the Next Level with PR and Publicity | 00:21:21
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen discusses building credibility through PR. Want to build credibility but don’t know where to start? This episode’s for you! #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:I have been looking at the incredible women we have in our program, and one thing that stood out in all of them is they are all transitioning in one way or another. We have some with six-figure businesses, and they are transitioning to seven-figures. We have had different strategies to help them get there. One of the strategies we have been using is PR and publicity. Today I share how to transition to the next level with PR and publicity. Publicity comes in two ways; paid and earned media. Whenever some of us hear of paid media, negativity crops in immediately. Come on; paid media is not a bad thing! It is an amazing way of building credibility. A high percentage of successful people use this approach in their businesses. The opportunities from this form of media are enough to help you transition to the next level. Paid media comes in many shapes and forms. Some people pay to feature in magazines, tv shows, podcasts etc. While others choose to become sponsors for events or magazines. When we talk about earned media, it is all about credibility. I recognized years ago that credibility is the fastest way to build a lucrative business. Unfortunately, most people want to sit and wait for credibility to find them, but you must work for it. Unlike paid media, with earned media, you do not pay for it. Earned media is an alternative to paid media. If you do not have it on your marketing plan, you need to add it as soon as possible. This type of media entails showing up as an expert, an influencer, and somebody whose opinions can be respected. I challenge you to connect with podcasters and journalists for a few hours weekly. By the end, you will have booked some interviews, which means your credibility will go up since you will rank on Google if the hosts do a good job. The more pages you have on Google, the better it is for you. When people want to hire you, the first thing they do is drop your name on Google and look at your credibility. If you are ranking, they will not hesitate to hire you. Listen to this episode to learn more.

Magical Quotes from the Episode:“Paying for media is not always a bad thing. You don’t need to tell people if you paid for it.” “Earned media doesn't mean sit back and wait till you earn it. It means go out and look for it.”

Instead, focus your time, energy, and finances on what can rapidly bring you new clients. The aim is clear: do what you love, do what you're amazing at, and become a wealthy woman of influence. To achieve this, think bigger. Draw in higher-ticket clients. Delegate tasks that take you out of your zone of genius. You deserve that! You're invited to reach out, share your thoughts, spread the word about this podcast, and help more women succeed. Remember: No more procrasti- training! Your journey towards being a wealthy woman of influence begins today.

The creator mode profile gives you some special powers that, if you make good use of your brand, will grow. For instance, if you are a podcaster, you can use the LinkedIn newsletter to inform your audience about a new episode you just released. In return, your audience grows, the number of downloads goes up, and you can connect with more people who could be of value to your podcast. You must be wondering how to turn on the creator mode on your profile. Relax, it is easy peasy. From your LinkedIn profile, go to resources and check if creator mode is activated. If not, activate it. LinkedIn will ask you to do several things, like inputting the hashtags to make it easier for them to show your content to your target audience. This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. Donna Cravotta is the CEO and Founder of Cravotta Media Group and the creator of the Mix Tape-brand story reels, BeVisible.club a group learning community, and The Real 50 over 50, a visibility project featuring 50+ women who are quietly making a difference. After years of creating marketing strategies and building customized online platforms, Donna saw a recurring theme. Clients had gaps in their own stories. They left out parts of the journey that got them to where they are today. This gap created a disconnect in their work and in their marketing. So she flipped her own story, spent a year learning how to redesign 40 years of experience to help entrepreneurs, and now her focus is on guiding clients as they pull together all of the parts to their stories and mix tried and true strategies with new technology to be visible and connect with their perfect audiences. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Donna has been sharing her wealth of knowledge on building authentic connections, the ethical use of AI in branding, and the often-overlooked importance of listening on social media. Today, I want to summarize the key takeaways from our enlightening conversations with Donna. Building Authentic Connections: Donna has repeatedly stressed the paramount importance of authenticity in personal branding. She's emphasized how showing up as your true self on social media platforms is a game-changer. Genuine human connections, both online and offline, play a pivotal role in growing your personal brand and, by extension, your business. Using AI Ethically: We delved deep into the ethical considerations of using AI in personal branding. Donna shared some incredible insights into the opportunities AI presents for content creation and automation. However, she made it crystal clear that maintaining a human touch is non-negotiable. Donna's message is clear: never compromise authenticity when leveraging AI tools to elevate your personal brand. The Importance of Listening on Social Media: One of the standout topics from our discussions was the often-overlooked social media strategy of listening. Donna has drawn from her wealth of experience and shared her strategies for engaging your audience by actively listening to their needs and concerns. It's all about identifying your ideal clients, understanding their pain points, and using that knowledge to tailor your content and approach. Conclusion: Donna Cravotta's expertise in personal branding and social media has been a treasure trove of knowledge for those looking to build a thriving personal brand. So, remember, my friends, that authenticity, ethical use of AI, and active listening are the cornerstones of creating meaningful connections and propelling your personal brand to new heights. Whether you're new to LinkedIn or looking to polish your existing profile, these five steps will help you maximize your presence and leverage LinkedIn to its fullest potential. Episode Highlights 1. Optimize Your Featured Section Why It's Important: The featured section is a prime spot to showcase your most important content. It's a visual highlight reel of your professional achievements and key resources. How to Use It: Add links to your website, PDFs, recent podcasts, or a call-to-action like booking a call with you. Keep it focused with only 2-3 items to avoid overwhelming viewers. 2. How to Do It: Make sure your URL includes your name, not your business name, to maintain a personal touch. Simple instructions can be found with a quick Google search. 3. Give and Receive Endorsements and Recommendations Why It's Important: Endorsements and recommendations build credibility and enhance your profile's visibility in LinkedIn searches. How to Do It: Take time to endorse skills and write recommendations for others. This not only helps them but often results in reciprocal endorsements for you. Focus on endorsing skills you want to be known for. 4. Utilize the Services Section Why It's Important: Listing your services helps potential clients quickly understand what you offer and makes your profile searchable for those services. How to Do It: If you have LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Premium, you can detail your services more extensively. At a minimum, ensure your core services are listed. 5. Reconnect with Your Network Why It's Important: Reconnecting with past contacts can lead to new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. How to Do It: Regularly review your connections and reach out to individuals with whom you've lost touch. Personalize your messages and look for mutual benefits. Action Steps Featured Section: Add or update your LinkedIn featured section today. URL Customization: Ensure your LinkedIn URL is customized with your name. LinkedIn Endorsements and Recommendations: Write two recommendations and endorse five skills today. Services Section: Update and optimize your services section. This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich lays out the unique Empowerer Entrepreneurs Style. Being an Empowerer means you have strong vision and you know how to inspire others. While great at motivating others, don’t forget the importance of balancing inspiration with clear, actionable information. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Hello there and welcome to another empowering episode where we continue to delve deep into understanding the unique LinkedIn Success Styles. Today we focus on the Empowerer entrepreneurial style, known for their visionary, inspiring, and strong leadership. Our Empowerer friends out there are true powerhouses of motivation. They master the art of storytelling and utilize this skill to create heartfelt and inspiring narratives. But while it's necessary to motivate others, let's not forget the importance of balancing inspiration with clear, actionable information. Your powerful stories are indeed moving, but it's equally crucial to make your approach data-driven and straightforward. Balancing inspirational content with actionable advice, maintaining authenticity, and occasionally sharing the less glamorous aspects of your business can all contribute towards overcoming the challenges you may face with your LinkedIn strategy. Being a leader also means being open and sometimes vulnerable. While it might not always be comfortable or suitable for all scenarios, sharing personal stories and experiences requires a certain level of openness. You need to strike the right balance, maintaining your authenticity while handling the pressure of continually producing inspiring content. Always remember, your charisma is your superpower, but you also need to keep your ego in check. As a leader, you're in the spotlight, and it can be easy for your ego to creep in unnoticed. Keep a grounded mindset and understand that your vision is always bigger than you. Consistency is key - be consistent with your ideas and plans to ensure your message doesn't get lost. Handling criticism is an inevitable part of being in the public eye. Take every piece of feedback as a chance to grow. And don't forget about self-care and self-promotion; they're integral to your journey as a powerful motivator. In our success styles journey, we've associated a crystal with each style to aid your success. For our Empowerers, that crystal is Lapis Lazuli. Known for stimulating wisdom and good judgment, enhancing communication, and encouraging honesty of the spirit, Lapis Lazuli aligns perfectly with your need for authenticity and integrity in your inspiring journey. In summary, we have reflected on the amazing strengths of Empowerers, understanding how you can utilize these in your LinkedIn and PR strategies to build your business. We've addressed the mindset challenges you may face and talked about how you can handle criticism and the importance of self-care. We've also introduced Lapis Lazuli, a crystal perfectly aligned with your empowering entrepreneurial spirit, that can help attract more abundance and success. All the challenges we've discussed are stepping stones to your success. Remember, I'm here to support you. 15 Apr 2024 | 277 – Mastering the Mindset: Turning "No One's Hiring Me" into "They're Ready to Say Yes" on LinkedIn | 00:23:52
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich discusses the mindset and strategy that you need on LinkedIn. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! About the Episode:In this episode I talk about something near and dear to my heart: mindset and strategy in the ever-changing world of business, especially here in 2024. You know, I'm a big believer in the power of human connection, and that's something we're going to explore deeply today. I've been hearing a lot of chatter lately about how the energy in 2024 is different, and I couldn't agree more. It's all about adapting and pivoting our strategies to keep up with these changes. Now, let's talk about something that many of us have experienced: frustration. You're putting in the work, making those LinkedIn connections, having those collaboration calls, but sometimes, it feels like you're not seeing the results you want. But here's the thing: it's all about mindset. Instead of dwelling on what's not happening, let's shift our focus to the abundance of opportunities that are waiting for us. Building genuine relationships with intention and strategy is key. It's not about pushing for a sale, but rather about creating connections that lead to meaningful opportunities. And yes, it takes time and patience, especially in those high-ticket sales processes. But trust me, it's worth it. So, let's stay aligned with our high-value offerings and truly understand the needs of our clients. Authenticity is key here. And remember, those waiting periods? They're not setbacks; they're opportunities to nurture relationships and reframe our perspectives. Until next time, keep shining your light and embracing the abundance that surrounds you.

This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen gives you permission to beat your own drum. We often feel weird beating our own drum. But sometimes, you just have to. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! About the Episode:My friend Suzie has a fantastic love deck that I use daily. Last, I picked a card that read, "give yourself permission to beat to your own drum." That card got me thinking of how often we refrain from doing something beneficial to us just because we are worried about other people's opinions. In this episode, I permit you to beat your drum. Not everyone will love the beats, but it will differentiate you from the crowd. When I started in the online world, I was teaching social media. Having to learn how different platforms work was not a cake party. I decided to niche down to LinkedIn. Many people thought that my move would affect my business negatively. Look at me now. I am beating to my drum, and the results are undeniably good. Here are three tips to help you give yourself permission to beat to your drum:
Think about the people that are looking for you. They are tired of the status quo. They want something different, and it's upon you to make it easy for them to find you. Listen to hear more.

Magical Quotes from the Episode: "When we do what everybody else is doing, we get what everyone else is getting." "The more I started to beat to my own drum, the more business." "If you don't stand out, you are lost, and no one is going to be able to find you."

23 Jan 2023 | 222 – The Subtle Art of Having Conversations on LinkedIn | 00:18:03
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen discusses why you should be having conversations on LinkedIn. Need a framework of how to have conversations on LinkedIn? This episode is for you. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Linda Lambert said one good conversation can shift the direction of change forever. In this episode, I share the third part of our framework, conversations. I know the introverts in the house are already developing cold feet, but don’t you fret. I have simple action plans that will help you gain the courage to start having conversations with your LinkedIn connections and, in turn, help you build your business wealth. One of the things I love about conversations is the fact that they could change your lives forever. One conversation can open doors that you never knew existed. Imagine getting on a call with someone who connects with amazing people who could use your services. Wouldn’t that be amazing? Before you jump on a call with any of your connections, I’d like you to appreciate that you need to have the right mindset and be as genuine as possible. It will not be easy in the beginning, but with time, you gain the muscle to do it effortlessly. The other thing you can do to have more conversations is to recognize reconnections. Take time and look at your connections list; identify the people who have been there but haven’t made any connection with them. Book calls with them. You may never know what will come from that. Listen in. I share how to have conversations with your LinkedIn connections.
Episode Spotlights:
Magical Quotes from the Episode: “The wealth in your business comes from conversations.” “The best way to get good at this is just keep doing it. Just keep doing it.”

27 Nov 2023 | 262 – Do Your Clients Even Know if You’re a Real Person? with Karen Yankovich | 00:15:26
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich shares how to leverage AI while maintaining the human touch. People are starting to wonder if they’re even interacting with real people. Here’s how to maintain that human touch! #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Wow have my views on artificial intelligence (AI) and digital marketing have transformed! If you would've asked me a year ago, I would've told you AI isn't my thing. But now? I'm all about it, and how it can make my She's LinkedUp training programs even smoother! But let's make one thing clear: The human touch in what I do, especially steering clear from LinkedIn spamming, is irreplaceable. Yes, I'm intrigued by AI's level up in content creation, customer service, and personalizing user experiences, but injecting authentic-you in your content? That's how you make noise in a sea of AI-crafted content. I’m hearing people concerned that the interactions they’re having are even with real people! Can you believe we’re in a world where we have to assure that? In every bit of content you put out there, weave in your stories, your perspectives, your feelings. Making your audience feel a connection with you is the mark of successful content. With authenticity comes trust, and with the AI wave getting stronger, it's essential to portray a genuine persona in all your marketing endeavors. I always emphasize the power of emotional intelligence in creating rapport in your marketing game. There's a dark side to relying too much on AI. I see AI as a starter tool, a handy assistant, but never a crutch. Content comes alive in the human dance of words and feelings, and AI can't do that dance for you. Relationships built on human interactions are genuine, and AI simply can't emulate that essence. Throughout this podcast episode, I reassure you that even while playing with various AI tools, I'm committed to authenticity, maintaining that Karen touch that you know and love.

03 Jul 2023 | 242 – Micro-Targeting and Flipping the Funnel: How to Land High-Value Contracts on LinkedIn | 00:14:47
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich shares how to land high-value contracts on Linkedin. Get ready to learn how to micro-target and flip the funnel! #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Today we're diving into a powerful strategy for generating leads and landing high-value contracts on LinkedIn. It's all about micro-targeting and flipping the funnel. Let me share an inspiring success story with you. One of my clients embraced micro-targeting and achieved incredible results. We discussed the importance of building genuine relationships on LinkedIn and how it's essential to warm up your approach when aiming for six-figure contracts. You see, you can't just cold call people and expect them to sign on the dotted line. But with a nice warm strategy, it becomes possible. So my client had a few calls lined up and multiple discussions and email exchanges in progress. I asked her about her recent call, and she said it was amazing. She was going to provide recommendations and had other potential opportunities lined up. She still had follow-up work to do and more people to reach out to. This is where micro-targeting comes into play. Instead of blasting out generic cold messages to everyone, my client personalized her connection requests and focused on a select group of potential leads. By doing so, she initiated conversations and intrigued them, allowing for continued dialogue. Now, they're the ones eager to know more about her services. It's all about creating warm, confident connections that lead to substantial contracts. You might be wondering how this works on LinkedIn, where you're connecting with people you don't know. Well, LinkedIn is all about business-to-business networking. When you approach it with a warm and confident mindset, targeting the biggest opportunities, you can build a highly successful business. This is what I mean by flipping the funnel and micro-targeting. I want to see more women become wealthy influencers who can make a difference in the world. Having financial freedom opens up more choices and opportunities. That's why I've created the "She's Linked Up" program. Our goal is to guide every woman who joins us on the path to becoming a wealthy woman of influence. If you're curious to experience the transformation and join a community of amazing women, let's talk. Just head over to my website, karenyankovich.com/call, and schedule a call with me. Candy’s journey from corporate to empowering leaders and using human design is super inspiring. She’s all about aligning personal and professional growth and bringing a heart-centered approach to leadership. What is Human Design? So, what exactly is human design? It’s this fascinating system that combines astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and the Chakras to map out our unique energy types. There are five main types – Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. Each one of us fits into one of these categories. I dive into my own journey with human design. I’ve always loved astrology and the mystical stuff, but human design felt especially validating and just clicked with my experiences. Challenges for Projectors in Business Projectors, like me, are supposed to wait for invitations, which can be tricky in a business world where you’re expected to go-get-go! Candy shares how projectors can become so magnetic and visible that invitations naturally come their way. It’s about creating a strong personal brand and showcasing your expertise. I chat about the challenge of balancing lead generation with waiting for invitations. Magnetic Marketing and the Energy of Visibility We talk about how marketing has changed. Techniques like webinars and Facebook ads just don’t cut it anymore. I share my take on using LinkedIn and PR to create a magnetic profile that draws clients in naturally. And guess what? I’ve started a new initiative called the Energy of Visibility to help professionals harness their energy to attract opportunities effortlessly. Navigating the Changing Energies Candy talks about the massive global energy shifts happening as we move from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. This new cycle emphasizes divine feminine qualities like intuition and individualized success, requiring a fresh approach to leadership. Practical Steps for Projectors Candy advises projectors to figure out where they’re feeling depleted and find ways to refill their tanks. It’s all about self-care, setting boundaries, and prioritizing well-being. Projectors, it’s time to get visible and share your truth! Don’t wait for an invite – let your voice be heard on social platforms. Stay aligned and resourceful so you’re ready to grab the right opportunities when they come your way. The Future of Leadership and Business Candy emphasizes the need to adapt to these new energies with leadership styles that prioritize well-being and alignment. We discuss how crucial it is for lightworkers and healers to step into leadership roles and build visibility to make a broader impact.

24 Apr 2023 | 232 – 3 Tips on How to Deal with Toxic People Online | 00:15:20
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen shares 3 tips on how to deal with toxic people online. How should you deal with toxic people online? Here’s how. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Let’s be honest; have you ever met toxic people online? Have you been trolled on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok? Chances are, you have! The online space is more polarized than before. We do not have gray spaces. If you don’t agree with someone or someone doesn’t agree with you, they’re right, and you’re wrong. In this episode, I share three actionable tips that will make dealing with trolls easier. These tips are easy yet functional. When you are trolled, always take time to try to understand that person’s behavior and why it triggers you. Doing so will give you a moment of self-reflection to see what you can improve on. The first thing to do when trolled is to thank the toxic person. Truth be told, as much as we hate what they did, they have a different perspective on the conversation. Thank them for taking the time to give their point of view. You may also consider engaging them to understand where they are coming from. The second thing is to ignore them: Depending on how the conversation goes and the magnitude of their toxicity. You can choose to ignore them. Just let them be. The third thing you can do is block them: I know people can be cruel out here. If you feel like their toxicity is too much on you, always use the block option available on all social media platforms. If you are on a social media group like Facebook or LinkedIn, you can block them from the community, and if you do not have the rights, feel free to reach out to the moderator. Also, you can report them to the social platform. Listen in to learn more.
Episode Spotlights:
Magical Quotes from the Episode: “If you look at somebody and all of their reviews are five-star reviews, then it’s all BS.” “Your online space is your playground; you get to decide who gets to be there.” “We can’t control anything that’s outside of our own body and our mind.” “When you are exuding love and joy and peace, you’re going to attract more of that, and you can it’s going to be easier for you to just kind of like put the invisible wall up to the trolls and toxicity.”

31 Jul 2023 | 246 – LinkedIn and PR Strategies for Relators: Leveraging Your Natural Superpower | 00:23:45
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich dives into The Realtor LinkedIn Success Style! Relators cherish authenticity, value building deep connections, and have the incredible ability to make others feel comfortable and drawn to their warmth. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:In today's episode, we're diving into the LinkedIn Success Style known as "The Relator." If you find yourself resonating with this description, you're someone who cherishes authenticity, values building deep connections, and has the incredible ability to make others feel comfortable and drawn to your warmth. The strength of The Relator lies in their capacity to connect with people on a profound, genuine level. And let me tell you, LinkedIn is the perfect platform for Relators to leverage their natural abilities and achieve massive success. By being true to themselves and showcasing their authentic personality in conversations, posts, and comments, Relators can establish trust and rapport with their network like no other. My advice for Relators is to be selective with their network, identifying potential clients, partners, collaborators, and journalists who cover topics in their area of expertise. Regularly staying in touch with existing connections, endorsing their skills, and writing recommendations are fantastic strategies for maintaining warm and thriving relationships. Now, when it comes to PR strategies, building personal relationships with the media is absolutely crucial. Relators can share personal experiences and stories that resonate with journalists, leading to potential features and interviews that significantly boost their credibility. Nevertheless, Relators may encounter challenges, especially when they prioritize relationships over business objectives. It's important for them to set boundaries, learn to say no, and maintain professionalism while still nurturing their empathetic nature. To infuse positive energy into their strategy, I suggest Relators leverage the power of the Rose Quartz crystal. This stone of universal love can help foster even deeper connections, remind them to love themselves, and maintain a balanced approach to relationships. In our “She’s LinkedUp" program, I help Relators and other LinkedIn Success Styles become wealthy women of influence. By embracing their authentic connections and leveraging their strengths, they can elevate their LinkedIn strategy to new heights. This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen talks about the power of centers of influence. What is a center of influence? Read on to learn more. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:A lot of the time, we think of famous influencers as the people who will have the most power. Sometimes, however, the most impact can come from the smaller, niche audiences. For your business, it’s important to have magnetic marketing strategy where people come to you versus you always going to them. This begins with finding the people with the right centers of influence. A center of influence is any group a person has influence over. Instead of seeking out big influencers who have big centers of influence, seek out smaller influencers. They often have a greater connection with their audience. When seeking out centers of influence, remember that it’s not about how many centers you have. It’s all about going deep into the centers of influence you’re a part of. Go deep, not wide. Ready to connect with influencers? Learn how here!

About the Episode:How credible are you? This is one question that sends chills down many people's spines. Let's be honest for a moment, do you like it when people question your credibility? Credibility is one of the best things a brand can have. A credible brand wins the day all the time. Many of us still need to learn how to go about building our credibility. In this episode, I share three easy tips to help you build credibility and help your brand stand out from your competition. Build your LinkedIn Profile: If you are not on LinkedIn, you miss many things. Your competitors have the time of their lives with clients you could be serving. One of the best things you should do for your brand after listening to this episode is to create a LinkedIn profile that is irresistible to your target audience. Make it about them. Media: I cannot insist enough on how much media boosts your credibility. You can make use of paid or earned media. Have a budget for paid media and a monthly plan to appear on earned media like podcasts, magazine interviews, etc. Check out this episode with Rhonda Swan for more information. Testimonials and Recommendations: To boost your credibility a notch higher, you need to become a collector of testimonials. When someone says something nice about what you do, use it as a testimonial (with their permission). Be bold and ask people for testimonials. Also, ensure you have them on your LinkedIn and your website. LinkedIn carries more weight. Would you like to hear more? Listen to this episode.

This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich shares what’s going on behind the scenes with the She’s LinkedUp Program. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Let me take you on a ride through the incredible evolution of our coaching program. From early struggles to finding success on LinkedIn, we've faced challenges, made pivotal shifts, and grown tremendously. Transitioning from an evergreen model to cohorts was a game-changer, fostering a sense of community among our clients. Recognizing the need for more personalized support, we introduced a pilot program with more done-for-you services, significantly impacting our clients' success. The recent addition of the Self-Mastery Program addresses the need for a self-paced option. It's nerve-wracking, but we're excited to provide a stepping stone for those not ready for the full program. Ownership of intellectual property became a focal point – our clients should own their success. We clarified this, emphasizing empowerment. Being a CEO means balancing client service and profitability. It's a juggling act, and I embrace the role as we continue to grow. Explore our programs, share your thoughts on social media, and leave us audio messages. This is a community, and your voice matters. It's not just about coaching; it's about creating more wealthy women, empowering them for more choices, impact, and success. Thanks for being part of this incredible journey. Can't wait to see what comes next!

21 Nov 2022 | 213 – How the Online Marketing World is Evolving with Lynn Rivest | 00:36:09
This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, guest Lynn Rivest and Karen Yankovich discuss how the online marketing world is evolving. Lynn Rivest is an Online Business Strategist helping solo entrepreneurs focus on what matters most in their business to make it flourish. #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:Today, Lynn Rivest joins me on the show for an eye-opening episode on how the online marketing world is evolving. She is an Online Business Strategist helping solo entrepreneurs focus on what matters most in their business to make it flourish. Lynn is a tough lover. She will tell you the truth and let you decide what you want to do with it. I have Lynn on my team, and I can tell you she is such a gem. The online marketing world is evolving with every dawning day. What worked a few years back might no longer work today. The Covid Pandemic has allowed us to see how much we have lost the human touch in how we do business. AI is taking over, and people are tired of automation. For instance, some years back, people created a course once, and they would sell it over and over with live sessions. Today, people want to have live sessions with the course creators. They want to feel the human connection between them. You need to offer a human-to-human relationship to avoid running out of business soon. Old tricks are foundations, but we must embrace new ways of doing things. In marketing, we see a lot of changes. People only want quality. Quantity has no place in the current marketplace. As an entrepreneur, you must look at your marketing strategies to see if quality is winning over quantity and if your messaging has a human touch. According to Lynn. Unlike some years back, the noise in the marketing world is so loud that you must find a way to communicate with your audience away from the noise. In this episode, Lynn shares some mistakes to avoid if we want to succeed in online marketing. She also shares some gems to help us transition to the next level of our business. Listen in and learn.

Magical Quotes from the Episode: “Even when, you’re good at helping somebody do one thing, you’ll fall back on doing those things yourself. It’s just natural.” “Finding the people right for you, is that you need to be even more clear and specific, then you ever had to before.” “There’s always going to be something pulling us away in some way. That seems like a good idea for our business.” “It is practically impossible to have a launch that is a six-figure launch when you don’t have an audience to support it.” “If you’re doing something that is higher quality, meaning you’re not selling, you know, the $27 product, you’re not, you’re not among many on the shelf, like you’re not a commodity in that way. You want to connect with certain people over the masses.”

About the Episode:In episode 261 of the Good Girls Get Rich podcast, I had the fantastic pleasure of talking shop with Bridget Brady – the dynamic founder and CEO of Amp Up My Biz. It was fascinating delving into Bridget’s diverse background. This powerhouse has travelled the world and worked across many industries, but it was in the field of Information Technology where she truly excelled. She genuinely did win bright lights and the big city, going from the corporate world to launching her own digital marketing firm. It has been quite a ride! Despite the sparkle of success now, Bridget and I dug deep and talked candidly about her "Phoenix" moment – the flaring fires of losing her job, home and relationship which forced her to rise from the ashes and pave her own path. She fondly reflected on the year of entrepreneurial exploration that followed as she hunted for what truly thrilled her. And to everyone's delight (not least her own!), she found her passion in a place she hadn't expected - the vast and transformative world of social media strategies. Our conversation roved over our shared digital communication expertise, exploring the beautiful harmony of our seemingly varied work. While I LOVE showing the world how to leverage LinkedIn to generate crazy profits, Bridget and her team at Amp Up My Biz have got your back on all things marketing - from stunning website design and development to effective email marketing. In the tail end of the chat, Bridget imparted sage advice on how you should handle Twitter's chameleon-like transition phase. Her golden tip? Stay the course with your current strategies till we get a sense of where the platform is headed. Bridget will be hosting a 90-minute webinar enlightening us on advanced social media strategies. It's sure to be a resource-packed treasure trove, and needless to say, you don't want to miss this boat! In a nutshell, our conversation was a deep dive into the exhilarating journey of entrepreneurship and, of course, the behemoth that is social media marketing. Remember, lovelies, if you want to make your fortune, you've got to get social!

This week’s episode of Good Girls Get Rich is brought to you by Uplevel Media CEO and LinkedIn expert, Karen Yankovich. In this episode, Karen Yankovich explores the dynamic duo between content creation and SEO. Want AI to help you with content creation and SEO? Here are some prompts you can use! #GoodGirlsGetRich We want to hear your thoughts on this episode! Leave us a message on Speakpipe or email us at info@karenyankovich.com.
About the Episode:In the previous episode, I shared my initial skepticism towards AI, despite being a tech geek. However, as I started experimenting with it, I realized how much of a time-saver it can be. So, today, we're diving deeper into the topic of LinkedIn and AI, specifically focusing on content strategies. Before we proceed, I want to emphasize the importance of fact-checking and adding your personal touch to AI-generated content. While AI can be a fantastic tool, it's crucial to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information it provides. So, don't just spit out content without reviewing and refining it to align with your brand and voice. Now, let's talk about content generation. I view AI and ChatGPT as the answer to the dreaded blank page syndrome. If you ever find yourself struggling to come up with ideas for posts or articles on LinkedIn, AI can be a game-changer. Here are some prompts you can use with chat GPT to generate engaging content:
Remember, once you have generated these content ideas using ChatGPT, consider batching your content creation. Spend some dedicated time creating a Google Drive folder where you can store all your content. This will allow you to schedule your LinkedIn posts in advance, ensuring a consistent presence on the platform. For those of you who are part of our LinkedUp program, keep an eye out for more AI strategies integrated into our curriculum. If you're interested in learning how to leverage AI effectively and build a magnetic LinkedIn strategy, I invite you to schedule a call with me. Just visit karenyankovich.com/call to book a time that works for you. To access a downloadable PDF with all the chat GPT prompts mentioned in this episode, simply visit karenyankovich.com/240download. Remember, AI is a powerful tool that can save you time and elevate your LinkedIn presence. Embrace AI as a game-changer and time-saver in your LinkedIn content strategy.
