In his most recent challenge he took on the ‘Welsh Three Peaks’ and became the first person to run the route climbing Snowdon in North Wales, Cadair Idris in Mid Wales and Pen-Y-Fan in South Wales and running between them. The route was around 235km’s with 8500m of assent.

The triple crown is made up of Tahoe 200, Bigfoot  200 and the final jewel in the crown The Moab 240, a race considered by many people the toughest in the sport.

Will Robinson is an Ultra endurance athlete from Bristol, who has taken on plenty of incredible endurance challenges over the years, including recently running 200 miles around a 480 meter park in Bristol.

During the challenge Will experienced the worst pain he’s ever felt, was deprived of sleep and, as we all do got slightly over excited at the start, meaning that things started to unravel towards the end of the challenge.
 
With that said Wills ‘Why’ kept him moving forward and in completing the challenge he managed to raise enough money for his friend (also) Will to receive a life changing piece of equipment after his life was changed in an accident. That and so much more in this conversation with someone that really wants to inspire YOU to get out of the door.

From a swimming background, Chloe Dooley only discovered triathlon two and a half years ago when she entered and won her first event. Since then she has gone from strength to strength, she is the British Aquathlon champion and this year decided to close her season by toeing the line at Ironman Barcalona 70.3.

Going into the event Chloe would have been ecstatic with a top age group finish, but 5K into the run took first place and held on to win her first Ironman Middle distance event. Certainly a name to watch out for in the future.

She also recently joined us at Cheshire 10K winning the race over all and dedicating the victory to a collage teammate who was sadly murdered.

Deo shares his incredible journey of running from Cape Town to London, to tell the story of Human migration. He discusses the challenges faced during his run, including extreme weather, wildlife encounters, and a harrowing arrest in South Sudan.

In this conversation, which is the first of two parts, Ben and Deo recount the African leg of the journey, from its beginning in South Africa to Christmas in his home of Uganda, a reroute due to a failed border crossing and how his arrest, which for many would have marked the end of a journey gave him no other option but to finish. 

He reflects on the importance of understanding migration and the shared experiences of those who migrate, emphasising the beauty of humanity and the connections formed during his journey.
