Meet Latrice Bankhead, Dual MS, MHA - VISIONARY & DREAM CATCHER - Author & Owner of Club Z! Tutoring of West Sacramento. She's a walking inspiration and I'm immensely grateful to elevate her voice and bring her goodness your way, #LEADERS!

Latrice is one of my GREAT friends. We’ve known each other since the start of our career and thankfully reunited last year. She is such a bright light in this world.

She is an author of children’s books and fantasy fiction young adult novels, and owner of Club Z! Tutoring West Sacramento, an in-home tutoring service focused on supporting our children as they reacclimate to our post-pandemic world and catch up on learning curves that were disrupted.

She is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, who values the beauty of discovery and uncovering layers of truths - the why behind the why. Her non-traditional educational path led to three master’s degrees, not because she loved academic institutions but the doors it opened to worlds and places she wouldn’t have otherwise explored.

As part of her legacy, she wants people to remember that she dared to make a difference in things that she saw that weren’t right. She left my mark in this world by trying to heal those who came after her through words and gifting others the ability to learn so that they can open windows and doors for themselves that would otherwise be closed.

In this episode you'll hear us covering a variety of topics including:

As you hopefully learned when you tuned-in to episodes 1 - 2 - and 3 in this series – Bob and I partner in Growth Consulting as a part of the changeforce management consulting firm. Our combined experience allows us to help clients grow healthfully instead of just win or worse off – just lose!

Jennifer Brown – one of our changeforce colleagues – is also Founder of Jennifer Brown Speaks. She is an Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, Speaker, and Author.

Throughout this episode we cover:
  • The importance of DEI as it relates to business development and the 5 key points you will want to and need to know!
  • How to raise awareness and make improvements
  • Highly actionable recommendations you can put into practice rather quickly
We hope you are able to see what we mean when we say DEI has an important Place in Business Development. And – we hope you’ll use the points and recommendations we’ve shared to help set you, your people and your business up for success.

We’d love to hear your feedback – to connect with you – and to discuss how any or all of us could help you up your game. Please leave a comment and reach out to us on LinkedIn.
