From The Ashes is a podcast from me, Paul Ashe, a Professional Wrestler for the last 24 years, a trainer, a booker and most essentially, a wrestling fan. This podcast is for both the fans and the wrestlers as I speak to the experienced and famous as well as the up & coming hidden gems in the wrestling business about their journey and their story in the wild world of wrestling. I've trained almost 200 aspiring wrestlers in my time from young to old, sportspeople and professional athletes and here in episode 1, I interview one of the brightest prospects in wrestling today who has conquered the UK & Japan and now just America is left to complete the set. A young lady who I have known since she was a teenager with a dream and is now a young woman with a career, Bobbi Tyler.

It's all led to this, the man who I started my entire wrestling journey with and have shared my entire adult life with, my best friend, Phil Bedwell. A mammoth 2 and a half hours in which we literally only barely covered a fraction of our time together and career but still talked about the genesis of our start in wrestling, our rise to the top of the UK scene in the FWA, our blood feud in EWW which transcended wrestling feuds and how we have been almost symbiotic with one another since school.
