Fiona hails from Dublin, a mom and a psychotherapist and Counsellor

Fiona first experienced grief and loss in her life at the tender age of 9 years old, when she lost her mom at the age of 32 to cancer.

Unfortunately tragedy would visit Fiona again when on her 13th wedding anniversary her beloved husband Mark took his own life at the age of 38

Fiona talked to me about the grief and shock that accompanies suicide, when there are no warning signs, the invasion of privacy that can sometimes come with a suicide and that being resilient isn’t the same thing as self care
