Jay Kling is a specialty coffee professional, working as Director of Coffee for Irving Farm in New York. Jay has worked in specialty coffee since 2015 with a focus on bringing more value and equity to coffee producers through efficient and transparent supply chains. He has been a licensed Q Arabica grader since 2019. Established in 1996, Irving Farm New York has led New York City’s coffee industry with their neighborhood cafes and over 20 years of roasting. Their focus is on sourcing, roasting and brewing coffees from their network of global partners. Finca Santa Isabel is Irving’s longest producer relationship.
