In this episode I share with you my personal experience of communicating with a light-being during a healing session with crystals .

  I have to admit that I was a little sceptical as to whether I should share my truth with the world because the experience was definitely outside the realms of "normality",  but I decided that by sharing it with you guys it may help in some way.. maybe open your mind,  help you find comfort or even experiment communicating with beings of light yourself.

 So here it is... my extra ordinary experience with a stranger that I hope you will find interesting.

I also mention crystals to use to aid raising your vibration to meet the purity of consciousness that will help you access their vibratory frequency and communicate via knowings or whatever way is  unique to you.
I find that when speaking with the Beings of Light,  thoughts surface that were outside of my usual mindset and this is how I know that I have aligned with their vibration.
 
I offer advice on which crystals will bring your awareness back down to Earth after you have entered the finer purer vibrations.:

Boji Stones are a very heavy grounding vibration and come in pairs a male and female aspect…. Quite balancing and can hold space in the material world very well. 

Black Tourmaline…. Very heavy vibration that will rid any obsessive thoughts or deep fears that may come up after accessing high vibrations

Hematite, heavy vibration that will bring your awareness into the physical realm.. the red ray and earth you

Smoky quartz, not as heavy but will create a protective energy field that will curb fears and help you live your life…I use smoky quartz regular when going skiing and the only time I had an accident I had forgotten to put the crystal on !!

Petrified wood  will aid eliminating old thought patterns that may resurface

Amber will aid present moment awareness and eliminate doubt, insecurity and create a sunny outlook ..

In my opinion we are evolving to integrate wisdom from the light.

As a species we have already managed to integrate the  4 elements, we entered this world through the waters in the womb, then gasped in the air, eat food from the Earth  and feel passion or fire in our hearts.

The next step in evolution, I believe, is to comprehend the Light Spectrum and grow mentally to  perceive life from a higher, clearer view point. 

In this podcast I share with you information on the light spectrum and the effects it has on the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

 I speak about the chakra system and begin introducing Energy Medicine and how crystals can aid finding balance. Many do not realise that the rainbow of light has a duality to it and that each colour has a complimentary colour to harmonise any imbalances within each chakra.

 For instance, did you ever think to put an orange crystal on the chest for breathing problems?  I offer an explanation on how to recognise excess energy and an energy deficiency within the chakra system  and how to rectify. 

 I also speak of the land and how we are all conduits for the energetic vibrations that are being emitted,  a collective consciousness and the unique individuality of each  country.

Have you ever felt "more at home" in one country than another, resonated better with some Nationalities than others ? This may help you understand why.

Using a Teacher crystal  from my sacred geometry collection I meditated and asked questions regarding the journey of the soul and have recorded the channeling. 

Question like: what is the soul? Where did it come from? Where is it going ? How can Crystals help create a deeper conscious connection to the soul?

Is it true? I don't know, but for now it resonates with me and I can use this resonance to delve further within until my conscious awareness expands even more to afford me a deeper level of wisdom and understanding of the subject.  

Wisdom is always a personal experience, I have always been aware that I should not blindly believe what others tell me, that I should listen and internally digest the information to see how well it sits within me. Not on a mind level but deeper to my heart. I have always known that my mind is "man-made" and to access the Divine, pure truth I must feel deep within me and follow my heart.

Karma is a reaction to an energetic charge, a vibration, that you emit often without conscious realisation.

Pledges and vows,  throw away comments that create verbal contracts and emotional cords can be causing you to remain trapped in a karmic replay.

In this podcast I explain how it all works and how to use crystals to free yourself from subliminal programming or karma that you have either created for yourself or been subjected to from another.

In this podcast I share my own healing journey with you through Chronic Asthma and an Abdominal Tumour.

In this podcast I share my experience of working with Cavansite, how it came to me when I decided I needed to re assess my priorities and thought patterns. It taught me how to communicate with my inner child and take time to be honest with myself and show the authentic me to the world.

Malachite taught me to recognise the truth and discard old programming of who or what I thought I should be. It also changed my world view as I began to question the world we live in and how I interact within it.

Labradorite helped me see passed the illusions and recognise what is good for my mind and what I should shield it from. How to be discerning who I spend time with, what I listen to, rely upon my intuition to determine the truth of what I am being told instead of blindly believing what I am told.

Ok this podcast is a little more personal as it is linked to my own growth and my conversation with Unakite on the subject of loneliness. I had been dealing with the frequency of neediness and found a fear of loneliness lay beneath the neediness. When I called upon the spirit of Unakite it really helped me understand that loneliness was in fact a separation of my connection to my own spirit... it was a reflection that my spirit was lonely... anyway have a listen it really helped me.. In this episode I speak to Chrysocolla and share my own journey of how I am using the information to help heal CONTROL ISSUES

I discovered that my subconscious mind was programmed to not "ALLOW" me to ........ on many occasions. This story may resonate with some of you as well and possibly show you where you  may be holding yourself back.

Light Language was a relatively new concept to me and if I am honest I didn't give it much consideration until Chrysocolla spoke to me about it. Chrysocolla helped me develop Light Language through my intuition and soon after began a healing of my internal disharmony.

I started to feel lovingly detached from situations that previously I had wanted to control, safer in my own being and more comfortable with life.

The inflammation within my abdomen calmed down and my personality softened dramatically affording me a better connection with my heart.

This episode is my experience of working with Dioptase.

It unearthed within me the recognition that I had created Karma and was now receiving a "taste of my own medicine". I learned so much from this very powerful crystal, including how fast things can change in the manifest world when you have recognised the energetic imbalance. Truly outstanding!

I learned how to forgive myself, which I honestly didnt think I would be able to do. I learned how important it is to consider people's emotional wellbeing and become more vigilant with my words.

After receiving a wonderful gift of crystals : the family of Euophoralite :I simply had to share the experience with you and offer a short guided meditation at the end of the podcast for you to connect to the Vibration too.

Euphoralite is a family of recently discovered crystals from the Sacred Black Hills of South Dakota. It emits is a high vibration and is simply Divine. Now those of you who know me know that I love all crystals but this is a find, the vibration is clean and clear meaning you can really get a good connection if the spirit of the stone decides to speak with you.

Pangaea is the first crystal from the family that chose to speak with me and I noticed how the vibration observed me before allowing a good clear connection. I thought I would not receive any information just a very pleasant experience but when the communication began it was clean, clear and very specific.

I absolutely loved working with it and look forward to sharing information from the rest of the family over the next few podcasts.

Red Dragon is another member of the Euphoralite family. 

This experience was extra ordinary, a real visit into the energy world meeting whale and red dragon and having deep conversations with both spirit animals. 

I share my experience and conversations with you as whale reminds me that the only thing to fear is my own mind and Red dragon shows me the destructive forces of the element of fire and the illumination that can occur as well.

Are you ready for a real life Spiritual Adventure ?

This podcast is the information I received when meditating and connecting my consciousness with the spirit of Father Time and White Dwarf through the vibration of Midnight Supernova , another member of the Euphoralite family. It details a Spiritual Adventure to help raise the collective consciousness.

Unbeknown to me a White Dwarf can turn into a supernova, which I found to be  quite incredible. When I researched the information I received in the meditation and it was backed up with information from the Nasa website I was amazed at how closely linked the energy world and the physical worlds are. Science really is marrying with spirituality. 

I was told , during meditation that a White Dwarf is a union of ancient celestial stars that are dying and that this is when they shine the brightest. 

Whilst ingesting the light from the celestial energy body I was told to begin a Spiritual Mission of gridding the Earth so that the White Dwarf could use it's 350,000 times stronger gravitational pull to help align the Earth with the lighter dimensions.

Ley Lines or Dragon Lines will show the way and help create a more heart based reality.

Lavender sky took my awareness to witness standing underneath a Lavender sky and told me that the sky was in fact lavender not blue. 

When I researched this information on the internet it appears that science websites do agree that the sky is violet/lavender and not blue as we see it.

Lavender sky then speaks about how important it is to not allow your mind to be conditioned by other people's opinions, no matter how superior the source of information. It says to rely on facts and resonance know your own truth, and allow it to change. Today's truth may not be the same as tomorrows, so hold your own space and discernment regarding your mental conditioning.

Look after your mind, link it to the heart and be responsible for your thoughts and discretion.

I also meet an eagle who offers higher insights and lots of wisdom. The energy world is so closely linked to the physical world and weaves its magic into our material world.

Euphoralite Earth felt amazing however it has taken me a while to document the energy as it is quite subtle and  brought everything through onto the physical level. Heart and circulatory diseases cause a quarter of all deaths in the UK, that's more than 160,000 deaths each year – an average of 460 deaths each day or one every three minutes in the UK. There are around 7.6 million people living with a heart or circulatory disease in the UK: 4 million men and 3.6 million women.

Also according to the Centres for Diseases in the USA someone has a heart attack every 40 seconds. Every year about 805 000 people in the US have a heart attack. 

These are staggering figures , so how can understanding the dis - ease and using crystals help find the balance and harmony required to self-maintain and return the body to becoming at ease instead of dis eased.

30 people decided to get together and investigate using crystals to improve Eye Health. The results were amazing !!

The following crystals were chosen to investigate how they would impact on  eye health. Each participant chose a crystal to work with over a 4 day period and surprisingly in such a short period of time the results were incredible.

Smokey Quartz Eye soothers: This crystal is said to release eyestrain, adjust perception from negative thinking to positive and quell over thinking to produce a clearer vision of the world.

Rose Quartz Eye soothers: This crystal is said to help you see the good in the world, ever heard of the saying rose tinted glasses… well this is exactly what this beautiful crystal will do, it will help you see the good in the world. As always crystals may aid recognition of what needs clearing first so you have a marker to work from.

Agate Eye Soothers:  This crystal works closer to the physical form so I have high hopes of it improving eye sight and focus. Relaxing, regenerating and easing the temples to produce a more sharper more relaxed focus, reducing pressure and ability to see.

In this podcast I share information about Sacred Geometry and Light Codes. I explain how to identify and use a Teacher Quartz Crystal, the crystal I have used to unearth some of this information.

Nature has a wonderful way of speaking to us and letting us know what and how something can benefit us. The shapes that naturally form on quartz crystals are silent messages that Shamans understood... and having worked with the crystals in this manner I can assure you that they do in fact each have their own uniqueness. 

Quartz Teacher Crystals can help those who teach, those who  have leadership qualities or are those looking to connect to the teacher within. Shapes and growth patterns can be witnessed on other crystals too, besides quartz, but only quartz has access to the full spectrum of light and thereby termed "sacred". 

Each ray of light within the spectrum hosts a level of awareness and affects our psyche. When meditating with quartz you gain access to the full spectrum and not just a ray.. ie.. when meditating with Amethyst you only access the purple ray and thereby only receive the mind consciousness that is linked to the purple ray...  Think of quartz as being like a library that offers access to every thought, word or deed that has ever been or can be on the planet... Quite a thought isn't it!!! The manifest version of this is akin to the internet, however quartz will only reveal truths !!

Light Coding comes from the rays of light being emitted from the local sun and the level of consciousness/codings that can be received by us is down to the velocity or strength of the light being emitted. The Great central sun is now enhancing the light that is coming from our local sun and thereby awakening many of us to a cleaner, purer level of thinking and being.

This week I share channellings on how to live in an evolved state of consciousness and how crystals can help you maintain the vibration. 

Evolution, of perception and reality and how the light rays, emitted from crystals, can help us sustain a cleaner, purer level of awareness to attract a more harmonious, balanced, happy state of being.  

"Get out of your mind" was one of the most important pieces of information I received whilst channelling in the Andalusian Mountains. We all create stories in our head that affect our wellbeing. Consciously and unconsciously we connect to these "stories" and through the holographic Universe we live out these levels of reality.

My "story" in the mountain, whilst channelling, was of a shepherd who told me he had found a lamb and was taking it back to care for it ... This "story" created a warm feeling within me of love and harmony. However, later in the day I learned from another person that the shepherd had stolen the lamb and was taking it home for his dinner !! This "story" created an unwelcome feeling within me. 

Both experiences of reality were determined by thought processes that dictated my feelings. The Crystal told me to get out of the "story" and witness the event as it was .. a man walking a lamb through the mountains.. no attachment to the story, no opinion just witnessing and holding inner harmony. By doing this you hold a space of Peace not only for yourself but for all life forms that inhabit your surroundings.

I questioned if this made me a bad person.. maybe I could have saved the lamb.... the crystal said.. " you still to this day do not know which "story" was the truth ... you can and only ever will know your truth, your experience, don't let an illusion determine your reality. Let go of the "stories", they create disharmony or euphoria, both vibrations take you away from Peace, wellness and Nature"

I also discuss the light spectrum and how the colour rays compliment each other. The vibrant hot ray of red is balanced by the soothing green... what it means and how you can better understand energy medicine.

I offer suggestion of crystals to help remove confusion regarding your path of destiny, Charoite, Tanzanite and crystals to help relieve the mindset of lack.... Jade for time... citrine for money... Prehnite for finances and Cavansite to help you determine your truth.
