In this episode, I dive into the 4-month sleep regression and share my own journey with my daughter. Back in 2017, sleepless nights were our reality. 

We tried everything—rocking, nursing, co-sleeping—but nothing seemed to work. Exhausted and anxious, I decided to research various sleep training methods. With patience and perseverance, I successfully transitioned my daughter to longer, more restful sleep stretches, a journey that inspired me to help other parents.

I understand how incredibly difficult it can be to decide to sleep train your baby. As a parent, the thought of hearing your little one cry can be heartbreaking and emotionally taxing. I remember the anxiety and guilt I felt when I decided to sleep train my daughter. It's not an easy choice, and it's filled with doubt and worry about whether you're doing the right thing. In this episode, we talk about a moment parents dread, dropping their toddler's last nap.

Is your toddler refusing their naps or fighting bedtime? They may be ready to drop their last nap even though you may not be ready for that to happen. But some of the signs may be misleading and could lead you to drop that nap too soon leading to more sleep troubles.

A family inside the private group membership is going through this exact situation and I shared some strategies they can implement to prevent dropping the nap completely. I mention some of these strategies in this episode!
