The guys are back and they're talking Superman: Legacy! A recent table read photo from Superman: Legacy showed cast memebers names on cards that had a very distinct Superman logo pictured. The logo looks like the logo from the Superman Kingdom Come era, is James Gunn adapting that story for the first movie the DCU? Find out why Jong doesn't think so. Fridays normally don't mean Comicast, but today is an exception. This special Comicast: One-Shot actually was part of the recording Michael and Fred of Derf Designs did earlier this week but the recording was so long they decided to split this part of the recording into it's own issue. The discussion today is all about Variety's recent article regarding toxic fandoms and how studios are combating them with help from superfan focus groups (excuse me, they're doing what now?). This issue is about one thing and one thing only, it's Captain America: Brave New World review day. Jong and Michael give their spoiler filled thoughts on the latest MCU entry. The guys are back and they're upset, specifically with Jerry London. For those that don't know that name, Jerry was the director of the original 1980 miniseries adaptation of James Clavell's book Shōgun. The director recently said that he thought the new version of Shōgun "is not entertaining for an American audience" and the awards it's won was beacause "there were no big shows against it."
