man were we spoilt with these absolutely amazing guests. let us know what you think, but in our eyes this is the funniest episode so far.

Ryan and Louis have both run at very high levels in their lives, however they don't anymore. we spend a lot of time discussing their changing relationships with the sport, as it went from their #1 priority to more of a backseat role. we also talk about Shelby's GoFundMe (how could we not) as we fill the boys in on this situation. we then go onto play a new exciting game called the #GoodForTheSport game, I won't spoilt how it works here! we finish off with some great Q&A, discussing ultramarathons and favourite/least favourite workouts.

Ollie and George head to Boston to race in an indoor 5km this week, so wish them luck!

this week we had friend of the podcast Harvey Nelson on the show! Harvey is a very cool guy that is just awesome to be around and chat with, so it was great to be able to have him on. He is recently coming off his marathon debut at Boston, where he ran 2:14 (with a 70 second toilet break!!!) and was 18th overall and 5th American. he also has a 61:46 half marathon to his name!

he lives and trains still in Flagstaff, AZ, and works as an online coach for "McKirdy Trained". we go through lots of interesting NAU talk as George and Harv catch up and reflect on creating a dynasty, with lots of interesting tidbits along the way.

From being born in Ethiopia to growing up in Italy and then coming over to the US as a 400m Hurdler, Sinta's story has lots of twists and turns and makes for a great listen. sooo we had a lot to talk about this week with a couple of amazing guests.

we are back again this week checking in with Olli as he competes at the Australian Nationals 1500m. he crushed his heat and will be competing in the final about 12 hours after this episode airs. this is a huge race for him and can secure him qualification for world champs and the comm games, so be sure to wish him luck!

this week we are very lucky to have on Leah Falland - an incredibly well spoken lady who also happens to be our teammate at OAC. this is coming off a year where she ran her first PB in the steeplechase since 2016 and has set herself up for many successful years to come. the episode takes on a more "interview" style start rather then our usual nonsense, but I think that it is very enjoyable nonetheless.

In today's episode we welcome new On Athletics Club teammate Olivia Markezich! Olivia was on the ground for the recent NCAA D1 Cross Country Championships so we go in depth on the big races and her experiences out on the course. We also get into Olivia's history within the sport, from high school to walking onto Notre Dame, to belly flopping at the US Olympic Trials and fighting back into the Diamond League Finals in her first year as a pro on OAC.
