Conversation with singer/songwriter, Mr. Matt Fitzgibbons
“We think it as competent and as necessary for a state to provide precautionary measures against the moral pestilence of paupers, vagabonds, and possibly convicts as it is to guard against the physical pestilence which may arise from unsound and infections articles.”
-New York v. Miln, Chief Justice Philip P. Barbour 1837
Throughout our history, the United States have always adapted our immigration policies to suit the times and the will of the citizenry.
Progressives have worked aggressively for decades to systematically rewrite history in support of their destructive ideologies. They must distort or ignore facts because facts lead to truth and common sense, and those are their greatest enemies. One such recent example is the claim that Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump is a xenophobe, a racist and an anti-immigrant bigot for proposing we change our immigration policies to meet today’s specific needs.
Much of the population associates him with these disparaging terms but cannot cite a single reason for holding this belief, except that they hear it over and over again from the liberal media and that is their intention.
In the wake of increasing Islamic Fundamentalist terrorist attacks within the United States and around the world, Donald Trump recently introduced a plan he refers to as “Extreme Vetting”. As Trump stated, “Those who do not believe in our Constitution, or who support bigotry and hatred, will not be admitted for immigration into the country.”
Trump’s overall position on legal immigration would include temporarily suspending entry by individuals from countries with high numbers of potential terrorists. On illegal immigration, Trump has promised to adhere to the oath all Presidents must take by enforcing both the U.S. Constitution and existing laws. He claims he will stop the flow with a wall on our southern border, which he intends to “make Mexico pay for.”
President Obama, Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Progressive Representatives and even the Pope, all of whom are regularly surrounded by walls and armed security guards, have decried Trumps’ proposals as unprecedented and contrary to American values. However, their mission to eradicate facts is incomplete. Our true history is still available, and on Mr. Trump’s side.
For the first 7 years of U.S. history, under our first constitution (The Articles of Confederation), immigration fell under State jurisdiction.
Requirements varied from State to State and included stipulations that immigrants take an oath disavowing loyalty to their country of origin; that they be of the Christian religion; of good character, etc. Almost immediately after the U.S. Constitution went into effect in 1789, the 1790 Alien Naturalization Act established national guidelines requiring all immigrants be ‘free white persons’ (w
Recently, the President of the United States was discovered to have secretly organized a shipment of $440 million to Iran which happened to coincide with the release of four American prisoners held in Tehran. It was paid in foreign currency, ostensibly because it is illegal to pay U.S. Dollars to Iran. At least two more Americans have since been arrested. Was it a ransom or a tribute to Iran?
For a thousand years (from the 9th to the 19th centuries) the four nation states of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya, were known as the Barbary states. During this period, they were widely feared by anyone travelling by sea throughout the Western Mediterranean. From the cliffs above their ports, they would identify passing ships from miles away and ambush them with as many as 80 corsairs to kill, steal their cargo, crew and passengers and either hold them captive for ransom or sell them into slavery. They would, of course, pay a pre-negotiated sum to the State’s leader, and divide the rest amongst themselves, keeping the healthy and killing the rest. From the 16th to 19th centuries, Barbary Pirates sold as many as 1.25 million souls into slavery, raiding Italy and Spain so often that coastal villages there were considered too dangerous. At various times, their attacks reached as far as Iceland and Ireland. Algiers alone was said to have had as many as 20,000 captives at one time. Prisoners of wealth might secure their freedom through ransom but those less fortunate were doomed to a life of slavery. The more powerful European nations eventually negotiated treaties which required them to pay annual bribes (referred to as tributes) to enable their ships to be left alone. Periodically, the Barbary Pirates would break the treaties as an effective means of negotiating more money. But since the smaller nations were unable to afford the bribes, their ships were regular targets, which effectively reduced competition, driving up the value of the wealthier nations’ goods. It was simply the cost of doing business. Benjamin Franklin is said to have heard London merchants say, “if there were no Algiers, it would be worth England’s while to build one.”
By the early 18th century, Great Britain’s Royal Navy had become so powerful; they could negotiate more modest tributes. If the pirates didn’t like it, England would sink enough of their ships or shell their ports until they agreed on a price. Up until the American War for Independence, America benefited from this arrangement as a British Colony. During the War, she was protected as an Ally of France under their treaties with the pirates. Afterwards, the Treaty of Paris officially ended America’s war with England, and then it was a very different story.
In 1777, Morocco was the first nation to publicly recognize the United States and in 1784, it became the first Barbary state to seize an American vessel and its crew. While in England, having
Mr. David Simpson, CEO of Fiscal Fitness Company, brings his wit and wisdom to another edition of Clarity from Chaos.
Mr. Simpson answers the following question:
Is finance a difficult subject to understand? Or is it made unnecessarily complex by the maze of products, laws and advice that surround it? To arrive at Financial Sanity, all that is required is applying the common-sense, tried and true advice of the past while taking into account modern monetary realities. In three easy lessons, the author offers guidance on faith & money, the mechanics of a sound financial plan and the “happy end” to the money story. Applying these ideas can make financial sanity yours.
David is a 15-year veteran of the financial services arena who not only studied the industry from the inside (Prudential, The Mutual Fund Store and boutique broker-dealers), but who also brought his legal training ("recovering" attorney) and knowledge of history to bear on this topic of immense importance. His conclusions are not only counter-intuitive and counter-cultural, they are also the only ones beneficial to people... rather than the financial services industry.
In this episode of Clarity from Chaos, we discuss the recently passed Congressional Budget with Mr. Bill Straub, former White House correspondent and frequent contributor to P.J. Media.
The differences in the House Budget vs. the Senate Budget was that the House Budget sought to balance the budget in 9 years by cutting spending by $5.5 Trillion dollars. The Senate version was after the same goal but went to 10 years and sought to cut spending by $5.1 Trillion dollars.
Of course the Democrates howled and without exception, the main stream media supported their objection.
We however dug just a little deeper in this episode and tried as always to separate the wheat from the chaf.
My new book, A Few Bad Men, details the mendacity and mad dishonesty of retired Marine General James “Mad Dog” Mattis. The fact that it was written by a Marine once under his command, whom he betrayed for the sake of politics and getting to slap on another star, says volumes about this once-lionized figure.
It all goes back to an incident in Afghanistan in 2007, and the Court of Inquiry trial of innocent Marines that followed, which Mattis himself instigated.
Lt. Colonel Steve Morgan, USMC (retired) and jury member of the 2008 Marine Special Operations Command’s Court of Inquiry says in the foreword to A Few Bad Men, “This is a case of a perfect storm of toxic leadership.”
The most legendary Marine of all time, Lieutenant General John A. Lejeune, the 13th commandant of the Marine Corps, laid out clearly how to effectively nurture and lead Marines: “Make every effort by means of historical, educational, and patriotic addresses to cultivate in their hearts a deep abiding love of the Corps and Country” and “the key to combat effectiveness is unity and esprit that characterizes itself in complete irrevocable mutual trust.”
If only General Mattis had taken this to heart.
On February 3, 2005, when Lieutenant General Mattis was attending the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Associations forum in San Diego, he said: “You go into Afghanistan, you got guys who slap women around for five years because they didn’t wear a veil. You know, guys like that ain’t got no manhood left anyway. So it’s a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them. It’s fun to shoot some people. I’ll be right up there with you. I like brawling.”
He also likes hearing the sound of his own voice.
During this same time, Mattis partnered with General David Petraeus to develop the joint counterinsurgency doctrine of winning hearts and minds. Mattis hijacked the phrase from the Hippocratic oath for his Marines to follow, “First do no harm.” This sounded good to the media and politicians in Washington, but Marines are not physicians and Afghanistan was no sterile operating room. It was a hellscape in which Marines constantly faced threats and the possibility of betrayal from 360 degrees. Mattis’ Marine Hippocratic oath sent mixed signals for his Marines, who had it on his good authority that “It’s a hell of a lot of fun to shoot . . . some people.”
Just over two years later, I led the First Marine Special Operations Task Force. We la
4 Emotional Intelligence Skills to Transform Your Leadership Style
By Steven Stein, Ph.D.
In today's work settings, many of the old-style hierarchical and authoritarian styles of leadership have become obsolete. We’ve witnessed significant strides in replacing rewards-punishment "transactional" management styles -- that have mostly proven unproductive -- with "transformative styles" in which organizational leaders inspire their teams to achieve a collective purpose.
And yet we're still in the transition zone where we need more leaders equipped with the skills that combine interpersonal abilities, including empathy and trust, with the capacity to model creative problem solving when faced with tough situations. We refer to this skill set as Emotional Intelligence, or EI. The awareness that EI is an important job skill -- in some cases even surpassing technical ability -- has grown in recent years.
In simple terms, EI is the ability to identify and manage emotional information in oneself and in others. But, we continue to experience a scarcity of this new brand of leadership talent. According to a global survey by Deloitte, leadership was rated the most urgent concern when considering gaps in workforce readiness.
Why haven't we done a better job of cultivating emerging leaders? One reason is that we continue to mistakenly believe good technical or sales skills translate to good management skills. The thinking seems to be: if they excel at analyzing, fixing, selling and so on, then they can likely lead others to excel as well. But these skills and competencies have little to do with being a good leader.
Another erroneous standard of leadership talent is mistakenly assuming that high IQ is a predictor of leadership strength. While it's likely that leaders have higher IQs than followers, the qualities that make up strong leaders go far beyond one's cognitive intelligence.
Finally, choosing leaders based on personality remains widespread. Characteristics such as aggressiveness and extroversion, that tend to stand out in job candidates, don't always correlate with self-awareness, flexibility and influencing others. The forceful leaders may be good at giving orders, but that doesn’t always translate into inspiring subordinates into action.
The traits that new bodies of research confirm as the most effective in improving workplace morale -- and the bottom line -- directly relate to qualities associated with EI. After gleaning results from the largest database of EI test scores in the world, researchers have identified four pillars of EI that form the foundation of competencies needed to buttress today's business world for success now and into the future.
The good news is that EI traits can be cultivated and improved. Practice these four pillars of EI to transform your personal and organizational leadership style:
Express authenticity on every level.Acting without integrity can be the kiss of death in today's world. Today's best leaders must be viewed as credib
June 18 was the official release date of the Pope’s encyclical on climate change. Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI’s) Mr. Myron Ebell provides this assessment of Pope Francis’s statements, lamenting the neglect of how energy policies that count on bad climate facts can actually end up hurting the poor and perpetuating energy poverty.
“Pope Francis argues in his encyclical that the developed nations have a moral responsibility to reduce greenhouse gas emissions because climate change threatens poor people in poor countries the most. However, poor people in poor countries lack access to the modern energy and technologies that allow people to deal with environmental challenges. The Vatican seems to have forgotten to consider the effects that energy-rationing policies to reduce emissions will also have on poor people in poor countries. Putting the world on an energy-starvation diet will consign billions of people to perpetual energy poverty.
Global warming is a moral issue, but a proper moral evaluation must include comparing the impacts of global warming, which may be bad, with the impacts of global warming policies, which will almost certainly be catastrophic. The Pope’s encyclical misses that significant matter.
The Vatican appears to have been very ill advised in preparing the encyclical. It has been announced that two of the experts consulted were Hans Joachim “John” Schellnhuber of the Potsdam Institute and Jeffrey Sachs of Columbia University. Mr. Schellnhuber has advocated for the rapid de-industrialization of the West and for a world government to achieve environmental salvation and enforce population control. Mr. Sachs has promoted misguided developmental policies in the Third World that have helped to stymie development and perpetuate poverty.”
Myron Ebell is director of the Center for Energy and Environment at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and chairs the Cooler Heads Coalition, which comprises over two dozen non-profit groups in this country and abroad that question global warming alarmism and oppose energy rationing policies.
Ebell has appeared as a guest on numerous television shows, including the ABC Evening News, NBC Nightly News, PBS News Hour, BBC Newsnight, BBC World, CNBC, CNN, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, MSNBC, ITN, Voice of America, Televisa, Sky TV, Al Jazeera, PBS’s NOW, Fox News's Special Report with Bret Baier, O'Reilly Factor, and Hannity and Colmes. He has spoken frequently on a variety of BBC radio news shows and on hundreds of radio talk shows.
Ebell's writings have appeared in a variety of publications, including the New York Post, Wall Street Journal, USA Today,
"North Korea claimed it detonated a hydrogen bomb in a test Wednesday, a move that was condemned by the U.S., Britain, Japan and even China. It was the politically isolated country's first nuclear weapons test explosion in three years.
Experts said the claim that the test involved a hydrogen bomb, which is more powerful than an atomic bomb, could not be confirmed. The White House said that initial analysis of the test was not consistent with a successful hydrogen bomb.
The report on the state KCNA website came within hours of reports from various agencies that a large earthquake had been detected near a known North Korean nuclear test site.
According to KCNA, North Korea tested a miniaturized hydrogen nuclear bomb "in the most perfect manner," putting it in possession of hydrogen bomb capability, which it described as "the most powerful nuclear deterrent."
North Korea wanted what it called "the H-bomb of justice" as protection from the "ever-growing nuclear threat and blackmail by the U.S.-led hostile forces," according to KCNA.
It would use the weapons only if its sovereignty were encroached upon, the statement on KCNA said, but would not roll back its nuclear development until the U.S. had dropped its "vicious, hostile" policy toward the isolated Communist state.
"The U.S. is a gang of cruel robbers which has worked hard to bring even a nuclear disaster to the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic of Korean], not content with having imposed the thrice-cursed and unheard-of political isolation, economic blockade and military pressure on it for the mere reason that it has differing ideology and social system," according to the statement.
"The present-day grim reality clearly proves once again the immutable truth that one's destiny should be defended by one's own efforts," the statement went on. "Nothing is more foolish than dropping a hunting gun before herds of ferocious wolves."

"Does Pamela Geller regret organizing the Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest that ended in gunfire? No, she says confidently. In fact, she says, she probably saved lives by hosting the event and plans to have more just like it, with one difference: Next time, she'll be wearing a bulletproof vest. "I will continue to speak in defense of freedom until the day I die," Geller said Thursday in an interview with The Associated Press, as a grim-looking personal security guard hovered nearby. "It's just that simple. It's not even a choice. It's a calling." Geller has always hired armed security personnel to protect the scores of events she has spearheaded across the nation in recent years to decry Islamic extremism. But furor over Sunday's shooting in Garland, Texas, has led to a specific threat against Geller, posted on a website related to the Islamic State group, and the New York Police Department is taking it seriously. Now she doesn't travel anywhere without protection. Geller said she believes she saved lives by hosting the contest because the two Muslim gunmen shot to death by police would have picked another soft target and killed innocent civilians.
"Would you regret saving lives?" she asked."

If you want to know what the single biggest vulnerability is for identity theft and credit card fraud in your name, that's easy: it's using your card at major retail stores that have repeatedly been breached by hackers.
Using outdated kiosk computers to process sales, retailers have allowed clever thieves to install viruses that silently relay customers' credit card info back to them. This is how Target negligently let thieves pilfer 70 million card numbers, it's how Home Depot allowed 56 million credit card numbers to be stolen, it's how Michaels' stores – well, the list goes on. But that's how it happened.
Facing these disasters, big box stores might work to increase the security on their own systems, that, according to the Identity Theft Resource Center, a non-profit organization that monitors identity theft and assists victims, are the number one cause of data breaches.
Alas, the stores' have decided to instead to rely on slick lobbying campaigns and well-compensated political allies to confuse the issue. Specifically, the retailers have been clamoring for banks and credit card companies to issue cards with four-digit PINs.
PINs are annoying to consumers and, from a security perspective, relatively worthless. A four-digit numerical password is inherently insecure because there are only 10,000 unique combinations. A computer can generate all of them in under one millisecond, making “brute force” attacks completely painless for any mildly sophisticated criminal.
Indeed, law enforcement officials in Europe, where credit card PIN use is more prevalent, have observed thieves adapting, sometimes by waiting to view someone key in their PIN before stealing their card.
But what's easy for a computer is sometimes difficult for the average person, who carries four cards in their wallet, to remember. For these reasons, experts consider PINs to be headed shortly to the scrapheap of history, to be replaced by much more sophisticated approaches like encryption and tokenization.
That doesn't mean that PINs can't be a useful cudgel for the retailers, who are looking to use the issue as a wedge that prevents them from upgrading their outdated technology faster.
Enter noted computer security expert (I jest) Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), who weighed in on the issue this week in a letter to the FBI.
Durbin complained the FBI hadn't included language about PINs in the final version of its consumer bulletin that even the newest types of credit cards can still be vulnerable to fraud.
The bulletin “raises significant questions about...whether the FBI is taking appropriate steps to warn against and deter payment card fraud involving lost or stolen cards,” Durbin wrote.
For the second-ranking Democrat in the Senate, Durbin sure is shameless about plugging for the big box stores, which have consiste
From the very beginning of the first GOP presidential debate, Donald Trump was in the spotlight and under fire from Fox News commentators. The first question asked for a show of hands of all candidates who would not pledge to support the Republican presidential nominee. Only Donald Trump raised his hand, which led to the first of many confrontations during the debate. He was challenged by moderator Brett Baier and lambasted by Senator Rand Paul for “buying and selling politicians.” While Trump declared that he wants to “run as the Republican nominee,” he is wise to keep his options open.
The Republican establishment is terrified of Trump, who can finance a third party campaign and is independent of special interests. They will continue to mercilessly attack him, hence Trump is smart to maintain “leverage” and keep open the third party alternative.
It may also provide a needed choice for the American people. If the presidential nominees are Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Jeb Bush, or another RINO, Trump should enter the race to give voters a real alternative. The last thing the country needs is another Bush or Clinton in the White House.
In fact, in a three way race between Clinton, Bush and Trump, there is a possibility that Trump may win. There is great dissatisfaction with political dynasties and millions of Americans would refuse to vote for either Clinton or Bush, giving a well-funded third party candidate like Trump a chance.
There is certainly precedent for a strong third party candidacy. In 1992, Texas businessman Ross Perot was leading the presidential race before he exited amid claims that he did not want to throw the election into the House of Representatives. He later said he left the race because he was concerned that Republicans were planning to disrupt his daughter’s wedding. When he returned to the campaign months later, his prospects were severely diminished. Nevertheless, he finished with almost 19% of the vote, the highest third party total since Theodore Roosevelt in 1912.
Unlike Perot, who destroyed his chances when he abandoned the race, Trump would be a more formidable third party contender. He has universal name recognition, billions of dollars to spend, and no need to placate special interests or big donors. Clearly, the GOP establishment, and their media lapdogs, will try to destroy his chances. This is exactly what happened during the Fox News debate. After being immediately confronted on the third party question, Trump spent the rest of the debate fending off queries about his bankruptcies, his stand on abortion and Obamacare, his treatment of women, and his previous support of Democrat candidates. Throughout it all, Trump stayed on the offensive and refused to apologize.
This stance was extremely popular with the vast conservative audience of the Drudge Report website. After 531,000 votes were tabulated, Trump was declared
"In our fast-paced, success-obsessed culture, we’re constantly tempted to chase after things that don’t matter. We’ve been conditioned to value possessions over people, status over relationships, and ourselves over God.
But the reality is this: God created love to be the centerpiece of our lives.
In The Seven Laws of Love, Dave Willis makes the case for a love revival and proves that in returning to a life of love we have no greater model than the one who is love himself.
In Dave’s humorous, touching, down-to-earth style, The Seven Laws of Love takes you on a journey through the ins and outs of everyday relationships—with your spouse, your children, your friends, and your coworkers—using practical, applicable examples and guiding principles that demonstrate what a life of love actually looks like.
There is no higher calling on earth than to love and be loved. It’s time to learn The Seven Laws of Love, and to make loving a priority over all other pursuits. Anything else isn’t really living."

Seventy years after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, in a poor, one room home built from stone, mud, and straw located just outside of Jerusalem, a frail old man tells his granddaughter and her husband of an amazing and miraculous secret. A secret that, because of fear, he kept to himself for decades.
When he was an orphaned nine-year old street urchin on a street in Jerusalem, he had an encounter with a “bloody and beaten” man who was being forced to drag a heavy timber cross for His own crucifixion. The old man tells of what he witnessed first-hand of the last forty days Jesus walked the earth.

The headline above reflects the state of free speech and communication in the United States today. And if you are anti-gay marriage then you are homophobe. If you are in favor of supporting the police then you are a racist. And lastly if you’re anti-Hillary you’re sexist. I have written several pieces dealing with this issue of free speech and communications in the United States and the significant decline of open and free discussion of opposing views.
You may recall the incident last spring, when Brendan Eich the CEO of Mozilla was forced to resign, because he made a contribution to a ballot initiative in California, that was banning gay marriage. The gay community sent out e-mails, instant messages, and tweets encouraging their followers not to use the Mozilla search engine. The company board met and decided that the Eich had to resign in order to protect their company. In essence the gay community use blackmail to get their way. The gay community did not want anybody saying anything against gay marriage, any thoughts their opponents had were not of value, and so they should just shut up.
Eich of Mozilla never had a chance to discuss openly and freely why he was against gay marriage, his opinion didn’t matter. He was opposed to what they believed and therefore he had to be destroyed. My guess is that he will never be able to work in this industry again for he will always be tainted as a homophobe. I believe that in the 6+ years that Obama has been president that this idea of anti-free speech has accelerated. Any time somebody challenges a policy or decision of the president he or she is called a racist. Even Hillary, when she was running for the presidential nomination of the Democratic Party in 2008 said that it was appropriate that people should have right to criticize President Bush. But when it came to Obama, we do not have the right to criticize him for his policies or his bad judgment because if we do we are called racist.
Now the president finds himself at odds with many of his fellow Democrats in the House and Senate over issues that are important to them. The Senate recently voted 98 to 1 in favor of requiring President Obama to bring the Iran treaty to be reviewed before it is effective. Now the junior senator from Massachusetts Elizabeth Warren (D) is challenging the president on his foreign trade bill. The president when asked about Warren’s objection said, “She is just wrong.” There was no discussion where she was wrong: she was just wrong.
One last example of the problems with communication is what happened in Baltimore. In almost any other City in America if the events would’ve happened that took place in Baltimore the race mongers would’ve been out in force. Baltimore has a black mayor; a black chief of police, black states attorney and a police force that was at least 50 percent black and the mayor suggests racial prejudice was still an issue. The mayor raised the question of racism and bias in the police forc

"Doubling down on his feud with the Democratic Party leadership, Senator Bernie Sanders said that if elected president, he will not reappoint Democratic National Committee chairwoman, Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida.
He made the comments during an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper that is set to air on Sunday. Mr. Sanders also said he was supporting Tim Canova, a law professor who has begun an insurgent campaign against Ms. Wasserman Schultz for her South Florida congressional seat. They will face off in a primary this summer.
“Well, clearly, I favor her opponent,” Mr. Sanders told Mr. Tapper. “His views are much closer to mine.”
For months, Mr. Sanders has accused the party of favoring Hillary Clinton, often calling her the “anointed candidate.”
He has criticized the party for a debate schedule that his campaign says favors Mrs. Clinton; an arrangement under which Mrs. Clinton raises money for the party; and the appointment of Clinton supporters as leaders of important convention committees.
Most recently, he and the party have sparred over what happened at the Nevada Democratic convention a week ago. There, Sanders supporters disrupted the proceedings in a fight over delegates and the state party chairwoman was later threatened. After the party rebuked Mr. Sanders for not clearly condemning what had occurred, his campaign manager, Jeff Weaver, accused Ms. Wasserman Schultz of “throwing shade on the Sanders campaign from the very beginning.”
This week, Ms. Wasserman Schultz pushed back against the Sanders campaign in an interview with CNN. “We’ve had the same rules in place that elected Barack Obama,” she told the network. “These rules were adopted for state parties all across the country in 2014.”
In a statement on Saturday, she said that “even though Senator Sanders has endorsed my opponent, I remain, as I have been from the beginning, neutral in the presidential Democratic primary.”

Harry Cooper is the founder and President of Sharkhunters International, an organization dedicated to U-boats and World War II history. The group was started in 1983 and today the organization has around 7,800 members in 76 countries. The organization professes to include some high profile political and military members. Cooper is a military veteran, former race car driver and expert in WWII and National Socialist (Nazi) history. We’ll discuss the formation of Sharkhunters and the compelling evidence regarding Hitler's escape to South America, that came from a Spanish spy named Don Angel Alcazar de Velasco. Angel’s testimony included a 114-page, single-spaced letter that told of his experiences in the “Führerbunker” with Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun. Alcazar claims to have witnessed the couple forcibly drugged under orders of Party Chancellery Martin Bormann, then removed from the bunker and taken to South America. We proceed to discuss the escape route and how they ended up on the Brazilian island Trindade and how they set up consequent villages and small towns in South America. Cooper tells us of the many witnesses he encountered in his travels to South America, and those who have claimed to have seen Hitler alive and well after the war. Harry also visited the house in Patagonia, Argentina where it’s said that Hitler lived for many years. Cooper asserts that the intelligence community knew that Hitler did not die in Germany. The FBI and CIA allegedly knew Hitler was living in Argentina from 1945 onward. Later, we discuss Villa Baviera (Colonia Dignidad), the Nazi Bell and the Neu Schwabenland Antarctica expedition.

HEY, MICHELLE: Here’s 7 Ways You & Barack Made America NOT Great
by Dan Perkins Clash Daily Guest Contributor
As I was driving home this past weekend, I heard on the radio about the breaking news of the killing of three policemen and the wounding of three others in Baton Rouge. A great fear came over me, I found myself asking, “Is this the beginning of the American Sunset?”, “is this the end of the great experiment started by our founding fathers?”
Are there signs that the American Empire is over? After doing some research, I found 8 ways to tell if it is over, and for the most part, they come from Saul Alinsky. He told us his theory and I have found the scary facts that support the idea of the end of America.
Many of you are probably asking who is Saul Alinsky and why is he so important? Saul David Alinsky died in June of 1972, and he was a community organizer and writer before Barack Obama. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing. His often quoted 1971 book “Rules for Radicals”, became the handbook for radicals including President Obama and Hillary Clinton.
Alinsky received much criticism, but also gained praise from many public figures for his work. He focused on improving the living conditions of poor communities across North America. In the 1950’s, he began turning his attention to improving conditions in the African-American ghettos, beginning with Chicago and later traveling to other ghettos in California, Michigan, New York City, and a dozen other “trouble spots”.
His ideas were adapted in the 1960’s by some U.S. college students including Bill and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Hillary wrote a college thesis on Alinsky and his goals. In 1970, Time magazine wrote, “It is not too much to argue that American Democracy is being altered by Alinsky’s ideas.” So, what did he believe?
Healthcare
Alinsky believed that Hitler was the founder of universal healthcare; he believed his collective universal healthcare concept was “racial hygiene,” the elimination of certain “undesirable” segments of the society, as life not worth living. Under the appearance of reproductive freedom, black women are committing genocide on their own people.
According to the Guttmacher Institute “abortion rates among Black women are much higher than we thought: They are four times the rate of white women.”
The highest abortion rates among Black teens occur in Texas (78 per 1,000), New York (76 per 1,000), Delaware (51 per 1,000), Michigan (45 per 1,000), Ohio (35 per 1,000) and Rhode Island (30 per 1,000).
While Black women account for 13 percent of the female population, they accounted for 30 percent of all abortions. In New York City, the number of Black abortions exceeds the number of Black live births.
Poverty
“Poor People are easier to control and will not fight back if the government is providing everything for them to live.” The Chart below shows what has been happening to the poverty level in America.
"Austrians are arming themselves at record rates in an effort to defend their households against feared attacks from Muslim invaders.
Tens of thousands of Muslim “refugees” have poured into Austria from Hungary and Slovenia in recent months on their way to Germany and Sweden, two wealthy European countries that have laid out the welcome mat for migrants. More than a million will end up in Germany alone by the end of this year, according to estimates from the German government.
Obtaining a working firearm and ammunition in Germany, Britain, Denmark and the Netherlands is practically impossible for the average citizen. Germany, for instance, requires a psychological evaluation, the purchase of liability insurance and verifiable compliance with strict firearms storage and safety rules. And self-defense is not even a valid reason to purchase a gun in these countries.
The laws in Austria, while still strict, are a bit less overbearing.
A Czech TV report confirms that long guns – shotguns and rifles – have been flying off the shelves in Austria, and Austrians who haven’t already purchased a gun may not have a chance to get one for some time. They’re all sold out. And those arming themselves are primarily women.
“If anyone wants to buy a long gun in Austria right now, too bad for them,” the Czech newscaster says. “All of them are currently sold out.” He cites the Austrian news outlet Trioler Tageszeitung as the source of his report.
“We cannot complain about lack of demand,” Stephen Mayer, a gun merchant, told Trioler Tageszeitung. He claims the stock has been sold out for the last three weeks and that demand is being fueled by fears generated by social changes.
“People want to protect themselves,” Mayer said. “Nonetheless, the most common purchasers of arms are primarily Austrian women.” They are also buying pepper sprays, which Mayer said are in big demand among those who can’t get a gun."
Judge Andrew Gould, is a former Justice on the Arizona Supreme Court and current candidate for Arizona Attorney General.
Back in May, candidate for Arizona Attorney General Judge Andrew Gould offered an ingenious plan to Curb the border invasion.
By designation the land bordering Mexico as ‘no trespassing zones,” Gould explained that the states are authorized under the 10th Amendment’s police powers to enforce state law. And “when cartels and caravan groups come across the border and step on state or private land, we have jurisdiction to enforce any criminal law they violate — the first, of course. is trespass.”
Gould explained that per federal law “we can’t deport them, but they can voluntarily return to Mexico as part of a plea agreement,.” Also, “if they come back at any point of their two-year probation … they can go to prison.”
No matter what group or category the illegal immigrant falls under, “there has got be a consequence for violating the law” — something that doesn’t concern Biden.
But there are, of course, no legal consequences for illegally entering the United States under the Biden administration. But there are deadly consequences for those paying smugglers to get across.
At least 51 undocumented migrants were found dead in a tractor-trailer in San Antonio, Texas and more than a dozen were hospitalized, authorities said.
Two of those taken to a hospital later died, officials said, bringing the total death toll to 48 by Monday night. An updated figure was released Tuesday afternoon.
Crews were at the 9600 block of Quintana Road where an 18-wheeler containing up to 100 migrants inside was found abandoned, Fox San Antonio reported. The discovery is part of what is believed to be a human smuggling operation.
"This is nothing short of a horrific human tragedy," San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg said Monday night near the location where the tractor-trailer was found.
Authorities at the scene initially confirmed 46 individuals were found deceased, none of which were children. Officials did not say whether the individuals had
This highly acclaimed and captivating book offers the world the most thorough understanding to date of “the Warning,” or “the Illumination of Conscience”—a critical moment in human history when every person alive will see their soul in the light of divine truth—including fascinating stories of those who have already experienced it for themselves.
“Christine Watkins has done a tremendous work…invaluable and timely” says Mark Mallet. Bishop Gavin Ashenden, Chaplain to the Queen of England (2008-2017) comments in his foreword to the book, “I devoured it, unable to put it down.”…“Inspirational…I highly recommend it,” says Fr. John Struzzo. Monsignor Ralph J. Chieffo urges, “Read this prophetic book and believe,” Dr. Mark Miravalle writes, “THE WARNING should be widely read and discerned seriously with an open mind,” and Fr. Bernardin Mugabo makes the heartfelt appeal, “I wish everyone would read this!”
Bishop Ashenden, begins his foreword with, “Every so often a book falls into one’s hands that is particularly powerful in unveiling the mystery and power of God’s purpose for his Church today, and this is one such. If you are wondering whether or not you should take the time to read it, let me strongly encourage you to do so.”
The prophecies of the Warning, as outlined and illustrated in this book, have come to us through saints and mystics, including St. Pope Pius IX, St. Pope Paul VI, St. Faustina Kowalska, Blessed Anna Maria Taigi, and Servant of God, Maria Esperanza. Some of these spiritual luminaries are still alive, such as exorcist, mystic, and Superior General, Fr. Michel Rodrigue; stigmatist and mystic, Janie Garza; and founder of the Dynamic Catholic Institute, Matthew Kelly.
Not only does THE WARNING substantiate an event of monumental importance, which appears to be on the horizon of time, but also carries the reader through compelling testimonies of those who have already experienced it personally and against their will. The book culminates in the spell-binding story of Marino Restrepo, hailed as a St. Paul for our century. Formerly a well-to-do Hollywood music producer who sank into serious sin and the New Age movement, he endured a torturous kidnapping by Colombian guerilla rebels for over half a year, during which he experienced an illumination of conscience. In addition, he received a unique gift of infused knowledge of divine matters, which he has been sharing with the world since 1999 in his world-wide, bishop-approved apostolate. And his is only one of the stories. . .
The prophecies and testimonies of the Illumination of Conscience promise to astound, entertain, challenge, and prepare those who read this book and who believe.

"Ted Cruz, who established himself as Iowa’s prohibitive favorite in early January with an intimidating show of force, is suddenly under siege one week before the caucuses as rival Republicans pummel him and as opposition to his presidential candidacy from the state’s political and business elite hardens.
Although Cruz is campaigning aggressively, his advisers are concerned about the barrage and are now scrambling to reset expectations for him here. They insisted Monday that the senator from Texas always has been the “underdog” in Iowa and argued that a second-place finish to Donald Trump should be interpreted as a mark of grit and would catapult him onward in the nominating contest.
“I can’t guarantee we’ll win,” Cruz told a group of pastors Monday at a private meeting in Cedar Rapids. “I don’t know that. That’s out of my hands. I believe we have a path to victory.”
Still, a loss in Iowa — the state where Cruz has campaigned the most and where the GOP’s deeply conservative base seems a natural fit — would call into question the depth of his coalition. Also at stake is the credibility of his vaunted data and field operation, which in Iowa is believed to be more sophisticated than any other Republican’s.
Cruz’s standing for weeks atop many Iowa polls has thrust him into the crosshairs. Trump is hitting him relentlessly over his Canadian birth and his “nasty” reputation in Washington, while using the endorsement of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin to drive a wedge with evangelicals. Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.) is portraying Cruz as a calculating politician and proponent of European-style economics. Fellow religious- conservative candidates Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum are charging that he is a fraud."
The Bodies of Others is about how we came to the harrowing civilizational crossroads at which we find ourselves - engaged in a war against vast impersonal forces with limitless power over our lives and which threaten the freedoms we have always taken for granted.
In her most provocative book yet, Dr. Naomi Wolf shows how these forces -- from Big Tech and Big Pharma to the CCP and our oligarchical elites -- seized upon two years of COVID-19 panic in sinister new ways, to not only undermine our Republic but to fundamentally reorient human relations.
Their target is humanity itself. Their end goal is to ensure that our pre-March 2020 world is gone forever. Irretrievable. To be replaced with a world in which all human endeavor-all human joy, all human fellowship, all human advancement, all human culture, all human song, all human drama, all worship, all surprise, all flirtation, all celebration-is behind a digital paywall. A world in which we will all have to ask technology's permission to be human.
But we, the people of the world, did not vote to abandon our old systems and destroy our old ways so absolutely they could never be recovered. And Wolf shows how, against overwhelming odds, we still might win.
"Banning Guns Won’t Stop Mass Shooters, Better Parenting Will!”
America has been rocked by another horrific mass shooting. Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III, 22 years old, stood on the roof of a store and opened fire on a crowd below during a 4th of July parade.
Crimo, the murderer, was an amateur rapper, who had posted sinister rap videos glamorizing classroom shootings. He was a loner, who lived in an apartment behind his parents’ house and was still unemployed after losing his job at Panera after the lockdowns.
Democrats are already busy blaming guns, and calling for red flaws that failed to stop the latest mass murderer.
Crimo displayed abundant signs of being a dangerous and violent murderer, but no one paid attention to these clues! No ban on guns would've stopped him, but better parenting would have.
"Meadowlark Lemon was one of the finest and most decent people I’ve ever known.
Like most of my era, I remember, as a boy, my father taking me to see the “Clown Prince of Basketball” and the Harlem Globetrotters. However, it will be Meadowlark “The Man” that I was fortunate to get to know later in life and whom I will always remember.
Meadowlark Lemon was a man of faith who loved people, and believed in giving back.
Born in Lexington, South Carolina, Meadowlark and his family moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, where he grew up. After playing basketball at Florida A&M and a stint in the US Army, it was on to the Harlem Globetrotters. Meadowlark quickly emerged as the most famous Globetrotter at a time when they could defeat almost any NBA team.
We think of Meadowlark for his on-court antics, but he was a great basketball player and an even greater person.
Speaking to inner-city youth at a Salvation Army event I was involved in a few years ago, Meadowlark told the kids that, “There’s no excuse in missing a free throw shot. It’s free. They’re giving it to you. Take it!”
Meadowlark knew what he was talking about. His lifetime free throw percentage of 97 percent is the best of anyone who has ever played the game.
Meadowlark had his own Christian ministry and it touched many. He prayed with President Ronald Reagan in the Oval Office and he witnessed to and prayed with Alabama Governor George Wallace at his bedside."

"And with Iran back as a full player in world oil markets, the previously unthinkable — sub-$20-a-barrel crude — is looking more possible.
Iran's oil ministers say they intend to boost their oil production and ship 500,000 barrels a day initially, now that sanctions have been lifted in light of nuclear inspections deal, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported. Iran's goal is 2 million barrels a day.
Eshaq Jahangiri, Iran's First Vice President, said Monday that his nation's oil exports will increase soon and grow further "on a daily basis," the news agency also reported.
The higher production levels alone are big enough to further depress the price of oil, especially since Saudi Arabia has refused to cut its production levels.
The result could lead to oil prices in the mid-$20s a barrel, and with occasional bouts of panic selling, briefly dip into the teens, said Tom Kloza, global head of energy analysis for the Oil Price Information Service.
Oil already plunged past one key threshold last week, falling past $30 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate, the benchmark U.S. crude, closed Friday at $29.42, down $1.78 for the day. Brent crude, an international benchmark, closed at $28.94, down $1.94. The low oil prices are reflected in the price of gasoline, which dipped Sunday to $1.90 a gallon nationally, down almost 7 cents in a week, according to AAA's Fuel Gauge Report.
"The expectation is we're going to plumb new lows. Every oil investor and trader worth his salt has anticipated it," Kloza said."
"The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as secretary of state has expanded to look at whether the possible “intersection” of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws, three intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record told Fox News.
This new investigative track is in addition to the focus on classified material found on Clinton’s personal server.
"The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," one source said.
Clinton, speaking to the Des Moines Register, on Monday pushed back on the details of a second investigative track. According to reporter Jennifer Jacobs, Clinton said Monday she has heard nothing from the FBI.
"No, there’s nothing like that that is happening," Clinton said, according to a tweet from Jacobs.
Experts including a former senior FBI agent said the bureau does not have to notify the subject of an investigation.
The development follows press reports over the past year about the potential overlap of State Department and Clinton Foundation work, and questions over whether donors benefited from their contacts inside the administration.
The Clinton Foundation is a public charity, known as a 501(c)(3). It had grants and contributions in excess of $144 million in 2013, the most current available data.
Inside the FBI, pressure is growing to pursue the case.
One intelligence source told Fox News that FBI agents would be “screaming” if a prosecution is not pursued because “many previous public corruption cases have been made and successfully prosecuted with much less evidence than what is emerging in this investigation.”
The FBI is particularly on edge in the wake of how the case of former CIA Director David Petraeus was handled."
According to a hard-hitting government task force report released Thursday, intelligence generated by the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) was manipulated to paint a rosier picture of the U.S. effort to combat ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
The report finds that, beginning in mid-2014, final intelligence reports issued by CENTCOM contradicted the initial internal assessments made by its own analysts, reports CBS News correspondent Jim Axelrod.
"The facts on the ground didn't match what the intelligence was saying out of the United States Central Command," said Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Kan., a member of the task force.
The military CENTCOM is responsible for American security interests in 20 nations, stretching from Egypt through the Arabian Gulf region and into central Asia.
The task force stemmed from a whistleblower complaint from a senior analyst at CENTCOM alleging that intel had been manipulated. The complaint is under active investigation by the Defense Department inspector general.
"There's enormous evidence about how this information from talented career professionals inside the analytic arm at CENTCOM did their job and accurately depicted what was going on on the ground, but when it got to very senior levels, that information was changed," Pompeo said.
But it wasn't just classified intelligence. The task force also found that CENTCOM's public statements were far more positive than events on the ground warranted -- such as in March 2015 when CENTCOM Commander Gen. Lloyd Austin testified to Congress.
"The fact is that he [ISIS] can no longer do what he did at the outset, which is to seize and hold new territory. He has assumed a defensive crouch in Iraq," Gen. Austin said.
While the report found intelligence was in fact manipulated by CENTCOM, the task force found no evidence that orders for those changes came from the White House.
Your career success depends on your ability to promote yourself correctly. For workers and job seekers at all levels, Gillis offers six tips on how to "express to impress" to those who matter most -- higher-ups and hiring managers. Sample talking points:
1. Don't assume that your boss knows exactly what you do.
You're at the mercy of your manager. Yet it's unlikely he has more than a general idea about what you do beyond the minimum he expects.
2. Embrace the difference between articulating your value and bragging.
When done properly, self-promotion is not bragging. It is informing.
3. Adopt an accomplishment mindset and narrative.
To prove your indispensability to an employer, you need an inventory of your on-the-job accomplishments -- the things that express your commercial value to the business.
4. Quantify your worth.
You were hired because someone trusted that you'd either make or save the company money. You needn't be a bona fide revenue generator or accomplish earth-shattering feats like inventing the iPhone to quantify your worth.
5. Source and shape your success stories.
To begin, look at old resumes, business planners, and performance reviews. Then reach out to personal and professional contacts. No emailing. To bypass generic responses, you must do this by phone. Period.
6. Master the three-part accomplishment statement.
Every one of your accomplishments must be crafted into a single three-part statement. You'll convey what you did, what that resulted in, and the value or net result. For example: "Created a digital filing system that resulted in 300 man hours saved per week, enabling the company to save $6 million annually."

Allan McDougall endured a brutal childhood in southwestern Ontario as the son of a down-on-his-luck farmer and emotionally abusive mother. Frail from asthma, fearful from bullies' taunts, and self-conscious from a persistent stutter, McDougall earned the nickname "Wimpy." In his teens, he turned to drinking to find solace, and began a 22-year dependency. As with many alcoholics, alcohol wasn't his problem - merely the answer to a deeper problem. At age 19,with an alcohol-induced sense of bravado, McDougall began work as a miner in Northern Ontario - a career he remained in for 22 years, but that became a metaphor for the dark, desolate underworld where his alcohol-fueled existence led.
In unflinching detail, Breaking Through exposes the hideous underbelly of addiction. Despite the pain inflicted on his family, the loss of his marriage, and the toll on his health, McDougall only hit rock bottom when his body finally Rebelled. The day came when he couldn't take a sip of alcohol without throwing up. He contemplated suicide, but fortunately turned instead to his United Steel Workers (USW) union's Employee Assistance Program for help. So began McDougall's struggle to claw his way out of his personal cave-in to a new life of sobriety and hope. In a compelling story that interweaves humor, reflection, and unwavering honesty, he portrays the rollercoaster of emotions - from anger to humility to elation - experienced while reclaiming a ravaged life. He transforms from childish, or self-centered, to childlike, or other-centered, as he learns to re-engage with and delight in other people and the world of possibilities surrounding him. McDougall's inspirational quest to become a motivational speaker, through both intention and serendipity, is instructive for anyone at a crossroads trying to change their lives. Now a sought-after speaker and international coordinator of USW's emergency response team, McDougall spreads his message of hope, while also infusing real ty mined from his personal depths of despair.
McDougall describes:
•When dealing with addicts, it’s important to hate the addiction but love the person •The paradox that strength only comes from admitting one's weakness •Why those seeking change find that help magically appears once you're sober •How AA's "Promises" serve as inspiration for change With Breaking Through, McDougall sheds light on the tortured path of the alcoholic and, through his own instructive and inspirational story, how it is possible to climb out of the darkness into the light.

"Wofford College will host the Commander-in-Chief Presidential Forum, featuring Republican presidential candidates, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in Leonard Auditorium in Main Building on the college’s campus.
All major Republican presidential candidates have been invited to participate in the event, part of the Hipp Lecture Series on International Affairs and National Security, which brought the 2011 Republican Presidential Candidates Debate presented by CBS to Wofford’s campus. The event is co-sponsored by the South Carolina Republican Party.
The Commander-in-Chief Presidential Forum will be moderated by former S.C. Gov. David Beasley. It will be free and open to the public.
“Whoever America elects as its new commander-in-chief in 2016 will be facing the most complex national security and foreign policy situation that a president has ever faced,” Hipp says. “In short, electing a commander-in-chief who can keep America safe so that we remain free will be the dominant issue of the presidential campaign. I’m pleased that the Commander-in-Chief Presidential Forum, hosted by Wofford College and co-sponsored by the South Carolina Republican Party, will exclusively address these issues.”
Matt Moore, chairman of the S.C. GOP, notes the importance of South Carolina in presidential races. “South Carolina’s Republican primary presents an important test for candidates. For a generation, no Republican candidate has won the White House without first winning support from South Carolina’s diverse and informed Republican voters. This forum will bring important issues in this race to the forefront, and we are pleased to be a part of the event.”
Founded in 2011, the Hipp Lecture Series on International Affairs and National Security is designed to create signature events at Wofford. The goal of these events is to capture the attention of students and the public, and draw them into important conversations on applying American leadership and ideals to the challenges of international affairs past, present and future. The lecture series is made possible through the generous donations of Wofford alumnus Van D. Hipp Jr. (Class of 1982).
Hipp, chairman of American Defense International Inc. in Washington, D.C., recently released his latest book, “The New Terrorism: How to Fight It and Defeat It.”

"Donald J. Trump has shaken up his presidential campaign for the second time in two months, hiring a top executive from the conservative website Breitbart News and promoting a senior adviser in an effort to right his faltering campaign.
Stephen Bannon, the executive chairman of Breitbart News LLC, will become the Republican campaign’s chief executive, and Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser and pollster for Mr. Trump and his running mate, Gov. Mike Pence of Indiana, will become the campaign manager.
Paul Manafort, the campaign chairman, will retain his title. But the staffing change, hammered out on Sunday and set to be formally announced Wednesday morning, was seen by some as a demotion for Mr. Manafort.
The news, first reported by The Wall Street Journal, was confirmed early Wednesday by Ms. Conway in a brief interview, but she rejected the idea that the changes amounted to a shake-up and said that Mr. Manafort was not being diminished.
“It’s an expansion at a busy time in the final stretch of the campaign,” she said, adding that Mr. Manafort and his deputy, Rick Gates, would remain in their roles.
“We met as the ‘core four’ today,” Ms. Conway added, referring to herself, Mr. Bannon, Mr. Manafort and Mr. Gates.
People briefed on the move said that it reflected Mr. Trump’s realization that his campaign was at a crisis point. But it indicates that the candidate — who has chafed at making the types of changes his current aides have asked for, even though he had acknowledged they would need to occur — has decided to embrace his aggressive style for the duration of the race.
Both Ms. Conway and Mr. Bannon, whose news organization has been very favorable to Mr. Trump since he entered the primaries, are close with Robert and Rebekah Mercer, the father-and-daughter conservative donors who have become allies of the candidate and are funding a “super PAC” that is working against Hillary Clinton."
THE "RIGHT HAND MAN" OF BEAR BRYANT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA
THE "RIGHT HAND MAN" OF DON SHULA DURING THE 1972 MIAMI DOLPHINS PERFECT SEASON
Coach Howard Schnellenberger, Passing the Torch: Building Winning Football Programs...with a Dose of Swagger Along the Way.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
One of the most colorful and successful football coaches of the last half century is ready to tell his story for the first time. Howard Schnellenberger learned his trade from two of the all-time greats, Paul "Bear" Bryant and Don Shula, winning championships with each mentor.
Schnellenberger then took the football torch that was passed to him and became a trans formative head coach at three universities. All three have now nominated him for the College Football Hall of Fame. For all of his personal triumphs, there have also been instances of crashing and burning. He was fired as head coach of the Baltimore Colts after a sideline showdown with the owner of the team.
He walked away from the University of Miami to try to make his fortune in the ill-fated USFL. A move to the University of Oklahoma ended in humiliation. The coach talks about the wise decisions and the poor decisions he has made, and he shares the lessons he learned along the way.
Schnellenberger's career has brought him into combat alongside or across the field from many of the greats. His high school teammate was the future Heisman Trophy winner and Green Bay Packer star Paul Hornung.
Schnellenberger was an All-American player at Kentucky in 1952 at a time when players played both offense and defense. He later recruited or coached a stunning array of quarterbacks, including Joe Namath, Kenny Stabler, Jim Kelly, Bernie Kosar, Vinny Testaverde, Bert Jones, Roman Gabriel, Bob Griese and Earl Morrall.
Schnellengerber served as offensive coordinator while helping Alabama and Bryant claim national championships in 1961, 1964 and 1965. His early career also included serving as offensive coordinator for Don Shula and the Miami Dolphins in 1972 during the only perfect season in NFL history. Schnellenberger took over a University of Miami program that was contemplating dropping the sport in 1979 and instead led them to 46 wins in 5 years and a national championship in 1983.
He established a swagger at the U and set the school on a path to five national championships in two decades. He dabbled with Donald Trump at the upstart United States Football League that sued the NFL for antitrust violations. In 1985 he returned to his hometown and took over another struggling program at the University of Louisville. After three losing seasons, he built them into a football power. His time there was capped by a 10-1-1 record in 1990 that included a Fiesta Bowl victory over Alabama.

That’s how long the old guard of the Republican Party believes it has to take down Donald Trump in what’s become a mad scramble to blunt the billionaire’s momentum before delegate-rich, winner-take-all contests crown him the presumptive GOP nominee.
Nearly $10 million in spending by anti-Trump forces and the pro-Sen. Marco Rubio super PAC has poured into the race since Super Tuesday, with much of the focus on Florida and its crucial haul of 99 delegates.
The goal, according to people familiar with the effort, has been to assemble as much as $25 million to spend against the New York businessman before March 15. Some, however, doubt the figure will ultimately reach that high. And even Trump opponents are questioning if the donor world has moved from hand-wringing to check-writing in time."

Clarity from Chaos Guest: : Paul Manafort, author of: Political Prisoner: Persecuted, Prosecuted, but Not Silenced. As campaign chairman for Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, Paul put into place the structure that delivered the nomination and eventually the general election for Donald J. Trump.
A riveting account of the HOAX that sent a presidential campaign chairman to solitary confinement because he wouldn’t turn against the President of the United States.
The chief weapon deployed by the government-corporate-media Establishment against the Trump presidency was propaganda. Time and again, allegations from anonymous sources were disseminated by a partisan media, promoted by a dishonest Democrat Party leadership, and ultimately debunked when the facts surfaced. But by the time the truth came out, it was too late. There had already been casualties.
One of the highest profile casualties was Paul Manafort.
Desperate to defeat Donald Trump—or hamper his presidency after he won—Democrats and their Establishment allies colluded with foreign operatives to concoct a completely false narrative about Paul’s supposed conspiracy with pro-Russian elements in Ukraine to further Vladimir Putin’s efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election. But it wasn’t just defamation of Paul’s character. They took the unprecedented step of enlisting the US intelligence and law enforcement communities in using their power against President Trump and his campaign team.

Postgate: How the Washington Post Betrayed Deep Throat, Covered Up Watergate, and Began Today's Partisan Advocacy Journalism

John O'Connor
MEDIA ANALYST/AUTHOR:John O'Connor, Postgate: How the Washington Post Betrayed Deep Throat, Covered Up Watergate, and Began Today's Partisan Advocacy Journalism. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California from 1974-1979, representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases.
The Trump administration all but made a “declaration of war on the House over the impeachment inquiry” on Tuesday in a letter from White House Counsel Pat. A Cipollone, who told House Democrats that the president would not comply with their “illegitimate proceedings.
”In a statement, White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham wrote: “The President has done nothing wrong, and the Democrats know it. For purely political reasons, the Democrats have decided their desire to overturn the outcome of the 2016 election allows them to conduct a so-called impeachment inquiry that ignores the fundamental rights guaranteed to every American.
These partisan proceedings are an affront to the Constitution—as they are being held behind closed doors and deny the President the right to call witnesses, to cross-examine witnesses, to have access to evidence, and many other basic rights.”
Included with Grisham’s statement was the letter from Cipollone that dismantled many of the claims made by Democrat leaders in recent weeks and seriously damaged the credibility of their unofficial impeachment inquiry.
Deep Throat’s lawyer discovers the Washington Post betrayed his client—while covering up the real truth about the Watergate scandal
The conventional wisdom of Watergate is turned on its head by Postgate, revealing that the Post did not uncover Watergate as much as it covered it up. The Nixon Administration, itself involved in a coverup, was the victim of a journalistic smoke-screen that prevented mitigation of its criminal guilt. As a result of the paper’s successful misdirection, today’s strikingly deceptive partisan journalism can be laid at the doorstep of the Washington Post.
After Deep Throat’s lawyer, author John O’Connor, discovered that the Post had betrayed his client while covering up the truth about Watergate, his indefatigable research resulted in Postgate, a profoundly shocking tale of journalistic deceit.
In an era when numerous modern media outlets rail about the guilt of their political enemies for speaking untruths, Postgate proves that the media can often credibly be viewed as the party actually guilty of deception. Americans today mistrust the major media more than ever. Postgate will prove that this distrust is richly deserved.

That the fraudulent, media-hyped Russiagate fiasco was a colossal waste of civic energy is now beyond doubt to all but the most bitterly partisan. But scant attention has been paid to its enablement of the tragic Russian invasion of Ukraine.
“This process isn’t about things. It’s not about computer soft-ware, surveys, review forms, or process plans. No, the real key to this whole thing is people. It’s about talking to them, listening to them, engaging them, trusting them, and above all, never losing sight of the fact that the process must serve them and not the other way around.”

Reboot Performance Management from Tedious to Trans-formative: Lessons from a Talent Strategist
It’s time to rethink performance management — or risk losing your best and brightest to a firm that does.
Old-school performance management, with its bell curves, forms, hounding emails and awkward negotiating, won’t cut it with today's workforce. Moreover, everyone in the world of work knows it, including HR professionals. The annual dreaded rite known as the Performance Review is universally acknowledged as the least likely to engage those involved. It’s high time we rethink PM.
Enter talent pioneer M. Tamra Chandler. With decades of experience with clients from giant multinationals to small nonprofits, this award-winning consultant has an insider’s understanding of what’s broken about traditional performance management — and how to fix it. Chandler created the PM Reboot — an innovative, customizable solution for better managing talent. It’s all contained in her new book, How Performance Management is Killing Performance — and What to Do About It.
Having spent a career thinking about how to best motivate performance, Chandler offers a clear, crisp method for rebooting the paradigm. As she notes, to get inspired performance takes inspired people — and engagement is best sparked with authentic motivation, not administrative minutiae. People-centric, filled with humor, and down to earth, the approach is well suited to a multi generational, global, hyper-connected, 21st-century workforce.
How Performance Management is Killing Performance is a must for anyone interested in the junction of people and organizations. It presents tools and ideas to engage organizations and employees in the creation of something better, and practical examples that offer model routes out of the quagmire of archaic methods. Based on thorough research and solid rationale, it combines common sense with sound business strategies. Success is based on people, says Chandler: Rethinking how you manage performance will greatly benefit your bottom line.

This podcast is a conversation with Ms. Vicky Oliver concerning the impact of today's Hiring Managers utilizing more and more social media to cull job applicants.
The topics that were discussed is why you should treat social media very carefully and how to be very selective which social media you participate in. For example, using LinkedIn instead of facebook.
Statistics from Career Builder show that 46% of the job candidates are turned down for inappropriate photographs or information and that 32% of the job candidates are turned down due to poor communication skills. These were all found on the job candidates social media sites.
Vicky is an award winning author of several books on career development. Her advise has been featured in over 700 media outlets, including the front page of the New York Times Job Market section.

It is widely agreed by experts that practical, affordable energy storage for homes as well as the grid is the key missing component required to allow widespread use of renewable energy. This is because the sun and wind often do not supply energy when it is needed, and when they do the electricity provided is so highly variable that it destabilizes the grid.
Storage technologies today are: too expensive to build and operate, limited in the amount and length of time they can store energy, and many are made out environmentally harmful materials.
We have developed a new storage technology that solves these problems: a solid state, non-chemical battery that stores energy as heat. For example, 180 kWh for our home size unit, compared to 10 kWh for a well know new chemical battery. Enough for weeks-not hours, of use per charge. In a small footprint. With no toxic or rare materials. At a competitive cost.
And, this battery can also provide the energy needed for heat, hot water, cooling, & freezing plus pure water for a family, a hotel, or a factory. In an easy to operate and maintain device that is both scalable (from 100 MW to 100MW per unit) and modular.
Over the past six years, we have designed and field tested 3 generations of a new thermal storage technology for large-scale applications such as grid and the steel industry that now only solves the storage problems, but makes it possible to save most of the 60% of the energy contained in fuel now going up the stack as waste heat.
We believe that this technology will prove to be a game changer, leading to a true paradigm shift in energy system design and sustainability.
Our technology is based upon the age-old method used to contain very high temperature molten phase change metal mass with layers of refractory. This thermal containment approach is based on the phenomena of “thermal dynamic quasi stasis,” as I have described in my US Patent. This is the same way the planet earth has contained it molten core for several billion years.
Our third generation can be mass-produced as we no longer build the refractory layers by hand. This generation can store slightly more than 100 MW of usable thermal energy in an 18 cubic meter containment.
We want to package units for smaller-scale applications: factory, commercial, and residential use. Typical home unit can provide 170-180 kilowatts hours of electricity on a single charge plus sufficient heat energy for heat, cooling and clean water production. Its electric capacity is 100x that of any comparable battery system. No other back up system provides both electric/heat & cooling and can do so on a continuous basis to substantially reduce energy bills. We are about to launch a crowdfounding Campaign with Indiegogo the cover some of the cost of getting prototypes built and UL certification of this small version of our thermal battery. We hope you will be interested in this important new product for your own needs, and
Behind the deeply contentious 2020 election stands a real story of a broken election process. Election fraud that alters election outcomes and dilutes legitimate votes occurs all too often, as is the bungling of election bureaucrats. Our election process is full of vulnerabilities that can be ― and are ― taken advantage of, raising questions about, and damaging public confidence in, the legitimacy of the outcome of elections. This book explores the reality of the fraud and bureaucratic errors and mistakes that should concern all Americans and offers recommendations and solutions to fix those problems.

WASHINGTON (AP) — More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. It's an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.
At least 85 of 154 people from private interests who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Clinton while she led the State Department donated to her family charity or pledged commitments to its international programs, according to a review of State Department calendars released so far to The Associated Press. Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. At least 40 donated more than $100,000 each, and 20 gave more than $1 million.
Donors who were granted time with Clinton included an internationally known economist who asked for her help as the Bangladesh government pressured him to resign from a nonprofit bank he ran; a Wall Street executive who sought Clinton's help with a visa problem; and Estee Lauder executives who were listed as meeting with Clinton while her department worked with the firm's corporate charity to counter gender-based violence in South Africa.
The meetings between the Democratic presidential nominee and foundation donors do not appear to violate legal agreements Clinton and former president Bill Clinton signed before she joined the State Department in 2009. But the frequency of the overlaps shows the intermingling of access and donations, and fuels perceptions that giving the foundation money was a price of admission for face time with Clinton. Her calendars and emails released as recently as this week describe scores of contacts she and her top aides had with foundation donors.
The AP's findings represent the first systematic effort to calculate the scope of the intersecting interests of Clinton Foundation donors and people who met personally with Clinton or spoke to her by phone about their needs.
The 154 did not include U.S. federal employees or foreign government representatives. Clinton met with representatives of at least 16 foreign governments that donated as much as $170 million to the Clinton charity, but they were not included in AP's calculations because such meetings would presumably have been part of her diplomatic duties.
Clinton's campaign said the AP analysis was flawed because it did not include in its calculations meetings with foreign diplomats or U.S. government officials, and the meetings AP examined covered only the first half of Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.
"It is outrageous to misrepresent Secretary Clinton's basis for meeting with these individuals," spokesman Brian Fallon said. He called it "a distorted portrayal of how often she crossed paths with individuals connected to charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation."
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump fiercely criticized the links betwe
On January 4, the President of the United States declared war on gun owners.
His lawless, anti-gun power-grab potentially threatens every gun owner in the country. It represents one of the boldest executive actions against gun owners in history.
First, there’s his efforts to turn collectors and hobbyists into “gun dealers.”
This would take us back to the “bad old days” in which the ATF tried to imprison collectors who sold only a couple of firearms.
Under Obama’s new amorphous standards, even the sale of a single gun could land you in prison.
On one hand, Obama wants to turn collectors and hobbyists into “gun dealers.” On the other hand, under Clinton-era policies, he won’t give licenses to collectors and hobbyists without “bricks-and-mortar” storefronts.
So the liar-in-chief is trying to set a trap in which collecting firearms is effectively outlawed.
Second, there's Obama’s 200 new ATF agents proposed, not to arrest the violent drug dealers he wants to release on the streets, but rather to feed more 4473’s into Obama’s burgeoning national gun registry.
Then there are the efforts to:
* Use taxpayer dollars to develop “smart gun” technology, which would ultimately be required;
* Slap gun loss reporting requirements on the gun industry that could easily entrap large dealers; and
* Impose new rules to strip 4.2 million seniors of their gun collections.
Obama has declared war on gun owners. It’s now time to strike back.
Here’s How We Can Hit Obama Where it Hurts!
President Obama is looking for a “legacy” piece of legislation to help salvage his flailing presidency.
During his State of the Union Address on Tuesday, he expressed his desire to “work together this year on bipartisan priorities like criminal justice reform ....”
The “reform” bill he wants is the sentencing bill that has a lot of Republican support in the Congress (H.R. 4321/S. 2123).
In fact, the Republican Judiciary Committee Chairman in each chamber -- Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and Virginia Rep. Bob Goodlatte -- are leading the charge on this legislation.
But truly constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz of Texas and Jeff Sessions of Alabama have opposed this legislation -- and even voted against the bill in the Judiciary Committee.
These pro-gun Senators oppose the sentencing reform for good reason.

The Allegory of the Cave is a narrative device used by Plato in his well known work, The Republic.
According to the allegory, man's condition is on of bondage to perceptions. When man is chained up with only a fire behind him, he perceives the world by watching shadows on the wall. He does not realize that there is a world outside of the cave. So long as his basic needs are met, he does not ask questions. This probably a general statement about people who do not overtly seek knowledge or truth, but rather accept what they are told or what they can immediately experience.
A 2000 year old tale that has remarkable insight into who and what we are today.
It was a scene most Americans thought would only happen in other countries; after a very contentious election process had finally begun the formality of official certification, angry protestors, supporters of President Trump, stormed the U.S. Capitol grounds.
Soon, there was a fatal shooting inside the complex, scuffles between protestors and police, elected leaders and their staffers were forced off the Senate floor and into emergency shelters, IED teams and armored vehicles joined thousands of protestors and police on the Capitol grounds and National Guard troops from DC, Maryland and Virginia were deployed to regain control.
