Finding your divine path with human design. Today I'm interviewing Vanessa, she shares her story of finding her path through Human Design.  Vanessa went from Stripper to Realtor to Healer. She went from being lost in life, dependent on drugs, alcohol, and sex to having a healing breakthrough during a plant medicine retreat. Plant medicine taught her how to heal herself from by doing Shamanic work, a self- exorcism, and working with the Quantum Field and multi-dimensional healing. Through those initial experiences Vanessa's healing abilities emerged naturally and she began to help close friends and family. Vanessa realized that her own personal healing journey hit a plateau, and then she discovered that although she had many healing workshops, retreats, breathwork ceremonies, plant medicine ceremonies, and healings from other healers there was still a gap in her alignment. Fragmentation was still present, it required more connection and full integration that was needed to bridge the gap between the energetic, emotional, mental, and physical healing WITH a path & process for her to expand into her authentic self by releasing conditioned personality traits cause by Traumatic experiences. Planets- Astrological energy with certain traits and energy frequency

To determine the movements through zodiacs. The planets are used to tell the certain points in the sky. Points include Sun, Moon, and Stars. 

Sun- Masculine energy. Known for purpose and creation, an energy to use toward growth and perseverance.

Moon- Feminine energy. Known for emotions, nourishing properties and birth of reflection. 

Mercury - Known for communication, mindset and seeking higher wisdom. 

Venus- Beautiful Goddess energy related to relationships, luxury and indulges.

Mars- Masculine assertive, passionate and the steps of drive to completion. 

Jupiter - The perfect energy for luck, expansion and freedom. Deciding your perfect life path. “What does your perfect day resembles” 

Saturn- The area of responsibility, constriction and boundaries. Using consistency to complete the over all goal.

Uranus- the energy of rebellious nature of self. Your unique balance of your tends and personality with a background of technology. 

Neptune- Energy of Dreams and vision, creating a plan towards what feels unrealistic to reality. The message from the unconscious mind. 

Pluto- The chapter of closure and transformation, letting of the fear of saying goodbye. 

Chiron- The “wounded healer” because we never stop healing. Where and what are your coping skill to encourage healing.

My introduction to Astrology was in the dark. Being a preacher's kid who loved zodiac signs was not the image any Pastor wanted. I would have to sneak and look at the horoscopes in the back of magazines when we visited bookstores. In my twenties I began going to more complicated books that would break down planets and aspects. While getting my degree in Psychology at Old Dominion University, I noticed the correlation between Astrology and Psychology. They were both tools of self discovery. That journey led me to begin official classes in Traditional Astrology to see if I was right.

I was.

In my work I combine what I know from my Psychology degree with Traditional Astrological techniques. That helps to create a sacred space for people to see and feel their own divinity. I also hold classes teaching Astrology to help bring back the integrity it once held when it was being taught in universities. This tool gives words to the unspeakable and indescribable parts of our human experience. It is an orgasmic phenomenon which my clients and I share during our sessions. It says to another Spirit, "I see you and you are Divine."

This is not therapy. This is a knowing. A remembrance of who you divinely are. It is true Astrology and I'm honored to be its teacher."

About the Guest Rose: Bio: I was introduced to astrology by my childhood friend Cena, and fell in love with the subject. Growing up I would read the horoscopes in the magazines and this is what motivated my interests with the metaphysical realm. It was a great coping mechanism growing up as I felt outcasted, ostracized, and bullied at school and home. I had a tumultuous relationship with my maternal parent and later on discovered through my chart that there was karmic energy between my mother and I. My father on the other hand was nothing but amazing and also influenced my pursuit of the metaphysical. He was very encouraging and also educated me along the way. In 2015 I ended a romantic relationship that terminated on a bad note. I sought a tarot reader for guidance so that I could find a better match for my future. Thought she was very talented and I admired her accuracy; this tarot reader would speak to me in metaphorical riddles. I intuitively felt she was deliberately withholding information in order to keep me coming back for more and leaving the door open to proposition for spell work. I felt compelled to address this topic as a women who lived in a home where violence occurred. I know it's extremely painful mentally and emotionally. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon. Some of us were able to leave, some of us were able to get help and some of us are still in the state of feeling stuck. Please know there are resources, and people who can help.

"Safety Planning"

"As a victim of domestic abuse or violence, you understand your situation better than anyone else. In your relationship, you have already been taking steps to keep yourself and your children safe. Discussing your safety plan with an advocate can help you think of other information that you might not have thought of while living in crisis. Even if you have used the court system, called the police, and/or have an existing order of protection, it is still very important to consider a safety plan. Safety plans can be made for a variety of different situations, including:

dealing with an emergency, such as if a physical assault occurs;

continuing to live with a partner who has been and/or continues to be abusive;

and protecting yourself after you have ended a relationship with an abusive partner

If You Decide To Leave

It is important to understand that leaving may not be the safest option for everyone, and to trust that you know what is best for you. Abusers often escalate their tactics to threaten or harm their partners when they leave the relationship. During this time, abusers feel like they are losing control over their partners.

With that in mind, here are some precautions to consider when preparing to leave or after you've left:

Review your safety plan often.

Open a bank account or get a credit card in your name.

Get a P.O. box in your name.

Change the locks. Consider putting in stronger doors, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a security system and motion sensor outside lights.

Consider how you can more safely use technology and social media.

Tell friends and neighbors that your abuser no longer lives with you. This doesn't mean you need to tell them about the abuse, but simply lets them know the abuser is not living with you anymore.

Tell childcare providers the names of people who are allowed to pick up your children. If you have an order of protection protecting your children, give their teachers and babysitters a copy of it.

Tell someone at work about what has happened. Ask that person to screen your calls. If you have an order of protection that includes where you work, consider giving your boss a copy of it and a picture of the abuser. Think about and practice a safety plan for your workplace. This should include going to and from work.

Make copies of keys and important documents and find a safe place to keep them in case you decide to leave. A safe place can include a hiding place in your home or with a friend, neighbor or family member that you trust". https://www.un.org/en/coronavirus/safety-planning

A survivor of extreme childhood abuse, PTSD  and ALL the eating disorders, she used her own mess to create her message, passion and purpose. After a lot of mental, emotional and spiritual healing, she lost almost 200 pounds BECAUSE she gave up dieting and defining her worth by her body in 2013. She has been  guiding other women to forge their own paths to food freedom and body neutrality in group and 1:1 coaching since 2017, so they too can escape the shame spiral of emotional eating and achieve stable, healthy weight without restrictive dieting.
