14 Feb 2023 | #225 The Numbers Don't Lie: The 3 Most Important Pieces of Data To Track | 00:20:22
On today's episode, we are talking all about the three metrics that we track every single week in our online business to make sure that we are hitting our goals! Our motto is: trust your intuition when it comes to creating your messaging, and trust the data when it comes to how well it performed. Here’s why this is so important: When we track the numbers we can determine the ACTIVITY and ACTIONS that led to the results. And when we want more of these results, we can take more of those actions. Facts: our goal is to grow our results AND make things more simple. Less time, less effort, more impact. And this is possible because we track our metrics. We aren’t emotionally attached to the metrics… because we know that they are simply FEEDBACK on what’s working and what’s not. And that feedback gives us the lessons that we need to scale smarter. Ready to learn more? Let’s dive in! --- → Grab Rachel’s NEW 40 ways to bring more traffic to your offer checklist to help bring ORGANIC leads into your business! → Have a business question for Rachel? 20 Apr 2020 | #92 Creating Predictability in Your Business | 00:13:09
Have you ever been told that in order to have predictability in your business and with your income, you have to have a recurring revenue stream? 21 Feb 2023 | #226 The Numbers Don't Lie: How To Use The Data To Solve Problems | 00:16:47
On today's episode, we are continuing the conversation about how we use the data to make decisions in our business. The problem we see right now with so many struggling business owners is that they're not tracking the data. And because they're not tracking the data, they don't get the results that they were expecting, so they make it mean something about them. But what if instead, moving forward, what if you fully embraced and knew that the story the data is telling you means nothing about you. It means nothing about your worth. It doesn't even necessarily mean anything about your program. All it means is that there's something happening that is causing those who would be a good fit for your program to think that they're not right now. (Probably something with the way you’re communicating about your program. Not the content in your program, but the way you communicate about the program). And when we can start to work on that, can you already start to see how the result will change? This is why metrics matter. This is why I get so passionate about the data in your business. Because when we understand this, we can scale! Ready to learn more? 30 Apr 2024 | #249 When to Ask for Help in Your Online Business? | 00:22:48
Have you ever noticed that some people seem like overnight successes? It feels like they just started their business yesterday and now they've hit a big milestone or a big goal, while others seem to struggle through it for years without much to show for it.
Why is that? Why is it that most people start a business and fail in the first 18 months? On today’s Business With Impact Podcast episode, I'm going to share with you the most important decision I made in my business that changed everything.
I am not an overnight success, but some may think I am. I want to share some behind the scenes of what happened and three ways to help you decide what your business needs.
Because if you've got a big heart to serve others and you're ready to step into that purpose, but you're having trouble getting in front of those people...That can change starting now. --- Links mentioned in this episode: → Follow Rachel on Instagram: @rachelrmcmichael → Learn more about The Business With Impact Academy HERE. → Grab your FREE organic traffic checklist HERE!

17 Aug 2021 | #171 Creating Content that Converts Part 1 | 00:25:38
In this two-part series, we're talking all things content creation... but not just any content creation... content that converts. If content hasn’t felt simple yet – in this two-part series of the Business With Impact Podcast we’re going to break down 3 things you can start doing to simplify your content creation – we’re talking content in as little as 30 minutes a week… but we’re also talking about content with a purpose – so that you can find the customers who need your help and lead them to your product / program / or service. Because if you know that you’re purposed to serve others, but you can’t get your message in front of the people who need it the most – well, that’s the definition of staying stuck, right? We can all agree that every brand / product / service that you use right now has mastered at least some ability to communicate who they are and who they serve… in a way that people get it, they want it, and they buy it.
16 Sep 2019 | #53 Shifting Our Perspectives | 00:12:35
Today on the Business With Impact podcast, our focus is all about how we get to choose our responses to every situation or season of business we may find ourselves in. Did you know that the grass is not always greener on the other side? The grass is actually greener where we water it. Unfortunately, so many of us are too busy looking at other people wishing that we had their grass, wishing that we lived in their house, wishing that we could own their fields– and the reality is while we're sitting here complaining about our dry grass, we don’t realize that our dry grass is only dry because we haven't chosen to water it. So we have a choice: We can complain about our dry grass and wish we had someone else's grass. Or we can start watering.
21 May 2024 | #252 How to Create Predictability in Your Business | 00:11:44
Have you ever been told that in order to have predictability in your business and with your income, you have to have a recurring revenue stream?
Well on today’s Business With Impact episode, I’m going to bust that myth right out of the water!
This is by far one of my favorite topics to discuss! But I have to warn you… predictability in our business doesn't come from some of those really fancy, exciting new marketing strategies that you’ll see all over your social media feeds... Predictability in our business comes from understanding our numbers.

Welcome to part four of our five part MPACT series where we are breaking down our signature process–our MPACT Method–for scaling your online business and generating that momentum + how to do it in as little as four hours a day, four days a week.

In this episode we're talking all about content creation! This episode is for you…

So often we tend to get caught up in this content creation piece as business owners. And it's not that we don't have good content. It's not that we’re not smart, creative individuals (you wouldn't be in online business if you weren't a smart, creative individual!)...
But what happens is that maybe our timing's a little off or, or the location is off, or the messaging is off…and that’s what we want to help you fix in this episode! Content creation should be simple.
There's a better way. There's a better strategy. There's a better method. 14 May 2024 | #251 Mindset Shifts That Will Double Your Revenue | 00:20:03
Today on the Business With Impact podcast, we're talking about one of my favorite topics.
MINDSET.
But if you would’ve asked me several years ago if this is one of my favorite topics… I would have laughed at you, rolled my eyes, and groaned inwardly. I thought that business really can't just be about mindset.
But you know what I’ve learned? That MINDSET is absolutely one of the main things that separates a hustling overwhelmed entrepreneur from an Impactful CEO.
And while there is absolutely action and strategy that must take place in order for you to go where you need to go, and do what you need to do in your online business, the thing that will have you actually taking those actions and putting yourself out there is a strong mindset.

15 Oct 2024 | #272 Is This the One Thing Keeping You from Seeing Success in Your Business? with Guest Expert: Brad Bizjack | 00:35:11
I remember the very first time that I started a group coaching program and the first six weeks were focused exclusively on mindset.
I'll never forget emailing the coach and asking, “Can we please just fast forward to the good stuff?” Because all I wanted was the strategy, the system, the step by step process.

Today I'm so excited to introduce you to Brad Bizjack! He is the king of helping people rewire their brains, change their thoughts, and really focus on any hidden beliefs that come up for online business owners–the things that are unknowingly stopping us from taking the action we need to take to get the results we want to get.

07 Mar 2023 | #228 What to Work On Each Day For Maximum Growth In Your Online Business | 00:15:59
In today's episode, I'm breaking down step by step, what to work on and when in your online business. This episode is a message that I think all entrepreneurs should know. So let's start with a quick question: What's your time worth? No, you don't have to DM me with an exact number, but you can if you want to. (My handle's @rachelrmcmichael on Instagram). But I'm willing to bet that number would be pretty high… especially if we were valuing your time at where you want your business to be, even in the next six months or a year. Especially as an entrepreneur, right? As an entrepreneur, our time is our most precious resource. It's our most valuable asset. Which means every second that we spend unclear in our business can mean another dollar from our pocket and another potential client who doesn't get the help that we know that we can provide. But that doesn't need to happen to you. There are steps that you can take to start creating major results in your business right now, and all you need to do is start taking small, simple actions that will help you get there. So if you've ever asked the question: “What do I work on first?” Or “What do I do next?” Or “How do I decide I've got so many things on my to-do list? How do I even prioritize it?” Then this episode is for you. Ready to learn more?
