Kellita Maloof joins me for a provocative exploration of dance and performance art as a tool for root cause healing. Kellita is a Performing and Teaching Artist, Embodiment Facilitator and Conscious Burlesque Mentor, known lovingly as "The Showgirl Shaman." Queen of Carnaval San Francisco 2008 and 5-time finalist at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, Kellita founded award-winning dance troupe Hot Pink Feathers in 2000. In 2010 she created her signature program, Burlesque From The Inside Out, which guides participants to birth a custom, soul-sourced burlesque act, witnessed in a safe and sacred container… being fully seen—unapologetically– as themselves. In Burlesque From The Inside Out, Kellita's experience as a dancer and choreographer dovetail with her experience as a tender and safe space holder and her experience as a practitioner of modalities such as Transformational NLP, EFT, Systemic Constellations and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
Kellita works at the intersection where burlesque dance meets depth psychology meets attachment theory meets individuation meets autoimmune recovery meets spirituality. For over 20 years, she's been helping kind, soulful, highly sensitive helpers who've been over-editing, over-managing and over-giving – and are attracted to dance theater, expressive arts performance and glitter – to trust and express themselves with confidence, presence and radiance. Kellita's mission is to support folks in dusting off the fountain of Self-Love that was hiding right in the center of their very own shimmy.

Children's Justice and American Circumcision with Brendon Marotta
Award winning author and filmmaker, Brendon Marotta, joins me for a provacative conversation about children's rights and sexual medical violence on this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast. Brendon made is mark on the human rights map with his film American Circumcision which aired on Netflix and takes a broader look at children's rights particularly in the medical system in his latest book, Children's Justice, where he explores children's rights to their own bodily autonomy from a critical theory perspective. I'm not going to lie, this is not an easy conversation, but it's one worth listening to. It may challenge decisions already made in your life, but it also opens the door to creating positive change for future generations and the possibility for helping ourselves and loved ones heal from a root cause level.
Brendon Marotta is a filmmaker, author, podcaster, public speaker, and father. His last film, American Circumcision, won multiple awards and played on Netflix. He is the author of The Intactivist Guidebook, The Haunting of Bob Cratchit, Children’s Justice, and The Gods of AI. He has spoken at Yale University, the International Conference on Men’s Issues, the International Symposium on Genital Autonomy and Children’s Right’s, and the Association for Pre and Perinatal Psychology. Brendon hosts a regular podcast called The Brendon Marotta Show. He currently lives with his family in Austin, TX.

Katie Falk joins me on this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast. Katie and I met at a Native American sweat lodge retreat where we talked into the late hours of the night about our father's health journeys and the various "alternative" healing modalities we learned of in the aftermath of both losing our dads. Katie shares with us her own healing journey as well her father's battle with cancer and how grief and emotional stress following his passing impacted her own health. Years later she learned of an energy healing modality called Jin Shin Jyutsu which she now practices and helps others learn how to integrate for their own health.
Katie is an 8-year student of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu, also known as JSJ for short. JSJ is often considered a form of alternative or energy medicine among many ancient healing arts that are making a resurgence in the modern landscape of chronic disease that has failed to be well addressed by the conventions of Western medicine.
Katie describes JSJ as a simple, effective, all-encompassing approach that enables people to assist themselves, or assist other people, back into a state of harmony within their physical, mental, and emotional bodies. This is done by using gentle and strategic placement of hands, referred to as flows and holds, with a focus on relaxation and exhalation.
Katie currently hosts her own podcast, Pregnancy JSJ Meditations - Hold For Healing, where she shares meditations specifically for pregnant women to help them feel better and relieve common ailments during pregnancy. She draws upon her own life experiences to create these meditations and uses a creative non-fiction approach when creating meditations and course topics. Feeling called to create unique meditations, she combines teaching JSJ self-help practices with breath and relaxation awareness, emotional freedom techniques, affirmations, and personal content.

Vaginal Sovereignty, Sexual Medical Violence, and Laughter as Medicine with Toni Nagy
On this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast, I’m joined by accomplished comedian, actress, filmmaker, mother, dancer, performance artist, embodied creatrix, and self described codependent, Toni Nagy. Toni has gained a loyal social media following that regularly tunes in for her latest satirical take on the big and small issues plaguing our modern world. Toni uses interpretive dance and comedy to explain complex concepts such as fascism, artificial intelligence, and even contradictory facets of topics pertaining to spirituality, growth, and personal development. Toni runs her own dance studio, Sidestream Studio, in Vermont and I highly recommend her virtual Gyration Nation dance class for anyone looking to explore dance as a form of expression and holistic health practice.
Toni completed her undergraduate work in philosophy at Sarah Laurence College and marries her embodied sense of humor with her philosophical and spiritual curiosities to create performance art that both entertains and provokes deep ponderance of compelling issues.
In our conversation together, Toni and I explore some heavy topics that are, perhaps, better received through a comedic lens in order to make them more approachable and easier to digest. We discuss humor and dance as medicine, pornography and erectile dysfunction, pain avoidance, commoditization of the human body, medicalized childbirth, pelvic exams, and systemic medical violence… all with a twist of humor, of course. Neither Toni nor myself are strangers to controversy. In this episode we explore the barriers to broaching tough topics through comedy and even the role of embodiment practices to express things that are limited by the English language through words alone.
You can follow Toni’s production company at https://www.cavelightproductions.com , her dance studio is at https://www.sidestreamstudio.com/ , and her journey through parenting at http://tonibologna.com/ . Be sure to follow her social media accounts @toninagy on Instagram, @toni.nagy on TikTok, @tonynagycomedy on Facebook and YouTube.

Sexuality, Spirituality, and Medicine with Dr. Christiane Northrup
Dr. Christiane Northrup joins me on this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast to discuss Sexuality, Spirituality, and Medicine. Dr. Northrup is a visionary pioneer in women’s health. She is a board-certified OB-GYN who spent more than 30 years in clinical practice and is a former assistant clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
Christiane is the three-time New York Times best selling author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom, The Wisdom of Menopause and Goddesses Never Age. In 2013, Reader’s Digest named Dr. Northrup one of the 100 Most Trusted People in America. In 2016, she was named one of Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul 100, a group of leaders who are using their voices and talent to awaken humanity.
Dr. Northrup is a renegade in modern medicine embracing body, mind, spirit, and emotions to teach women how to tune into their own inner wisdom. Referred to as a rebel, rock star, and authority on what can go right with the female body by her own colleagues, Dr. Northrup is flipping the script on conventional medicine that addresses the human body as a battlefield rather than an abundant ecosystem with the innate capacity for growth, freedom, joy, pleasure, and balance.
In our conversation, Dr. Northrup and I explore why ancient healing arts included sexuality and spirituality as part of a comprehensive, mind-body-spirit approach to whole person health and how this separation in modern medicine contributes to poor health outcomes. We discuss relational alchemy, the role of medicalized childbirth in creating unhealthy relationships with authority, love making as a means to activating the circuitry of the divine, tango as a vehicle for embodiment and the exploration masculine and feminine energies, and much more. Dr. Northrup says there is nothing more healing than a love affair and unhealthy relationships can be the most significant factor in the manifestation of disease.

I invite you to join me on a transformative journey, as I sit down with naturopath, Barbara O'Neill, a true heroin of natural healing . After being silenced by Australian health authorities in a modern day natural medicine witch hunt, Barbara chose to continue spreading the message of self healing internationally by going on tour outside of the land down under. The health board’s condemnation of her work turned out to be a blessing in disguise when videos of Barbara’s lectures went super viral across social media platforms.
Offering insight on natural healing with its basis in Biblical teachings, Barbara now educates people around the world on the body’s intelligent design and its innate capacity to self heal. Her work honors a paradigm of medicine that exists outside of the disaster management model of allopathic medicine and she empowers patients with the knowledge that they are, in fact, in charge of facilitating their own healing.
Barbara’s work is part of a growing movement of sovereignty and self-empowerment in health. When we honor the laws of Nature and understand that health is not something someone else can DO to us, we are able to reclaim the health, happiness, and vitality that is our birthright. The body does not lie and there is no man made authority capable of silencing its truth.
Barbara is a gift to those of us ready to take self-ownership of our own health.

A former birth doula whose roots of study can be found in traditional midwifery, Sam’s work rises from an ancient lineage of midwives, witches, & wise women. She provides radical love for navigating the womb continuum & reclaiming ancestral wisdom.
Together, we peel back the layers of history to reveal the entrenched fears surrounding women's reproductive health and challenge the narratives that have been handed down through generations. This episode promises to be an insightful excavation into the magic of menstruation, the medicalization of childbirth, and the potent power that comes from embracing our bodies' innate functions.
As we converse with Sam, we shed light on the shifting landscapes of midwifery, the rise of medical dominance, and the evolution of the doula's role in modern healthcare. We scrutinize the implications of credentialing systems and insurance on personal health autonomy and ponder the intersection of commercial interests with traditional care practices. Through personal stories and historical context, we navigate the journey toward reclaiming ancestral wisdom and fostering radical love for the womb continuum.

Is infant circumcision a medical necessity or ritual abuse hidden in plain sight? Join us as we sit down with Eric Clapper, a former Harvard employee whose one-man show, "Sex and Circumcision: An American Love Story," sparked so much controversy that it led to his termination and a tragic legal battle. Eric's journey from academia to advocacy unveils the hidden costs of circumcision, both personal and societal, making a compelling case for bodily autonomy and justice.
In this episode, we delve into the decline of circumcision rates in North America, exploring the ethical, medical, and legal arguments against the practice. We highlight the severe psychological and physical consequences of circumcision and the cultural pressures that perpetuate it. Eric shares insights into the historical and religious origins of circumcision and discusses how modern communities are beginning to reject these ancient practices in favor of protecting children’s rights, as we progress towards creating a trauma-informed civil society.
We also touch on the broader context of medicalized childbirth and medical trauma and the ways in which medical interventions, often deemed routine or necessary, can leave an energetic imprint no different than more overt physical abuse and sexual violations. By drawing parallels between circumcision and other medicalized practices, we emphasize the importance of informed consent and bodily autonomy for all patients, regardless of age, while respecting the way Nature designed our bodies, minds, and spirits to work together.
Eric’s experiences have driven him to pursue legal education and advocacy to combat genital mutilation at the state level. By drawing parallels to other harmful cultural practices, we stress the urgent need for legal and societal reform. This episode is a powerful call to action, encouraging listeners to raise awareness, support civil rights protections, and strive towards ending infant circumcision for a more empathetic and just society.
You can learn more about Eric’s work and how to support litigation to end male genital mutilation in the US at https://www.clopper.law/ . You can find Eric on social media @attorneyclopper .

Being really alive is something much different than just not being dead. What are the qualities of a well lived life? How does one construct a life that is worth dying for? I take a walk through a nostalgic childhood and consider the current state of the world and what we value, particularly in the current medical climate. There is no arguing that we are in a state of transition, but in which direction will that shift lead us? Moving forward, how do we design a healthcare system that reveres life more than the mere absence of death? Patient empowered medicine is a consumer driven model that will have to happen at a grassroots level in order for our healthcare system to not only be financially solvent in the long haul, but it will be a movement that shifts the balance from surviving to thriving and places more value on living well rather than just not being dead.

The Invisible Corset and Reconnecting with Our Bodies with Lauren Geertsen
Lauren Geertsen, author of The Invisible Corset, Break Free from Beauty Culture and Embrace Your Radiant Self, thoughtfully and provocatively brings light to beauty culture as a means of not only preventing women from stepping fully into their own power, but defines the limiting constructs that have been established to render modern populations confined by institutional psychological abuse and oppression.
Patriarchy is not just perpetuated by men, it is often perpetuated by women, and, perhaps, even more pervasively by one’s own self. The Invisible Corset provides tools for self discovery, awareness, and reframing women’s relationships with their own bodies and minds by way of extraction from oppressive systems and empowerment of self. Geertsen walks the reader through the historical context of rendering the human body a machine after the scientific revolution and expands on why reductionary thinking has far reaching consequences for health, happiness, and the future of humanity. Reconnection with self on a holistic level that honors the breadth of one’s unique experiences, as well as biology, provides the foundation for true healing and self love rather than false treatments offered by the beauty industry and the allopathic medical paradigm.
Lauren chats with me about the psychology of beauty culture and Western medicine while we examine its implications in for health, sexuality, self love, and young women coming of age in a time of pornography and social media.

Cultivating Health, Happiness, and Community through Regenerative Agriculture
Molly Muchow and Hailey Schurr of Verdant Hollow Farms, a regenerative, multi species farm located in Southwest Michigan join us for this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast to discuss the role of regenerative agriculture in shaping health bodies, healthy families, healthy communities, and a healthy planet. Together with the farm’s owner and business partner, Susan Flynn, Molly, formerly a chef, created a vision of a place where people could gather to learn about the magic of nature and find peace in an often chaotic world. Molly brought her vision to life through her passion to create a healthy ecosystem on the farm through responsible animal care.
Hailey is an agroecologist and holds a master’s in conservation ecology from the University of Michigan. She believes in using science in service of the food sovereignty of her community. Her many diverse experiences including working in animal behavior and welfare, wildlife rehabilitation, ecophysiological research, and permaculture management have helped form her current approach to farming that emphasizes welfare focused husbandry, the use of diversity to build autonomous and resilient systems, and a commitment to social and ecological integration.
Today they share their insight and hands on experience with regenerative agriculture as a paradigm shift in farming and the food scene as a means to foster health for both the planet and all of its inhabitants, cultivate balanced and abundant ecosystems, connect with nature, and inspire connection between people and communities.

Skinfood for Whole Body Health with Rebekah Kelley
Jen talks with Virtue Skinfood founder, Rebekah Kelley, about the importance of nourishing our skin both from the outside and from within the body while also using the skin as a gateway for delivering nutrients that support whole body health.
Rebekah began creating batches of skincare products to address her own skin health challenges in order to create solutions that nourished her skin and body while avoiding chemical laden products that accelerate aging and disrupt hormones. She developed her nourishing skincare line after recognizing that pharmaceutical makers were using transdermal delivery methods to administer medications through the skin and decided that a skincare regimen could, likewise, leverage the body’s ability to integrate nutrients directly through the skin. She uses our bodies’ natural absorption technology to deliver neutriceuticals that nourish the skin, body, and mind through her organic and wild crafted line of skin elixirs and healing serums. She now delivers a line of skincare products that uses the wisdom of natural plant medicine and food grade nutrition providing the nutritive tools for anyone to have a healthier body, inside and out through the care of the largest organ in the body, our skin.

Breathing New Life into Orthodontics for Chronic Disease Prevention with Dr. Sandra Kahn
On this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast, I’m chatting with Dr. Sandra Kahn, co-author of the book Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic about the importance of proper jaw development for not only oral health but proper airway development and its impacts on all aspects of overall health.
Dr. Kahn is a graduate of the National University of Mexico and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She began her work in orthodontics with a specialty in physical anthropology at the University of California in Berkeley focusing her studies on human craniofacial growth and development.
After 22 years of clinical experience in orthodontics treating thousands of patients, Dr. Kahn was not satisfied with traditional orthodontics as a solution for treating her own children, so in 2013, she retired from "traditional" orthodontics to focus on orthodontics related to creating healthy airways, with a concentration on pediatric prevention of long-term Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
Her approach is to treat the entire face and not just the teeth. Dr. Kahn has been invited to serve on craniofacial anomalies teams at both Stanford University and the University of California in San Francisco.
Dr. Kahn is an international lecturer on the topic of airway centric orthodontics. She is currently the only Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics that practices exclusively Biobloc Orthotropics and airway-centric orthodontics.

Information Medicine and Infoceuticals with Anton Fedorenko
The past century has been marked by the dominance of (mostly) patentable biochemicals for the purpose of altering chemistry and function inside the human body. We are now, however, fully present in the information age. As such, our approach to medicine in the twenty-first century is also rapidly changing. We have seen the way information can transform communicaion, transportation, commerce, and economics. Now we are being introduced to a new era of medicine which may be defined by our ability to bypass the mechanical structures of the body and apply healing mechanisms via information or energy information.
In this episode of the Body Literacy Podcast, Anton Fedorenko, the founder of Infopathy, ignites a conversation about his technology that imprints water with the energetic signatures of chemical compounds and also employs the use of PEMF technology. The technology can be used to imprint water with anything from vitamins to pharmaceuticals.
I was skeptical at first, but after taking the Infopathy technology for a test ride for a few months, I'm convinced there may be something to it and, certainly, it may have serious positive implications for the direction we are moving towards in a paradigm shift in Western Medicine.
Anton Fedorenko received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Mathematics and Masters of Science in Innovation and High Technologies from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
For 10 years, Anton has been involved with several water-related projects wherein he not only conducted fundamental research but also developed water-related products and web-based platforms.
Infopathy allows users to transfer the energetic signatures of infoceuticals , or ICs for short, for health, cosmetic, veterinary, and gardening purposes anytime and anywhere and introduces the concept of information medicine to curious users who are interested in stepping beyond the confines patent-driven biochemical medicine.
AquaPsy takes consciousness research to a whole new level – through AquaPsy, people from around the world can be connected remotely to water-based sensors, which can detect and e

From Surviving to Thriving : Education in the Age of COVID-19 with Leila Centner
On this episode I am joined by Leila Centner, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Centner Academy in Miami, Florida, a progressive independent ‘happiness’ school that combines a deep commitment to emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and happiness with a challenging curriculum featuring language immersion, entrepreneurial thinking, problem solving, creativity, and collaboration.
The Centner Academy’s curriculum philosophy was developed by a team of seasoned educators to meet the needs and expectations of globally minded families. Its intention is to shape future adults who are not only confident and poised to succeed, but who also have the character and skills needed to make the world a better, kinder, and more loving place for all.
Leila is on a personal mission to provide a happy, safe environment where kids can be kids.
Earlier this year, Leila gained media attention by deviating from CDC recommendations on protocols to be implemented in schools for the mitigation of COVID-19. While some do not agree with the choices she made for her school, others have championed her bravery in going against the mainstream narrative to create a healthy environment for the students at the Centner Academy to thrive rather than just survive.

Root Cause Healing and Patient Empowered Medicine through Filmmaking with Frazer Bailey
Award winning Australian documentary filmmaker, Frazer Bailey, joins me in this episode for a personal and in-depth conversation on root cause healing that explores holistic dentistry, emotions, and the mind-body/body-mind connection.
Frazer produced two exceptional films partially based on his own health journey to find answers to his chronic disease symptoms. Root Cause explores the hidden dangers of the root canal procedure along with other toxic dental procedures and conditions that came into practice in modern times and E-motion 2.0 explores the role of the mind-body/body-mind connection in the creation of disease. Both films feature expert interviews with industry leaders in holistic dentistry, integrative medicine, psychology and mind-body healing practitioners.
Frazer and I explore concepts closely related to one of my favorite words, psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology, as we navigate the finely woven interplay of body and mind to examine how root cause healing really does require a holistic philosophy that honors the mind’s impact on our biology and physiology as well as our body’s influence on the mind. The mind, nervous system, immune system, endocrine system, and I’ll even add the digestive system are intricately connected. Ignoring any component of the whole paints an incomplete picture where true healing cannot be accomplished.
Join our conversation for a journey into cutting edge, root cause healing modalities and expanding the toolbox for deeper levels of healing that transcend mechanical, physical-only treatments.

Reframing the Cancer Conversation and Metabolic Healing with Mark Sloan
Bestselling Author and medical researcher, Mark Sloan, joins me for a conversation about the challenges of the modern medical system and solutions available to avoid becoming a statistic of status quo protocols that not only do not work, but often create more problems than they aim to address.
After losing his mother to cancer treatment at the age of 12, many years later Mark has now dedicated his life to being a conduit for patient education and empowerment. Mark brings renegade therapies including red light therapy, balneotherapy, and a not so well-known drug called methylene blue centerstage and reveals how solutions that fall outside of the overpriced pharmaceutical patent system may be the way forward and around a medical system that is too broken to fix.
Mark’s research focuses on metabolic dysfunction as the true nature of disease as he explores solutions that address upregulating energy metabolism within the cells of the body rather than chasing symptoms with toxic chemicals and often unnecessary surgeries that do not address the root cause of disease.

Reigniting Scientific Inquiry and Challenging Germ Theory with Dr. Andrew Kaufman
Andrew Kaufman MD joins me on this episode for a conversation exploring the origins of disease and the future of medicine. Dr. Andy is a public speaker, researcher, natural healing, business, education consultant, inventor and Covid-19 whistleblower.
Dr. Andy has a B.S. from M.I.T. in Molecular Biology and completed his psychiatric training at Duke University Medical Center after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina. He spent many years in the medical field and practiced as a forensic psychiatrist and expert witness. Andy gave up his lucrative medical career and began researching and understanding the relationship between body, mind, and spirit, and how to use Nature to heal your own body when he learned that many of our modern medical practices do more to harm health than facilitate healing.
Dr. Andy’s new practice is spreading truth about the world we live in today and fighting for freedom. He teaches people the vital knowledge that they need to implement true Care for themselves and their families at the highest level of Consciousness. He now teaches people how to become their own Health Authority.
Andy joins me for a provocative conversation on the nature of disease and disrupting the status quo as we move forward with the advancement of medicine in the twenty-first century.

Holistic Nutrition for Sexual and Reproductive Health with Sally Fallon Morell
I’m joined on this episode by Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation and author of the best-selling cookbook, Nourishing Traditions®: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats. Much of Sally’s career has been dedicated dispelling food myths most notably that animal fats and cholesterol are not villains but vital factors in the diet, necessary for normal growth, proper function of the brain and nervous system, protection from disease and optimum energy levels.
Sally joins me for nuanced conversation on the role of nutrition in cultivating sexual and reproductive health in a world of increasing infertility rates and struggling sexuality. She explores the roles of traditional diets and practices in the promotion of all aspects of health and how our sexual and reproductive health struggles may actually be early warning signs of larger health problems ahead.

Conscious Healing Through Ayurvedic Medicine, Quantum Mechanics, and Meditation with Alan Steinberg
Internal medicine physician and author, Alan Steinberg, joins me in a dialog on the role of meditation in facilitating whole person wellness and integrative, mind-body medicine. Alan is a practicing primary care physician for Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in Beverly Hills. His first book was a non-fiction consumer’s guide, The Insider’s Guide to HMOs. It was well received and helped sway the direction health care was heading in the late nineties. His most recent book is To Be Enlightened, a novel best described as a work of visionary fiction that has received glowing reviews and provides modern illumination on Vedic philosophy and the religious roots of meditation. Dr. Steinberg, himself, is an avid meditator and began practicing transcendental meditation in 1975. He explores the science and philosophy behind meditation as a tool for cultivating mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Dr. Steinberg’s work can be found online at alanjsteinberg.com and he also writes a blog for PsychologyToday.com called The Meditating Mind which lends itself to examining how Eastern philosophy on meditation fits into the modern structure of Western medicine.

Sexual Dysfunction and Filmmaking with Aaron Canada
Award winning filmmaker, Aaron Canada, joins me for a discussion about the increasing number of men and women facing sexual health challenges in the 21st Century. His film, “Let’s Talk About It,” is a short documentary that explores the prevalence of erectile dysfunction. A long time sufferer of ED, himself, Aaron wanted to make a film to get people talking about this important subject because there was little public discussion happening on the topic.
He wanted to help take some of the stigma away from having ED, and also show other men who were suffering from it that they weren't alone. The short film was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback by filmmakers, sexual health professionals, and both men suffering from ED, and their partners, from around the world.
Further pushing the envelope to tackle a topic that is often silenced by feelings of shame, Aaron felt compelled to embark on the broader topic of sexual dysfunction of all types affecting both men and women. His currently in production feature length film “Sexual Dysfunction: A Love Story” intimately follows the stories of three young individuals met with the struggles of sexual health that are so commonplace in modern cultures. He hopes that the film will ignite an open dialog that helps those living with sexual health challenges know that they are not alone and provide an arena for identifying and creating solutions to help improve sexual and overall health and wellbeing.
