After months of three-way scheduling conflicts, the "Bros" finally catch up with offshore racing champion JJ Turk–who just secured the esteemed and highly coveted honors of National Champion, World Champion and also inducted into the APBA Hall of Champions for the 2024 season. He accomplished all  of them for pulling double duty and collecting victories alongside his throttleman, Nick Buis in both Class 5 and Mod Vee classes. 

Racing for XINSURANCE and his own team, Turk Family Racing, Turk has spent most of the last season atop the race podium, collecting checkered flag after checkered flag. Now, for 2025, Turk and Buis will leave their previous boats and climb into the cockpit of the XINSURANCE MTI competitor to compete at the pinnacle of the sport, Pro Class 1.

She has completed here second year as Executive Director of the "world's largest unsanctioned boat race in the U.S" the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout and, along with her dedicated team,  has already managed to raise an astonishing $675,000 for the local charities. Never being satisfied, she has her sights on raising more for next year, as the event will embark on their 36th year.

Myrick, along with teammate/throttleman Tyler Miller, secured their third consecutive National Championship title and their second consecutive World Championship title in the dominant M CON / Monster Energy 388 Skater in the illustrious Super Cat Class. 

Also, in their first season competing in the pinnacle of offshore racing, Class 1, the duo fought vigilantly through new boat blues, mechanical gremlins and the seemingly unending battle of attrition in their new 438 Skater, Monster Energy / M CON race boat. Throughout a challenging season, the team secured a remarkable second place finish at the World Championpship. 

Last but certainly not least, Coil, along with teammate/throttleman Rusty Williams in the Team Performance Boat Center / FASS Fuel Systems Super Stock competitor had a rough time in Key West, with near misses, close calls and disappointing finishes.

Champion Throttleman Rusty Williams joins the Bros as they discuss their awesome run of the infamous Dirty Duck 438 Skater, recording 202 mph at the 2024 Lake of thew Ozarks Shootout in late August.

Williams and Coil teamed up again to run "The Duck" for owner Slug Hefner with the fire-breathing twin 2200hp turbocharged engines built and tuned by industry legend Carson Brummett. 

Last year, Team Dirty Duck achieved 194 mph on the 3/4-mile course. This year, thier goal was to join the ever-elusive, highly exclusive 200 mph club. Myrick has certainly had his hands full with running daily operations as Shop Foreman at Performance Boat Center, and preparing for the next few offshore races in all three of his race teams–including repairing the brand-new M CON / Monster Energy Class 1 438 Skater, the 388 Skater Super Cat and the Performance Boat Center / FASS Diesel Fuel Systems Super Stock raceboats, which all three competitors suffered damage a the Sarasota offshore race. All while raising his family of six with wife/podcast producer, Missi.
