Meet Stephanie Perry (San Jose, Costa Rica) & Roshida Dowe (Mexico City), the dynamic duo behind the ExodUS Summit: THE annual sabbatical summit for Black women travelers who are ready to get their sabbatical plan or their move abroad plan in place.

Stephanie traded in her career as a pharmacy tech to travel the world as a house-sitter and mentor for other women desiring a career break. Roshida is a former lawyer who retired at 40, left the US, and now supports other women with their sabbaticals as well.
