I saw this turned around once and a coach was asking, if this program is not for you, is it just about the time or is it anything else? A good question, as it’s easy to use time and money as an excuse to not move forward in our business, and sometimes there are other things going on.
Let’s talk about time …
There are 24 hours in a day
There are 1440 minutes in a day
There are 86400 seconds in a day
And of this time, we need to sleep, eat, drink, bathe, dress, communicate and run a business!
One of the main reasons that people do not do the things they say they want to do in business is due to a lack of time.
We can make more money, but we cannot make more time. But what we can do with time is manage it. We can prioritise our time, we can make things non-negotiables, we can be more intentional with what we spend our time on.
Managing time is a choice – binge a series of Netflix or write your business book? It’s your call 😊
However, the way you do this will be in relation to your numeric energies, starting with your Life Path number …

No number is better than any other number, but some numbers can see more, be more and do more and these are master numbers.
11 and 22 and 33 are master numbers.
Well, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99 are also master numbers BUT only 11 and 22 can be Life Path numbers, which is the main number we use in Bizology to understand your uniqueness as a business owner.
Life Path 11 = The Spiritual Teacher.
Life Path 22 = The Architect of Change.
33 can be found as an energy in the name, and in other parts of your numeric chart but not as a Life Path number. Some people do tell me that they are a Life path 33, but using the calculation that I am going to show you, they are working with the energy of the Life Path number 6 = The Nurturer.
If you are working with a Life Path 11 - The Spiritual Teacher or Life Path 22 - The Architect of Change, you are working with master number energy.
Master numbers are change makers.
Master numbers are like other numbers on steroids. This is HUGE energy and these people should not be underestimated, if you are working with a master number it is like 5000 volts is running through you.

You are not the number next to you … why compatibility of numbers in business is a real thing!
I say this a lot when I speak to my clients about the compatibility of their numbers. Compatibility is a real thing in numerology, some numbers will naturally vibe with others, some numbers will connect on a deeper level with others, some numbers will energetically vibrate better with others. This transfers over to Bizology – in terms of your relationships with your team, business partners, community etc.
However, it is important to say that this does not mean that you cannot work, get on with or be in a relationship of any form with some numbers, it just means when you understand the compatibility of your numbers you can then appreciate why you may approach things from a different viewpoint and in turn give others and the relationship itself a bit of a break!
Let’s take the phrase, ‘At 6’s and 7’s’ … this suggests that someone feels at odds, you are not the number next to you as the title of this blog explains because …
6 is about people, connection, love, togetherness, family, relationships, responsibility.
And 7 is about learning, seeking, questioning, asking, analysing, thinking, self, research and development.
At sixes and sevens is an idiom used to describe a condition of confusion or disarray and yes, the two numbers are very different. Knowing this is powerful – we can work with, instead of against the energies.

Essentially under stress, the negatives of our numbers will quickly show, so by understanding these helps us strengthen our resolve. When it comes to using numerology to help create more success in life and business it’s actually very simple.
Once your numbers have been explained to you… here’s the thing. We are the negative of our numbers. Everything else is just guidance. So, when we stop acting out the negatives, when we are aware of the challenges that these bring to our lives then the positives flow naturally. Simple right?
Ahhh … well it takes some work! But awareness is key. The easiest way to explain is in relation to your Life Path number.

I wrote an extremely popular blog back in November 2018 entitled – ‘Why Once is killing your heart centred business’. It was written based on the premise that marketing works when it's consistent and persistent. When you get your message in front of people to ensure visibility time after time after time. That marketing does not work once. Once is not enough.
Over the years I have worked with hundreds of female business owners to help them get clarity in their marketing to create the results they desire. When we discuss various marketing options, they often say to me ‘I tried that once, but it didn’t work’.
And I’m thinking. You tried it once?? So, you went to a network group once? You created a Facebook ad once? You sent a press release to a publication that is perfect for your ideal clients once? You sent a tweet once? You sent an email to your invaluable list once? You wrote a blog once. You spoke at an event once? You carried out a direct reach out campaign once?
Some business owners are say to me things like …
“‘I know I am Life Path number X Y Z’” – as if that’s it! or “You told me my numbers once ” – (I said they were a number – this is literally only the beginning!) or “I don’t need to do your sessions now as I know I am X number.”
Here’s the thing, it’s not a case of knowing your Life Path number and then that’s it.

The personal years run from year 1 through to year 9, we can also experience an 11 and 22 year within this timeframe. When we enter a Personal Year 1, it is like a brand-new phase of our life, forget a new page, or a new book it is like a new bookcase!

When l was looking for a house the number of it was very important to me.
I am a Life Path 1 so a number 1 house would have been perfect. Innovation and independence energy.
Also, an 8 house would have worked, as that is a key numeric energy in my chart – success, and professional energy.
I avoided 4 as l have a lot of 4 already, being born on the 4th of the 4th and 4 can be fixed as it’s about structure and work. There were other numbers l avoided as they would not have worked for me. I nearly bought a 7 house and that would have been place of solitude.
However, l ended up with a 6 house. 42 = 6. It is also plot 177 = 15 = 6.
6 is about family, friendships, love and connection. For my business 6 means working deeply with my clients and really understanding what they need. Actually, l have met more people locally in the week I moved in than in the whole 4 years that l lived in my last location!
With so many of us working from home since the pandemic (at the time of writing this we are venturing into plan B and people are being asked to work from home again), more than ever it is important to understand how the number of your house supports you in your business – as this is the energy you are working under in the property.
The number of the address speaks to the energy of the home and how you can show up in business.

53: What Will 2022 Mean For Your Business?

This podcast is NOT about predictions and certainty not in relation to the events of 2022 because I cannot do that. However, what I can do is talk about the energetic and numeric quality of 2022 in relation to business.
2022 = 2+0+2+2 = 6 = The Nurturer.
6 is all about relationships and responsibility.
What is also very important is the 22 in 2022, not as potent as 2020 – but we still have the 22 numeric energy in the year.
22 is the Architect of Change – a master number. It can see more, be more and do more than any other number. It can be the equivalent to 5000 volts and with any master number, we need a plan. 2022 will have a nod to 22, and wherever we have 22 we have a STRONG energy.
Looking at these energies, with the 6 – we will be offered opportunities to reconnect with our relationships with others and ourselves. Together with the 22 energy, this will give us the ability to create change and transformation within these areas.
