The message that needs to go viral. After mentioning being a victim of childhood sexual abuse in Episode one, Jayna received far too many messages from women who shared similar experiences. Today, Jayna finally takes the microphone to share the full story. This story is her own but isn't just about her, it's so much bigger. it's time to open the doors and let some light shine on the girls who have been hidden alone in the darkness. With 80% of women experiencing sexual assault before the age of 25, this issue is far too common. It's heavy and hard to talk about and will be equally as hard to hear, but the silence isn't helping anyone except the abusers. If you or someone you love has survived sexual abuse we encourage you to talk to someone. You are not alone, we believe you and we support you. We are not healthcare professionals and are not authorized to offer professional advice, but we are happy to listen and offer resources to help support you in your healing journey.

As a bridal Makeup artist for the past 18 years, Jayna Marie has had the unique privilege of being the first to step into the newlyweds hotel room after their wedding night. After hearing countless brides explain why they went to sleep without sexy snuggles, Jayna is taking a stand. You might be surprised to learn why she is so passionate about the importance of wedding night sex. Is sex on your wedding night that important? According to a recent survey, 52% of newlyweds reported not having sex on their wedding night, despite the fact that over 90% of women admitted to buying special lingerie for the occasion. With the divorce rate hovering around the same percentage, is this a coincidence? The excuses are endless, if you wanted to find one, you easily could. When there is finally a chance to get horizontal the new couple may be mentally and physically exhausted, intoxicated, overwhelmed with responsibilities, family to visit, and no time alone BUT excuses aside, although there are millions of reasons why sex doesn’t fit in the schedule, there is one major reason that outweighs any excuse: Taking the time to be intimate on your wedding night sets the precedent for the rest of your marriage that no matter what else is happening in your life, you will take the time to prioritize one another. No more excuses, it’s time to get down in the gown. Shake up the sheets, have some fun, play hide the sausage, Jam the clam, wet the willy, do the no-pants dance, test out the mattress, mash pissers, whatever you call it, please make sure your wedding night ends with a little bow chick a wow wow, after all, isn’t your connection the entire point of the day? Why does Jayna think getting old is the greatest of all time? The stars have aligned and in true serendipitous fashion: This 40th Episode of Big Lash Energy is also the 40-year anniversary of Jayna's womb evacuation. On this monumental birthday, Jayna is looking back on the past 10 years, and exactly how different her present reality is from the future she had envisioned for herself reminding herself that progress does not always look the way we expect it to. The obstacles she has overcome and the wins that she has achieved since her 30th birthday are a true testament to her strength, resilience and determination. Admitting she does feel 27 with 13 years of experience, but that experience has made her wiser. She is no longer waiting politely to be acknowledged and has taken the lead on planning her own birthday festivities, with the amazing women who have been by her side through it all. This year, the celebration is going to be - big, loud, and full of love! To take the advice of John Lennon: “Count your age by your friends, not years.
