In this episode, we talk about an early season bowfishing outing we had here in Wisconsin and then we call up Jim Ed Gill, owner and operator of Gill Fisheries. Jim commercial nets invasive Silvers, Bigheads, and Grass Carp on Kentucky and Barkley Lakes. He gives us a little breakdown on the whole process and we find out what happens with those boat loads of Silvers.

In this episode, the President of AMS Bowfishing, Cindy Braun, joins us and takes us back to the humble beginnings and how the evolution of AMS Bowfishing took place. From her early years bowfishing with her father, to working at the family shop, to buying AMS Bowfishing back in 1997,  to where it is now. Some of her accolades include Paddlefish, Alligator, Alligator Gar, Sting Rays, Smallmouth Buffs, Bigmouth Buffs, Common Carp, starting the local NASP program in her hometown,  and of course running a top notch bowfishing company. 

We took a two week bowfishing road trip and hit the waters in Kentucky, Tennessee, and then over to Missouri. Bigheads below the dams, photo days, and of course the Bass Pro Shops US Open Bowfishing Tournament. And of course...moon pies. 

We are joined by first time bowfisher and AMS employee, Olivia Leffel, as she tells us about her first experience bowfishing last week during our employee outing. Then, we dive into this weekend's 11th Annual AMS Big 20 Challenge. Who will walk away with $10,000?
