On his one-thousandth birthday, an evil leprechaun selects the descendant of one of his slaves to have as his bride, leaving it up to the girl's boyfriend to save her. We are once again trudging through the Leprechaun series, this time with just the regular cast of Eric, Jeff, and Elliot, looking at the 1994 sequel. What new lore awaits? What fresh rhyme scheme will our lad come up with today? What new and nonsensical deaths did we see? Guns, go-carts, and green energy blasts await as we dive into the deep lawn mower attacks of Leprechaun 2. Check out Gaming Nexus, The Movie Draft House, or Chronologically for more content from your boys.
17 Feb 2025 | Leprechaun 4: In Space | 00:58:05
Our deadly leprechaun is in space to woo a beautiful princess who is impressed with his gold and desires to separate him from it. Looking back, it’s funny to see how little the tagline has to do with 1996’s Leprechaun 4: In Space. Jeff argues that the Leprechaun is the most powerful slasher villain to exist. Elliot brings up a Home Improvement tie-in to the Leprechaun franchise. And Eric’s voice isn’t as aggressive this time around, we hope. Look upon this podcast and know that you are doo

03 Feb 2025 | Leprechaun 3 | 01:02:22
An evil leprechaun finds himself in Las Vegas, where he proceeds to cause mischief by killing people, granting twisted wishes, and infecting a young man with his green blood. It can be no other than 1995’s Leprechaun 3, starring Warwick Davis, John Gatins, Lee Armstrong, and directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith. This week, the boys debate on why it takes three films before these series tend to hit a high note . Other talking points include Elliot defending being a womanizer, Eric bringing up his disgust of body modifications, and Jeff’s love of Warwick Davis’ completely unneeded Elvis impersonation. Listen to us mind-freak our way through this 90-minute self-described comedy fantasy horror film.
31 Mar 2025 | Leprechaun: Origins | 00:53:13
Not related to the previous Leprechaun films. Two young couples backpacking through Ireland discover that one of Ireland's most famous legends is a terrifying reality. We have arrived at 2014’s Leprechaun: Origins. Looking back, I am surprised by how much I disliked this one. In hindsight, I don’t think it is the worst film we’ve watched. We diverge on old-school sci-fi shows like Stargate, Farscape, and Sea Quest- anything to get us not to talk about this terrible movie. We came to the conclusion that this movie is just out of touch with everything. As Jeff says, “a waste of time.” Having said all that horrible stuff, the episode still sparks a good discussion. Watch this terrible movie, and then come bond over our mutual dislike of Leprechaun: Origins. And trust me, watching this one will make the next one that much better, you’ll see.
03 Mar 2025 | Leprechaun 5: In the Hood | 00:54:49
When three rappers want to get even with a pimp, they accidentally unleash a leprechaun who goes on a killing rampage in tha 'hood. This week, we are talking about the 2000s’ Leprechaun 5: In the Hood. If you listen closely, you can almost hear Jeff's audible sigh as we go off script repeatedly this week. Which Star Trek series can be skipped entirely? How do you consider what a top-tier band is? What takes you out of a movie? Also, we talk about this week’s movie Leprechaun 5: In the Hood.
17 Mar 2025 | Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood | 00:50:31
When Emily Woodrow and her friends happen on a treasure chest full of gold coins, they fail to heed the warnings of a wise old psychic, who had foretold that they would encounter trouble with a very nasty and protective Leprechaun. This week, we are talking about Warwick Davis’ final Leprechaun film, Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood. As they say, he saved his best performance for last, and all three boys agree. Other topics this week include talking about how many shots from a single handgun are too many, the welcomed disappearance of rhythm scheme, and how the true weakness of the leprechaun is extremely wet cement.
15 Apr 2025 | Leprechaun Returns | 00:44:53
The time has come. The end of our first era of All Things Being Sequel is here, and folks, we are going out with a bang. And there’s no way to celebrate then by introducing a new segment, Bold Statements. Listen to us gush over how unbelievable it is that Leprechaun Returns might be the best movie of the entire franchise. We spent a large portion of the time today talking about Mark Holton’s return portrayal of Ozzie Jones. Oscar worthy. We also spend time debating if this is all just a case of Stockholm syndrome. Other highlights include drone attacks, pure gag violence, and despite really enjoying this final movie, it still has plenty of issues. And lastly, thanks for taking this ride with us. If you’ve watched every film along with us, or just listen to us every other week, we appreciate it. We’ve had a blast making this and talking about the Leprechaun franchise, and we are really excited to see where we take this series moving forward. And a slight spoiler alert if I can, the next series is straight bonkers too.
