Lt. Col. Dave Grossman is an internationally recognized scholar, author, soldier, and speaker who is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime.
Col. Grossman is a former West Point psychology professor, Professor of Military Science, and an Army Ranger who has combined his experiences to become the founder of a new field of scientific endeavor, which has been termed “killology.” In this new field Col. Grossman has made revolutionary new contributions to our understanding of killing in war, the psychological costs of war, the root causes of the current "virus" of violent crime that is raging around the world, and the process of healing the victims of violence, in war and peace.
Today Col. Grossman is the director of Grossman On Truth, LLC (www.GrossmanOnTruth.com). In the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, he has written and spoken extensively on the terrorist threat, with articles published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Civil Policy and many leading law enforcement journals, and he has been inducted as a “Life Diplomate” by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, and a “Life Member” of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute.

Nannette Ward is a 2008 founding member of the Stop Human Trafficking Coalition of Central Missouri. Daniele Bolelli is a writer, martial artist, and university professor. He was born in Italy and currently lives in Los Angeles.
His first solo book, "La Tenera Arte del Guerriero," was published when Bolelli was 22 years old. This work, which is a philosophical exploration of martial arts, went on to become a cult classic in Italy even outside the confines of martial arts circles.
His second book entitled "iGod: Istruzioni per l’Uso di una Religione Fai da Te" was published in Italy in 2011. This wild ride through comparative religion will be released in the United States in early 2013. Bolelli’s third book, "50 Things You’re Not Supposed To Know: Religion," was published in the United States in December 2011. Some of the most influential thinkers to have affected his world view include Tom Robbins, Friedrich Nietzsche, Ikkyu Sojun, Thomas Paine, Henry David Thoreau, Lao Tzu, and Heraclitus.
After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Anthropology, and earning graduate degrees at UCLA (in American Indian Studies) and CSULB (History), Bolelli began teaching at several colleges in Southern California.
Bolelli was featured in "I Am Bruce Lee" which broke Spike TV’s rating record for documentaries. He has appeared as a guest on popular podcasts such as Duncan Trussell’s, Adam Carolla’s, and Joe Rogan’s.

Rob Jones was assigned to the United States Marine Corps Bravo Company, 4th Combat Engineer Battalion at Roanoke as a Combat Engineer. In 2008, Rob was deployed to Iraq with the role of finding buried caches of weapons. His second deployment was to Afghanistan in 2010, where he was tasked with the job of finding IEDs. It was in this role that on July 22nd, Rob Jones stepped on an IED, which resulted in a double amputation above the knees.
Five days later, he arrived at the Naval Medical Center. The Marines supplied a brotherhood and the mission that gave him the courage and selflessness that he has for the rest of his life. This is just the beginning.

Kasey Pierce is a writer/editor and Stoic columnist from Metro Detroit. She began her career in indie horror and sci-fi, working with publishers like Source Point Press. Shortly after beginning to blog about Stoic philosophy, she was called back to her comic roots and received the opportunity to freelance content edit for Donald Robertson for his graphic novel, "Verissimus: The Stoic Philosophy of Marcus Aurelius". Her most current work is editing for CBT practitioner and Stoicism author Tim Lebon for "365 Ways to Be More Stoic" (John Murray Press/Hachette), in which she wrote some original content.
