It's our 4th annual kick off of "Sober Curious" and we're inviting our community to join us for the next few weeks as we explore our relationship with alcohol and the spectrum of sobriety. We have a team of incredibly talented individuals who have been working together to bring this program to our community, including resources on discussing the sober curious movement, how to navigate every day life sober including how to enjoy a night out on the town without alcoholic beverages, how to unwind and cope with stress & anxiety through alternatives to substances and alcohol, and which local bars & restaurants offer menus that include mocktails. You'll also get to hear stories from women in our community about their sobriety and navigating their relationship with alcohol as well as experts in the field of health and wellness and how alcohol influences our mind, body, and overall well-being. Womeness has created this program to support our community and create a safe space to hold vulnerable conversations. As with anything that regards your health and well-being, we encourage you to seek professional guidance if you do sense you have a problem with alcohol or substance use.

Sierra is proof that women are out here not just talking the talk, but walking the walk...and in 3D print disco ball heels in Sierra's case. Graduating top of her class at mechanical engineering school, Sierra has made a name for herself since her first viral moment when she won the Miss Idaho 2014 title and wore her insulin pump at the Miss America competition. Since then she's given 100+ keynote speeches in over 30 different states, published her book "Sugar Linings", and ridden her bike 4,300 miles from New York City to San Francisco alongside a team of 20 fellow type 1 diabetics. But she doesn't allow herself to stop there. This entrepreneur and visionary is now running her business, 3D PrinTcess full time, and drops a little sneak peak of her next company ready to launch her next company. Sierra opens up the floor to a dialogue about owning the complexity of being a woman and how we are not limited to being just one thing. There's a lot of vulnerability in this conversation as Sierra opens up about body image, showing up authentically herself despite judgement and criticism, and what's next on her radar as she prepares to welcome the next chapter of her life.
