What Lingers– From the creators of Storytelling Lisboa comes a new podcast that dives deeper into the stories that captivate us. In What Lingers, hosts Liz Melchor and Christian Figueora sit down with past storytellers to ask all the questions that echo long after the tale is told. 

Once a month, Storytelling Lisboa fills a stage with real people sharing true, personal stories in front of a live audience. This open, inclusive event encourages newcomers and celebrates community by creating a free space for connection. But for Liz and Christian, every story leaves threads that need more unraveling. 

That’s where What Lingers comes in. Each episode invites a past storyteller to revisit their narrative in front of a smaller audience in an intimate setting and stay for a deeper conversation, exploring the nuances and untold details that linger in their lives—and ours.
