A red flag by definition symbolizes danger or a warning. So what has altered you to think the more you collect the better? This ain’t flag football & you deserve better. But I have to hold you accountable, because you got some red flags too. So just sit back, let’s unpack, and talk it through.

The Bride is looking more worldly than watchful! We must fast, pray, and seek the face of God in each season but it’s crucial right now. Why do they have your mind? And are they worth your dreams? Too many times younger me found herself “in love” and “dumb.” Being riDICKulous and losing myself in the name of love for someone who in the END never deserved me. Guys are you loving yourself or sexing the bride of chucky? Ladies are you compromising your goals to be laid up / fluctuating weight due to stress? You better STAND UP and get your mind back! You get one life, do not waste it on the wrong lover. Bring back sex being sacred and not something you do just anytime with anyone. I lost a friend of 11 years which is half my life since I’m 22. Due to a car accident during the first week of me starting my career. It took a toll on me and then it’s like LIFE looked at me and said let’s make it even HARDER for her.. Why me? Idk. Maybe God is testing me this season. But I’m working on taking the “F’s” negative connotation and turning it positive. Being faithful to God, moving forward, preparing for my future!! This week I made the decision to rededicate myself to God fully! I am choosing to demonstrate OUT LOUD that walking with God isn’t easy. Some months, weeks, days are easier than others. But this month I fell. HARD! I returned to sin I had no business dealing with again. I genuinely feel like 7 more strongholds came in and I’ve been fighting each day to not sin sexually in some capacity. I keep running back to God over and over and I’m starting to feel like I am just disappointing Him repeatedly. I know He’s a keeper and if I keep diligently seeking Him something has to shift. BUT sin will make you FEEL so ashamed that you just stopping talking to God. This week I chose to keep talking to Him! Crying out to Him! Repenting and pleading with Him! Because each day He wakes me up is mercy but I don’t want to fight my entire life to walk in a freedom I’m supposed to have while on earth through Jesus! Lord, please deliver me completely and anybody else who is dealing with secret sin or sin in general! I want my trust to be solely in you & I want to feel so comforted in you that I don’t seek worldly pleasures that only last a moment!

I just want to be pleasing before God! I’m in a season and really a lifestyle change of NOT compromising for anybody. I’m not perfect but I will not willingly indulge in or be influenced by the world and societies ways. Some are okay with going to hell - and that’s just truth. But as for me, I will live for Jesus and apply the word (Bible) in every area of my life. God is amazing & the more you walk with Him you wouldn’t want to break His heart by sinning. I feel like I’m hitting a pivotal point in my life and getting my shit together slowly but surely. It’s not easy, life; ya know.. It’s funny how God will send you a test to see how you’re going to act and I feel like I have been passing tests- left and right. I had to get desperate for God again over this past weekend I really fell back in love with God. Praying, crying, being vulnerable, shouting, sowing and it PAID OFF! Who wouldn’t serve a God like this? Genuinely. He shows up for me and loves me more than anyone ever could.

God is doing something in me. 2ppl told me I’m supposed to be a prophetess at the leadership conference in January. Idk how I feel about that comment seeing as I can only see myself as who I am right now. But God knows —I been hearing him more clearly these past 2 weeks when he says things to me. I’m just scared that who I WAS will affect who he wants me to be moving forward. Then realizing he calls on the unqualified AND makes them qualified. We have direct access to God. We don’t need a pastor, prophet, evangelist, disciple, apostle to be a conduit in which we go to our Father. He’s all of our Dad & your relationship with Him is personal. Lay before Him and pour out your worries, thoughts, concerns, issues, petitions, prayers, requests, and know He is listening attentively. He loves when you run to Him and not other sources that will NOT give permanent results. God is God and nothing should ever be before Him!

In my time with God I read Jeremiah chapters 1-23 NIV & plan to get through the rest this week. I kept asking God how do you choose who you extend grace to? Why were you allowing them chance after chance to get it right? God simply replied: don’t I do the same for you? I’ll never deserve the grace or forgiveness but I’m going to keep trying to be more like Christ everyday.

I was doing good then a nigga messed it up. Never again!!! I want a stud and that’s that. No more men. I’ve been back on my celibacy streak. Honestly don’t have enough time to think about being alone till I get in my bed at night and wish I could still talk to the girl from January. But it’s life. Taking it one step at a time!

This prayer was recorded on 12/5/2024, I mention a kidnapping that had occurred in Virginia I seen on the internet that day and I prayed 2 times for the three children who were taken. This was the second prayer, it was reported the children were returned safely and unharmed.

Prayer works and interceding for others works! I encourage everyone today to not pray selfishly but always cover others in your prayer time.

The devil lost AGAIN is what I kept repeating in this prayer because a lot of times we see the chaos in the world and can become discouraged leading to a defeated mindset. But I’m here to remind you JESUS already beat the devil!

Pray until something happens, WOW that resonated with me. I’m in a season of my life where even on days I don’t feel like it I have to P.U.S.H. because I know greater is my portion. Flawed but favored. Broken but blessed. BUT, do y’all know why I really love God? Because he’ll leave the 99 to come get the 1. 🩵

Who ever said dying to flesh was easy? I have cried more in this week than I have in months. Letting go of dead things and someone who is physically still alive but no longer in your life is another type of pain.

Constantly reminding myself God can comfort me and He is near to the broken hearted. Because I am trying to fully forgive myself for everything I’ve ever done and then give that same grace to others.

By no means am I perfect. I’m just a little girl depending on a Big God.

I hate being human at times because I need to learn to leave people where they at. I lack in discipline, in every aspect of my life. I want to be more grounded but I feel like I just have a hard time giving anything long term commitment. If it’s outside of a job. God I just want to be disciplined and happy. Jan.28.2023 full transparency: life is Life-ing. I lost my great grandpa and a uncle in the same week before coming into the New Year. I feel like I’m just numb to a lot of things and my job as an auditor is a lot. 60 hour weeks from January through April is draining. I’m realizing I’m not as loving as I once was. Experiences have made me so desensitized and mean, I feel like I don’t recognize myself. So right now I’m trying to find who the REAL: Telisia Patrice Smith is. I’m almost at the finish line with my first month of complete celibacy its been easy actually due to growing through some bs. However, I’m happy for all my experiences in life. God or the world? It’s truly your choice but can we please stop acting distraught when we have to face the burden of consequences because of SINS we’ve committed. Read both Hebrews 11:6 and James 2:17 NIV for reference points. We as people must stop thinking God has to give us things. He doesn’t, he equips us with all ingredients needed in this life- it’s our job to make use of those ingredients to then produce the ending product “CAKE”. However, prayer and consulting God in the midst of preparing the CAKE is necessary for it to be done right. I hope this episode reminds you that you’re strong and can attain any goal you set for yourself as long as God is in the mix.

Day 1/226 ! Hurt really can inspire you to want to do better. Or just be the extra boost you need to feel motivated. But I’m most happy about the growth I’m experiencing it feels good.

God just needs a willing vessel. You won’t ever be perfect so don’t try to be. ONLY Jesus was and He’s died for your sin so you can spend eternity with the Father one day. Don’t give up your spot for flesh. God has your back, run to Him and ask for Him to take away your sinful desires and nature. The more you confess the more He can clean and cover!

1 Corinthians 6:20 , God bought us at a price! His son died for this fleshly body our spirit is housed in! Take care of your temple - spiritually and physically. Healthy habits, eating, working out, abstaining from sex if we aren’t married, reading the word and being a willing vessel for God to speak to us/use us!

Thank you God for another year. Life isn’t easy but I’m pressing through. I appreciate everyone who makes space for me to be heard and seen. 24 please be good to me! 🙏🏽

~Trauma bonding is real and I don’t want to see anymore people get stuck in that. Listen to hear the Prayer and if you’re in agreement say “Amen.” ~Reverse racism isn’t real; Karen’s try to pull that card often and in past experiences have gotten black people (ex: Emmett Till) killed over lies. ~While making friends isn’t easy as an adult, I would rather make friendships that are healthy and not only relatable due to trauma. ~The lost submarine while sad was not smart and I hope they all knew God in the end.

I encourage you to talk to God today and thank Him for everything you take for granted. Housing, clean clothes, and a car because there’s someone homeless who doesn’t have what we do.🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️🙌🏽

Due to what’s going on in the world right now I’m frustrated, my peers are frustrated and cop brutality is unacceptable, period! We don’t need to speak politics or religion to know that killing someone is a crime. Holding cops to a higher standard is what their job entails therefore when they kill unlawfully the SHIT IS A BIG DEAL! Lock them up just like y’all would a doctor who has a malpractice.
