Season 2 Episode 39. In the Season 2 finale, host Michael Ryan and commentator Christine Scott take a deep dive into The Star Blanket Encounter. On the night of November 27, 1973 a UFO that was described as being between 100-150 feet in diameter was first seen by Chief Noel Star of the Star Blanket First Nations Reservation. Over the next two hours at least 22 people saw a UFO that took off from the ground, hovered at 100 feet and made quick maneuvers around many fields in the Peepeekisis and Star Blanket Cree First Nations Reservations. The base at Gagetown is a massive (over 420 square miles) training facility. Home of the 5th Canadian Division, it is a major training location for several Canadian units. NATO forces also train here with U.S. Army units as well. Also the site of several UFO sightings in the early 2000s. David's encounter was also featured on an episode of Unidentified where he met Luis Elizondo. David shares his opinion of Mr. Elizondo during the interview. Blackwell, who was in the control tower at Godman Army Air Field the day of the crash. Sgt. Blackwell's 1996 interview sheds new light on what really happened that day.
