Investigators used DNA to link Anthony Palma, 56, to the murder of Kirsten Hatfield, who was reported missing from her Midwest City home on May 14, 1997. An affidavit said Palma gave a DNA sample willingly in June to investigators who were following up on the case. Results showed a match of one in 293 sextillion. Kirsten is presumed dead, although her body has never been found. If she were alive today, she would be 26. Palma was arrested Monday on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping, according to the affidavit, which was released on Tuesday by Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes. Clabes said investigators are searching Palma's home for any evidence. The suspect lives two houses away from where Kirsten's family lived in 1997. Police tape could be seen around Palma's property on Monday night. The request for his arrest warrant, which was issued Friday by Midwest City Police Detective Darrell Miller, stated: 'There have been no verified sightings or contact from Kirsten since May ... of 1997. 12 Sep 2023 | Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete) | 02:13:51
Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete) Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is an American former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges.[4] Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.[1] During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[5] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American.[6] The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.[7] Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[8][9][10] Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence. The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition. 13 Sep 2023 | Tim Jones - Confesses to Killing his Five Children Full Length Police Interrogation | 00:47:59
Tim Jones - Confesses to Killing his Five Children Full Length Police Interrogation Tim Jones confesses to killing his five children in interview audio played during trial In an audio recording of a police interview played during the trial of Tim Jones contains his confession of killing his five children. LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - After more than three weeks of testimony, a jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Timothy Jones, Jr., a Lexington County man accused of murdering his five children in 2014. The jury concluded that Jones has been found guilty on all five counts of murder in the deaths of his children. The second phase of the proceedings is the sentencing phase and that will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday. Because the state is seeking the death penalty, the jury is now responsible for determining his punishment. The jury had four options for their verdict: guilty, guilty but mentally ill, not guilty by reason of insanity, or not guilty. Jones pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. A grand jury indicted Jones, Jr. in 2014 on five counts of murder in the deaths of his children – Mera, 8; Elias, 7; Nahtahn, 6; Gabriel, 2; and Abigail, 1. For Mera, Elias, Gabriel, and Abigail, the indictments state the children were killed “by means of strangulation and/or other violent means or instruments.” The bodies of the children were found in garbage bags off of a dirt road in Alabama. Jones, Jr. led authorities to the bodies after being arrested in Mississippi. Jones, who appeared to be under the influence at the time of his arrest, was questioned at the checkpoint by a Smith County, Miss. deputy about an odor of chemicals coming from his vehicle. After further investigation, the deputy found what appeared to be chemicals used to make meth and a street drug known as “Spice.” Investigators also said his Cadillac Escalade was blood-soaked and “smelled of death.” Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

13 Sep 2023 | I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body | 00:31:42
I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder Case Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body - Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder Case Davis bashed his mother's head in with a hammer Summary: Corpus Christi resident Kevin Davis strangled his mother before hitting her in the head with a hammer, splitting her skull. Davis then ‘swirled’ her brain around before sexually assaulting her corpse. Davis was sentenced to life in prison for the crime of a mom who he described as “The best.” In 2014, Kevin Jazrael Davis argued with his mother, 50-year-old Kimberly Hill, in the Corpus Christi, TX, apartment he shared with her and his sister, Destinee. On May 26, Davis called 911, reporting that he’d just murdered his mother. Once at the police station, then 18-year-old Davis vividly detailed the day’s events, sometimes with a smirk on his face. What he told detectives was gruesome and shocking: Kevin admitted bashing \Hill’s head with a hammer, swirling her brain around, and then, sexually assaulting her corpse. "I'll Kill My Mom Instead" On the morning of March 27, 2014, Davis, bored and frustrated with life, told his mother he did not like people and that he wanted to commit suicide. Obviously caught off guard by the statement, Hill allegedly told her son that she could not stop him if that was what he wanted to do. Kevin later told police hearing this from his mother enraged him. It was then he decided to take her life. As Hill sat on the couch in the living room, Davis came up behind her, attempting to strangle her with a cord. Hill began screaming. Kevin panicked, retrieved a hammer, and began bashing in his mother’s skull. Davis struck his mother in the head with the hammer at least 20 times, splitting her skull in the process. Davis then retrieved a kitchen knife and used it to insert inside his mother’s head wound. He swirled her brain around “to make sure she was dead,” Kevin claimed and then inserted his hand inside the wound. He would tell detectives during a taped interrogation that his mother’s brain felt like “putty.” Kevin then dragged his mother’s lifeless body to her bedroom and raped her corpse. When he finished the sadistic act, he went to a neighbor’s house, saying he just killed someone and needed help. The neighbor dialed 911. This is the interrogation of Kevin Davis. 13 Sep 2023 | 911 dispatcher lectures drowning woman moments before she died FULL AUDIO | 00:22:39
911 dispatcher lectures drowning woman moments before she died FULL AUDIO Police released disturbing audio of an Arkansas woman who called for help in the final moments of her life, drowning in her car, only to be met with mockery and disdain by the dispatcher. Debbie Stevens, 47, was on her regular paper route in Fort Smith Saturday, Aug. 24 when a flash flood swept up her car. Panicking, she dialed 911. "Please help me, I don't want to die!", Stevens begs on the call that lasted 22 minutes. "I can't swim! I'm scared! I'm going to drown!" The dispatcher, Donna Reneau, who was working her final shift after giving her notice two weeks earlier according to the Fort Smith Police Department, replied flippantly telling her authorities will get there when they get there and that she's not going to die, at one point telling her to "shut up." As the water slowly filled Stevens' SUV, she responded: "I'm scared. I've never had anything happen to me like this before." Stevens pleaded for help and prayer but received a lecture: "Well this will teach you, next time don't drive in the water," Reneau responds. "I don't see how you didn't see it, you had to go right over it, so." Authorities responded to the scene 12 minutes after she dialed 911, but because of the floodwaters, it took more than an hour to reach Stevens' vehicle -- and by the time police and firefighters were able to secure the car, Stevens had drowned. Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker described Reneau's response as "calloused and uncaring at times" in a statement, but he added to KHBS that she did nothing "criminally wrong" nor "violated policy." "I completely understand the disgust and the concern that we all have," Baker said. "We all hope that we would get a little better response." 14 Sep 2023 | To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview | 01:28:01
To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview "I thought you was wantin' to be shaved...down there." -Dustin showing that Barber-ism begins at home. Dustin Jacob McPhetridge appeared on the Bowling Green, Kentucky investigation of To Catch a Predator. He is most known for his disability, as well as his outrageous demands while in prison. Dustin McPhetridge was 26 when he arrived at the sting house with the hope of meeting a thirteen year old girl named "Laura" that he thought he was chatting with online. He had a twisted and sordid chat with the girl wanting to shave her privates, get her drunk and have rough anal sex with her. Dustin, the consummate gentleman, gave Laura a choice on where to put his sperm first (mouth, pussy, or ass). He also wanted her to wear a pair of panties for 2-3 days straight and then send them to him. He even sent a picture of a couple having sex. The icing on the cake was when he said that he wanted to have a threesome with her EIGHT year old sister. [1] After a four hour drive, Dustin waddled into the house with an electric razor and KY Jelly and tried to coax the decoy over to do all the twisted things he had on his mind. He instead got to meet Chris Hansen. Dustin went right into victim mode blaming the girl for the situation, saying she led him on. After his arrest, Dustin pulls every pity string he can ranging from his disability to his weight to getting bullied with Sgt. Dudinskie, the officer in charge of his interview. Dudinskie fires back with details of his chatlog that showed Dustin to be a very disgusting predator that hid behind his disability. [2] He was sentenced to five years in prison for traveling across state lines to meet a minor for sex. He was also sentenced to eight years for possession of child pornography. The sentences ran concurrently but because Dustin wasn’t convicted on the CP charge until two years after his first conviction, he actually ended up with a ten year sentence.[3] Dustin was released on lifetime federal sex-offender probation and now helps to run a convenience store in Surgoinsville, Tennessee. Behind the scenes Dustin has cerebral palsy. He demonstrated before, during, and after the sting his devious behavior of using his disability to garner sympathy as well as escape trouble. Casey and the lead KBI investigator even said they felt sorry for Dustin when he saw him struggle to enter the house, but kept in mind his reason for showing up at the house was to molest a child. Partway through serving his sentence, he wrote a letter to his convicting judge saying he had learned his lesson and requesting that he immediately be released from serving the remainder of his sentence. If his request was denied, in lieu of release, he requested a walk-in jacuzzi in his cell. Both requests were denied. Dustin was scheduled to be back in court February 2020 due to probation violations, mainly failing his sex offender treatment program, subsequently being kicked out, and polygraph tests asking if he had viewed child pornography since his release. A series of continuances have been given due to Dustin's health, COVID-19 concerns, and scheduling conflicts.[4] Dustin was given yet another continuance September 2021 because his family had paid vacation plans. Recent photos show that Dustin uses a wheelchair. During examination of his counselor, he revealed that Dustin has spent the most time of any offender in the program because he either refuses to own the actions that led him to this point, or makes excuses on why he can't make any positive changes in his life. Dustin also gained the ire from his peers in his classes because they believed his rehabilitation to be a waste of time. Time that could be better invested in their recovery.[5] Trivia Dustin apparently "doesn't like lawyers", as he revealed in his police interrogation. Dustin misunderstood Chris when he said he wasn't law enforcement and couldn't arrest him. Dustin thought Chris meant that no arrests were going to be made, which was obviously not the case. Dustin brings this up in his interrogation, saying that he wishes Chris didn't "lie" to him about him not going to be arrested. Dustin has a large affection for his mother (due to the fact that she talks people out of pressing charges for the things he does), requesting that she be put in custody of him during his trial. The judge denied his request. Affectionately nicknamed “D-MAC” by fans of To Catch A Predator.. He made a handful of wrestling DVDs for professional wrestler Ricky Morton. He lost all the digital footage when cops seized his computer since it also housed his collection of CP. He also ran Morton's website. In a now infamous article on the site made a couple of months before his arrest, he pleads with the wrestling community to donate to Morton's legal fees stemming from his arrest for non-payment of child support. Ricky Morton references Dustin in an interview about the wrestling DVDs, calling him the "cripple boy". Right after, he talks about seeing Dustin on "the predator show".[6] Despite his disability, he served the most time of all those caught in the Bowling Green sting. This is probably because he committed three different crimes in three different jurisdictions. His most serious was the federal crime of crossing states lines to commit crimes involving children. 14 Sep 2023 | LAPD Detective Stephanie Lazarus Murder Suspect - Full Length Police Interrogation Video | 01:12:02
LAPD Detective Stephanie Lazarus Murder Suspect - Full Length Police Interrogation Video Full Length Police Interrogation Video Sherri Rasmussen (February 7, 1957 – February 24, 1986) was an American woman found dead in February 1986 in an apartment she shared with her husband, John Ruetten, in Van Nuys, California. Rasmussen had been beaten and shot three times in a struggle. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) initially considered the case a botched burglary, and the crime remained unsolved. Rasmussen's father believed that Stephanie Lazarus, an LAPD officer, was a prime suspect. Detectives who re-examined the cold case files in 2009 were eventually led to Lazarus, by then herself a detective. A DNA sample she unknowingly discarded was matched to one from a bite on Rasmussen's body that had remained in the files. Lazarus was convicted of the murder in 2012 and is serving a sentence of 27 years to life for first-degree murder at the California Institution for Women in Corona. Lazarus appealed the conviction, claiming that the age of the case and the evidence denied her due process. She also alleged that the search warrant was improperly granted, her statements in an interview prior to her arrest were compelled, and that evidence supporting the original case theory should have been admitted at trial. In 2015, the guilty verdict was upheld by the California Court of Appeal.[5] Some of the police files suggest that evidence that could have implicated Lazarus earlier in the investigation was later removed, perhaps by others in the LAPD. Rasmussen's parents unsuccessfully sued the department over this and other aspects of the investigation. Jennifer Francis, the criminalist who found key evidence from the bite mark, unsuccessfully sued the City of Los Angeles, claiming she was pressured by police to favor certain suspects in this and other high-profile cases and was retaliated against when she brought this to the LAPD's attention. 15 Sep 2023 | Julie Schenecker | Murdered Her Own Children | Police Interrogation | 00:24:47
Julie Schenecker | Murdered Her Own Children | Police Interrogation The Schenecker double homicide occurred on January 27, 2011; 16-year-old Calyx and 13-year-old Beau Schenecker were found dead by police at their home in Tampa, Florida. Their mother, Julie Powers Schenecker, was arrested on suspicion of their murder after an alleged confession. On January 29, Schenecker was admitted to Tampa General Hospital, but was released the next day. She was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, and indicted by grand jury on February 9. Seven days later, she entered a plea of not guilty, with her legal team indicating they would pursue a defense on the grounds of insanity. Parker Schenecker divorced his wife in May 2011, and subsequently filed a civil lawsuit for wrongful deaths, following dispute over distribution of the family's assets. Julie Schenecker's criminal trial began on April 28, 2014. She was found guilty of first-degree murder and was sentenced to two concurrent life terms in prison on May 15, 2014. On January 28, 2011, police visited the property after receiving a call from Schenecker's mother, who expressed concern at not being able to reach her daughter. Officers found Beau Schenecker in a sport utility vehicle in the garage and Calyx Schenecker in her bedroom; both had been shot with a .38 revolver and covered with blankets. Julie Schenecker was found unconscious on the rear porch covered in blood. Police stated that Schenecker admitted to killing her children because they "talked back and were mouthy". A police statement said, "She described the crimes in detail." A note was allegedly found in the house describing a plan to murder her children and commit suicide. According to the arrest affidavit, Beau was shot twice in the head on January 27 while being driven by his mother from soccer practice. Schenecker then drove home and killed Calyx in her room as she was doing her homework on her computer. The revolver had been purchased five days before the killings. Calyx was found on her bed covered by a blanket. 15 Sep 2023 | Ronald Gene Simmons "CHRISTMAS FAMILY INCEST MASSACRE" murders | 00:40:28
Ronald Gene Simmons "CHRISTMAS FAMILY INCEST MASSACRE" murders On December 22, 1987, Ronald Gene Simmons began a killing spree that would be the worst mass murder in Arkansas history and the worst crime involving one family in the history of the country. His rampage ended on December 28, 1987, leaving dead fourteen members of his immediate family and two former coworkers. Ronald Gene Simmons was born on July 15, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois, to Loretta and William Simmons. On January 31, 1943, William Simmons died of a stroke. Within a year, Simmons’s mother married again, this time to William D. Griffen, a civil engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The corps moved Griffen to Little Rock (Pulaski County) in 1946, the first of several transfers that would take the family across central Arkansas over the next decade. On September 15, 1957, Simmons dropped out of school and joined the U.S. Navy. His first station was Bremerton Naval Base in Washington, where he met Bersabe Rebecca “Becky” Ulibarri, whom he married in New Mexico on July 9, 1960. Over the next eighteen years, the couple had seven children. In 1963, Simmons left the navy and approximately two years later, he joined the air force. During his twenty-two-year military career, Simmons was awarded a Bronze Star, the Republic of Vietnam Cross for his service as an airman, and the Air Force Ribbon for excellent marksmanship. Simmons retired on November 30, 1979, at the rank of master sergeant. On April 3, 1981, Simmons was being investigated by the Cloudcroft, New Mexico, Department of Human Services for allegations that he had fathered a child with his seventeen-year-old daughter, Sheila. Fearing arrest, Simmons fled first to Ward (Lonoke County) in late 1981 and then to Dover (Pope County) in the summer of 1983. The family took up residence on a thirteen-acre tract of land that would become known as “Mockingbird Hill.” The residence was constructed of two older-model mobile homes joined to form one large home and was surrounded by a makeshift privacy fence, as high as ten feet tall in some places. The home did not have a telephone or indoor plumbing. Simmons worked a string of low-paying jobs in the nearby town of Russellville (Pope County). He quit a position as an accounts receivable clerk at Woodline Motor Freight after numerous reports of inappropriate sexual advances. He went to work at a Sinclair Mini Mart for approximately a year and a half before quitting on December 18, 1987. Evidence indicates that Simmons bludgeoned and shot his wife on December 22, 1987. Simmons also bludgeoned and shot his visiting son, twenty-nine-year-old Ronald Gene Simmons Jr. He then strangled his three-year-old granddaughter. All three bodies were later found in a shallow pit Simmons had instructed the children to dig months before for a third family outhouse. Later the same day, the Dover school bus dropped off the younger Simmons children for their Christmas break from school. Based on crime scene investigation, it is believed the Simmons children (ages seventeen, fourteen, eleven, and eight) were separated and killed individually, by strangulation and/or drowning in a rain barrel. Their bodies, too, were found in the hole for the outhouse. The older Simmons children had been invited to the Simmons home on December 26, 1987, for an after-Christmas dinner. Twenty-three-year-old William H. Simmons II, his twenty-one-year-old wife, Renata May Simmons, and their twenty-month-old son, all of Fordyce (Dallas County), were likely the first to arrive. William and Renata were shot, and their bodies were left by the dining room table, and covered with their own coats and some bedding. The child was killed and placed into the trunk of a car behind the Simmons home. Next to arrive were Simmons’s twenty-four-year-old daughter, Sheila, and her husband, thirty-three-year-old Dennis Raymond McNulty, as well as their children, seven-year-old Sylvia (the daughter of Sheila and her father) and twenty-one-month-old Michael. Sheila was shot, and her body was laid on the dining room table and covered with a tablecloth. Simmons shot Dennis and strangled Sylvia. Michael was strangled and placed into the trunk of yet another parked car. Later this same day, Simmons drove to Russellville, where he stopped at a Sears store and picked up Christmas gifts that had been ordered but had not made it in before the holiday. Later that night, he drove to a private club in Russellville. Then he went home and waited out the weekend. On Monday, December 28, 1987, Simmons drove a car that had belonged to his son, Ronald Jr., to Russellville. He purchased a second gun from Walmart Inc. His next stop was the Peel, Eddy and Gibbons Law Firm. After entering the building, Simmons shot and killed receptionist/secretary Kathy Cribbins Kendrick. He next went to the Taylor Oil Company, where he shot and wounded Russell “Rusty” Taylor, the owner of the Sinclair Mini Mart where he had worked, and then shot and killed J. D. (Jim) Chaffin, a fireman and part-time truck driver for Taylor Oil. Simmons shot at and missed another employee before exiting the building. Simmons then went to the Sinclair Mini Mart, where he shot and wounded Roberta Woolery and David Salyer. His last stop was the Woodline Motor Freight company. Simmons located his former supervisor, Joyce Butts, and wounded her in the head and chest. He then took worker Vicky Jackson at gunpoint into the computer office and advised her to phone the police. Simmons allegedly told Jackson: “I’ve come to do what I wanted to do. It’s all over now. I’ve gotten everybody who wanted to hurt me.” He surrendered to Russellville police when they arrived. Simmons was sent to the Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock (Pulaski County) for a competency evaluation by staff psychiatrist Dr. Irving Kuo. Kuo found Simmons to be sane and capable of standing trial. Robert E. “Doc” Irwin and John Harris were appointed by the court to represent Simmons. The prosecuting attorney was John Bynum. Jury selection for the first trial took less than six hours. Simmons was convicted on May 12, 1988, in the Franklin County Circuit Court for the deaths of Kendrick and Chaffin. On May 16 Judge John Samuel Patterson sentenced Simmons to death by lethal injection plus 147 years. Simmons refused all rights to appeal. Simmons was found guilty of fourteen counts of capital murder in the deaths of his family members on February 10, 1989, in the Johnson County Circuit Court, with Judge Patterson presiding. Bynum offered a possible motive when he presented an undated note that was discovered in a safe deposit box at a Russellville bank after Simmons’s arrest. The letter seemed to indicate a strong love/hate relationship between Simmons and his daughter Sheila. After the judge ruled the letter admissible, Simmons lashed out at Bynum, punching him the face, and then unsuccessfully struggled for a deputy’s handgun. Officers rushed him out of the courtroom in chains. Simmons was sentenced to death by lethal injection on March 16, 1989. He again waived all rights to appeal. KTHV reporter Anne Jensen conducted a series of interviews with Simmons in February and March 1989. On March 1, 1989, Simmons was found competent to waive his rights to appeal his conviction. However the filing of Whitmore v. Arkansas challenged this right. Reverend Louis Franz and Jonas Whitmore contended that Simmons using his right to refuse appeal in fact jeopardized the appellate rights of other death row inmates. By 7–2 vote, the Supreme Court justices threw out this appeal; however, the ongoing legal proceedings had prevented the execution of Simmons from being carried out. Simmons was watching television and eating what he thought would be his last meal when the news of his stay of execution was announced. On May 31, 1990, Governor Bill Clinton signed Simmons’s second execution warrant for June 25, 1990. This was the quickest sentence-to-execution-to-death time in United States history since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976. Simmons refused all visitors, including legal counsel and clergy. His last words were: “Justice delayed finally be done is justifiable homicide.” No family members claimed the body, so Simmons was buried in a paupers’ plot at Lincoln Memorial Lawn in Varner (Lincoln County). 16 Sep 2023 | Glen McCurley 1974 Cold-Case Murder of 17-Year Old Carla Walker Full Police Interrogation | 02:23:06
Glen McCurley 1974 Cold-Case Murder of 17-Year Old Carla Walker Full Police Interrogation MCurley was a person of interest in the 1974 slaying but detectives said there wasn't enough evidence to tie him to the case 46 years ago. Texas company used a new forensic process to create a full DNA profile of the suspect from evidence pulled off the victim's clothing -- only partial profiles were obtained before. A Tarrant County Grand Jury has indicted a 77-year-old man in connection with a cold case that went unsolved for nearly half a century. Glen Samuel McCurley was indicted on a charge of capital murder for his role in the death of Carla Jan Walker, a 17-year-old Western Hills High School junior who was kidnapped and murdered in 1974. According to police, Walker was abducted, held captive, and sexually assaulted before being murdered and left in a ditch after a Valentine's Day dance. Investigators alleged that McCurley snatched Walker from the passenger seat of her boyfriend's car in a bowling alley parking lot. Walker's boyfriend, Rodney McCoy, told police that a man pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him before something hit him in the head, knocking him unconscious. McCoy told police he later woke up to find Walker was gone and blood coming from his head. Walker's body was found three days later in a culvert near Benbrook Lake. Police said she had been beaten, raped, strangled, and tortured alive for two days after her disappearance. DNA evidence recovered from clothing and a bra worn by Walker on the night she was killed was sent to Othram, a private lab in The Woodlands. The DNA profile created at Othram was used to narrow the search to three brothers with the last name McCurley. According to police, Glen Samuel McCurley had been identified as a person of interest during the initial investigation in 1974 because he owned a gun, a .22 Ruger, that matched a magazine found at the crime scene. Detectives spoke to McCurley during the initial investigation, but they did not pursue McCurley again following the 1974 interview until the DNA profile match was found in GEDMATCH. Police collected trash from a bin in front of McCurley's residence in July of 2020, and they were able to determine that the items matched the male DNA profile found on Walker's clothing. On Sept. 10, 2020, police said they returned to McCurley's home and spoke to both him and his wife, during which time McCurley told the same story that he told detectives in 1974. He said he didn't kill anyone and did not know Carla Walker. McCurley agreed to provide a DNA sample, and six days later, police said they were notified the swabs matched the DNA found on Walker's bra. A warrant for capital murder was then obtained and McCurley was taken into custody without incident. Jail records showed McCurley was being held in the Tarrant County Jail on a charge of capital murder with bond set at $100,000. During a news conference, detectives with the Fort Worth Police Department said they believe the assault and murder were random and that Walker and McCurley didn't know each other. Police said it appears that over the last four decades, McCurley led a relatively normal life, was married, and had two children. Police also said that McCurley is not a suspect in any other crimes. 17 Sep 2023 | RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns | 05:13:42
RACIST, ANGRY, VIOLENT Police Interrogation of Wife Killer Clifford Burns WARNING: AUDIO CONTAINS EXTREMELY GRAPHIC, AS WELL AS RACIST, LANGUAGE AND DESCRIPTIONS. SOME VIEWERS MAY FIND THIS MATERIAL DISTURBING AND UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Warren County Sheriff's deputies question Clifford Burns on the night he is alleged to have fatally stabbed his wife, Patricia Burns. As Patricia Burns heaved her ham out of the freezer, she was looking forward to a quiet Christmas. It was December 22, 2013, and Patricia, 42, was spending the festive season at home with her daughters, Megan, 22, Harley, 16, and Autumn, 14. The family had been through so much. Patricia’s marriage to Clifford Burns, who was dad to Harley and Autumn, had been rocky. The couple met when Patricia was working at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. Clifford had pulled up and decided there was something he fancied more than a doughnut. So he asked Patricia for her number. At first he’d seemed like a great catch – he had his own business, was a keen fisherman, and doted on Megan, her little sister Christalin and brother, Nick. But after their ’97 wedding, Clifford became violent. His traumatic past was often cited as the reason behind his abuse – he’d witnessed his father’s violence towards his mother. So Patricia gave him the benefit of the doubt, taking him back time and time again. Together they had their two girls, Harley and Autumn. She moved into a new apartment with the kids and began working as a nurse at a hospice, and also got a five-year restraining order against Clifford. Patricia began another relationship. But this new man also had a temper and was slapped with a restraining order after assaulting her, firing a gun into the ceiling and then having a standoff with police. Now, all Patricia wanted was a peaceful Christmas. Autumn texted her dad to wish him Merry Christmas, even though he’d not been in touch for eight months. His reply, which came as Patricia was defrosting the ham, was chilling. I have a special gift coming soon, something for everyone to talk about, and it will be hand-delivered on foot, not by car, it read. Autumn interpreted the message as a threat. Harley and Megan agreed, so they showed the text to their mum. 'Is he going to come here and kill us?' ‘Is he going to come here and kill us?’ Megan asked. But Patricia wasn’t concerned. ‘No Megan, he’s mean, he’s evil, but he’s not that evil,’ she said. Despite her mum’s lack of concern, Autumn tapped back a reply. Get it together, I know what you think you want to do, and believe me that won’t end well, she wrote in the message. The only reason you feel so bad is because of what happened between your parents. Christmas Eve Two days later, on Christmas Eve, Harley went to do some last-minute shopping. Patricia, Megan and Autumn remained at home, preparing Christmas dinner in the kitchen. This time, Patricia was preparing a turkey. Then there was a knock at the door. On the other side of it was a masked man in army fatigues. He was carrying a large hunting knife. The man grabbed Patricia and held her against the wall. Then he plunged the knife into her stomach. 'Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off.' Megan ran over, grabbing the man and pulling his mask off. It was Clifford. ‘Call the cops!’ Megan screamed to Autumn, who was frozen in terror. Clifford continued to stab their mum, before turning the knife on Megan, slashing her arm. Patricia, bleeding profusely, pleaded with her ex to stop. As Autumn called an ambulance, Megan ran out of the house, but her stepdad followed her. Approaching her, he ran off when diners at a restaurant nearby came out. Paramedics arrived, rushing them to the hospital – but Patricia didn’t make it. 17 Sep 2023 | Kelly Cochran | Killed and Dismembered her Husband and Ex-Lover | Police Interrogation | 00:41:07
Kelly Cochran | Killed and Dismembered her Husband and Ex-Lover | Police Interrogation This is the grisly story of Kelly Cochran. Born and raised in Merrillville, Indiana, Kelly and Jason Cochran were high school sweethearts and grew up next door to each other. They were so enamored with each other that they were married after Kelly Cochran graduated from high school in 2002 — and made a lifelong promise to kill anyone who they might cheat with. Jason Cochran worked hard servicing swimming pools until his back gave out after 10 years of physical labor. While his wife tried hard to pay the bills, the debts kept piling up. The couple bailed on the situation for Caspian, Michigan, in 2013, also looking forward to legal marijuana, which would help ease Jason’s chronic pain. Kelly Cochran met Christopher Regan at a factory job manufacturing Naval ship parts. An Air Force veteran and Detroit native, he and Cochran bonded and became lovers despite their 20-year age difference. Through his relationship with Cochran, Regan was also cheating on his girlfriend, Terri O’Donnell. They finally agreed to patch things up — the day that he died. On Oct. 14, 2014, Regan planned to spend the night with Cochran — unaware she had spent the previous night arguing with her husband about him. Knowing it meant her lover’s death, Cochran invited him over and had sex with him as her husband shot him in the head. Neighbors heard a shot — then power tools. O’Donnell reported Regan missing 10 days later, but the Cochrans had already dumped his remains in the woods. While they parked his car on the outskirts of town, they failed to notice a post-it note with directions to their house inside. Police were more observant and found the car, the note inside — and their suspects. Police paid Kelly and Jason Cochran a visit, finding the former entirely at ease and the latter uncomfortable. They later questioned them separately. Kelly admitted to having an affair with Regan, but claimed she and her husband had an open marriage. Jason, meanwhile, appeared rather aggravated at her infidelity. While the Cochrans had managed to remove all evidence of their crimes and the case went cold, an FBI search of their home in March 2015 prompted the terrified couple to leave town for Hobart, Indiana. It was there, on Feb. 20, 2016, that suspicions got the better of the couple — and Cochran murdered her husband Kelly Cochran Gets Caught When EMTs arrived at the Mississippi Street residence, they found Jason Cochran unresponsive, and Kelly was reportedly disruptive as they attempted to revive him. The EMTs declared Cochran’s husband dead of an overdose — unaware that she had deliberately overloaded his heroin fix, then smothered him for good measure. Cochran held a memorial service days later, claiming it was “the hardest thing I will ever have to deal with” online while pawning off her belongings. She fled Indiana on April 26 without notifying relatives, and when the Hobart Medical Examiner realized Jason died of asphyxiation, she became a fugitive. Her messages claimed she was hiding out on the West Coast in an attempt to throw police off-course. However, they simply tracked her phone to Kentucky. Finally, Cochran pointed cops to Regan’s remains and the murder weapon. Kelly Cochran’s trial revealed that “she contemplated killing Jason instead of Chris.” She felt that he had killed “the only good thing I had in my life,” adding, “I still hate him, and yes, it was revenge. I evened the score.” While serving a life sentence for Regan’s death, she earned another 65 years in April 2018 for killing her husband. Police said she only told her spouse about Regan when he declined a serious relationship, as the diabolical pact would ensure his death. Ultimately, the full extent of Kelly Cochran’s crimes only began to reveal themselves while she was in prison. Once news got out that the couple had dismembered Christopher Regan, friends and neighbors came to the stomach-churning revelation that they had very likely eaten Regan’s barbecued remains at a cookout hosted by Cochran. 18 Sep 2023 | Military Officer Serial Killer Russell Williams -Police Interrogation and Confession SHOCKING | 00:57:24
Military Officer Serial Killer Russell Williams -Police Interrogation and Confession SHOCKING Bob McKeown deconstructs the interrogation and shocking confession of Russell Williams. From his initial denial to the full declaration of guilt, the fifth estate deciphers one of the most compelling and distressing confessions in Canadian criminal history with the help of people who know the art of interrogation better than anyone else. Investigation and arrest Jessica Lloyd, 27, had vanished on January 28, 2010. Investigators identified distinctive tire tracks left in snow near her home. One week after her disappearance, the Ontario Provincial Police conducted an extensive canvassing of all motorists using the highway near her home from 7 pm on February 4, 2010, to 6 am on the following day, looking for the unusual tire treads. Williams was driving his Pathfinder that day — rather than the BMW he usually drove — and an officer noticed the resemblance of his tire treads. These were subsequently matched to the treads near Lloyd's home. On February 7, 2010, the CFB Trenton base commander was at his newly built home in Ottawa, where his wife lived full-time and he lived part-time, when he was called by the OPP in Ottawa and asked to come in for questioning. During the 10-hour interview he confessed to the numerous crimes of which he was later convicted. Early the next morning Williams led investigators to the woman's body in a secluded area on Cary Road, about 13 minutes away from where he lived. Williams was also charged in the death of Corporal Marie-France Comeau, a 37-year-old military flight attendant based at CFB Trenton, who had been found dead inside her home in late November 2009. Along with the murder charges, Williams was charged with breaking and entering, forcible confinement, and the sexual assault of two other women in connection with two separate home invasions near Tweed, Ontario in September 2009. According to reports, the women had been bound in their homes and the attacker had taken photos of them. Williams was arraigned and remanded into custody on Monday, February 8, 2010. The Canadian Forces announced that day that an interim commander would soon be appointed to replace him (Dave Cochrane took over 11 days later), and removed his biography from the Department of National Defence website the following day. Hours after the announcement of Williams' arrest, police services across the country reopened unsolved homicide cases involving young women in areas where Williams, a career military man, had previously been stationed. According to news reports, police began looking at other unsolved cases based on a full statement that Williams gave to police. A week after his arrest, investigators reported that, along with hidden keepsakes and other evidence they had found in his home, they had matched a print from one of the homicide scenes to his boot. In addition to the four primary incidents, the investigation into Williams includes probes into 48 cases of theft of women's underwear dating back to 2006. In the searches of his Ottawa home, police discovered stolen lingerie that was neatly stored, catalogued, and concealed. In April 2010, Williams was placed on suicide watch after he tried to kill himself by wedging a stuffed cardboard toilet paper roll down his throat. Confession On February 7, 2010, Williams was interrogated at Ottawa Police Service headquarters by Detective Sergeant Jim Smyth, a member of the Ontario Provincial Police's Behavioural Sciences Unit. The interview started at 3 p.m. and by 7:45 p.m. he was describing his crimes. The interrogation lasted approximately ten hours. Excerpts of the confession were shown in court at Williams' sentencing hearing on October 20, 2010. In the confession, Williams gave details of his crimes, including the sexual assaults in Tweed and 82 break-ins and thefts. Some of them occurred in Ottawa homes within walking distance of his Orleans, Ontario home where he lived with his wife. Other break-ins and thefts occurred in Belleville, and in Tweed, where the couple had had a cottage since 2004. He also told police where they could find evidence, including hidden keepsakes, inside the Ottawa home. The couple had moved to a new house two months before he was interrogated by police. He told Detective Sergeant Jim Smyth where police could find the thousands of images he took of Lloyd and Comeau and the two women he sexually assaulted. He then identified on a map where he dumped Lloyd’s body. A video o.f the interrogation was made available to the public and was posted online by several newspapers and on YouTube Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

18 Sep 2023 | 5 YR Old Calls 911 After Finding Parents Shot To Death HEARTBREAKING - FULL 911 CALL | 00:08:43
5 YR Old Calls 911 After Finding Parents Shot To Death HEARTBREAKING - FULL 911 CALL Parents Shot, 5-Year-Old Calls 911 March 31, 2005 — -- A young child was rescued from her house by Florida deputies early Monday morning, after calling 911 and telling the dispatcher her parents had been shot by an attacker. "My mommy and daddy … there is blood coming out of my dad's mouth and he fell off the bed," the girl said on the 911 tape. "I don't know quite how to characterize what you hear in that 5-year-old's voice," Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson told "Good Morning America." "Her composure is extraordinary given what she had just seen. She was an amazing little girl. The information she gave us and the manner she gave it to us, we wish we could get that out of adults." The girl told the operator her age and that she had a dog named Liza. The dispatcher calmly spoke to her while sending authorities to her home. Her mother, Julie Hernlen, 31, was dead when they arrived, and her father, Aeneas Hernlen, 29, was taken to the hospital and died the next day. The attacker, David Edward Johnson, 33, believed the couple were responsible for his arrest in November on charges of growing marijuana and possession of steroids, according to the sheriff's office. Officials said the couple were not involved in his arrest, but had requested an injunction against their would-be attacker in January. Johnson committed suicide at his home later Monday. 'Amazing Little Girl' The attack occurred in the middle of the night with the sound of a gunshot waking the young girl. The sheriff praised the dispatcher, who is also a mother, for remaining focused while listening to a child in a dangerous situation. The dispatcher kept the girl on the phone until the authorities arrived at her house and is heard asking her questions in a portion of the tape. CHILD: I'm 5 years old and I have a dog in a house. OPERATOR: OK baby, OK. Let me get someone right over to you. OPERATOR: OK, and what made you wake up tonight? CHILD: There was, I think I heard a gunshot. OPERATOR: Who has a gun in the house? CHILD: I don't see a gun but I'm scared. OPERATOR: Oh sweetheart! I will not let anything happen to you. Anticipating a Threat? Police said the Hernlens were apparently aware that David Edward Johnson posed a threat to their safety. Julie Hernlen was preparing to graduate from Dayton Beach Community College this spring and then pursue a law degree, according to reports in The Daytona Beach News-Journal. She spoke to an instructor and expressed concerns that Johnson was ruining her life, the newspaper reported. In early January, the couple was denied an injunction against Johnson. In an interview with "Good Morning America" Circuit Judge Richard Graham said he was "very upset" when he was informed about the slayings. The judge recalled the request for the injunction arriving by fax with very little information. "Had I had more information, I think I would have granted it," said Graham. But the sheriff explained that the injunction may not have prevented the attack. "I don't really believe it would have in a case like this," said Johnson. "An injunction is fine for someone who is willing to accept the rules. This individual here was set on taking action," he said. "The only way you could have prevented it would be to put him in jail and "keep him in jail. There was nothing there to do that. When someone is bound and determined they are going to do a criminal act, it is hard to stop it." described her as doing OK for now. The girl was not harmed physically and is staying with relatives. 18 Sep 2023 | The Bever Family Massacre: 911 Call and Police Interrogation. | 01:07:51
The Bever Family Massacre: 911 Call and Police Interrogation. Teen Brothers Wanted To Become Famous Killers — And They Started By Butchering Their Family Robert and Michael Bever thought they would kill their family quickly, like ninjas, before embarking on a cross-country murder spree. For the teenaged Bever brothers, the goal was notoriety. They wanted to have articles written about them. They wanted to be feared. They wanted to kill 500 people, believing the act would make them like gods. Unfortunately for the family of Robert, 18, and Michael, 16, the brothers kicked off their plan at home. On the night of July 22, 2015, they broke out knives they had been stashing, and set about trying to kill each of the seven other members of their household in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They planned to cut their family down like ninjas, with swift and silent killing blows — all while awaiting a shipment of ammunition, according to authorities on “Killer Siblings” on Oxygen. A bloody, messy reality set in quickly, however, when the boys went after their first victim, 13-year-old Crystal. As one of the Bever boys would later tell police, “It wasn’t like it was on the TV — you cut them once and they die.” After Michael lured his sister into a bedroom under the pretense of showing her something on a computer, Robert grabbed her from behind and slashed her throat. Crystal fought back, and he plunged his knife into her abdomen and arms. The boys’ mother, April, 44, heard the commotion and came upstairs. She was met by Robert, who unleashed a frenzy of at least 48 knife strikes that resulted in “more wounds than I’ve ever seen in any body, ever,” according to one investigator. All the while, somehow, Crystal crawled away to try to protect her younger siblings. The brothers then moved on, room by room. Father David Bever, 52, was stabbed 28 times, and suffered blunt force injuries all over his body, Tulsa World reported. Michael later told police that Robert stabbed their dad with “the biggest knife he had,” according to “Killer Siblings.” Their 7-year-old brother, Christopher, was stabbed six times. When they overtook their younger sister Victoria, 18, they stabbed her 18 times in both sides of her neck, chest, back and upper arm. Daniel, 12, managed to lock himself in a room, where he called 911. Michael managed to convinced his younger brother to open the door by feigning that he was also being attacked by Robert. The brothers came in and stabbed the boy nine times in the back, shoulder and chest. Robert then returned his attention to Crystal, who was bleeding from her neck, arm and abdominal wounds, and tried to finish her off by suffocation. The older brother also planned to cut off his 2-year-old sister, Autumn’s, head, according to local outlet Oklahoma News on 6. At that moment, however, police began banging on the front door. Detective Brett Burton of the Broken Arrow Police Department told producers that when he responded to the call, he could see blood on the sidewalk and the front step, and he heard a faint “help me” coming from inside. It was Crystal. The 13-year-old clung to life, telling police that her brothers had attacked her family. Autumn remained sleeping upstairs, unharmed, throughout the whole ordeal. The brothers escaped out the back of the home, but they were quickly tracked down by a police K-9 in a wooded area. In police photos featured on “Killer Siblings,” Robert and Michael Bever are covered in mud and blood; their clothes are torn and even appear to have bits of flesh on them. “They weren’t upset. They weren’t distraught,” Burton said. “It’s almost like they had a sense of cockiness.” “It looked to me like [one of the boys] had a smirk on his face,” Corporal Leon Calhoun told local ABC affiliate KTUL. Attempted Murder Survivors Share Their Stories 2023 True crime is a nonfiction literary, podcast, and film genre in which the author examines an actual crime and details the actions of real people. The crimes most commonly include murder; about 40 percent focus on tales of serial killers. True crime is a nonfiction literary, podcast, and film genre in which the author examines an actual crime and details the actions of real people. The crimes most commonly include murder; about 40 percent focus on tales of serial killers.[1][2] True crime comes in many forms, such as books, films, podcasts, and television shows. Many works in this genre recount high-profile, sensational crimes such as the JonBenét Ramsey killing, the O. J. Simpson murder case, and the Pamela Smart murder, while others are devoted to more obscure slayings. True crime works can impact the crimes they cover and the audience who consumes it.[3] The genre is often criticized for being insensitive to the victims and their families and is described by some as trash culture. Podcasts with a true crime theme are a recent trend. The 2014 true crime podcast Serial broke podcasting records when it achieved 5 million downloads on iTunes quicker than any previous podcast.[24][25][26] As of September 2018, it has been downloaded more than 340 million times.[27] It has been followed by other true crime podcasts such as Dirty John, My Favorite Murder, Up and Vanished, Parcast series such as Cults, Female Criminals and Mind's Eye, Someone Knows Something, and many more.[28] Podcasts have now expanded to more sites such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and many more. They exist to provide others an easy way to learn about true crime murders and mysteries. Spotify has an expanding number of true crime podcasts with Rotten Mango, Conviction American Panic, Bed of Lies, Catch & Kill among many more. This genre has been on the rise as psychologist, Amanda Vicary, said her report found “women were most drawn to true crime stories that gave them tips for spotting danger and staying alive”.[29] It's been speculated that fear could play a role in the popularity of true crime podcasts. These podcasts often recount horrific crimes, which triggers the fear response and the release of adrenaline in the body. Due to the possibility of bingeing podcasts, adrenaline rushes can be experienced in quick bursts.[30] Another explanation for the popularity of true crime podcasts is due to the serialized nature of crime, in which events happen one after another. Podcasts that explore a crime episodically can utilize this aspect in their storytelling #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeStories #TrueCrimePodcast Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.
18 Sep 2023 | Police Interrogation of Police Officer for the Murder of his Police Chief while on vacation | 00:32:46
Police Interrogation of Police Officer for the Murder of his Police Chief while on vacation A former Oklahoma officer has been found guilty of murdering his police chief during a conference in Florida A former Oklahoma police officer was found guilty Wednesday in the death of his police chief while they attended a law enforcement conference in Pensacola, Florida, in 2019. Michael Nealey was found guilty of second-degree murder by a Florida jury, according to CNN affiliate WEAR. Court records show his sentencing is scheduled for April 29. CNN has reached out to Nealey's attorney for comment on the verdict but has not heard back. Nealey was arrested a day after the body of Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller was found in a hotel room in Pensacola in November, 2019. Escambia County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a fight at the hotel where Nealey and Miller were staying for the conference. Prosecutors said during the trial that the medical examiner determined Miller was beaten and strangled or suffocated to death, WEAR reported. Only two people were in that room. One of them is dead and one of them is on trial," said prosecutor Trey Myers during closing arguments, according to the station. Extreme levels of intoxication were involved that night, prosecutors argued, and a forensic toxicologist testified that both men had blood alcohol concentration levels about four times the legal limit to drive, the affiliate reported. "It's impossible to get inside the mind of a man who was here for a law enforcement conference who has had half a gallon of vodka to drink and understand his thoughts," added Myers, WEAR reported. Nealey did not take the stand in his defense, the station reported. The trial began Monday with jury selection and lasted a day and a half before the jury returned a guilty verdict. Miller, 44, was chief of police since 2007. He had a wife and three children. 19 Sep 2023 | To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview | 01:28:01
In a now infamous article on the site made a couple of months before his arrest, he pleads with the wrestling community to donate to Morton's legal fees stemming from his arrest for non-payment of child suppo.rt. His most serious was the federal crime of crossing states lines to commit crimes involving children Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

19 Sep 2023 | To Catch A Predator Jeffrey Sokol FULL Police Interrogation | 01:39:47
To Catch A Predator Jeffrey Sokol FULL Police Interrogation 44-year-old Jeff Sokol groomed what he thought was a thirteen-year-old girl named Bailey online. He had many creepy and sexual conversations with her, including asking her if she trims her pubic hair, telling her that he will want to be intimate with her when they meet, and talks of drawing up a “marriage contract“ in order for it to be legal to have sex with her. On October 3rd, 2015, he drove for two-and-a-half hours from his home in Boston to Fairfield, where he had planned to stay with the girl while her mother was away on business.[1][2][3] Bust He picked up a pizza, and once at the house, he tried to hug Nellie, but was rejected. The two chat for a while, discussing the pizza, their looks, and the marriage contract briefly. Jeff also takes a pill which he claimed was for his stomach before he ate. A door can be heard creaking in the hidden room, which startles Sokol. When Nellie leaves to investigate, Chris Hansen enters. At first Sokol believed Hansen was the girl's father. During the interview he is arrogant, cold, dismissive and egotistical. He casually (and loudly) eats the pizza during his interview with Hansen, even laughing off many of Hansen's questions. He went on to offer Chris a slice of pizza during the interview, which Hansen politely declined. During the course of the interview, Chris questioned him about a marriage contract which he believed would absolve him of legal issues. During his police interrogation, he admits to no wrongdoing and blames society on why he was arrested. The detective interviewing Sokol combats nearly every point the latter tried to use to defend himself. Sokol ultimately was sentenced to seven years and had to serve 30 months. He also had to register as a sex offender for ten years and be on probation for the remainder of his sentence. Jeff Sokol was very unpopular with lawyers, as he went through three different attorneys. Sokol was sentenced to 30 months, pleading guilty to his crimes of attempted 2nd degree sexual assault, attempted risk of injury to a minor, and enticing a minor by computer. Sokol's lawyer pointed out that the pill Sokol took while in the sting house was not a sexual enhancement pill, but a Cholestyramine pill, used for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). According to the lawyer, Sokol had suffered from IBS since high school, and that this made him put on a "mask". Sokolʻs lawyer stressed that Sokol is indeed a "nice guy" who has a job and is nice to his parents (who accompanied Sokol during court hearings). Sokol's lawyer also stated that the content from HvP, broadcast on National TV, YouTube etc., was not really how Sokol normally "behaves", and that Sokol was humiliated, not only from what was uploaded, but also from comments made about him. Sokol had undergone a psychiatric exam in which electrical sensors were somehow attached to his genitals, and he was then shown pictures of children. Sokol's lawyer stated he "passed with flying colors." It was also said Sokol has learning disabilities, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and minor psychiatric issues, but does not have any major psychiatric issues, e.g. schizophrenia. It is also noted he was a drinker and smokes pot. Sokol's lawyer had weak arguments for the judge, at one time saying, "...but a hundred years ago, your honor, the age of consent in the United States was nine...then it was raised to twelve and then to thirteen and then eventually to what it is today." He also said, "So what he is being sent to jail for today, was something that a hundred years ago was not a crime." Unimpressed, the judge remained still-faced. When it was Sokol's turn to speak to the judge, he tried to convince the judge that he was a nice person. He then blamed the decoy for being flirty and inviting. He became upset when the judge, while reading Sokol's sentencing, stated he was convinced that Sokol's plan was to get "Bailey" drunk and have sex with her. Apparently exasperated, Sokol reacted by turning his head away and rolling his eyes. It was not mentioned in HvP, but Sokol didn't just bring pizza, but also vodka Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.
19 Sep 2023 | Police Cadet Rapist on To Catch A Predator Michael Patterson Police Interrogation | 01:00:28
Police Cadet Rapist on To Catch A Predator Michael Patterson Police Interrogation Michael Joseph Patterson, otherwise known as jon_raven2000 was a predator caught in the Bowling Green, Kentucky installment of To Catch a Predator. He is perhaps best known for screaming his ass off while being arrested by the police. Biography Prior to the sting operation, Patterson was a reserve police officer in Lebron, Indiana, who was fired for using police car lights to pull someone over, impersonating an on-duty officer. Patterson drove 5 hours away from Kouts, Indiana to the sting house in Bowling Green to meet up with a girl he believed to be thirteen. Within 2 hours of being acquainted with the decoy online, he drives to her house and talks to her over the phone on the way. During the conversation, he discloses that he carries a gun with him everywhere, so the sting team gave the decoy special instructions to make sure he was unarmed upon arrival. The decoy gives a series of verbal commands to Patterson to prove that he is unarmed, and he giddily does so without suspecting a thing. Once he enters the house he gives into the decoy's small talk, admiring the house and falsely telling her that he's a detective lieutenant. After disclosing this he is greeted by Chris Hansen, who exercises his own detective skills and asks Patterson why he's there. Patterson cites his loneliness and his ongoing divorce as reasons to commit statutory rape. After chuckling at hearing some of his chat log lines, he is let go by Chris, only to come face to face with a group of officers (who are advised to act more swiftly than usual due to the earlier suspicion of him being armed). Upon seeing the officers, he steps back into the house and makes a run for it, being shot with a taser gun as a result. Only one of the prods of the taser connects with Patterson's body, which allowed him to run even further through the house without being electrocuted. Like a scene straight from The Walking Dead, he is quickly ambushed from all sides and taken down while he screams and begs hysterically. Aftermath On June 11, 2008, Patterson was convicted of Traveling In Interstate Commerce For The Purpose Of Engaging In A Sexual Act With A Minor. He received 7 years in federal prison and 10 years supervised release. He also received three years and ten months by the state of Kentucky. Both sentences were served concurrently. In 2011 Patterson represented himself in a civil lawsuit against NBC Universal, Inc., asking for $40,000,000 each in monetary and punitive damages, as well as injunctive relief in the form of having all information about him taken off television and NBC's website. Patterson's allegations include: He was "lured" to the sting house, and that the decoy took advantage of his "vulnerability". NBC Universal, Inc.'s "libel, slander and defamatory statements" have caused him mental and emotional stress and ruined his reputation. NBC Universal, Inc.'s participation in his arrest and search violated his constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment. State law claims for intentional disclosure of private facts, intrusion on the right to be left alone, harassment/intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. NBC Universal, Inc. is liable for violating the "Journalistic Code of Ethics." Patterson’s complaint was entirely void of any factual allegations regarding his claim for negligence, and the case was dismissed. 19 Sep 2023 | Israel Keyes is the most terrifying serial killer you’ve probably never heard of - Serial Killer Documentary | 01:27:33
Israel Keyes is the most terrifying serial killer you’ve probably never heard of - Serial Killer Documentary Israel Keyes is all of your worst fears personified into one of the most terrifying serial killers of the 21st century. February 1, 2012, began like any other day at work for 18-year-old Samantha Koenig, but it ended in unspeakable tragedy. Finishing up her shift at the Common Grounds coffee stand in downtown Anchorage, Alaska, the young barista was approached by a man wearing a ski mask who ordered coffee – a man who would later be named as Israel Keyes. After Samantha handed him the order, Keyes pulled out a gun and demanded money, and the terrified teen quickly complied. Forcing himself inside the stand, Keyes tied the young woman’s hands together with zip ties before forcing her into his white Ford Focus, where she tried – and failed – to escape the abductor, who held a gun to her head and said he would kill her if she tried again. Driving around town with Samantha still bound in the vehicle, Keyes explained to the terrified teen that this was simply a kidnapping for ransom and that if she cooperated, she’d be returned to her family unharmed. Keyes kept Samantha alive for several hours and even drove back to her coffee stand to retrieve her mobile phone. He then used it to send a fake text message to her boyfriend, who was due to pick her up after her shift. The text read: “Hey, I’m spending a couple of days with friends, let me dad know.” Keyes took Samantha to his property, where he tied her up in a shed. He turned his radio up so no one could hear her screams and pleas for help. After demanding Samantha’s address, Keyes made his way to retrieve her ATM card from her boyfriend’s truck. In a gut-wrenching twist, while stealing the debit card, Keyes was confronted by Samantha’s boyfriend – who was already on edge after discovering Koenig was not at work when he arrived to pick her up as well as having received the strange text message from her phone earlier, which had, in fact, been sent by Keyes. Thinking he was a random burglar attempting to break into his car, Samantha’s boyfriend ran inside to get help, while Keyes fled. Returning to his property, Keyes poured himself a glass of wine as he returned to his shed and raped a sobbing Samantha. He then strangled her to death. Keyes returned inside, packed for a pre-planned cruise in New Orleans, woke his daughter for school, and left for the airport. Returning to Anchorage on February 17, 2012, Keyes began preparing a ransom note, but first, he decided to remove Samantha’s body from the cupboard. He applied makeup to Samanth.a’s face – frozen and lifeless – before unsettlingly sewing her eyes open with fishing line to give her the appearance of being alive. He then took a Polaroid of her “holding” up that day’s newspaper Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

ANNOYING 20-Year-Old Girl Becomes Uncooperative After DWI Arrest a MUST listen! Around 1:42 AM on November 5, 2021, officers from the Vernon Township Police Department were dispatched to the site of a possible disturbance on Steamboat Drive. When Police arrived, they noticed 20-year-old Gabriella Colon sitting in a locked 2011 BMW. Her boyfriend informed Patrolman Adam Kraus that Gabriella had been drinking, while she defied the officers’ instructions and threatened to drive away. Patrolman Mangano and Patrolman Rembish also arrived on scene. As a result of her behavior, officers had to threaten to break the window of her vehicle before she finally exited the BMW. While they suspected that Gabriella was intoxicated, they declined to perform field sobriety test because of possible safety concerns. Based on her uncooperative behavior and standard indicators of impairment, Gabriella was arrested for driving under the influence. She was transported to Vernon Township Police HQ, where she continued to act belligerent and uncooperative. She had to be physically restrained and she even attempted to game the breathalyzer test repeatedly. After Gabriella was processed and fingerprinted at police HQ, she was released to her boyfriend after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. She was issued the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to chemical test, and obstructing the administration of law. 20 Sep 2023 | Nurse's Aide Charged W/ Sex Crimes Involving Memory Care Patients | FULL Police Interrogation | 03:33:30
Nurse's Aide Charged W/ Sex Crimes Involving Memory Care Patients | FULL Police Interrogation A former nurse's aide who pleaded guilty to sex crimes involving memory care patients was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday. Godbless Uwadiegwu, 59, of Middletown, pleaded guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition. He sexually assaulted two women at two different facilities in Warren County. Judge Don Oda sentenced Uwadiegwu to the maximum prison sentence, 18 months on each conviction for a total of three years. Victims and their families didn't attend the sentencing hearing due to airline and COVID-19 issues, but a livestream was available for them to watch it remotely. In addition, victim advocate Erika Bourelle read letters on behalf of the victims and their families. One letter was written by one of the victims herself. "Some people may not remember, but I do. This happened on his first day in my building. I needed assistance after using the restroom and he came in to help me wipe," she wrote. The victim described how Uwadiegwu sexually assaulted her. "I said, 'Hey, what are you doing?' And he was very shocked and said, 'Oh, I'm sorry. That was an accident,'" the victim wrote. "He takes advantage of people who can't defend themselves, and I think he needs to go to prison for as long as possible." Bourelle read another letter written by the second victim's son. His mother suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia "It is obvious what a sad, pathetic person you are. What kind of monster preys on defenseless women?" he wrote. "Thanks to this terrible disease, there is less and less of my mother, but she has moments of clarity, times when mom is back. Her eyes are clear and she is exactly how I remember her. We live for those moments. Unfortunately, when it comes to the sexual assault, my mother remembers." He said Uwadiegwu used to bring his mother gifts and candy to gain her trust. Instead, he betrayed it. "My mother doesn't remember much these days, but she remembers you and what you do did. So, she is left with shame and fear. That is the impact on my mother," he wrote. On Tuesday, Uwadiegwu spoke for the first time publicly. He didn't admit to any wrongdoing. He said he was just doing his job. "I have been a missionary. I lived in a church, and I have been working to help people in this field," Uwadiegwu said. "As a caregiver, I put empathy in my work in helping people." Uwadiegwu said the job of a caregiver is a very serious job and sometimes he had to clean patients. "I really apologize if there was any way to think I have done anything I shouldn't do," Uwadiegwu said. "It never came across my mind at any time. Please believe me." Uwadiegwu faces similar charges in Butler County. Doctor Death: Britain's Worst Serial Killer (True Crime Documentary) Britain’s biggest serial killer was a doctor, Dr Harold Shipman. Unsuspected for many years, Dr. Shipman selected his victims from his patient list. There were clues, but who in the community would believe that a doctor would kill his patients? Suspected of killing over 350 people during his career, it was clumsy attempts at forging the will of one of his victims in his own favour that alerted the police and led to his arrest. Found guilty at his trial and jailed for life, Dr Shipman committed suicide never accepting his guilt. Spoonamore initially denied drinking, then admitted to consuming “two doubles” of tequila before later upping the number to “three doubles.” Officers referred to her as "drunk" numerous times throughout the incident. Spoonamore called the arresting officer a “handsome man” and later asked him to tase her because she “likes it kinky.” She was charged with OVI, speeding, obstruction of official business, and assaulting a police officer. 21 Sep 2023 | Serial Killer Daniel Blank Documentary - Mechanic Held in Series of Killings | 00:43:24
Serial Killer Daniel Blank Documentary - Mechanic Held in Series of Killings Mechanic Held in Series of Killings Police in Louisiana Say Gambling Habit Motivated Suspect By Christopher Cooper - The New York Times November 17, 1997 LaPLACE, La.— At the Airline Motors lunch counter in sugar-cane country, a rifle-shot away from the muddy churn of the Mississippi River, the talk about Daniel J. Blank is as straightforward as the food served here: he was a gifted mechanic, a quiet customer with deep blue eyes, a family man who drank his coffee black. But last week Mr. Blank was jailed, arrested on three charges of first-degree murder. The local authorities said he had confessed to six murders, including a double bludgeoning of an elderly couple just across the street from the diner. His arrest, a big event in a town that often goes a year without a killing, stirred the memory of a waitress, Gloria Vicknair. Only a few months ago, Mr. Blank, the son of a sugar-refinery worker, emerged from the video poker stall in the back of the restaurant and asked her to change two crisp $100 bills, a lot of money for a man who usually ordered only black coffee. Ms. Vicknair said she made the change but thought nothing of it. ''They say it's always the quiet ones that'll surprise you -- he was extra quiet,'' she said after the arrest was announced. ''Of course, I was lucky. He went after wealthy people. I work for a living, thank God.'' A quest for the big win and lust for a piece of the American dream, the police said, was what drove Mr. Blank to kill six elderly residents within 20 miles of his family's home in the River Parishes, a water-bound stretch of chemical plants and sugar cane between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Most of the dead were elderly; most were found in their homes with their pockets turned inside out. Nearly all had at least a nodding acquaintance with Mr. Blank. One couple survived being beaten and shot, Leonce Millet Jr. and his wife, Joyce, both 66, of Gonzales. The authorities said Mr. Blank had killed to feed a gambling habit. He favored slot machines and video poker, acquaintances said, and visited many different gambling parlors. Toward the end of his suspected string of killings, Sheriff Wayne Jones of St. John the Baptist Parish said, it became apparent that Mr. Blank was either on an extraordinarily lucky streak or was up to no good. The authorities estimate that he had stolen as much as $200,000, much of which he was believed to have squandered at the casinos. ''He was without question a gambling addict,'' Sheriff Jones said. ''I guess you could say his income didn't quite correspond with his life style.'' He has confessed to these murders, the authorities said, which occurred between October 1996 and June 1997: Victor Rossi, 41, of St. Amant; Barbara Bourgeois, 58, of Paulina; Lillian Philippe, 71, of Gonzales; Sam Arcuri, 76, and his wife, Louella, 69, of LaPlace, and Joan Brock, 55, of LaPlace. Mr. Blank is to be arraigned in LaPlace on Monday. The police have given little information about the case, saying only that a tip had led to the arrest. But their relief is obvious. ''It was the first homicide we had experienced since 1986,'' Chief Bill Landry of Gonzales said. ''We weren't prepared. We had to retrain ourselves.'' His office handled three of the cases -- one murder in April and a double murder attempt in July. Acquaintances and family members said that since the killings began late last year, Mr. Blank had lived at a notch or two above transient status, making three moves in the River Parishes and then moving in the summer to a small resort town in eastern Texas. Mr. Blank was taken into custody in Onalaska, Tex., on Friday, about four months after he reportedly tried to buy a four-bay automobile repair shop there for $65,000 in cash. During this time, Mr. Blank periodically appeared at his boyhood home, a jumble of trailers and frame structures in Paulina, west of LaPlace, to report on his new fortune. Once, Mr. Blank, known as Bone to his family, wheeled into the dusty yard on a shiny red Suzuki motorcycle. On two other occasions, he arrived with huge cardboard copies of checks from casinos in nearby Kenner and Baton Rouge. The checks, payable to Daniel Blank, totaled $33,000. ''Daniel went to casinos pretty often,'' said Mr. Blank's sister, Sally Blank, a 34-year-old cosmetology student and one of eight siblings. ''He said he won big, and he showed us the papers to prove it. He told us they took his picture at the casino.'' Sally Blank said the family had taken her brother at his word and had been shocked by his arrest. Her brother had been in trouble before, Ms. Blank said, but not since he was a teen-ager. ''He burned down a building when he was a teen-ager and had to go to reform school,'' Ms. Blank said. 'But a lot of teen-agers get in trouble. I don't think he did it. At least not all alone, not all by himself.'' Mr. Blank had apparently been living quietly in Onalaska, a small town a few hours from Houston, in a double-wide trailer with his wife, Cindy, and their four children. He was working as a mechanic out of a former muffler shop he leased from Don Evans, a retiree in Onalaska. ''What happened was the mayor referred him to me, said he was looking to buy a piece of property,'' Mr. Evans said. ''I leased him the shop, although he did offer to buy it. Said he'd pay me $65,000 in cash. ''That kind of scared me,'' Mr. Evans said. ''I refused.'' Mr. Evans said he was later told by his 12-year-old daughter, a friend of Mr. Blank's 12-year-old daughter, that Mr. Blank had made a fortune playing video poker machines. To Mr. Evans, Mr. Blank was an expert mechanic. ''I've been at this for 35 years,'' Mr. Evans said, ''and just from talking to him I knew he must have been born and raised a mechanic. That boy knew transmissions inside and out. ''I don't know about all that gambling nonsense. It seemed to me he was interested in being successful in business and living in a way he'd never been able to as a kid.'' The problem was, Mr. Evans said, Mr. Blank was nearly broke when the Louisiana and Texas authorities surrounded his trailer on Friday. Among the items recovered, according to news accounts from Texas, was a cane-cutting knife, apparently smeared with blood and hair. Mr. Evans locked the repair shop after Mr. Blank's arrest. As he went through the jumbled contents of the office, he said, he came across the latest bank statement for Daniel's Automotive. ''He had $123 in it, and 11 cars in the lot waiting to be repaired,'' Mr. Evans said. ''Thank God they arrested him,'' Mr. Evans said. ''I'll tell you what, I think he was just about ready to do it again.'' Anthony Palma Child Killer 30 Year Cold Case Police interrogation Neighbor is arrested for 1997 murder of Oklahoma girl, 8 - after he VOLUNTEERED a DNA sample that matched Anthony Palma, 56, has been charged with the first-degree murder and kidnapping of Kirsten Hatfield The eight-year-old girl went missing from her Midwest City, Oklahoma, home on May 14, 1997 Her body has never been recovered - if she were alive today, she'd be 26 DNA found on the windowsill of her bedroom and a pair of her underwear recovered from backyard led to Palma's arrest 18 years after the crime Police say DNA test results showed a match of one in 293 sextillion Palma served more than a year in prison for assault in the 1980s An Oklahoma man has been arrested in connection to the cold-case disappearance of his eight-year-old neighbor who was abducted from her bedroom in 1997. The request for his arrest warrant, which was issued Friday by Midwest City Police Detective Darrell Miller, stated: 'There have been no verified sightings or contact from Kirsten since May ... of 1997. Therefore, it can be concluded that she was killed shortly after her abduction. 22 Sep 2023 | Mother Buried 5-Year Old Son in Backyard Charged W/ Murder | Interrogation of Larissa Rodriguez | 00:55:41
Mother Buried 5-Year Old Son in Backyard Charged W/ Murder | Interrogation of Larissa Rodriguez The mother of a 5-year-old whose body was found in a west side backyard earlier this week has been charged with murder. Here's what led up to the charges against 34-year-old Larissa Rodriguez: A phone call to police from Pakistan regarding a missing 5-year-old named Jordan Rodriguez who had possibly been buried in a backyard by his mother and her boyfriend. The call brought authorities to their home on the 1360 block of West 80th Street on Dec 18. In the call, the man, who said he is in the Air Force and was overseas in Pakistan, told dispatchers that his brother confessed to burying a child in the backyard of his home with his girlfriend after she found the boy unresponsive. "It's kind of messed up, the whole situation, but my brother told me something and I just can't sleep at night," he said. "I feel like I need to tell you something." Investigators converged on the woman's home on Monday night. Police searched the house and backyard but didn't find anything. The mother was taken into custody. Police returned the next day. Cleveland police returned to the house with a warrant and were joined in their investigation by the FBI, Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office and the Cleveland Police Scientific Investigation Unit. Authorities started digging in the backyard of the home and human remains consistent with those of a young child were found buried. Inhumane living conditions An affidavit filed Dec. 19 from the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services described the house as "deplorable and unsanitary" and filled with rats and cockroaches. One of Rodriguez's children was seen eating a sandwich with cockroaches in it, according to court documents. Five children — ages 1 to 12 — were removed from the home when the mother was taken into custody. The affidavit said the children were in "immediate danger" because of the conditions in the home and the investigation involving the mother. A neighbor, who said she was good friends with Rodriguez, gave a different account of the woman's parenting abilities. Genny Lopez described the woman as an "awesome mom" and said she didn't believe the stories she was hearing about possible abuse. The mother's story When police originally questioned Rodriguez about the tip they received and the whereabouts of the 5-year-old, she told them the child's aunt had picked up Jordan and taken him to visit his father in Texas on Dec. 2. Rodriguez told police the boy "has special needs and is unable to speak." She was unable to provide a phone number, address or way to contact the boy's father. According to the police report, she referred to Jordan's father as a "donor" who she met on Facebook. Family members told News 5 she had several "donors," and there were multiple men who she met online that later fathered individual children of hers. A history with children and family services According to Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services, Rodriguez has nine children including Jordan. Her first encounter with the agency happened when she was 15 and was taken from her parent's custody in 1998. Court records show her parents had allowed Rodriguez and her child to live with her abusive boyfriend, who left "bruises and contusions" on her after a domestic violence incident. Documents state the teen's parents were "overwhelmed with the care of their children" and were "unwilling to protect the child." Years later, two of Rodriguez's children were permanently taken from her custody, including a son who was adopted by another family in 2005. According to documents from children and family services, a neglect complaint was filed four days after the child was born on April 3, 2003. A failed system Ana Rodriguez, the sister of the mother in custody, blamed children and family services for not stepping in sooner or following up on tips about the conditions in which the woman's children lived. Rodriguez said she called the agency multiple times about the family, but nothing was ever done. The documents also stated the corpse "exhibited multiple signs of abuse, including broken ribs." Larissa Rodriguez was charged with murder for "purposely causing the death" of her son Jordan. police interrogations, interrogation, interrogations, full length interrogations, interrogation videos, murder interrogations, interrogation confession, police interviews, police interview, confessions, murder confession, true crime,documentary,films,non-fiction,documentaries,crime,real stories, crime documentary, true, full length documentary, jcs inspired Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

23 Sep 2023 | Wife Who Plotted Husband's Murder with His Best Friend, Then Married Him, Gets Life in Prison | 00:25:59
He goes missing, his wife marries his best friend Wife Who Plotted Husband's Murder with His Best Friend, Then Married Him, Gets Life in Prison Denise Williams is not eligible for parole and will spend the rest of her life behind bars In the months before Mike Williams went missing, Mike's wife took out a million-dollar life insurance policy on her husband. And making thing even more suspicious was the man who helped her sign the papers. A Florida woman will spend the rest of her life in prison after being found guilty of helping to mastermind the murder of her husband in 2000. Last month, a jury found Denise Williams guilty on three counts, including first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder, in the death of her husband, Jerry Michael “Mike” Williams. On Wednesday, she was sentenced to life in prison without parole, PEOPLE confirms. During the trial, jurors heard testimony that the 48-year-old woman conspired to kill her husband with help from his best friend, Brian Winchester, whom she married five years later. According to testimony, Mike Williams packed up his boat on Dec. 16, 2000, to go duck hunting on Florida’s Lake Seminole. The 31-year-old father had planned to spend a few hours out on the water and then return home for a weekend anniversary trip with his wife. But he never made it back — beginning a 17-year mystery that was only recently solved. (The case was featured in a December 2018 episode of People Magazine Investigates.) When Mike first disappeared, his father-in-law searched for him and found his abandoned boat. His vehicle was still on the shore. Police speculated that he had fallen into the water and been eaten by alligators. Denise and Winchester, who married in 2005, had Mike declared dead after he vanished and collected on three life insurance policies worth more than $1.75 million. 23 Sep 2023 | National UFO Reporting Center Call AUDIO | 00:21:26
National UFO Reporting Center Call AUDIO The National UFO Reporting Center The National UFO Reporting Center, located in Seattle, WA, was founded in 1974 by noted UFO investigator Robert J. Gribble. The Center's primary function over the past two decades has been to receive, record, and to the greatest degree possible, corroborate and document reports from individuals who have been witness to unusual, possibly UFO-related events. The principal means used by the Center to receive sighting reports is its telephone hotline , which has operated almost continuously since 1974. During that period, the hotline has processed many tens of thousands of calls, and the Center has distributed its information to thousands of individuals. Several facets of the Center's operation have contributed to its international reputation. The fact that its hotline is staffed up to 24 hours a day makes it available at almost any time a sighting may occur (Please see below for preferred hours of operation.). In addition, the Center's independence from all other UFO related organizations, combined with its long standing policy of guaranteed anonymity to callers, has served to make it perhaps the most popular and widely accepted national UFO reporting facility anywhere. The hotline is well known by law enforcement agencies, FAA ARTCC's and flight service stations, National Weather Services offices, military facilities, NASA, and many 911 emergency dispatch centers all across the United States and in many parts of Canada. Those entities routinely direct the calls they receive regarding possible UFO sightings to the Center. One of the Center's policies, which distinguishes its operations from most other UFO organizations, is that it makes available to the public all of its data in summary form. Detailed information is made available to experienced UFO investigators. Monthly sighting report summaries are posted on this web site. The National UFO Reporting Center is a non-profit Washington State corporation, and it is applying for federal 501 C (3) non-profit status. It supports itself through subscription revenues from its monthly newsletter, from sales of its vid TRUE Paranormal stories told by people who have experienced Ghosts. Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo (Hollywood Ripper) Documentary - Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo (Hollywood Ripper) Documentary Michael Thomas Gargiulo (born February 15, 1976)[1] is a convicted American serial killer[3] and rapist. He moved to Southern California in the 1990s and gained the nickname The Hollywood Ripper. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death on July 16, 2021 Description of crimes Gargiulo is a native of Glenview, Illinois, where he may have stabbed his neighbor, 18-year-old Tricia Pacaccio, to death on her backdoor step. Her body was found by her father the next morning on August 14, 1993.[5][6] Gargiulo moved to Los Angeles in 1998, allegedly to escape the scrutiny of police in Illinois,[7] and committed two murders and an attempted murder in Southern California between 2001 and 2008. On February 21, 2001, he stabbed 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin 47 times to death in her home in Hollywood. Ellerin's injuries included a neck wound that nearly severed her head, and deep punctures to the chest, stomach, and back. Some of her wounds were up to six inches deep.[8] According to detective Tom Small, one stab wound "actually penetrated the skull and took out a chunk of skull like a puzzle piece."[8] On the night she was murdered, Ellerin had planned a date including dinner and drinks with actor Ashton Kutcher.[9] On December 1, 2005, Gargiulo stabbed 32-year-old Maria Bruno, his neighbor, to death at her home in El Monte, California.[10] She was stabbed 17 times.[8] Gargiulo attempted to murder another neighbor, 26-year-old Michelle Murphy, in her home in Santa Monica on April 28, 2008.[11] She fought off the attack, and blood matching Gargiulo's DNA was found at the scene.[12] Arrest and prosecution Gargiulo was arrested by the Santa Monica Police Department on June 6, 2008. On July 7, 2011, the Cook County State's Attorney charged Gargiulo with the first-degree murder of Tricia Pacaccio.[13] Although Gargiulo was charged in the two California murders as well as the Pacaccio murder in Illinois, police did not link him to any other murders.[5] Gargiulo allegedly told authorities in the Los Angeles County Jail that just because 10 women were killed — and his DNA was present — does not mean he murdered anyone, leading investigators to believe that there are more victims.[5] Media in Los Angeles dubbed Gargiulo the "Hollywood Ripper" as well as the "Chiller Killer."[13][14] Gargiulo was held at Los Angeles County Jail while awaiting a capital murder trial.[15] A pre-trial hearing was held on June 9, 2017, in Los Angeles Superior Court with his trial scheduled to begin in October 2017.[16] After delays, his trial began on May 2, 2019.[9][17] In May 2019, actor Ashton Kutcher testified about the crimes Serial Killer Michael Gargiulo Hollywood Ripper Documentary Ashton Kutcher Girlfriend True Crime Podcast 2023 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls True Police Stories Podcast Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

25 Sep 2023 | Officer's uniform cut off during arrest for domestic violence | 00:38:39
Officer's uniform cut off during arrest for domestic violence Footage from the Rio Rancho Police Department in New Mexico. It shows the arrest of Albuquerque Police Officer Jeffrey Wharton prior to his shift beginning. He was taken into custody by detectives of the Rio Rancho Police Department. The on duty arrest was due to a warrant for his arrest from the Rio Rancho PD. According to the criminal complaint, Wharton beat his girlfriend so badly, she had several gashes on her head and face. Police say her injuries were so severe, she had to be taken to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a brain bleed. Some of the domestic incident was captured on the couples "RING" doorbell system. When Officer Wharton arrived for his shift at an area substation Rio Rancho Police officers were waiting for him armed with a felony warrant. At one point you'll see they removed his duty belt and searched him. After the search they are seen on lapel video cutting off his fully marked uniform shirt. Wharton was lead out of the substation to a waiting cruiser. He was booked into the Sandoval County Detention Center on charges of Kidnapping (First Degree) (NO Intent to Commit Sex Offense), Aggravated Battery (great bodily harm) (household member), Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member (Strangulation or Suffocation), Aggravated Battery (great bodily harm) (household member), Tampering with Evidence (Highest Crime a Capital, First or Second Degree and Negligent Use of a Deadly Weapon (Unsafe Handling). 27 Sep 2023 | "Three legless creatures examined both men aboard their ship." UFO witnesses speak. | 00:26:05
"Three legless creatures examined both men aboard their ship." UFO witnesses speak. 'The story is very true. That's what has bothered me for 45 years.' UFO witnesses speak. It's a story that has fascinated people for decades. Two Pascagoula men claim they were abducted by aliens while fishing on the Pascagoula River. As was expected by the two men — Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker — their story was often met with skepticism and ridicule.. Now, three more witnesses have come forward. All three of them say they saw some sort of flying object with a bright blue light at the same time and in the same area as Hickson and Parker. One of the witnesses says she saw what she originally thought was a man in the water but now believes was one of the aliens. Three legless creatures examined both men aboard their ship "It was Oct. 11, 1973," Parker said. "We'd gotten off work that day, and a friend of mine, he and I went fishing. "The old abandoned shipyard; they had a little pier out front and we were on that pier. I'm going to guess it was about six o'clock in the evening. It had just started getting dark, but it was kind of a bright moon." Parker said he saw blue light reflecting off the water and thought law enforcement officers had arrived to tell them to leave the property. However, when Parker looked up, he realized the light was coming from a craft like nothing he'd ever seen. "A big light came out of the clouds," Parker said. "It was a blinding light. "It was hard to tell with the lights so bright, but it looked like it was shaped like a football. I would say, just estimating, (it was) about 80-foot. (It made) very little sound. It was just a hissing noise." Parker said three legless creatures floated from the craft. One had no neck with gray wrinkled skin. Another had a neck and appeared more feminine. Parker described their hands as being shaped like mittens or crab claws. When one of the creatures put one of its claws around his arm, Parker said he was terrified, but then another feeling came over his body. "I think they injected us with something to calm us down," Parker said. "I was kind of numb and went along with the program." Parker said the creatures floated him and Hickson into the craft and performed physical examinations on the two. Then they were taken back to the bank of the river. Hickson, who died in 2011, was very public about his experience. Parker, who now lives in Moss Point, was not and spent much of his life distancing himself from the event. However, he published a book about his experience in 2018 and since, people who had been largely quiet about their experiences that night are now speaking out. Maria and Jerry Blair of Theodore, Alabama are among them. Couple across the river saw same blue light and a flying object Maria and Jerry were sitting in their 1969 Pontiac GTO in the parking lot of Graham's Seafood on the opposite side of the river. Jerry worked for the business and was waiting on a boat captain to take him offshore. The captain was late and the Blairs waited for hours. Just after dark Maria saw something strange. "I was looking at the sky and I noticed a blue light in the sky over where they were fishing," Maria said. "It started moving and it seemed like it was following along the Pascagoula River. "I just seen the lights on it. It was just going back and forth. Sometimes it would just sit there. It went on for 20 to 25 minutes." Maria said she initially thought it was a plane, but realized the flight pattern and hovering were not indicative of a plane. Jerry watched it also but didn't think much of it. "I thought it was a helicopter initially and just blew it off," Jerry said. "It landed about 150 to 200 yards from us. "I was just north of the bridge and it was just south of the bridge. I was there, but stupid me didn't pay much attention to it. I was just going offshore and thinking about other things." Woman believes she saw one of the aliens in the water After they lost sight of the craft, the two went to put Jerry's clothing and other items on the boat. While walking down the lighted pier, something else caught their attention. "We heard this loud, thumping splash in the river," Maria said. "I looked over the side of the pier, and that's when I thought I saw a person in the river. "I was looking right down on it. It looked like a person, but there was something different about it. It only came to the surface of the water. As soon as I saw it, it just went back down in the water." Whatever Maria had seen, which she thought was a person in some sort of diving gear, did not resurface. Jerry, who was walking ahead of her and didn't see it, said it must have been a dolphin. She said she is positive it wasn't a dolphin. Jerry went to work that evening and Maria returned home. In following days she heard reports of Parker and Hickson's experience. The descriptions of the aliens matched what she had seen in the water. "I thought it was a person, but now I think it was an alien," Maria said. "What Parker described was exactly it." Another woman said UFO made her radio go crazy, car to die Later that evening, Judy Branning was sitting in a car a few miles away at a traffic signal with her roommate and their dates. "We were on a double date that night," Branning said. "We were at a red light at Chicot and Highway 90, and we were basically sitting on the railroad track. I saw some lights, and I wasn't sure what I was looking at because it was so far away." Like the Blairs, Branning thought it was an airplane at first, but as it came closer and flew over the car she was in, the four realized it wasn't. "It didn't make noise," Branning said. "It had bright, bright lights. "It got closer and it was hovering. It was kind of a saucer shape or disc shape with a rounded top. The radio started sounding like it was running through all the stations and the car went dead. We were freaking out." Branning said after it passed over the car, the craft shot straight up at a rate of speed she'd never seen and disappeared. It left her shaken. "I didn't sleep that night thinking about it," Branning said. 'When I saw what Calvin and Charles went through, I kind of backed down' Branning said the four agreed not to say anything about what they saw. She said over the years she told a few people but not many because she was scared of people's reactions. Now 74 years old, she said she does not care if people believe her or not. Maria said she told people what she'd seen but largely stopped talking about it in the weeks following that evening. "When you talked about it back then, people thought you were crazy," Maria said. "Back then, when I saw what Calvin and Charles went through, I kind of backed down talking about it. "The story is very true. That's what has bothered me for 45 years. It's been on my mind for 45 years." Parker has met with the Blairs and Branning and said he's happy they are now telling their stories publicly. "I checked the people out as best I could, and they seem credible," Parker said. "It means a lot to me that that they came forward." Parker feels there are more witnesses out there. "I definitely do," Parker said. "There's been two or three people that have contacted me privately that didn't want their names used. "I believe there are more people that haven't come forward. Back in the '70s you just didn't talk about it." A Look Back: Charles Hickson talks of his abduction by a UFO in Pascagoula One of two men who claimed to have been abducted by a UFO in Pascagoula in 1973, Calvin Parker, has finally explained what he remembers about that night 45 years ago in a new book, "Pascagoula — The Closest Encounter, My Story" The other man, Charles Hickson, told Clarion Ledger columnist Billy Watkins his account of the event in great detail 16 years ago at his home on the Gulf Coast. Hickson died Sept. 9, 2011, at the age of 80. During that interview, he revealed something he had never talked about publicly. Here is Watkins' story from Oct. 20, 2002. GAUTIER — Charles Hickson has no proof. No photograph he can pull from his wallet, no papers certifying his story. Just his word that 29 years ago this month he and a fishing buddy were abducted by a UFO, examined by a machine resembling a giant eyeball, then released physically unharmed. He has told his story under hypnosis, told it to Johnny Carson on national TV. Recently, while sipping coffee in his modest home in Gautier, he told the story to a Clarion-Ledger reporter. His account of that night never changes. He has passed numerous lie-detector tests. What Hickson hasn't talked about publicly, until now, is that he believes whatever - or whoever - was on that craft has kept track of him. "I think they know where I am at all times," he says. "Too many strange things have happened." Hickson, a retired shipyard foreman with five children and a no-nonsense demeanor, is 71 and spends most of his time caring for Blanche, his wife of 48 years who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. He is fighting health problems of his own, including clogged arteries in his neck. Hickson says he is a God-fearing man who "believes Jesus Christ died for my sins." Whether people believe his UFO story doesn't seem to be a big deal to him. "If you were in my place right now, I'm not sure I'd believe you o Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-wives-and-girlfriends-stories-podcast-2024-r-cheating-stories--5953081/support.

Lt. Gorman's Dogfight with a UFO, 1948 One of the early "classics" of UFO history involved Lieutenant George F. Date: October 1, 1948-Location: Fargo, North Dakota Gorman, then manager of a Fargo construction company, told this story to Air Force investigators: On the night of October 1, 1948, he had been on a cross-country flight with his squadron. Upon return to Hector airport in Fargo, he elected to log some night flying time, so he remained airborne after the other planes had landed.
