Prior to his appointment Tim was the President of High Park Group (HPG), a public affairs consulting firm.
Mr. Egan serves as Canada’s representative at the International Gas Union, sitting on the Executive Committee and as the Regional Coordinator for North America.
Mr. Egan is a publisher of the Energy Regulation Quarterly, and editor of the magazine Energy.
He has an undergraduate degree in history from the University of Ottawa, and common and civil law degrees from McGill University. He was call to the Ontario bar in 1995.

Michael J. Tims joined MATCO after a 33-year career at Peters & Co. Limited, a Canadian investment firm specializing in energy. Michael served as the longtime Chairman of Peters & Co., and before that as President & CEO.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction; Gold Medalist) from the University of Calgary. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School; and he received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary.
Recognitions of Michael’s business achievement and community service include, among others: a Member of the Order of Canada (2018); the Founders’ Award from the Fraser Institute (2018); the Woodrow Wilson Award (Canada Institute) for Corporate Citizenship (2016); a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Oil & Gas Council (2015); and induction into the Canadian Investment Industry Hall of Fame (2014).
Mike is the immediate past Chairman of the National Gallery of Canada. He previously served as Chairman of: the Canadian Investor Protection Fund; the Investment Dealers Association of Canada; the United Way of Calgary and Area; and West Island College (Alberta). From 2009 to 2011, Chris was Chief Executive Officer of OPTI Canada, which was sold to CNOOC for $2.1 billion in late 2011.
Chris is the former Vice-Chairman of Scotia Waterous and was one of the four original founders of Waterous and Co., a private global oil and gas mergers and acquisitions firm, starting the firm in Calgary in 1989.
Prior to selling the firm to Bank of Nova Scotia in 2005, the firm expanded to offices in five countries with a staff of 88 and completed hundreds of oil and gas transactions over its 17-year tenure. Chris has held operations management and engineering positions within the oil and gas industry at Placer CEGO Petroleum Ltd. and Chevron Canada Resources Ltd.
Chris graduated with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Calgary. He is a Professional Engineer in Alberta, and a member of APEGA.
Chris served on the board of Alpine Canada Alpine for seven years, the last two as Chair. Chris coached young ski racers with the Fernie Alpine Ski Team for 14 years and served as President of the club for three years.

Prior to launching MWG in 2015, Bruce spent 25 years at McLean Budden as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director.
He was one of the key Portfolio Managers of the Canadian Equity Growth Fund, one of the largest equity portfolios in Canada at the time, the American Equity Fund, the International Equity Fund and the Global Equity Growth Fund.
As a Portfolio Manager on the American Equity, he enjoyed one of the best track records in the industry, growing the portfolio to over $5 billion.
In total, Bruce helped to grow McLean Budden’s equity portfolios to around $30 billion in assets under management from 1990 until its sale to MFS Investment Management in 2011. Bruce also ran portfolios for high net worth individuals, in which MWG will specialize.
Prior to McLean Budden, Bruce was Vice President and Equity Analyst at Nesbitt Thomson from 1985 to 1990 where he achieved top rank as a Special Situations Analyst in the Brendan Wood International Survey of institutional investors.
Bruce started his investment career in 1976 at Crown life Insurance Company in Toronto as an International Economist and Financial Services Analyst and was Manager Canadian Equities when he left in 1985 to join Nesbitt Thomson.

Mr. Dundas joined Enerplus' predecessor in 2002 as Vice President of Business Development, and in 2010 his role expanded to Executive Vice President.
In 2011, Mr. Dundas was appointed as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Enerplus, Mr. Dundas held several executive positions in the merchant banking business, where he helped oil and gas companies grow by accessing the funding and expertise they required.

Mr. Kvisle was Chief Executive Officer of Talisman Energy from 2012 – 2015. From 2001 – 2010, he served as Chief Executive Officer of TransCanada Corporation, now TC Energy, which included the commissioning and start-up of the Keystone Pipeline.
Prior to joining TransCanada in 1999, he founded and was President of Fletcher Challenge Energy Canada, a successful Canadian upstream business with ventures in Venezuela, Argentina and Mexico. Previously, he held engineering, finance and management positions with Dome Petroleum Limited. Mr. Kvisle was named Canada’s CEO of the Year in 2008 and selected to the Canadian Petroleum Hall of Fame in 2012.
In 2021, he received the Institute of Corporate Directors Fellowship Award. He is the founding Chair of the Business Council of Alberta and the former Chair of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, the Mount Royal College Board of Governors and the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
