Cale Owen joined Gym Launch in 2018 and brought a unique perspective as a previous gym owner and a professional athlete. He has been a sales manager, coach, and General Manager. In January 2022, he was promoted to CEO of Gym Launch & Prestige Labs. Before joining Gym Launch, Cale played four years of collegiate baseball and one year in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.

After, he pursued his dream of opening a fitness facility and joined Gym Launch in 2017 as a client. Using GL, Cale & Maggie built their gym from 31 members to over 250 in less than 8 months while working a 9-5 sales role for a local web design company. J.J. Durant is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After serving for 10 years, and earning the rank of Captain, he transitioned to the civilian sector where he spent over 20 years in the healthcare sector most notably working for industry giants like Abbott Laboratories and Medtronic, and then co-founding his own company, Duro Health. 

J.J. joined the Restore Hyper Wellness team in October 2017 to be a multi unit franchise owner in the Seattle area. He also began selling franchises for Restore as an independent contractor at the same time. After having early success selling franchises, in December 2017 Co-Founder and CEO Jim Donnelly offered J.J. the opportunity to be VP of Franchise Sales and Development at Restore and became one of the first key executive hires at Restore. Between 2017 and 2023 JJ helped scale Restore from 2 franchises to 240+ open units and 600+ licenses sold. 

He also ran corporate development for Restore prior to stepping down from his role at the end of 2023  J.J. is still a multi-unit franchise owner and has 4 open Restore studios, with 2 in Seattle and 2 in Pittsburgh. His Kirkland, WA studio has been the #1 studio in the entire Restore system for 3 years running. J.J. currently lives and commutes between Austin and Seattle and enjoys travel, working out and spending time with family and friends. He’s also a startup investor who’s currently invested in several up and coming healthcare companies.
