In this episode, I share the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will always make sense in our industry, the ones that are dated, and what to consider when it comes to your marketing, core values, and more. 

I really want you to think about how you’re evaluating your team, and if you’re evaluating them on the metrics that actually determine the health of your business. If your promotion and evaluation structure is motivating you’ll have a much better chance in attracting and retaining top talent, and remember that your actions determine the outcome. Burnout is a pain point that a lot of us are going through, myself included, but to be honest I went back and forth on recording this episode. I’m anti-burnout and all for balance in our lives, but what I kept noticing is that there seems to be a lack of burnout prevention, with most people talking about what to do after you find yourself in this situation. This is why today we are talking about diagnosing your burnout and the root causes of it, and I wanted to make sure this was a strategic one. Although learning how to cope and manage burnout is a skill and a technique, prevention really is the key!
