Do you constantly seek approval from others?

Unpack the complexities of self-worth in this episode of the Therapised Podcast, with your host Dr. Lalitaa Suglani.

In this episode, we delve into the concept of self-worth—examining not only its importance in our lives but also how its absence shapes our decisions and interactions. We explore how seeking validation from external sources can significantly affect how we view ourselves and our capabilities.

We then navigate the symptoms of low self-worth, such as negative self-talk and social withdrawal, and discuss their implications on personal growth and relationships.

But understanding these challenges is just the starting point.
