There are lots of different ways you could do this but we're going to go through the most common version. From Kids Drama Club, through College or University to being cast in your first project. 15 Aug 2021 | #9 Who gets paid the Least on stage? | 00:05:35
As young performers, we never think about how much we're going to earn when we're older. Performing is all we care about, and although I love the innocence of that, I do think it’s important to know what you’re getting yourself into. In most cases, you don't get paid an hourly rate and it's unlikely that all members of the cast will be on the same fee. In fact, some members of the cast will get preferential treatment. There are things you can do to make yourself more valuable, and it's as easy as developing more than one skill. At My Theatre School, we offer mentorship, guidance, and some of the very best training you'll find online. If you haven't had the chance to check out 'The Academy' yet, I strongly recommend you do so now.
