The Whole Shebang was born after seeing patterns in my relationships, work, money, and even nature. Many of the strong people in my world have dominated in business and in life… but they’re facing burnt out, disconnection, lost passions, and in their love lives, they’re attracting passive partners, or they’ve lost that sexy sizzle altogether.
I believe it’s because we’re functioning in part, and not in WHOLE.
Society has championed an over-developed masculine, left-brain hustle-culture energy. We’ve shoved right-brain principals like intuition, sensuality, creativity, and playfulness, into the shadows, and it just isn’t working anymore.
I’m inviting YOU to come along with me as I interview authors and business owners and of course chat with friends. you’ll learn new practices for everyday life, cultivate creative approaches to run conscious businesses, reignite a blaze in the bedroom, and most importantly I believe that you’ll become more and more wholly authentically you.
3. Transforming Fear: Unlock Potential, Purpose and Joy
00:43:08
Listen. We've all got fear. Or maybe I should reframe this... we all have things we avoid and/or fear. THOSE things are what hold us back from our greatest power and potential. And until we're able to walk through everything we avoid, we are missing out to say the least. Life has more for you. So much more.
So, it only makes sense that in this episode, we take a look at what's holding us back and the things we're avoiding. We grab the bull by the horns and explore a very specific tool that will help you overcome fear, guided by the wisdom of thought leaders like Deepak Chopra and Phil Stutz.
I share some of my latest fears and hurdles, and of course take a few tangental turns discussing the importance of not compromising yourself in relationships, along with the secret and power of following nudges and breadcrumbs in guiding us towards our dharma and purpose.
Last but not least, we're going to dive into the potent tool of the Reversal of Desire by Phil Stutz. Imagine turning pain into energy, propelling ourselves into action. We'll explore how to use this tool in our daily lives, and how to rewire our neural pathways for courage.
By the end of the episode, you'll have a fresh perspective on fear and a host of strategies to harness it. So, get ready to confront your fears and step into a life full of potential, passion, and fulfillment!

2. Exploring Masculine and Feminine Energies, Dating and Societal Norms with Annalie Nienow
00:53:42
Have you noticed patterns where you're attracting either people who tend to take charge, or you end up finding yourself always in the driver's seat? Your balance (or lack thereof) of masculine and feminine energy may be impacting who you draw in.
Let's take a journey with my friend Annie, who brings a unique perspective born out of what I'd consider an unconventional upbringing in rural Northern Minnesota. Annie's experiences, living off-grid with her parents, serve as a reminder for who she is at her feminine core.
We explore the potential for societal norms to lead to burnout, unpicking expectations that often confine these traits, and highlight the importance of identifying our core energy for a more whole and aligned life. And of course, we chat like girlfriends do, about what we're looking for in future partners.
1. It's Me Jen! My Journey; Unfolding, Awakening, and Embracing the Feminine

And we all have the ability to overcome, to find joy on the other side of the challenge, and to evolve into something gorgeous. So I figured, maybe if I share my story you'll feel liberated in owning yours too.
I'll bring us to my current-day musings and we'll deep dive into applying feminine energy to all areas of our lives, the power of deeper connections in our relationships and practices that promote our brightest, fullest, and most magnetic selves. 4. The How-To Of Manifestation: Nerdy Science Stuff and More (Minibang)
00:21:25
Ever had a flitting little butterfly of a thought that perhaps, somehow, it managed to take flight and manifest into reality? That's the essence of this approach to manifestation and as your host, I've witnessed the power of this concept first-hand.
I'm going to get nerdy with you on this episode, drawing a bit (actually a lot) of inspiration from Michael Levin's fascinating study on electrical blueprints. It's pretty much been mind-blowing to me. What he teaches shows evidence of how an invisible energy or collective intelligence shapes life before physical matter ever forms. Imagine harnessing this power, directing our thoughts and desires toward the life we desire. This is a path I'm learning to walk now, turning my thoughts to manifest my desires, and understanding that the Universe may have a smidge of involvement with my thoughts in the first place.
While the content may be slightly nerdy, I keep it pretty light. I think it'll be thought-provoking for you... hit play and check it out!
Could you imagine a world where you're unafraid to show up exactly as you are? Where you're not trying to be what you think others want, or hiding parts of yourself in embarrassment or shame? Our guest, Kendra Waldman doesn't hold back in sharing her experiences in how she's embraced all parts of herself; touching on (pun intended) topics around sexuality including Tantra and her "playdates with Susie."
We chat about the shadow of depression and anxiety, her experience with it, and the power of self-compassion, ultimately arriving at the knowing that every part of us, including our past mistakes or trauma, holds beauty and lessons.
While these aren't always easy topics to discuss, that is precisely the point. Our fullest life comes to fruition through the realization that our beauty, strength, and radiance result in embracing all parts of ourselves (especially the ones we don't want others to see). Our holiness lies in our wholeness.

11. Creating Your Future Self Through the Power of Visualization
01:16:27
Have you ever gotten in a car without knowing where you were going? You know… just-drive-and-let’s-see-what-happens style? Sometimes you wind up next to a babbling brook with magic wind fairies blessing your being, and other times you wind up in the armpit of a town wondering how humanity has survived.
Rolling the dice has It’s upsides, but boy does it also have its undercarriage sides.
The same is true with how we shape our lives. You can wake up each day with a gambling mentality and hope that you end up somewhere lovely. Or, you can pull out a map (or use Waze like the cool kids) and imagine your dreamy destination, then decide with clarity where you’d like to go. You choose your path.
That my friends was a windy-road-way of me telling you that this episode is going to give you the opportunity to create a vivid vision of where you’d like to go, to get crystal clear on what that looks like, and connect to your future self in a deep meaningful way.
This episode is an immersive exercise that will connect you to your subconscious mind, a place where creativity and intuition live. You’ll walk away knowing what your version of the magic wind fairy, babbling brook destination is.
Snag a a quiet hour for yourself, set your heart and mind to be open, and get ready to dream!
12. Becoming Your Best Self: A Step by Step Guide to SMART Goal Setting
00:38:36
Ever heard of SMART goals? Wanna be a smarty pants? Yeah, me too. You’re probably going to want to tune in then. In this episode, we take your wildest dreams, rope them up cowgirl style, and pin ‘em down.
Yeah, you heard me right. I’m using a cowgirl analogy (of which I know virtually nothing about) in an attempt to explain how I’ll help you create your future reality. I may not know the Wild West very well, but I DO know a thing or two about how to take a dream and make it reality.
Today you’ll learn how to break down your big dreams into smaller and smaller pieces, ensuring they’re S.M.A.R.T goals; specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timebound.
I’ll help you consider what might get in your way and preemptively remove temptations. We’ll work through systems and a framework that’ll keep you on track, and check your progress along the way, and you’ll consider who your cheerleaders might be that will encourage your progress.
In all seriousness, this is where it’s at. The transformation that’s happened in my life started with thoughts and dreams, and it was this kind of intentional planning that has enabled me to walk it out. Saddle up, this’ll be fun!
Also, bonus pro-tip I heard once from a cowboy, don’t squat with your spurs on.

23. Sexual Confidence, De-shamifying, and Communication in the Bedroom
01:04:56
We didn’t talk much about sex in my house growing up, and I think that was pretty normal for most of us, right? This topic isn’t easy to talk about. Many of us were brought up with a learn-as-you-go model, or maybe you found magazines under a mattress and that was the pinnacle of your education. Bad advice from childhood friends may have been plentiful, or perhaps a pick-your-flavor of shame and fear lecture, because sex was sinful, dirty, or scary.
Either way, it’s a pretty private part (pun intended) of our lives. Yet, it’s in our nature, our literal DNA, to desire and enjoy intimacy. Many of you want to improve this vital part of your lives and unfortunately many relationships literally die on this hill.
So we’re talkin’ ‘bout it with Sex Coach, Sarah Beron! And it’s not only about what happens between the sheets. Check out what’s in store for this episode:

I'll let you in on one of my inside secrets, tears are usually a sign that what I'm saying is an important message for someone. And just maybe that someone is you.
Alright babes and babettes, I hope this mini-episode gives you a solid mid-week boost and maybe a few goosebumps to point you in the right direction!

You’re listening today because you’re on the path of personal growth. By nature that means you’re looking at yourself more closely and becoming more self aware. Sometimes even a healthy path of growth can lead us to becoming overly judgmental towards ourselves.
Today we’ll talk about how to combat a critical spirit with one of compassion that’ll kick judgement in the tail!
May this week be filled with an abundance of compassion in place of criticism, and Happy Mini Bang Monday!

29. Perimenopause, Body Image and Women's Health with Dr. Jane Oh
01:07:42
Friends, meet Dr. Jane Oh. She was such a pleasure to get to know during this live interview. Conversations like this historically, have been uncomfortable, and that’s likely still true for many of us. They’re uncomfortable because they’ve remained in the dark and by bringing them to the light, we empower one another, change workplaces, and reignite relationships.
This episode captures Jane’s expertise and shared wisdom from an up close and personal conversation with the women in the room (which you’ll hear in the audio quality). It’s something you can’t script or duplicate, so I left it all in there for you to enjoy along with us.
Dr. Jane is an internal medicine doc who practiced primary care and now does hospice medicine. She has a special interest in Mind Body Medicine with a certification in Stress Management and Resiliency Training and is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. She teaches yoga at the Yoga Rooms, enjoy walking her golden doodle Bailey, playing pickle ball, listening to live music and spending time with her husband and adult children.

If you want to live a life that feels aligned rather than disjointed, and full of joy rather than frustration, this is the perfect episode for you to tune into!
We begin living in the flow, when we quit forcing life and instead allow the universe to lovingly guide us toward our destinies. In today's mini episode, we explore what it means to get in alignment with divine designs that are meant for you to step into, and specifically how we do that on a daily basis. What follows is a little snippet of the episode. I hope this helps you this week - xx Jen
"You'll have times and circumstances in life that will cause confusion and pain and a disjointed way of being. But notice this that is not natural. Brokenness and pain is not nature. Wholeness, healing, bliss, love, those are all the ways of nature. In order to arrive, flow and live in these ways, one must surrender to nature, that is to say, one must surrender to God. In doing so, everything in life will begin to heal and be restored to its rightful way of being, to its order."
31. From Trial Lawyer to Fitness and Energy Coach: Embracing Your Soul's Purpose with Kristen Rowell
01:10:30
Kristin has so much depth, but simultaneously her kindness, intelligence and spirit are so … accessible. She describes herself as a bridge, bringing energetic and spiritual truths to intellectual busy professionals. How one does that, is near miraculous, and she's pulling it off as a woman who’s walking in her soul’s purpose; closing the gap between the metaphysical and physical.
There are so many compelling lessons you’ll hear in her story that will apply to yours. I’m gonna "all caps" this one, BUCKLE UP BUTTERCUPS, drink your tea, open the window, do the things that will allow you to receive all the goodness that’s here for you. With love, light, and so much joy that I get to share this conversation with you. Enjoy! xx - Jen

Today you'll learn why the phrase "everything is energy" isn't total hogwash, you'll understand how energy is electric and magnetic, and you'll leave today with four quick ways to raise your vibration and begin shifting your energy
33. Feminine Power and Embodied Wisdom with Vanessa Rose Feils
01:03:19
I am more convicted than ever, that our bodies hold the wisdom, intuition, and guidance we need at every turn in life. Sadly, many (if not all of us) have historically been stripped of our power. “Following something you can’t see doesn’t make sense, logic makes sense. Emotions are too big and unreliable. Seek council rather than trust your gut.” And the list goes on.
This inner wisdom is the power of the Feminine, and while this episode zeros in on women’s embodiment, don’t be fooled… the stripping of our intuitive power has all humans at a disadvantage. So, today we’re taking steps towards bridging that gap with Vanessa Rose . Meditation guide and spiritual mentor, Vanessa stands as a conduit between realms, offering guidance to those seeking to unlock their inner potential. Take a peek below at the chapters and you'll see all the goodies we connect on.
Enjoy, loves. xx- Jen

34. What Is The Divine Feminine and Who is Mary Magdalene? (Minibang)
00:26:10
You'll hear more of my heart in this episode (and maybe you'll cry with me), over the truth that so many generations have lived without, over the power that's been taken away, the power we've given away, the power I'VE given away in my lifetime. The gift is in uncovering what literally feels like diamonds. It's the Alchemist, The Lord of The Rings, it's every plot line where we go searching for the treasure only to find that our power, our purpose, our joy, our best lives are always found when we return home. The treasure has always been within; the inner guide, our intuitive feeling nature, the Divine Feminine, the Myriam or Magdala or Mary that is embodied and encoded in you and me.
Footnote to all you listeners - I listened back to this a few times and there's so much more I wish I would have said. But then I realized that people spend a lifetime studying this and haven't uncovered it all, so I cut myself some slack and I hope you will too. I'm scratching the surface and learning with you. This is the nature of journeying together, I suppose.
xx -Jen
So much Love to all you bodies out there who are harboring the Divine.
35. The Power of Transformation: From Pain to Purpose with Kim Witczak
01:03:03
When Kim Witczak suddenly lost her husband Woody, due to an undisclosed drug side effect of antidepressants, her life changed forever. She says her calling chose her, and since then she's been instrumental in helping get the FDA black box suicide warnings added to antidepressants.
As a drug safety advocate and speaker with over 25 years professional experience in advertising and marketing communications, she's been featured in major news media such as Fortune, reader's Digest, consumer Reports, wall Street Journal, new York Times and Star Tribune. She's testified before the US Senate on FDA-related issues, as well as numerous FDA advisory committees.
While Kim has dedicated the majority of her career advocating and sharing her late husband Woody's story today, she shares her story; how she walked through those early days of loss, and the connection between self-love and manifesting external change. You'll hear her courage to confront pain, and her discovery of joy, self-love and playfulness in its wake. She shares life lessons we can all learn from and you'll be inspired to hear the woman she's become since then.
It was an absolute honor to hold space for her story and I trust that there are gems for you here as we continue to see ourselves in one another. xx - Jen

How many times have you started sentence with, "I know this might sound crazy but...." When have you questioned your level of authenticity and wondered if it was "too much?" What if the truth was it's not crazy at all, it's magic? ... And it's not too much, it's perfectly courageous the way you're living.
This week we're talking about the courage it takes to live a life led by intuition and the imaginal realm, about eliminating 'crazy' from our self-descriptors, and about getting bigger in the face of fears rather than shrinking.
I have a secret for you - the brave are rising, and you're one of them. xx - Jen
37. Forgiveness, Resilience, and Holistic Wellness with Robin Richards
01:07:28
Robin’s story of resilience is nothing less than inspiring. It will propel and stir things within you, without a doubt. After what she describes as “big T trauma” happening at five years old, crippling mental and physical illness began to manifest in her life.
Robin shares what happened, how she found her way back to health, and what the journey was in the process of healing her inner world.
If you take one thing from hearing her story, it’s this; there are always threads woven through that connect us to one another. There is the immense power in community and sharing our stories with own another, and you’ll hear it in this conversation today.
I hope what you hear seeps in like honey and warms you through. It’s all Love. xx - Jen

Daniel is a Personal Growth Consultant, an Ambassador for the Gene Keys Wisdom, and walks a path of shamanic mysticism. His life work is guiding purpose-driven entrepreneurs into a deeper sense of presence, magnetism, and personal power.
Having experienced the freedom of shadow work, Daniel skillfully guides people through their own wound patterns knowing this is where all the gold resides. This is where the magic turns up in living our most aligned and synchronistic lives.
I felt such a deep grounding in this conversation with him, as well as an easy familiarity, joy, and flow. I trust you’ll feel the same when you listen, and can say with confidence (even after editing these and hearing this half a dozen times) this is a gift of a chat that keeps on giving.

40. Reclaiming The Dismembered Feminine for More Pleasure and Power
00:29:01
Real talk. After a week of moving, and my Dad's death anniversary, and physical tiredness, I wanted to bring you what's real. Because life is not an easy straight line. It's full of all kinds of textures and experiences, and it's a REAL practice to remain open to Love when it'd be easier to be numb. This practice is to live a life that embodies the Feminine.
The reclamation of the Divine Feminine cannot be overstated. It's happening across the globe and I believe is birthing a new era.
Now that we've got the big sweeping statements covered... let me also share the practical... in this episode we uncover three key reasons to re-member the Feminine, and remain open to our emotions: you'll realize your intuitive power, juice up relationship dynamics through the dance of masculine and feminine energies, and when we live open to Love, when we know that our bodies are fully human AND fully divine, we bring heaven to Earth.
Yep, I figured I'd end this description with yet another sweeping statement ;)
41. How to Rebuild After Burnout; Transform Your Health, Business, and Finances with Ryan Hvizda
00:56:46
Ryan was, like so many of us, someone who would drive herself into the ground in the name of what she thought was her true self. She shares her powerful journey of peeling back layers, uncovering constriction, fear and tension, and finding a more true kind of resilience.
It was a silent meditation retreat in 2019 that marked the turning point for Ryan, helping her rebuild her life by incorporating play, intuition, and creativity. Not to mention that she faced her fear of the ocean and is now a bad-ass surfer living in Barbados half of the year!
Ryan's transformed her life, from major health complications, a burden of financial debt, and a business she reconstructed, I was inspired and I believe you will be too. She shares her story with such transparency, grace and heart.

Magnetism is an energetic quality that is more than a descriptive adjective about the charismatic neighbor. It is real and there are ways to turn that up, and ways we shut it down. Today we're chatting about how how we become magnetic through aligning with our purpose and our sense of being, how shields keep us from receiving what we draw in, and in new-Jen-fashion, we close with a blessing for alignment and clarity, encouraging you to ground yourself, embrace your purpose, and magnetize your destiny!
Let's do this, babes and babettes... it's time to turn it up!
43. Navigating Dating, Career Change, and Self-Worth with Paul Stoltzfus
01:21:21
When I was younger (like High-School-Younger) I wished I could hear the “guy” conversations and get in their heads. Now, I’m not sure that they wanted the same thing… but either way, this chat felt like that. My friend Paul and I sit down and have a meaningful transparent and real conversation. About career changes, and life changes and like any good “girlfriend chat” would, this one juts around like a hummingbird making its rounds.
We call each other on misconceptions, talk about what we’re learning in life, and share our challenges as we shoot the shit about dating. Dating after divorce. Dating in a setting where you want to have a juicy polarizing relationship… and how we’re working on figuring that out.
Come shoot the shit with us, proverbially. It’ll be fun, I bet!

A Note From Paul: “I’m pretty much ‘what you see is what you get.’ This season of life has become a surrender experiment not so much that I chose it but that all other paths ended and I had to choose a new one. I chose to go back to driving truck, and of all the commercial truck driving opportunities picked one that helps People with Blessings of Hope.
Any business I am a part of or build will help people who can’t help themselves and alleviate their pain and suffering. In addition to driving truck I coach real estate agents to find their purpose, live more, and do so more slowly. To settle into their bodies and trust their knowing within. I’ll be doing the “man work” for the rest of my life but first this next year or so I’m going all in to learn more about how to BE and less what to DO. Till next time!”
"I don't need you." My guy friends have told me how often they've heard women say words like that. Or maybe we haven't said them, but we've signaled through our actions to the men in our lives, that we don't need them. They've likely been spoken in a moment of defensiveness or protectiveness, but they've hit their target and done more harm than we realize.
This week I want to take a beat and explore what I believe is beneath "I don't need you," take responsibility for what that's done, and pave a new path forward that is mutually respectful and nurturing.
Women, I believe if we want the men in our world to further ground in their purpose, part of our work is to let our shields down and stop with the pretense that we don't need them. Of course we need one another... we're made for Love.
Men, we do need you. Also... we want you (real bad)! Thank you for the presence, depth, and awareness you're bringing to the world. I hope this message helps ground you in your truth and purpose.
Life is not linear. Bliss is not perpetual. We are human, and that means we have funks, and missteps, and we wonder how we got here, and then sometimes we kick ourselves for it. Afterall, we're made of stardust so shouldn't we beam sunshine from our eyeballs all the gosh darn day?!
So yes, we are Divine 100% of the time - which is pure magic AND you are human 100% of the time. So basically, we're 200% beings.
Seriously, life feels funky sometimes. And if you're in a funk, you're not alone. This week I'm going rouge and being an open book (I kid, I'm notorious for being an open book.... you're just getting the MORE of it today), and taking you on the real journey. Because sometimes it's stardust and sometimes it's dirt.
Today, I'm walking you through a friend's dating dilemma, and a personal story in business as examples of how clarity and intentionality opens the doors for trust, ease, and flow.
Now, If you've ever sensed there's more to the story, it's probably because there is. Many times, there's nothing "bad" or "wrong" that people are hiding, it's that they're not being clear with what they want, desire or need from the relationship; with themselves and also with you.
Now, flip the coin. When we're not clear and intentional in our relationships, whether it's work or personal, people start making up your their own stories about what's really going on.
With a few minor changes, you can create safety, trust and ease in your work. In romantic relationships this will really charge things up, creating a safe environment for the more free-flowing feminine energy to bring the juice!
47. Human Design: Astrology Meets Personality Inventory with Maggie Hilpisch
01:04:43
Raise your hand if you’ve ever asked the Universe for a sign? How about if you felt like life wasn’t making sense, or you weren’t sure of the path to take? Yeah, me too. Or maybe you wondered why things felt SOO difficult and disjointed? Yup. I’m right there with you.
What would you do if you discovered a tool that could transform your understanding of yourself and your interactions? We're often seeking answers and understanding from all kinds of sources … Personality inventories, friends’ insight, psychics, astrology, tarot cards, prayer, holy books. They’re all legitimate and I believe Source speaks through it all, to communicate in ways that we can hear and understand.
Today, my friend Maggie Hilpisch, explains how Human Design has been a powerful tool and framework for her personal transformation, and now how she uses it to support and guide others in their transformation.
Enjoy, Lovers

Quick personal plug - Human Design helped change my life trajectory and bring clarity in my decision making. Maggie has done readings for me and some of my friends. She's a gem, and you’re going to love how Maggie brings it to life for you.
You might not like what I'm about to say... but loves, you won't find the key to your greatest manifested dreams, in weighing out the pro's and con's on a checklist. Is there a place for that? Of course. But it's not the secret to unlocking a more synchronicitic life. What I'm sharing today is from lived experience AND from a crap ton of reading and learning. Here’s where you might like what I have to say, it’s much more simple than you'd think. Tune in for the easiest steps to manifesting that I wish I would have understood and embodied years ago.
I believe that Love is the answer to our perils, personally and collectively. Is this cliche? Maybe, and it's truth to me. If we desire to experience the fullness and freedom found in Love, we will also be invited to let go of things that no longer serve us ... and in today's episode, we're taking a look at forgiveness. But that's not all folks (yes, said in a game show host voice)... there's more...
I'm delivering a question to you today, that I'm still contemplating within my own being. One that is making me just a little uncomfortable. And it is for that reason, I believe it's worth sitting with; "What does forgiveness in the context of the Patriarchy look like?"
Face palm, I know. This is a big one... Comin' atchya with big love today as we all buckle up.
50. Cultivating A Deeper Knowing and Stronger Faith | Jennifer Briggs
00:24:40
There are different levels of faith in my experience. Blind faith, evidence-based faith, and a kind of faith that goes even deeper. The kind that is wide-eyed with a sense of knowing. Today we're looking at ways to cultivate a deeper sense of "faith" and alignment in all of life, how to relinquish resistence, and watch the magic of that "natural life" unfold.

As a devoted husband and the proud father of two, his mission is to elevate our potential and empower us to live with purpose, passion and depth.
Pushing through at all costs should NOT be a badge of honor. When we do that, we're lucky to catch ourselves before burn or breakdown. I've seen it happen over and over and over... myself included. This "forge ahead and say yes no matter what" approach can be a symptom of an inner wounded masculine, seeking to prove something, and is likely also afraid of something.
In this week's minibang, I'm sharing my take on what resilience in the long term really requires, and how to create space to heal our wounded masculine so that we can recover, rebound, and in if we desire be completely reborn!
53. The Path of the Sacred Feminine and The Blueprint of Love | Alana Warlop
01:24:22
Alana went from "working like a man" to one of the most embodied sensorial women I've met. You'll hear her story of transformation where she first came face to face with a decision to really feel and be vulnerable for the first time in her life, how she slowly let shields down and softened. Alana shares about her pilgrimages around the world, where she learned what it really means to follow the path of the Divine Feminine, and how to integrate ancient practices into our modern lives.
After years of working to scrape together pieces around this work, Alana so beautifully weaves decades of her own work and shares the wisdom, play, and power of the Feminine in this episode. She is pure magic!

54. How To Stand Out and Attract The Right People (Personally and Professionally)
00:21:07
Trying to be all things to all people in the name of "casting a wide net" is exhausting. Sharing the same old 20-point value proposition to attract talent to your business, is not working anymore for a reason. You're likely either lacking clarity on the depth of your uniqueness and true value, or your not communicating that clearly... or both.
In business, in dating, in friendship and in ALL of life, learning how to stand out also requires knowing sometimes we won't fit in. Today's minibang gives you a practical exercise to gain clarity on your unique value so that you can attract the right people into your world!
I hope this feels supportive to you, and propels you to becoming more of who you are!
55. How to Hold on to Hope After Hitting Rock Bottom | David Archer
01:23:56
If we're lucky to live long enough, many of us will be faced with a crisis of sorts, or a rock bottom situation in life. It was through a critical life event that David was led to reevaluate his work and purpose. Through his own personal hero’s journey, he walked the difficult path to undercover the truth of who he was coded to be at birth, and why that’s so important.
I was honored, inspired, and humbled by the opportunity to hold space for his story, and I'm equally honored to magnify the man he's become and his life's purpose, on this podcast.

58. 10 Lessons from Motherhood; Reflections as My Oldest Flies the Coop
00:22:36
Being a mother has been one of the absolute biggest blessings in my life, and has also been the one of the greatest teachers in my life. I thought it fitting, as my oldest moves into her college dorm, that I reflect and offer you 10 lessons that motherhood has taught me. And while I don't live in regret, there are some moments that if I could do it again, I would do it a little differently.
If you're not a parent, for what it's worth, I've found many (if not all) the lessons I've learned in parenting, often parallel to leadership. It's one thing to manage, dictate, and delegate... it's an entirely different challenge and opportunity to listen, draw out gifts, guide and empower.
I've failed forward more times than I can count... and I can say that all my children have all their limbs and are pretty well-adjusted so we're calling that a win ;) I hope this serves as a point of reflection and a hug if you're watching your babes grow up just a bit too quickly.

61. Taboo and Kink; Uncovering the Sacred Primal Lover and Conscious Intimacy | Alex Mischka
00:54:57
Taboo, kink, and primal intimacy. If you would have told me five years ago I'd be here... publishing this interview... I'd have blushed, laughed, and been a bit dumbfounded as to how I arrived here. All that to be said, I couldn't be happier, more free and proud to be exploring topics that I once held shame around, and sharing them with you. THIS is what it's about. Approaching the parts of ourselves we've relegated to the shadows, and compassionately drawing them back home.
No matter where you are in terms of comfort, curiosity, or expertise with these topics, this conversation was honest, compelling and full of insight surrounding conscious relating and love. This to me, is a powerful exploration of the differing textures of sacred sexuality. I hope that you find yourself enlightened and more free after listening to this. Alex is epic, you're in for a treat!

62. Being the “Nice Guy” Isn’t Working; From People-Pleasing to Grounded Clarity | Addison Shock
01:21:24
"So many partnerships are the mother and the little boy dynamic, and I was in that. That was like a huge reason of the collapse of a nine-year relationship. Part of what contributes to this issue is that question that we just asked, 'What do I do as a woman to help the man in my life?' And I just want to say that is 100% not the responsibility of the woman. They're responsible for their own emotional landscape. And two, that does further perpetuate in some way, how women seek in a crafty way to get the man in their life to be in his masculine energy.
Women are shrewd, crafty and smart, it's a gift! But also as crafty as you think you are, the man is definitely sniffing that out. And what that most often is going to do is cause him to shut down because he doesn't want to be mothered. When he feels that, he responds like an ashamed little boy and shuts down.
Women have told me they don't feel like the man in their life listens, or wants to please them, and I'd say it's the exact opposite. They deeply desire to please and deeply want to show up for and care for, but so often that opportunity gets taken from them because there's an overly masculine energy. The men feel, 'No matter what I do, it's wrong, so I'm not even going to try anymore.'"

63. High Value Women, The Feminine Revival as Oracle, Fountain of Life, & Healer | Anabel Vizcarra
01:46:48
“A woman is an oracle, but we've got to develop this skill because it's been forgotten. We have focused more on an external beauty in order to get resources than our inner value and wisdom and, of course, at some point it wasn't safe to do that. Women have been shaped into believing that we are weak and that we need this physical, masculine protection and resource. And there is truth to that, but along that that path, we forgot.
Instead we're competing. We're competing for the men, we're competing for resources, we're competing for who looks better... who's younger. But when we return to our center, when we really reconnect to the bigger purpose of why we're here, and source ourselves to our true resource. Because that's our intuition, that's our wisdom, that's our sense felt of reality. Then we're able to discern lies through our body, and we're able to protect ourselves in a way that external protection you cannot do.”

64. How to Unlock the Power of the Dark Feminine with Nadine Lee
00:57:24
“The dark feminine will help you reclaim your voice, reclaim your too muchness, your bossiness, and sensitivity. All the things that as a child, you may have had a direct experience with, where you felt love was withdrawn. So that [experience] gets thrown into the unconscious, into the shadows, and repressed. You think, ‘If I show this part of me, that equals lack of love. So I'm going to never show that part of me.’
So, dark feminine is about journeying into those parts, reclaiming those parts, and integrating them back into your psyche.”

65. Your Body is Blocking Your Dreams: A Breathwork Master's Guide to Manifestation | Tiago Ferreira
01:04:20
"Everything in our life is a reflection as if we were projecting a movie out into life. It's a reflection of our inner state of our nervous system... any experience that we had in life built up an identity and nervous system and conscious patterns where we are relating to life in a way that reflects back to us who we believe ourselves to be, what we believe ourselves to deserve."
In this episode, breathwork facilitator and life coach Tiago Ferreira shares his unique approach to manifestation that bridges science and somatic wisdom. Drawing from his background in physics and extensive personal development work, Tiago explains how our nervous system holds the key to creating lasting change. He reveals why traditional manifestation techniques often fall short without addressing the emotional blocks stored in our bodies, and shares practical insights about creating safety to process these emotions. The conversation explores how spending time in nature can enhance productivity, the importance of letting go in the manifestation process, and finding balance between structured action and natural flow. Tiago's journey from aspiring astronaut to somatic coach demonstrates how following our authentic path, though challenging, leads to more aligned success. This episode offers a fresh perspective on creating sustainable change by working with both body and mind.

For the last 9 years, he has traveled all over the world working with and being mentored by top leaders in the personal growth field. And now he is on a mission to share the best of what he's learned to empower people to manifest their dream lives. Most of us are taught that leading an authentic, fulfilling life requires sacrificing or compromising. Tiago believes that thriving in all areas of our lives is an inside out process. Meaning, that as we release the unconscious nervous system patterns that hold us back and embody in every fiber of our being what it is that we want to experience, our life will reflect that back to us.
66. What Your Pain Is Trying To Tell You | Dr. Aidan Kinsella DC on Body Wisdom
01:04:19
"The challenging thing about pain is that it interrupts us. We're actually pretty tolerant of pain. We can walk with and live with a lot of pain, but when pain interrupts us, that's when we get upset and frustrated. That interruption is sacred because it allows us to recognize the change that either has already happened that we need to adapt to, or is happening, or is coming." - Dr. Aidan Kinsella
Dr. Kinsella shares how our bodies hold the key to deeper understanding, especially during times of challenge or transition. Whether you're navigating stress, seeking answers, or ready to access more of your natural wisdom, this episode offers a revolutionary perspective on listening to your body's intelligence.
