Murdaugh Stole Millions From Quadriplegic And Bragged About It On Camera #AlexMurdaugh
00:06:14
Alex Murdaugh braggadociosly exploited a quadriplegic client he'd scammed out of $1,000,000 in a commercial, and he boasted about utilizing emotionally charged film of automobile accident victims to secure larger payouts.
The disgraced legal scion, who is 54 years old, did not apologize to any of the several customers from whom he stole millions of dollars last week. Instead, he merely stated that he was "embarrassed" by the robberies.
One of the examples that was presented to the jury was that of Hakeem Pinckney, who suffered a spinal cord injury in a car accident in 2009. Murdaugh made $4.1 million in fees and stole an additional $1 million.
The alleged perpetrator utilized film of Pinckney in a commercial to advocate the use of emotive video in court, with the goal of causing attorneys to cry and therefore increasing the likelihood of favorable settlements.

New Evidence Released in Quadruple Murder Case: Suspect's Clothing Seized #QuadrupleMurder #BryanKohberger
00:05:21
Recently, a search warrant was released in the quadruple murder case of Maddie Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, pointing to 28-year-old Bryan Kohberger as the primary suspect. Pennsylvania police arrested Kohberger at his parents' house in Albrightsville and seized several items of clothing, including a silver flashlight and medical gloves, Under Armour socks, boxers, and shorts, a white sweatshirt, and four buccal swabs. Kohberger was believed to have been wearing dark clothing at the time of the murders and left a footprint with a diamond pattern consistent with a pair of Vans sneakers. DNA found on the snap button of a knife sheath left next to one of the bodies is a 99.9% match for Kohberger, and he had more than one photograph of one of the victims on his phone. Kohberger is due back in court in June and has yet to enter a formal plea, but his attorneys have indicated that he plans to plead not guilty. #QuadrupleMurder #BryanKohberger #MurderInvestigation

Idaho Lawmaker Believes Firing Squad a More Humane Option for Executions
00:07:17
The brutal slayings of four young college students in Moscow, Idaho have reignited a debate about the very essence of justice in the state. Accused murderer Bryan Kohberger, 28, faces the possibility of the ultimate punishment if he is found guilty, with prosecutors potentially recommending the death penalty. At the same time, a bill has been introduced by Republican state lawmaker Rep. Bruce Skaug that would legalize firing squad as a form of execution in addition to lethal injection. The bill states that the Idaho Department of Corrections must determine if lethal injection is an available method within five days of a death warrant, and if not, the IDOC may elect to use a firing squad. The use of a firing squad was legal in Idaho from 1982 to 2009, but the recent difficulty in acquiring the necessary chemicals for lethal injection has sparked a heated debate. A public hearing on the bill will soon be held in the Judiciary, Rules and Administration Committee, with the outcome having far-reaching implications for the fate of capital punishment in Idaho. #CapitalPunishment #Justice #FiringSquad #LethalInjection #IdahoMurders

00:10:32
Sandy Smith, the mother of Stephen Smith, is seeking answers in the wake of the conviction of Alex Murdaugh for the murder of his wife and son. Six years prior, Stephen was found dead on a remote road near the Murdaugh family's estate in South Carolina. Before law enforcement confirmed Stephen's death, Randy Murdaugh, Alex's older brother, called the Smith family offering help in investigating. The official cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma, but Sandy questions the initial ruling of a hit-and-run and believes her son was murdered. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division reopened a probe into Stephen's death in June 2021. Despite rumors of a romantic relationship with Buster Murdaugh, Sandy doesn't believe that was the case. With the trial of Alex Murdaugh now over, Sandy is left with a mix of emotions and a continued search for the truth surrounding her son's death. #StephenSmith #MurdaughMystery #MothersQuestForJustice

A former sex worker, Lindsey Edwards, has come forward with shocking allegations against convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh. In an exclusive interview with FitsNews, Edwards recounted out the horrific details of the beatings, choking, and rape she claims to have suffered at the hands of Murdaugh, who was sentenced to life in prison last week for the double murder of his son and wife. The South Carolina Attorney General's Office has declined to comment on the allegations. FitsNews was able to corroborate many details of Edwards's claims through their own investigation. #JusticeForVictims #BreakingTheSilence #SurvivingTrauma
