The Smoothometer was created by the Smoothication Experience team with key musical metrics to determine the perfect temperature of smooth music. Superstar real estate agent and branding guru Ivan Estrada joins us to discuss his love of the smooth which started at a young age growing up with his super smooth musical family. Ali Jackson one of the greatest drummers in the world joins to take our audience on a history of smooth. He is an award-winning musician, composer, arranger, educator, and percussionist who spent several years touring and recording with a diverse group of musicians before accepting the role of Drum Chair of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra which was founded by Wynton Marsalis.

This week we present one of the freshest new sounds in music today in Wake the Wild. Wake the Wild is an LA based trio of lifelong friends that fuses funky live instrumentation with electronic, nu-disco & funk music. The band is made up of Forrest Mitchell on the drums and triggers, Chase Jackson on the mallet synths, guitar & bass, and Zach Sorgen on the vocals and keys.
