00:19:11
Thank you for joining me on the next episode of the School For Small Business Podcast!
Today we are going to be talking all about franchising. Buying a franchise, being a part of one or franchising your own business. With my 15 years of experience in accounting, I’ve been asked questions on this topic numerous times and wanted to share how my thoughts on franchising can be implemented into mindshift changes within your own business.

Making Both Income and Impact in Your Business
00:13:59
Thank you for joining me on the next episode of the School For Small Business podcast!
In this solo episode I am going to be sharing all about how to make an income in your business while maintaining your impact, heart and customer connections!
Sometimes as business owners we can fall into the trap of thinking we can only make money if we give up the soul of our business or we’ll only succeed financially when we stop caring about our customers! I believe this is incorrect and that you can do both! Join me as I discuss:
• 4:30 - Why you need to know the math and numbers behind your business! • 7:14 - The biggest thing owners miss after looking at numbers and what questions you should ask yourself. • 9:49 - A different perspective on looking for your return on investment when it comes to your customers.
It’s time to stop believing that looking at numbers means you are giving up the heart of your business and be intentional with how you show up!
By listening to this episode, I am so grateful that you are taking these steps to make sure your small business is here for the long run! I’d love to chat with you on socials about your own business journey and if this podcast has captivated you in any way!

Taking The Fear Out of Your Business Finances
00:13:59
Thank you for joining me on this next episode of the School For Small Business podcast!
If trying to understand or even talking about the numbers behind your business scares you, then this is the episode for you! Today I cover the 3 biggest reasons that hold people back when looking at business finances and how to take that next step!
After working with thousands of business owners, I know that sometimes what can seem like a numbers monster in the closet is actually just a mouse! So listen if you resonate with:
• 1:52 - Saying numbers is just something you “aren’t good at” but never taking the time to learn or invest. • 5:55 - If you’ve been avoidant from the start, knowing the problem is likely getting bigger. • 7:54 - Thinking you simply “don’t need to know or look at” the finance side of your business.
Knowing even a little more about your finances as a business owner is one of the biggest critical success factors and I want you to feel empowered and confident in doing so! If you’ve been blocked by one of these reasons, send me a DM and let’s talk about how to get over that fear!

The Right and Wrong Way to Delegate with Ashley Carlson
00:29:13
Thank you for joining me on this next episode of the School For Small Business podcast! Today let’s welcome Ashley Carlson! She’s here to help us get the clarity we need to transform our business, save ourselves from burn out and maximize our hours.
Ashley runs a VA Agency called Elevate where she uses her experience in the travel industry, corporate sales and as a 3rd generation entrepreneur to save business owners from burn out. With the ability to look through both lenses, Ashley knows what business owners are looking for in operational support and how both parties can be set up for success. Being a business owner can be stressful and delegating can feel scary, but Ashley has built a company that successfully solves that problem! In under two years, Elevate has become one of the most highly sought-after Operations Support teams, having provided support to over 50 clients & their businesses.
We started our businesses because we have tactical skills to contribute in our industry, but let’s take a timeout today to get business development help. We need to think of our business like a business owner..
Topics we discuss:
7:47 - Where did this idea come from that you can do it all? Leaders in big businesses don’t do it all. In fact those who delegate, make it further and start seeing profit faster.
12:55 - Delegate the tasks that don’t need to be done by you. This allows you to spend more time on the things that bring in money, like networking events and client calls. Make space for financial growth for your business. We love to think about delegation in terms of the return on your investment. What is the best use of your time?
18:38 - Marketing is nothing more than sharing how you can help. Thinking about it this way takes the pressure off of sales. We just want to help.
20:09 - Delegation doesn’t just take tasks off your plate, it takes them off your mind. But, in order for this to really work, you need to completely pass ownership off to someone else.
Thanks for listening! Is there a topic you feel not enough people are talking about in the small business scope or one I haven’t discussed? Send me a DM at @staci.millard because I would love to know and possibly cover it in a future episode! Let’s keep this conversation going!

Today I’m teaching you how to determine your pricing model in your business. Whether you’re a service provider or you sell products you can use the formulas I give you in this episode to calculate what your hourly rate would need to be to make sure your time and hard work are energetically returned to you.
First of all, I encourage you to not work more than 40 hours per week, unless it’s truly temporary.
Next, we want to identify the yearly salary you want to pay yourself. Then, we factor in the two types of ways you work in your business. The work you do is highly specialized. Some of your time is spent on client work; and some is spent on administrative work. I always look at market comparisons and help my clients design a pricing model that compensates them for the value they’re providing their clients. We don’t announce their hourly rate, but we use it to price their packages.
1:49 - Why it’s important energetically to make sure you’re charging enough for how hard you’re working.
3:04 - My formula to determine what your hourly rate should be
6:42 - We go one step further, looking at the market to see what other service providers are charging.
10:46 - Don’t make this same mistake with a pricing model where you’re offering a service that detracts from your focus and doesn’t benefit the client as much as it’s costing them and you.
Thanks for listening! Is there a topic you feel not enough people are talking about in the small business scope or one I haven’t discussed? Send me a DM because I would love to know and possibly cover it in a future episode! Let’s keep this conversation going!

Showing up as an Authority
00:13:31
Reflecting on your business during the slower times in your life and really using that in-between space is very important in allowing your business to run as smoothly as possible. Recently while doing some of my own reflection, I thought about how I have been sharing my journey with all of you over the last year and a half.
The process of growing a small business requires a lot of learning from the people and experiences around you, and this is the part of my business that I shared the most. During my growth, I would point out role models I had around me. While it’s important to share this part of the journey, I was ultimately diverting people away from my knowledge and advice and pointing them at my role models to learn from instead. Even as a growing business, I still had good advice and knowledge to share, but I needed to change my approach and show up as an authority.
Topics I cover:
1:46 - Using your slower time to allow ideas and reflections to come to you will greatly improve your business.
2:31 - I have been sharing my journey over the last year and a half.
8:07 - In the way that I was presenting my journey, I made a mistake. I forgot to show up as the authority.
9:40 - How are you showing up as an authority?
While it’s easier to share your journey as a learner, we need to present ourselves as authorities. You have the skill set and knowledge required, so there is no need for imposter syndrome or self doubt. Show up and be the leader that you are!

“Well I’m Supposed to Do it This Way” with Becky Mollenkamp
00:26:44
When we are building successful businesses, there are many times when we are just going, going, going. It often feels like it is all on us to achieve our goals and keep the business financially viable. We find ourselves surrounded by what we supposedly should do and our imaginary what-ifs instead of finding the system that works for us.
Here’s the secret, running your business does not need to be done by you alone. In today’s episode we are joined by Becky Mollenkamp, an accountability coach, who is here to share with us how to run a business that prioritizes you and your team over profit. We will discuss how to find your worth outside of your system to not only be a better you, but run a better business!
Topics we cover:
2:39 - It’s important to speak to what the clients think their problem is rather than what you know the solution to the problem is. Clients have set goals in their heads that they think will solve everything, but when they achieve the goal things are not better. That’s where Becky comes in to help.
6:03 - Don’t let your values get lost in the weeds, because they aren’t directly tied to revenue. Be really clear about what actually matters to you.
12:36 - It can be hard to deal with the emotions of your business not needing you anymore. Delegating is often challenging, especially for women, so when you start your business with just you, it can be hard to step back.
17:16 - You should have a commitment to people over profits and prioritizing yourself over profit as well. This mindset leads to the most successful clients.
20:16 - When stepping away from your business, you’ll need to delegate the work out to your team. This division of work should improve everyone’s life and not put too much work on anyone.
Figuring out what works for you and your team is not a one size fits all situation. Not every tool will work for every person or business so it’s important to find what works for you. Let’s figure you out so you can show up as the best version of yourself!

The 2 Types of Burnout and How to Bring Joy Back Into Your Business
00:21:07
In our society, there is a view of how quickly you should grow your business and hit certain milestones in order to be deemed a success. Many of us feel if we work hard enough we can achieve this, but this pervasive hustle culture actually just puts us into survival mode where we are unable to flourish. When in survival mode, many of us feel burnt out.
In my years of running my business I’ve felt two types of burnout. I’ve felt the traditional type where I had simply put in too many hours, but I also felt myself losing enthusiasm for the business. I was eventually able to switch my mindset and implement tools to help prevent burnout to bring back my joy in working!
Topics I cover:
1:37 - The most common type of burn out is just simply putting in too many hours.
5:03 - When working with and hiring our teams, it’s important to have perspective. We often expect to hand off work very quickly, but it will take time for our teams to integrate into this new environment and work.
7:32 - One of the best changes I made for my business was switching out of a hustle culture by myself and building a team where everyone has responsibilities.
12:53 - You need to have non-negotiable time off. When you work too hard, you enter survival mode and constantly feel the need to be productive in the business. This is not healthy!
14:45 - The second type of burnout is when you start losing enthusiasm for the business, because you are no longer aligned with the work you are doing.
While delegating your work is not something that you can always do, you can always find joy in your business. Finding that joy in your work is the most important thing you can do. When you are doing what you love, then it makes doing the stuff you don’t love tolerable. Running a business is only possible when you are doing what you love.

These 2 Surprising Things Are All You Need to Know to Run Your Business
00:14:28
We are back in the closet with another solo episode today! I was so struck with inspiration that I just knew I needed to let you all in on this tip. There are only two things that you need to know how to do in business, and they aren’t what you think they are.
These two things are necessary for you to run your business properly, so what are they? The first one is being able to bring in money. The second one is being able to keep the money. Each of these concepts play a big part in keeping your business afloat and thriving.
Topics I cover:
1:27 - We think that because we do our skill well, then we are guaranteed to run our business well. This is a myth. There are two conditions that actually lead to a successful business.
4:35 - You knowing your industry does not define your business, it might differentiate us, but it will not drive a successful business. Using marketing and successful business strategies is what will lead to success.
7:23 - Understanding strategically how to keep money in the business is very important.
8:46 - In marketing, the focus is much more on different tactics and less on key elements that are necessary for your business to be marketed. We do not always understand what our marketing plan is.
9:57 - We need to spend more time defining what our brand is about and really understanding where our customers are.
These two things are absolutely necessary to running and sustaining a successful business. Go to my website to download my free resource that helps you understand how to run your business and if you’re still unsure, reach out to a business expert. Having a clear business strategy is important for us to have and to keep top of mind to avoid getting distracted in a world full of distractions.

Moms on a Mission with Amy Traugh
00:24:54
Running a business as a mom can be a very challenging task. There are many ups and downs throughout the process and sometimes it is just too much. Despite all of the challenges that come with being a mom and running a business, it is not an impossible task.
Today we are joined by Amy Traugh. Amy is the CEO of Moms on a Mission where her main goal is to change the narrative around moms and business. She believes that you do not have to pick one over the other and that these two jobs can coexist. Amy shares with us how to successfully plan days that are efficient for both tasks and how to make it as easy as possible.
Topics we cover:
5:22 - All sorts of moms come to work with Amy. Some of them are already working and overwhelmed, and others want to start their business. However, as a mom running a business, you need to understand and respect the season of motherhood that you are in.
7:20 - Mindset is 100% the key. If you don’t have self-awareness then you are going to hold yourself back.
9:00 - You need to have an individualized daily strategy that works for your season of life. Having a plan of what you want your day to look like will help it become a reality.
12:56 - It’s important to give yourself freedom and flexibility when planning out your day. There are going to be a lot of ups and downs, but that’s just part of life.
15:31 - You need to learn how to detach from the outcome and use the outcome and numbers as a tool to improve your business.
19:06 - When developing your family plan, you need to start by having a core mission and looking at what is at the top of your priorities. Also don’t be afraid to give roles and responsibilities to all the members of your family so that you can work together.
You’re never going to find the time; you have to make the time. This also includes time for fun, which is just as important as any other time. Life is meant to be lived, and being a business owner gives us that control. You can build your business around your life and have what you are dreaming of.

My Favorite Books in Business Part 1
00:16:12
One of the tools I used to help build my business was reading books. Books changed how I did business and I implemented so many of the lessons I learned from them. So today, I’m going to share with you a few of my favorites to help you grow your business as well!
The books I will be sharing with you today are books that affected my overarching idea of how business worked for me and changed how I did things. These are books that defined my work structure to make it what it is now. They’ll help you improve your business skills and have a clear business plan.
Books I cover:
2:13 - These three books really help you get clear on what your business looks like, where you’re going and what your goals are. These books are: The One Thing by Gary Keller, The 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington, and The Vivid Vision by Cameron Herold.
5:35 - If you want to know how to build a business or what the thing to do next is, then there are two books for you to read: Making Money is Killing Your Business by Chuck Blakeman, and Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell.
9:29 - If you are in early business or you feel like your skills are rusty, you should read Business Made Simple by Donald Miller.
11:01 - The two most important parts of business are how to bring in the money and how to keep the money. The one book that changed how I did this is Copywriting Secrets by Jim Edwards.
These 7 books are great reads and will improve how you do business. They will help you get clear on what your business is, what your next steps should be, and how to understand your target client. Happy reading!

The 4 Pillars of Wellness with Zach Fagerberg
00:24:02
We are so excited to welcome Zach Fagerberg on the podcast today! Zach is a wellness coach and mindset mentor who is here to share with us all about wellness. After growing up with a “my body is my hobby” mindset, Zach was able to flip a switch and focus on more well rounded health.
While we tend to just think of nutrients and exercise as the main parts of our physical wellness, there are other areas with the same amount of impact. This thought led Zach to discovering the 4 Pillars of Wellness. These 4 pillars are: physical activity, nutrients, rest, and mindset. Each of these areas are equally important in our overall health and wellbeing.
Topics we cover:
6:07 - The 4 Pillars of Wellness and how to set yourself up for longevity in wellness.
13:25 - While nutrients and physical activity are the most popular pillars, they are not the only necessary ones.
18:28 - Wellness becomes powerful when you have the confidence that comes from working on yourself first.
19:54 - Zach gives amazing pep talks, so he shares with us a quick preview of a Zach pep talk!
It’s important to remember that wellness is a process not an end goal. We will be working on our wellness forever so we shouldn’t make it a short term game. If you play the game infinitely then you’ll win.

00:14:26
We are back today for part two to our last solo episode where we talked about my favorite books in business. These books are extremely helpful in building a successful business where we also feel great about what we are doing. By the end of this podcast, you’ll have twelve amazing books to read and implement!
Last time, we talked about the two main keys of having a successful business. Today we’ll be looking into books about the numbers in our business and leadership. Each of these books are a great read and have plenty of good tips and tricks to use in your business.
Books we cover:
1:19 - My two favorite books on the numbers in your business are: Simple Numbers, Straight Talk, Big Profits! by Greg Crabtree and Profit First by Mike Michalowicz.
6:58 - The three books that changed how I do leadership are: The New One Minute Manager by Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson, Great Mondays by Josh Levine, and The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier.
If you read and implement each of these 12 books from both episodes, then you could go into next year as a whole new business. You could be making tons of money, have a team that supports you, and feel confident and in control while running your business. As you read and implement, just know that I’m cheering you on!

Our Projections Are Our Perceptions with Amanda Walker
00:23:18
When running a business, one of the best things that you can do is get a coach. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been running your business or how well off you might be, it’s always helpful to have someone to guide you in your business journey. If we want to achieve our highest amount of success, a coach is the right person to get us there.
As a high performance coach, Amanda Walker is the perfect person to bring the magic out in coaching. Amanda works to help people increase both their income and their impact. Today, she shares with us how to realize where we are at and how we can grow our businesses from there.
Topics we cover:
3:50 - We need to believe that success is one hundred percent possible for the people that we serve. This allows the magic to come out when coaching.
8:47 - There are more types of people who guide others than just business coaches.
14:18 - One of the general themes that emerges when starting to coach people is a lack of self awareness. Self awareness is all about looking into a person’s thoughts and perceptions.
18:59 - One of the biggest sabotages of coaching is the gap between expectations of what the journey looks like versus the reality of it.
Our business journeys are not going to be exactly how we expect them to be, so we shouldn’t focus on expectations. Be aware of where you are and look at your data to find where your business should grow. You’re on the right track, just stay on course!

Many of us are working long hours and marketing on every social media platform thinking that this is the key to success. While these practices may lead to some results, there are better ways to grow, scale, implement, delegate and work smarter in your business.
To teach us about these smarter business practices, we welcome Scott and Nancy Aaron to the podcast! Scott is a business coach, author, speaker and podcaster, who focuses on using LinkedIn and other social media strategies to build your business. Nancy is the founder of BYOB Social Media Agency (Build Your Online Brand) and helps entrepreneurs conquer social media while being their authentic self. Together they share with us tips on how to intentionally and authentically grow your business.
Topics we cover:
11:11 - Resiliency is the most important part to growing a business. There are ebbs and flows, but the constant learning will help strengthen your business.
18:39 - One of the reasons people are working harder, not smarter, is that they are not focusing on one main thing.
28:47 - LinkedIn is very important in business and using it is a great way to connect and network.
38:09 - Being able to find your voice through your personal brand and making an impact.
It’s important to remember that everyone starts from somewhere. Sometimes that’s even zero, so don’t be afraid to move into LinkedIn. If you are intentional with your posting and being authentically you, then your business will grow.

The Period Whisperer with Bria Gadd
00:28:22
As a health coach who specializes in female hormones, Bria Gadd helps educate and relieve women from symptoms that come from the menstrual cycle. She helps women understand what is really going on, busts old myths about how to have a healthy, thriving body and helps them shift into the most productive, inspired, healthy versions of themselves.
Bria shares with us not only how to live with these symptoms, but also how to run your business while living with the symptoms that come from the menstrual cycle, specifically in perimenopause. Many women run their business just enduring these pains, but learning about how our cycles and phases work allows us to have more energy and accomplish exceptional feats.
Topics we cover:
4:36 - How your cycle and energy use can lead to issues like brain fog.
10:00 - There are things that you can do to maximize your energy for daily tasks, as well as situations where you don’t have complete control.
16:02 - The four phases of our cycle (follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual) and how we can use them to our advantage in our lives and in our businesses.
23:52 - If you're trying to do exceptional things, you need to make sure that each of the pillars of your health are being met.
Having hormonal shifts are very real and things will change. Our bodies do not operate the same as men’s, so choosing to do their same methods consistently will not help us. We need to educate ourselves about our bodies so that we can find the schedule that works best for us. If we can understand our hormone rhythm and nail those foundations, then you will never waste time being consumed by your health.

Strategically Leading Your Business Through War Time
00:14:02
After visiting clients the other day and sitting in on some of their meetings, I noticed a lot of the problems they were facing were problems that also applied to other businesses. Even though each of our businesses are unique, our problems tend to arise from the same necessities in business. Due to these similarities, I decided to compile a list of suggestions to share with you of how to fix a few of these issues.
Running a business can be tough and there are a lot of difficult decisions that you have to make. Yes I see you and yes it’s hard, but I want to challenge you to take this advice to improve your business. These potent pieces of business advice will help you care for your people, your foundations, and your customers to strategically grow your business.
Topics I cover:
1:29 - It doesn’t matter what size your business is, we all face similar issues. Our foundation never changes; there are just bigger problems as your business grows.
4:52 - There are different things that you do, leadership wise, when the business is in war time versus peace time.
9:12 - You need to be strategic about your business growth.
Invest in leadership, invest in relationships with customers, and know your finances, so that whatever your goal is, you are a lot more sure that you’re going to hit it than just hoping that you get there. Sustainably and Beautifully-Designed Merchandise with Amanda Hofman
00:26:01
We all know that we need to be marketing our businesses, and a part of marketing that we may be overlooking is our brand merchandise. Be careful though because brands that hand out pens, pencils and other junk items that just pile up without any meaningful use are not really representing themselves as desirable.
Amanda Hofman is here to help us understand the importance of and how to have meaningful merchandise. Amanda is the Co-Founder and CEO of Go To Market, a branded merchandise studio that focuses on sustainable, beautiful design and custom print-on-demand swag shops for companies of all sizes. Amanda focuses on sustainability and beautiful design in all her work, to ensure that your brand is getting the best merch out there!
Topics we cover:
2:58 - It’s so much better to give high quality gifts to a few people than to give something like pencils to everyone. You’re just giving a bad feeling and it costs your business money.
6:40 - The benefits of using print-on-demand in your merchandising
8:18 - The process of finding what is unique about the brand and using it to make merchandise, as well as how to sell it
13:06 - When sponsoring an event use this two-prong strategy. First, have your staff wearing your goods and then give potential customers a gift card to your shop.
17:02 - Other good examples of effective and creative ideas for merchandising
If you are giving someone something they don’t want then you’re actually giving them a burden. Gift cards are the perfect solution for this. It allows them to have what they want, or opt out of it without costing you anything. My DMs are open for any questions about how to use branded merchandise in your business.

Asking the Right Questions with Suzy Crawford
00:29:26
Marketing is a necessary part in every brand or business. From the biggest movies to your small business, marketing is an important strategy for growing recognition and profit. Even though each of these brands and companies differ, marketing strategies are the same for everything. What we need to learn as business owners is what tactics we can use to successfully market our business.
Suzy Crawford is a marketer through and through who has been in the marketing industry for 15 years. She spent 7 years at Google where she led marketing and ads teams and worked with the largest movie studios and TV networks to help them launch and market their programs. Suzy now owns her marketing agency where she runs ads and creates marketing strategies for businesses. While she works with marketing on big businesses, small businesses can use these tricks too.
Topics we cover:
4:41 - Marketing at its foundation is universal..
9:52 - We need to be asking the right questions in marketing. While there are basic strategies, the tactics we use need to be unique for our brand.
14:07 - What ultimately matters is not what your business wants, but rather what your target audience wants.
22:18 - Some specific marketing advice for small businesses is to not shy away from ads, but to be careful of who you hire for ads.
As a small business owner, you need a strategy behind your marketing. A business needs to be marketed so that it can get eyes on it and get buyers. Ask the right questions and have a strategy behind your business, and you will see the growth!

How Do We Look at Change Within Our Business
00:14:50
The one thing that is guaranteed in our business is change. Whether the change is positive or negative, there will always be something new in our businesses. Change can be a very scary thing and oftentimes, as business owners, we try to fight against it. Fighting against this change is not what our business needs, in fact, it will likely hurt it.
Today we are going to be discussing how we look at change within our businesses, as well as how we internally and externally process and react to it. Change can mean a lot of different things, but it doesn't have to mean something bad for our business. How we view change and then react to it will affect how our business builds.
Topics I cover:
2:07 - It often feels like change disrupts business and so businesses attempt to fight the change. Fighting the change is counterproductive.
4:21 - Here are some things that are really important: we are wasting time trying to fight change, we need to decipher what changes to hop on, and understand where the opportunity is in that change.
10:44 - We need to stop relying on other people for help. We waste so much energy on this.
Change is the one thing that is guaranteed in life, so we need to be flexible. Once we start embracing new things and adapting we will do so much better and will enjoy the process so much more!

The Truths Behind Course Creation
00:21:26
Welcome back to another episode where we're diving into a topic close to my heart today; course creation. Whether you're running a product-based business or offering services, if you've hit that point where you're thinking, "Okay, what's next?” A course could be the game-changer for you! So settle in, and let's talk about why courses can be a game-changer and how to avoid the oh so common pitfalls.
Topics Covered:
Benefits of Courses: Courses offer a way to reach a broader audience at a lower price point. They cater to different learning styles, providing nuggets for those just dipping their toes, and they are ideal for sharing specialized knowledge without the high cost associated with one-on-one services.
Biggest Mistakes to Avoid:
Building a course without knowing if your audience actually wants it can lead to crickets when it comes time to sell. Audience input is key!
Don't break the bank on creating the perfect course initially.
Even the best course won't sell itself. Marketing efforts are crucial to sustaining sales beyond the initial enthusiastic buyers.
Realistic Expectations:
Courses aren't a one-and-done cash cow. Building a community and consistently attracting new eyes is vital for sustained success.
Tailor your approach based on your expectations. Whether you're aiming for a massive launch or just serving your existing clients, align your efforts accordingly.
Course creation can be a game-changer for your business. However, success lies in understanding your audience, investing wisely, and managing expectations, so your efforts align with the outcomes you truly desire! 🚀

Experiencing Business Breakthrough
00:21:41
Hey Small Business Squad! I'm full of excitement after our incredible Business Breakthrough event with my pals, Steve and Kristina. Today's episode is like a backstage pass to all the goodness that went down. 10 passionate entrepreneurs, huddled together, sharing stories, struggles, and “aha” moments. Here's a sneak peek of the golden nuggets we uncovered.
Topics Covered:
Visibility is the Name of the Game. Everyone in the room had a burning question about getting eyes on their business, the hunger for visibility is real. But guess what? It's not a problem to solve—it's the essence of business. Measure your progress, find your power partners, and embrace the business journey.
Knowing your customers inside out. It's not just about what they want but understanding what they don't want. Dive deep, ask the right questions, and watch your success unfold.
Sometimes, it's not about doing more in business, it's about giving it time and trusting the process.
One standout moment was advising a business on expanding its offerings. Instead of charging full speed ahead, we realized they were leaving untapped opportunities on the table. Adding more products led to brand clarity and a revelation of how to make the journey smoother.
The breakthroughs were massive in this room and it's proof that one day can redefine your business trajectory. Now, I want to hear from you! Did any of these breakthroughs hit home? DM me your thoughts and stay tuned to The Business Breakthrough Instagram for info on your next event!
