Simone is a 52 year old mother of two who lives (and loves!) to swim in the sea. She is passionate about the benefits of cold, and in the summer warm water swimming and isn't embarrassed to say she spends most of her time talking about it or doing it!!

She grew up on the South Coast and most days were spent on the beach. But it wasn't until she moved to Leigh-on-sea in Essex that her real passion for swimming began to grow.

She has recently set up She Sea Swims offering bespoke sessions, talks and presentations, team building activities, 1-1 sessions, short courses and anything else you should require based around cold water swimming.

Haley White is a trainer, facilitator and public speaker, with a focus on workplace wellbeing training.

With a degree in Business Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, lived experience of mental health issues and having run a wellbeing centre in Greece, Haley is well placed to support organisations to become happier and more productive places to be.

She has multi-sector experience having worked across the following areas during her career:

• private
• not-for-profit
• education
• local authority
• central government
• international development

This has led to a deep understanding of organisations and the importance of mental health at work.  For example, Haley has worked with the construction industry to help tackle the stigma around men’s mental health.

In 2021, Haley discovered she was perimenopausal and like a lot of women, didn’t really know what this meant.  Through her exploration, she discovered there are over 6.5 million menopausal women in the UK workforce, and a staggering 900,000 of them have left their jobs due to inadequate support.

Haley realised that something needed to be done and so she created Menospace, a menopause training and consultancy organisation.

Haley is on a mission to normalise the conversations around menopause at work.

Some of the organisations Haley has worked with include NHS, Colt Technology, Wates Construction, Queen Mary University, Thames Water, BBC, Dentons Solicitors, and Mind.

One of the longest-serving CEOs of a UK air ambulance service, Jane was awarded the IoD East of England Director of the Year Award in the Public/Third Sector category in 2018. Jane was also a Trustee on the AAUK Board from 2016 to 2020, which supports the air ambulance community.

Movement is Medicine™ (MIM) classes begin with a somatic meditation that gradually and safely increases body awareness and connects the attendee with their body sensations. Once fully grounded and connected with the body, Kayleigh guides attendees to release the emotions that have been brought to the surface through embodied dancing. During this embodied dance movement, Kayleigh encourages attendees to get into flow to stay out of their heads (the thinking mind) by keeping their eyes close. This is so that the person is not concerned with how the movement looks but rather keeps their focus on how it feels. This allows the body to take over and move intuitively into a state of flow.

We use dance to access our inner agency by working with nervous system education to dispel stress, anxiety, and tension and by making room for deeper connections with our bodies.

Sarah Cawood was a staple on our televisions in the 90s and 00s, getting bitten by the performance bug as a child. She was a talented dancer and trained at the Royal Ballet School and Arts Educational Schools before going on to have a career onstage in the Vienna Festival Ballet Company and in the West End production of Phantom Of The Opera. 

Sarah  got her first tv break on Nickelodeon and was poached from there to host the cultural phenomenon that was The Girlie Show with Sara Cox in 1996. 

She appeared in dozens of shows over a 15 year career including MTV’s Singled Out, Live & Kicking, The National Lottery Jetset and Top Of The Pops. 

Sarah got married and had her first baby in 2012 and settled into life as a stay-at-home mum. Since then, she has discovered the freedom of social selling, which allows her to be based at home, whilst still making a bit of money!  She joined a brand new beauty company selling Hollywood’s top cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian’s incredible skin care line a year ago and has achieved two incentive trips already working for THE BEST DIRECT SALES COMPANY EVER!

Marie Thom is a big knickers wearer, frantic chin plucker, gin lover and muffin-top fighter who worships at the altar of the incontinence liner. She draws her eyebrows in which are balding at an alarming rate, along with her nether regions. She doesn’t draw those in because that would be just plain weird.
