Chad Dotson and Jason Linden are back again for another scintillating episode of Redleg Nation Radio. The guys keep trying to be optimistic, but the Reds continue to beat them down. To wrap things up they covered the latest Reds news - so long, Ricky Karcher - and took it home with some viewer mail questions. HUGE thanks to Bill and Wick for joining and making this a super fun episode!

04 Feb 2025 | Redleg Roundtable - Episode Twenty-nine - Greg Vaughn | 00:59:34
On this edition of Redleg Roundtable, Seth Shaner sits down with 1999 Cincinnati Reds legend Greg Vaughn to talk about his one year in Cincinnati.
While his introduction to the Reds wasn't ideal - listen to his story about how he found out about the trade from the Padres - Vaughn settled in with his teammates and had an amazing season as a leader and player, hitting 45 home runs and anchoring the lineup.
Hear the facial hair story and about the players' only meeting, as well as the time he had to have a chat with one of his pitchers.

01 Nov 2019 | RNR #294: The Off-season Preview Extravaganza (or, Let's Get This Party Started) | 01:10:20
Chad Dotson and Bill Lack got together again to break down everything you need to know about the upcoming off-season, the most important winter for the Cincinnati Reds in decades. We looked at various free agent options, and Chad did a deep dive on his impatience for the club to finally demonstrate a little urgency. Yes, he got off on a bit of a rant.
(Note: the episode was recorded literally minutes before the news that the Reds had picked up the option on Freddy Galvis; that portion of the conversation here remains especially relevant after that decision.)

20 May 2024 | Late Night Reds: Believe in Ty Steve! | 01:06:36
Another series blunder as today the Reds couldn't get Elly De La Cruz, the major league leader in stolen bases to third base with that fantastic ghost runner rule leading to a 3-7 West Coast road trip and an overall 19-28 record on the season.
Tim and Ben recap the weekend series, the frustrations of some of the big moments from the Sunday game vs the Dodgers, and give their thoughts on Hunter Greene's excellent performance.
The guys also dive into Spencer Steer and his struggles as well as Tyler Stephenson's success through the season.
Lastly, the guys look ahead to the return to GABP vs the Padres.

As the offseason progresses, things are coming together for the Reds 2024 roster. The main question we are all trying to figure out is.... What does it all mean?! Tim and Ben discuss the huge Shohei Ohtani contract with the Dodgers, Their thoughts on Jeimer Candelario signing with the Reds, and getting the 2nd pick in the 2024 MLB Draft. In a surprise, Chad Dotson jumps on the show just in time to discuss what the Candelario signing and the report of India not being traded mean? We put on our tin foil caps and discussed what could potentially be the next move.

13 Apr 2018 | RNR #203: The Reds are better than this, right? (Short answer: YES.) | 00:55:31
Jason Linden joined Chad Dotson this week to discuss the Cincinnati Reds' horrific start, and whether anything can be salvaged from this season. (Short answer: plenty to be optimistic about.)
The guys also discuss the managerial failings of Bryan Price, and his future with the Redlegs. That was a less optimistic conversation.

14 Jul 2017 | RNR #176: with Joe Oliver, Reds catcher and World Series hero | 00:38:23
This was a fun one. Chad Dotson was joined this week by Joe Oliver. You will all remember Oliver as a longtime catcher for the Cincinnati Reds, and the hero of Game 2 of the 1990 World Series, when he collected a legendary walk-off hit to give the Reds a 2-0 advantage over the Oakland Athletics. In this episode, Oliver recalls his memories of that team and his time in Cincinnati, and gets us up-to-date on his current duties as a minor league manager on the path back to the big leagues.

06 May 2024 | Late Night Reds: Need Hats for Bats | 01:04:39
Well, this was a week you'd like never to remember again as the Reds won 1 of their 6 games and struggled a lot vs an elite team in Baltimore.
The offense has at times looked lifeless, and non-competitive, the guys their down to injuries or suspension haven't been missed any more than they were this week.
But the beauty is, they can get right back on track this week when the defending NL Champs, Arizona Diamondbacks come to town.
Tim and Ben painstakingly discuss this week of Reds Baseball and look ahead to the series vs Arizona and the potential return of Frankie Montas. Does the Offense find its way? Lets certainly hope so.
