Matthew Stafford, coach Jim Caldwell, Ndamukong Suh and Golden Tate are among the main topics of the show.

The Arizona Cardinals got another quality win on Sunday, defeating the Detroit Lions 14-6 to improve to 9-1. They have a two-game lead on everyone in the NFC and a three-game lead in the NFC West. They just keep winning.

Jess and Seth talk about the win -- the good, the great and the concerns.

They also look at the rest of the league -- who can't the Cardinals beat? Are they the Chiefs of 2013 or are they destined to have a magical season?

Finally, with a game in Seattle, can the Cardinals put a fork in the Seahawks and defeat them for the second time in a row in Seattle and all but wrap up the division?

The Arizona Cardinals lost for the second week in a row, falling to 9-3 after a 29-18 loss to the Atlanta Falcons...the previously 4-7 Falcons. Needless to say, things are starting to feel uncomfortable in the desert. They have lost two straight games and have looked bad doing so.

They also suffered a number of key injuries. Seth and Jess talk about the significance of these injuries and if Arizona has just had too many.

Seth and Jess also talk about the bad and the bright spots from the game. They look ahead at the Cardinals' playoff chances and what what, if any, changes need to happen.

To preview the Week 14 matchup, Arrowhead Pride's Matt Verderame joins Jess on the show to talk about Kansas City and the season they have had. The Arizona Cardinals got the ship right, at least for a week, when they got a 17-14 come-from-behind win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. They got a key contribution from running back Kerwynn Williams and big plays from Alex Okafor, Jaron Brown and Deone Bucannon, with an assist on a replay.

On the show, Jess and Seth talk about the good and the bad from the game, discuss the play of Jonathan Cooper, who got his first NFL start and also debate whether Williams is the answer to the running game the rest of the way. They look at the road ahead and the possibilities of the postseason after getting to 10 wins. They also talk about the upcoming game on Thursday against the Rams.
17 Dec 2014The Arizona Cardinals make playoffs, lose Stanton, look at No. 1 seed in Week 1601:15:08
The Arizona Cardinals clinched a potseason berth last Thursday with a win over the St. Louis Rams. In the win, though, they lost quarterback Drew Stanton for a few weeks. Jess amd Seth look back at the 12-6 win and then look ahead to the huge Week 16 matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football.

Is a win even possible for Arizona with Ryan Lindley? Is this amazing year wasted because of the injuries the team has suffered? What about the postseason? Will they be ine and done?
07 Jan 2015Arizona Cardinals playoff loss and 2014 season review01:13:31
The Arizona Cardinals saw their season come to an end with a 27-16 loss to the Carolina Panthers in the wild card round of the NFL playoffs. Jess and Seth look at the playoff disaster and what went wrong, not only in that game, but also in the final few games. Then, they look back at the season and reflect on how it was. Would it have been better to have missed the playoffs than make it and not perform well at all?

Then, the hosts give end of season awards -- MVPs, surprises and disappointments.

The next show will get into offseason issues for the Cardinals.

Make sure to head on over to Revenge of the Birds to continue the conversation.

Gennaro came on and talked about offseason moves, draft picks, Philip River's new contract and season expectations entering Mike McCoy's third year as head coach.

But hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox find plenty to talk about, as they go over the positives from the game and the issue that came up.

They talk about the offensive line and how it went from being a great strength to a line with only established NFL starter to start the season. All this and more on Revenge of the Birds Radio.

02 Sep 2015The good and the bad from Cardinals/Raiders and 1st roster cuts01:06:49
Two big things happened. One is the Arizona Cardinals got a win in the preseason, defeating the Oakland Raiders 30-23 on a last minute touchdown. The other was the first round of NFL roster cuts. With the roster now down to 75 players and the Cardinals playing their preseason finale on Thursday, hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox discussed some of the ramifications.

Among the cuts were a pair of veterans and former captains. Were there any other surprises among the first 12 moves? What stood out as good and disappointing in the Cardinals win on Sunday? What is there to look forward to on Thursday?

Listen to hear more!
08 Sep 2015Analyzing Matt Barkley trade, Arizona Cardinals roster cuts, practice squad01:05:29
We are finally here. It is Week 1 of the 2015 NFL season. The Arizona Cardinals made their final roster moves. They inexplicably traded for quarterback Matt Barkley, made their final cuts to get to 53 players, formed their 10-man practice squad and have a new depth chart. That's a lot to go though.

Hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox go through each. They give their thoughts on the trade for Barkley and question giving up on Logan Thomas so early, especially since he was seen as a project and he did seem to show progress and improvement.

They play a little GM and explaoin what they would have done differently with the final 53-man roster. Then they talk about the practice squad, waivers and the first depth chart.

Have a listen to the show. Then head on over to Revenge of the Birds to keep the conversation going.
16 Sep 2015NFL Week 1: Reviewing Arizona Cardinals win over New Orleans Saints00:53:07
The NFL season has one week down in 2015. The Arizona Cardinals got a season-opening victory at home, defeating the New Orleans Saints 31-19. In the All-Cardinals show, hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox go over the good and not so good of the game.

Guess what? There wasn't much in the way of not so good.

They discuss the performance of Carson Palmer and the offense, as well as how the defense performed.

What about the injury to Andre Ellington? The hosts don't seem to be too worried wth the depth at the position.

Are you ready to jump on the Darren Fells train? Go ahead, but don't expect huge production every week. It is a week-to-week thing, especially in terms of fantasy football.

Have a listen and head on over to Revenge of the Birds for more great Cardinals content.
23 Sep 2015NFL Week 2: Reviewing big Arizona Cardinals win over Chicago Bears00:58:26
The Arizona Cardinals are now 2-0 after having demolished the Chicago Bears 48-23 on Sunday at Soldier Field. What was the good and what was the not so good? Well, there obviously wasn't that much to complain about, as the Cardinals rolled to a 25-point win, but thereare some things to wonder about. Hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox discuss the biggest stories coming out of the game.

Chris Johnson had a steady 72 yards and it was exactly the type of performance the Cardinals needed. Combined with David Johnson, this duo looks like a better version of Rashard Mendenhall and Andre Ellington, only this time we should be fine with the limited touches for Johnson.

Seth points out Michael Floyd showed some bad body language when he wasn't getting the ball thrown his way.

What about Bobby Massie? The tackle was reinstated and the team kept all their linemen, choosing instead to cut Kerwynn Williams.

Have a listen to the show and continue the conversation over at Revenge of the Birds.
25 Sep 2015NFL Week 3 Cardinals vs. 49ers preview with Niners Nation00:28:13
The Arizona Cardinals are set to take on NFC West rivals at home on Sunday. They face the San Francisco 49ers, who looked surprisingly good in Week 1 and then kind of bad in Week 2. To give some perspective on the 49ers, host Jess Root brings on David Fucillo (Fooch) from SB Nation's Niners Nation to give us a look into the Niners 2015 team.

Find out about how a Jim Tomsula 49ers team looks. Hear about how Colin Kaepernick looks after two games in this season and whether Kurt Warner's tutelage has been of any help. What are expectations for the Niners this year? Where are the favorable matchups and not so favorable matchups for the Niners this week.

30 Sep 2015Arizona Cardinals Week 3 review: Everything's good after demolishing 49ers01:01:00
The Arizona Cardinals are 3-0! They made roadkill of the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, defeating them 47-7 behind four interceptions of Colin Kaepernick, including two returned for touchdowns in the first six minutes of the game. Carson Palmer threw for over 300 yards and two scores. Chris Johnson ran for 110 yards and two scores. Larry Fitzgerald caught nine passes and two scores.

What was there to talk about? Pretty much only good things. Hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox talk about all the good things going on and can only nitpick about the things of concern.

They talk about the offense, the running game and how three players in their 30s are playing like it is 2009 and they all are in their physical prime.

They talk Bobby Massie rejoining the starting lineup and what happens when Andre Ellington is healthy. Then they address a little bit of what Bruce Arians talked about with crowd noise at home.

Have a listen and get great Cardinals talk.
02 Oct 2015NFL Week 4: Cardinals vs. Rams preview with SB Nation's Turf Show Times00:44:28
For the second week in a row, the Arizona Cardinals will play at home against an NFC West foe. After dismantling the San Francisco 49ers 47-7. they now take on the St. Louis Rams, who perhaps should be known as the St. Louis QB assassins. In two outings last season, Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton both had their seasons ended. Just last week, they took down Ben Roethlisberger.

Host Jess Root talks to 3K from Turf Show Times and discusses the physicality of the Rams defense, among other things. As Tyrann Mathieu wondered the other day, why isn't this team a Super Bowl team? They talk about the Jeff Fisher era and the seeming ability of the team to underachieve and overachieve all in a single season, always seeming to end up with 7 or 8 wins.

Nick Foles, Aaron Donald, Todd Gurley and more are discussed.

Enjoy the show and head on over to Revenge of the Birds for all the best Arizona Cardinals content
07 Oct 2015NFL Week 4 review: Looking back at Arizona Cardinals 24-22 loss01:04:55
The Arizona Cardinals suffered their first loss of the season, falling 24-22 at home to the St. Louis Rams, turning the ball over three times and failing to come through in their final drive to win the game. Hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox talk about the loss. Did the Rams beat the Cardinals or did the Cardinals beat themselves?

They talk the turnovers, the offensive line play, Todd Gurley and Tavon Austin and more.

Were there positives in the loss and what does the loss mean long-term?

Listen to the show and then join the conversation on Revenge of the Birds.
09 Oct 2015NFL Week 5: Cardinals vs. Lions preview with Pride of Detroit00:35:37
The Arizona Cardinals hit the road this weekend to take on the winless Detroit Lions in Detroit. While the numbers say the Lions are a terrible team, the talk coming from the Cardinals facility is they are not taking this game for granted. The skill players Detroit has are among the best and their defense is stout. They even almost got a win in Seattle on Monday, where it is seemingly impossible to win.

To preview the game and give Cardinals fans some insight about the Lions, Pride of Detroit's Jeremy Reisman joined host Jess Root on the show to talk about the team he covers -- the losses and the additions, the injuries and the horrid offensive line play which seems to be the root of all the team's struggles.
14 Oct 2015Arizona Cardinals review: A big win, a Super Bowl team (?) and Dwight Freeney01:00:34
The Arizona Cardinals had another impressive victory on Sunday, defeating the Detroit Lions 42-17, forcing five turnovers and rushing for over 180 yards. Carson Palmer only had to throw 14 passes and three of his 11 completions went for touchdowns.

Hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox look back at the game and discuss the takeaways, both good and bad.

Citing a stat that seems to guarantee the Cardinals will make the Super Bowl and probably win, are the Cardinals actually a Super Bowl team? They discuss the team and how they looks so far, despite not really playing stiff competition.

With the addition of Dwight Freeney, they also talk about his role and what that does for the pass rush.
21 Oct 2015Arizona Cardinals Week 6 review after a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers00:55:29
The Arizona Cardinals lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday and did so losing to Landry Jones, Pittsburgh's third string quarterback. Carson Palmer threw two interceptions and missed a wide open John Brown in the end zone. The Cards could only score one touchdown in four red zone trips.

After the loss, hosts Jess and Seth talk about the different issues and wonder how in the world the Cardinals lost that game. They were dominating the first half. They talk QB play, offensive line play, the lack of focus and discuss the notion of the Cardinals beating themselves.

Enjoy the show and if you want to discuss it more, head on over the Revenge of the Birds.
24 Oct 2015Cardinals vs. Ravens preview: Joe Flacco is not elite and how the Ravens can win00:30:30
With the Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens set to play one another on Monday Night Football, we have to preview the show, right? Naturally. So this episode is actually about the Ravens. Host Jess Root brings on Matthew Stevens, lead editor for Baltimore Beatdown, the SB Nation Baltimore Ravens site, to talk about the Ravens and their tough start to the season.

We find out the Ravens had huge expectations, with aspirations of competing for the Super Bowl. Then things fell apart with key injuries.

He also tells us that quarterback Joe Flacco is not elite (gasp), but he is really good. And strangely enough, with one of the best running backs in the league, a top 10 QB, a great run-stopping defense and a bunch of sacks, they can't win. But their close games are because they do things well.

Stevens tells us how the Ravens can win and how they can lose.

Make sure to have a listen and to head to Revenge of the Birds for more Cardinals coverage.
