15 Dec 2022 | 2022 Wrap Up - 5 Things I've Learned about Purpose-Driven Business | 00:21:25 | |
I started this podcast wanting to learn from women whose work was purposeful. I believed that Purpose was something you found and when this happened, everything would fall into place. What I found was that Purpose is really more of a direction than a destination. And this is actually part of the reason that it’s so powerful in our work lives. It forces us to innovate and collaborate. It forces us to think long term. It encourages diverse thinking. And for all of these reasons, Purpose isn’t just good for solving problems. It’s good for business. As I wind back over 2022, here are 5 lessons I’ve learned about purpose-driven business this year: 2. Purpose drives diversity Connect with me!
