As a private chef based in Marbella, Spain, Chef Paolo specializes in creating luxury culinary experiences for high-end clients. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the world's top Michelin star chefs, and his Mediterranean-inspired dishes are sure to impress.

Someone cooked him a delicious meal, inspiring him to learn about cooking. From there, he took classes and worked on his culinary dreams.

One of the keys to Chef Paolo's success as a private chef is his ability to take his experiences with him and use them to avoid problems. He says his goal is to create "zero problems" in his work.

Chef Paolo advises aspiring private chefs to always do their best in the few hours they work for their clients, and be sure to satisfy them very well.  He also says that aspiring private chefs should be sure to have a wide repertoire of cuisines so that they can be confident in being hired by a variety of clients.  He notes that everyone burns out occasionally, and he recommends finding ways to relax and recharge.
