13 Mar 2023 | My Journey Through Wellness Misinformation | 00:28:07 | |
There was a point in my life where I used "natural" deodarant, made my own cleaning supplies and laundry detergents, and thought any "man-made chemicals" were going to harm my health. I read information from several websites and books that I now cringe at... But at the time I thought they were credible sources of information. In this episode, I talk about my own health journey, how it inspired me to go into nurition as a profession, and how I developed a lot of false beliefs and then un-learned those beliefs.
