Nikki & Brie jetted down to Los Angeles for a monumental Sister Super Bowl Weekend that included Megan Thee Stallion, a number of outfit changes, day drinking, camera time, questionable choices at the bar, and a lot of camera time.

The Bellas were also in attendance at Super Bowl LVI and share their experiences seeing Billie Jean King and The Rock, the mind-blowing halftime show, and an incident involving one of the Bellas that involved a woman hitting the ground…hard.

Then Travis Pastrana connects with Nikki and Brie to get us ready for AGT: Extreme! A few weeks ago, Travis had a base jumping stunt go wrong, and he gives an update on how he’s doing now and if he’d ever try it again. Travis is a legend in the world of Action Sports and talks about what made his run of successful X-Games appearances so much fun, taking extreme sports into the mainstream, and why he started Nitro Circus, his life as a cheer dad, if he’d encourage his daughters to live life as dangerously as he has, and how much fun he had working with Nikki.

Nikki & Brie play a new Bellas Podcast game, “Record Collector,” with Travis, who holds 11 X-Games Gold Medals and holds 11 entries in the Guinness Book of World Records. This week, Brie is fresh off a big birthday, and the celebrations were far different between friends and family. She caught up with friends in New York City for a big night out, and when she got home, Bryan, Birdie, and Buddy threw her a family birthday party, and they might have been more excited than Brie was! 

As Thanksgiving approaches, Brie is grateful to spend time with the family, have her mother-in-law over, reconnect with her, and appreciate her passion for the chickens! Darlene and Bryan have been going all-out to rebuild the chicken coop to ensure Brie’s girls are safe, secure, happy, and dry!

Then Bryan joins Brie to talk about life outside of the ring. Is he actually retired? He breaks down how he’s adjusting to being more involved in the family on a daily basis and finding new ways to ignite his creativity. Some of that inventiveness could be coming up with absurd scenarios and wild questions that drive Brie nuts. He’s been off social media and has found it extremely beneficial. 

Brie also questions Bryan’s obsession with their heights and their leg-to-torso ratios. He’s fixated on it. He’s also not interested in carving a turkey again this year after she was thrust into action at the carving station last year. Will be back slicing things up this year? Maybe!

To close out the episode, Brie shares her pick for Inspiration & Affirmation, but it’s something that Bryan doesn’t quite agree with.

Then Brie breaks out her crystal ball and taps into her intuition to tell us what 2022 has in store with her Briedictions! Nikki doesn’t quite agree with all of Brie’s premonitions about Sister Sundays, Celebrity Hookups, NFT’s, TV Show Revivals, Space Exploration, and the Environment, and she shares a few of her hunches about the next year, too.

The Bellas also set things up for a great 2022 by laying out everything they want to manifest in 2022. From family, self-care, business, education, the podcast, and ways to connect with others in the new year, Nikki & Brie put it all out there so they can hold themselves accountable when we look back at all of our achievements next year!

Nikki’s numerology research has her very excited for 2022 because hope is ahead! And Nikki & Brie share the inspiration that they’re going to guide them to their strongest selves walking into 2022 as warriors after a tough 2020 & 2021. Then the ladies wrap it up with a special champagne toast and a little singing.

After their first team practice, Nikki & Brie are officially t-ball coaches! They’re all in on motivating their young players, coming up with strategies to connect with their young players and have an impact on their lives. The season hasn’t officially started, but it’s reignited a competitive passion in both of them!

They both reflect on amazing coaches from soccer and track in their past, the commitment those coaches had to empower young players and athletes, and how Nikki & Brie envision their own coaching careers might play out.

Nikki realized that getting on the field as a coach has given her a new purpose that she’s been missing. She rediscovered herself feeling lost in the first few years of motherhood and the steps she’s taken to reconnect with herself over those three-and-a-half years and where Fearless Nicole fits into things.

Nikki also opens up about how she seriously considered joining AEW, why she’s holding off for now, and Brie’s thoughts on returning to the rind as her tag partner.

Brie went on a hike with Bryan to celebrate their 10-year anniversary, and there was something she saw on the trail that prompted her to turn around and cut the nature walk short. That decision allowed her to go swimming with Bryan and once again see how great he is at doing the dog paddle in the pool.

To close out the episode, Coach Brie chooses a quote that exemplifies her philosophy as a t-ball coach.

Nikki & Brie fulfilled a lifelong dream to spend time in Italy and really take in the culture, the food, the beauty, the win, and especially the Aperol Spritz, and they’re bringing you along to relive it all.

Nikki & Brie kicked off the trip with a few days in the countryside, learning about the delicate nature of flowers, learning to make flower crowns, developing business ideas, and recalibrating their entrepreneurial spirit, and it ignited their inner Eat, Pray, Love.

Pro Tip from Nikki & Brie: If you plan a City/Country vacation, go to the country first and then spoil yourself in the city.

Then it was to Lake Como and a hotel that specialized in Aperol Spritz, lounge chairs, and beautiful views. Nikki & Brie had a chance to slow down, decompress, and be in the present moment without feeling rushed to go from tourist trap to tourist trap.

To say that it was all a dream come true is an understatement. Brie literally had these moments on her vision board, and they came to life in Italy.

Now they’re back in the groove and back in their own beds and ready to close out 39 with a bang and keep that momentum going for 40!

Let’s go, girls!

Nikki’s dragging this week because she stayed up late to binge-watch  Love Island, but tragically, it was spoiled for her! She’s seen a lot of growth from the cast this season, so she’s very proud of them. On the other end of the streaming spectrum, Brie turned the Shania Twain documentary on Netflix into a three-night viewing experience because she refuses to stay up late. Time is flying but are Brie’s chickens?

Brie gives an update on the new addition to her family: a flock of chickens! Bryan’s been overwhelmed, but Brie has jumped right in and gone into rancher mode. She will now answer to Farmer Brie. She details how the chickens arrived unexpectedly, her plan to be the best chicken manager on the planet, naming the chickens, and how Bryan embraces all of it.

Tomorrow kicks off the Holiday Season, and Brie reflects on what she did and didn’t like about last year. Managing exceptions, setting goals, and going into the season with true intent is Brie’s plan for 2024/2025. Last year, Brie felt stressed trying to do so much that she didn’t enjoy family time. She overdid it and was exhausted. This year will be different, and she has a plan you can follow if you want to change up your holiday season, too, so you don’t end up burnt out.

Brie wants love and peace for everyone, and as we head into what could be a stressful time, maybe think about the loneliness during times like Halloween and brighten their day. Who DOESN’T love to see kids in costumes???

She’s also prioritizing being mentally present and her health this holiday season. The goal is to avoid falling into the trap of overindulging and feeling unwell later because what we put in our bodies can certainly affect our energy and mentality. Take the stress out of your holidays this season!

To some, they’re Maks and Val from Dancing With The Stars; to Nikki & Brie, they’re friends.

Maks shares that one of his favorite moments performing is when his wife, Peta, surprised him with their son, Shai, on stage at Radio City Music Hall for a special moment on stage. Nikki is certain that she’d prefer Matteo to choose dance over wrestling but wants him to see her in the ring one last time before she officially retires, something that Birdie was able to experience with Brie.

Then Maks and Val play a friendly game of Most Likely as Nikki & Brie discover more similarities and differences between themselves and the Chmerkovskiy Brothers when it comes to sleep habits, paying for meals, collecting shoes, and being dramatic.

Without a doubt, we are thankful that Artem is sitting in on this week’s episode of the Bellas Podcast!

Bryan is back to sit in with Brie on today's episode!

First, Brie wonders if she made the right fashion choice for today's episode. It might not be functional, but she looks good! Bryan is also having a hair crisis, and Brie has strong opinions about what he should do next, but Bryan seems determined to make a choice based on function over form.

Nikki & Brie are in rhythm with what they have to say about the season premiere of Dancing With the Stars, and they check in with a special guest that knows a thing or two about winning the Mirror Ball trophy. It's safe to say that The Bellas are at their best when they're breaking the rules, though.

Brie came clean to Bryan about the missing costume with a surprising result. Last week, Brie admitted that there was a high-level coverup when it came to Bryan’s Halloween costume that never arrived. Now he finally knows why he didn’t get to participate in the family’s Peter Pan group costume, but ever the optimist, Bryan found the silver lining to the story.

While they were on the East Coast, the Garcia Twins also popped by Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Foxwoods to tape an episode of Hell’s Kitchen with him. Nikki might have gone a little too hard, too fast with the wine, so on the down low, she asked Brie to help her calm down with the red wine. It’s a lesson learned that a red-eye flight, rushing around Manhattan, and zipping up to Connecticut in one day might be a little too much for one day.

Brie also calls Nikki out for being high maintenance. Nikki & Brie wanted to grab some sushi last-minute and popped into another restaurant without reservations, and things didn’t go so well between Nikki and the hostess, and Brie was the one to pay the price.

The Bellas are ready to bounce back after a wild Thanksgiving, but first, Nikki has some mail to open up, and Brie is JEALOUS! We all know that jewelry is Nikki’s love language, and this one has a way with words, but how long will she hang onto it before Brie takes it???

Nikki & Brie Open Up recapping an unbelievable Sister Sunday that included trains, wine, and messy eating. It was a much-needed Sister Sunday after an especially wild Friday morning for Brie, trying to get everyone ready for morning drop-off. Brie is all in as a chicken farmer, but are the chickens keeping up their end of the bargain? She’s done everything to win them over, from feeding and cleaning to protecting, but Brie is just not seeing the egg output she thought the chickens would have by now. However, she has a few ideas on how to fix it. 

Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Brie’s getting the Danielson Family in order for the big day and looking over her Gratitude List to ground herself in appreciation and acknowledgment. Because of the holidays and the weather, Birdie and Buddy have been inside more than usual over the past few days, and it’s got Brie thinking about how different her parenting style is with Buddy compared to Birdie and creative ways to get them outside to play and get dirty.

Brie is back on the mic with some updates and parenting experiences that have challenged her in new and exciting ways.

First Brie gets you caught up on the big family trip to London to see Bryan at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium. From sight-seeing to travel hacks to limit jet lag in the kids to seeing the in-the-ring action, Brie breaks it all down. This trip for sure solidified Buddy’s career choice later in life.

Nikki & Brie are back at the speakeasy, and they have a lot to celebrate in today’s episode.

They make a monumental announcement that’s a HUGE payoff for all of their hard work, so they’re officially kicking off the Cowgirl Era, and they’re ready to Pop That Bottle. Brie’s also celebrating 10 years of marriage with Bryan and contemplates going big for a gift or doing something more personal.

They’re also loved going on the NCAA Final Four ride with Caitlin Carter and they’re impressed with what she’s done, what’s ahead of her, setting a new standard for women in sports, and how her impact can continue to grow at the next level.

Nikki & Brie also spent a wild weekend in Phoenix partying at Wild Horse Pass at Gila River Casino in Chandler, AZ, seeing E-40 and Ice Cube perform, but Nikki & Brie might not be able to hang like they used to. Maybe it’s Mercury Retrograde?

The Garcia Twins also talk about the need for routine and recognizing what really makes them happy, a callback to the episode with Jason Tartick, and using that information to be comfortable saying “no,” and prioritizing their joy.

Nikki & Brie are also about to embark on another new adventure that could put them to the test, they signed up to coach Buddy and Matteo’s T-Ball team. and Buddy has already made it known that he’s not happy about it at all. Brie is focused on being a great motivator for the team and Nikki’s focused on looking like a coach and choosing the right outfits that let everyone on the team know that she’s an authority figure. The biggest struggle so far has been choosing a team name.

Brie wanted to be there, but can’t be in two places at once

We interrupt your regularly scheduled episode of The Nikki & Brie show because Brie’s oak milk latte reminded Nikki of a dental emergency she once had, which resulted in a dental emergency in another country. Off topic? Yes! Entertaining? Yes!

Nikki & Brie all journaled in the past week and got honest about their favorite and least favorite parts of their personalities to gain some perspective on balance and self-awareness on the path to self-love and being the best versions of themselves.

The Bellas are back from a whirlwind trip to Paris, and Nikki has A LOT to share…about her HUSBAND!

It’s taking some getting used to, but there are some new words in Nikki’s vocabulary and some newish bling on her ring finger. This episode kicks off with Nikki sharing a lot about the wedding night she didn’t want to end, the joy that she and Artem have after exchanging vows, and the excitement about sharing this important chapter of their love story with the Bella Army on the upcoming E! show “Nikki Bella Says I Do.”

Nikki & Brie have a special connection to Paris, and after spending ten days there, it felt like home. The fashion, the restaurants, the friends and family that traveled to celebrate with them, sightseeing and taking in some history and art along the way. Matteo made the trip and instantly connected with Paris, just like his mama. Brie might also have to figure out how to get Birdie to Paris soon because her little fashionista had major FOMO missing out on seeing all of the trends and styles happening all over France.

Nikki also goes into detail about her wedding ring and how much input she had on the setting. Brie’s also noticed that her new brother-in-law is beaming too and that he’s captivated by the new jewelry on his ring hand too.

Eventually, real life comes calling, and that means school supplies, Pumpkin Spice Lattes, and maybe a minivan in Nikki’s future now that she’s married!

While they were away, The Bellas had a lot of messages on the podcast hotline, so Nikki & Brie answered questions about bladder control and C-Sections, comparing milestones of Birdie, Buddy, and Matteo.

Brie is back on the mic and she has updates on her new chickens! She’s frustrated with Christmas Creeps and plays a new game just in time for Halloween!

First off, Brie is bringing you all the latest news about her chickens! It seems that Brie’s day revolves around her chicken coop. From early morning hellos to evening goodnights, Brie’s all about her feathered friends. However, her short foray into the life of a chicken farmer has resulted in a few unanswered questions about the routines and habits of the newest additions to her family.

While the chickens are welcome into the Danielson house, there’s one unwanted stranger who has Brie staying up late and working overtime. A lover of all animals, Brie is anxious to re-home a mouse that’s invaded her kitchen. The issue is how to apprehend the little creature in a humane way. Things we know about the mouse: It’s cute, it likes bread, it ate a protein bar.

Brie also found herself perplexed when shopping for some candles for Halloween and Thanksgiving. While she’s all about a cozy vibe at the house, it seems all of the home decor stores in town have jumped past Fall and fast-forwarded directly to Christmas and its harshing Brie’s vibe. She was willing to go all-out for Autumn decor, but the Christmas Creep has taken over all available retail space in the tri-county area. Will her hunt for seasonally appropriate candles be successful?

Poetry and Halloween costumes, two things Brie loves, collide in a round of Costume Quiz. Isabella, the show’s editor, puts a twist on the top Halloween costumes of 2024 with some ridiculous riddles that test Brie’s knowledge of cutting-edge trends.

Life has been sending Nikki & Brie the same message lately: Be present in the moment!

Nikki & Brie kick off the episode by catching everyone up on their Dry(ish) January, Birdie’s New Year’s motivation, avoiding sugar, Matteo’s cute Trick or Treat obsession, and much more!

Two different experiences led both Nikki and Brie to take a pause on capturing life moments with their cellphones and be more mindful of the beautiful moments with their children. First, after reading a book together, Birdie asked Brie to be cognizant of sharing special times with her when they were together. Then, a viral video of New Year’s Eve in Paris reinforced that subject with Brie.

Nikki found some old photos from a track meet, not taken on a smartphone, that brought her back to an experience that had a huge influence on her life in the moment it happened and now years later. In grade school, Nikki was an outstanding athlete and competed in the ARCO Jesse Owens Games, what happened on and off the track shaped her forever, and the way some parents use social media today put it all in perspective for her today; you don’t need to document everything with your cellphone!

Tyler Cameron is back on the show!

Nikki & Brie caught up with Tyler in LA before Stagecoach. He has a new home improvement show on Prime Video, Going Home with Tyler Cameron, and it's getting a huge reaction already. As much fun as New York and LA are, Tyler wants to be around friends and family in his hometown of Jupiter, Florida.

There's a lot of hard work and long days doing a home improvement show with permits, demolitions, construction work, interior design, and filming a TV show, but the payoff of the big reveal is the payoff for Tyler. He also has a superstar on his hands because his dad, Pops…the camera loves him. Tyler also educates Nikki & Brie on The Villages in Florida and how they're changing the way retired people date in the Sunshine State, and trying to get his dad on The Golden Bachelor.

Tyler also talks about dating, why he would want to include his next relationship on a second season of the show, bonding with family while filming, answering fan questions about drunk food orders, dating internationally, bloopers from the show, most embarrassing moments, and some wild jobs he's turned down that might surprise you. Also, things take a wild turn when Nikki openly asks if she should write a provocative new book titled "Dear Diary, Am I a Whore?"

Things in Bellaville are very exciting! Nikki and Brie are in full holiday prep mode, and they’re not just surviving; they’re thriving.

It took one documentary to re-frame an awkward interview into a life-changing experience for Nikki & Brie.

This week The Bellas Open Up after a busy week that took them across the country and included The Bella Army, stomach bugs, missing diamonds, a LOT of slime, and celebrating the summer solstice in a very Bellas way.

Then Nikki & Brie dive into their viewing experience of “Halftime,” the Jennifer Lopez documentary on Netflix. The Bellas and Jenny from the Block go way back. From blonde hair to outfit choices and work ethic, Jennifer was a huge inspiration for young Nikki growing up in Arizona. So it was a tremendous honor for Nikki & Brie when they had the chance to interview Jennifer for one of her movies. The experience didn’t live up to Nikki’s expectations and it stuck with her for a long time.

So we fast-forward a few years, and after watching the documentary, Brie urged Nikki to do the same. After streaming “Halftime,” Nikki has a new appreciation for JLo and what she was going through professionally and personally during that infamous interview.

The Bellas really connected with Jennifer’s energy, the need to build other women up, and how it reflected their work as producers, personalities, and mothers. The Bellas have accomplished a lot in life already, but now they’re motivated to connect with other women more and continue to chase their dreams in all aspects of life.

Today, Brie gets top billing as it’s a Brie & Bryan episode of the show. Nicole is under the weather, and Brie is beginning to notice a pattern, but Bryan thinks it might just be perception.

This week Brie takes a break from her summer vacation to return to Napa and hang out with Nikki on the mic. Brie’s been in Tahoe with the family over the summer while Nikki’s been traveling, so they have a lot to catch up on.

First, in an effort to bio-hack and eat more cleanly, Artem has eliminated alcohol from his diet and is being more selective about what he puts in his body which is great news for his health but bad news for Nikki because she doesn’t mind a little pizza now and then. So if Nikki needs a cheat day pal for pizza, Brie’s ready for that assignment. Nikki also tells Brie the specific reason she isn’t vibing with “The Bear” on FX, despite its massive success.

Brie’s fresh of an appearance on the season premiere of The $100,000 Pyramid, and it went well, for the most part. There’s one clip from the episode that has her mortified, and Nikki gets to hear it for the first time in this episode, and she has a surprising reaction. In other pop culture news, they’re both proud that Barbie and Taylor Swift are having a huge impact on the economy, but they question why the agenda of Tom Brady’s dating life is bombarding their news feeds and the topics that have been dominating their dinner table conversations like the heat wave, global waste, and endless greed!

Nikki & Brie also talk over the birthday party plans for Matteo & Buddy, though one sister is more prepared than the other.

Nikki & Brie catch up after a hectic weekend that saw them experience very different weekends.

Nikki had a difficult time moving into her new house after some unexpected bumps after a great work trip to Nashville. Acknowledging that her people-pleasing ways might have created a frantic moving experience, Nikki has vowed to stick up for herself and her family without hesitation moving forward. But Nikki is flowing freely now after some clarity and cleansing. Now there’s nothing but sunny days ahead for Nikki and her family.

Brie’s weekend trip to Anaheim to celebrate Birdie’s fifth birthday was a great trip, but it wasn’t flawless either. But motion sickness, cranky drivers, and broken rides wouldn’t stop Brie and Birdie from having a great weekend together. And Brie beamed when telling Nikki about an airport surprise.

A little distance didn’t stop Bryan from pulling out all the stops for Brie on Mother’s Day, and Nikki’s Sunday didn’t go to plan after such a wild weekend with a big move after Matteo’s nap schedule was derailed and could only be fixed with donuts and cheesy puffs, which leads to a great discussion about when and where to give into toddlers.

Nikki also shares some exclusive details about her new game show with Blake Shelton and Carson Daly on USA Network and The Bellas reflect on growing up on a farm and love of Country music, Shania Twain, and Gwen Stefani. This leads Nikki & Brie to highlight some stark differences between the two of them growing up.

This week Nikki & Brie are joined by a longtime friend, Katie Maloney from Vanderpump Rules!

Nikki and Brie had two very different experiences this weekend.

Brie stayed in Tahoe with Bryan and the kids while Nikki went to Atlanta on a work trip that included riding in fast cars with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and hanging out with Bianca Belair.

Nikki felt much better after a stomach bug wreaked havoc on the family, and the calm after that storm has allowed Nikki to live a caffeine-free lifestyle. She likes what she’s experiencing so far. Nikki took the time to research for her upcoming bachelorette party on her flight which led to some incredible ideas 33,000 feet above sea level that all centered around popsicles.

While she was at the NASCAR race to represent her new show, “Barmageddon,” on the USA Network, Nikki's day was full of adrenaline rushes and triple-digit-speeds. Nikki had a few observations about the drivers but a lot more to say about guys the pit crews. So if you’re single and ready to mingle, consider swiping right on a tire changer or a jackman!

Brie’s weekend was a different kind of exciting because it was full of nudity. While boating with the family, Brie encountered multiple people without clothes and without worries. Now, after seeing all that skin glistening in the sun, her internal debate about getting a boob job has ignited once again.

The Bellas also catch up on Bryan’s guest appearance last week. And we get to hear how Nikki’s answers to Bellas Choice compared to the responses from Brie, Bryan, and the audience!

Dipping a toe into the pop culture pond, Nikki & Brie also played Nailed or Failed, covering such topics as sharing DM’s from Doja Cat, Ryan Gosling’s underwear, Florence Pugh’s see-through dress, Elon Musk’s decision not to buy Twitter, Nicole Kidman kissing, and much more.

The world can finally see what happened on Nikki’s wedding day, and The Bellas are here to answer all of your questions about what didn’t make it to screen for the finale of “Nikki Bella Says I Do!”

A wedding in Paris was a dream come true for Nikki & Artem, and despite a few bumps along the way, they were all smiles in the end. After some tense moments on screen, The Bellas get to the bottom of what really happened to the wedding rings, where they were finally found, and a few theories about how they got there. They also share some behind-the-scenes details about Nikki’s veil, one miscue that not everyone noticed, Uncle Bill’s ring, and Matteo’s activities on wedding day.

All in all, for having just four weeks to plan her fantasy wedding, Nikki accomplished everything she wanted and got a huge assist from Artem and Brie to make it all come together in the end with some iconic moments, amazing memories, and a great way to end a love story that viewers followed from “Dancing With The Stars” to “Total Bellas” and now “Nikki Bella Says I Do.”

And while Nikki had her hands full with Artem and Matteo over the weekend, Brie and Birdie went from beginners to experts as they skied and snowboarded their way through the weekend together. So don’t be surprised if you see Brie and Birdie sitting next to you on a chairlift very soon.

One thing that’s certainly become apparent over the past few weeks of The Bellas Podcast is that Brie loves to sing. She’ll sing songs we all know, but her true talent lies in making original jingles at a moment’s notice for any occasion. It’s a one-woman talent show where Brie is the primary contestant on The Fast Singer, where Nikki Bella is the only one sitting on the judge’s panel.

This week, Julianne Hough joins Nikki & Artem to talk about her world away from the dance floor, her personal transformation, breakdancing at the Olympics, and her new book “Everything We Never Knew.”

To kick things off, Nikki & Artem open up with his reaction to doing Savor in Chicago, his crossroads as he contemplates life after professional dancing, and Nikki ponders how things in her life would be different if she were allowed to try out for school plays as a kid. 

Then Julianne Hough joins the conversation. From dance to acting to music and writing, she defies labels as she uniquely chronicles her awakening. She tells Nikki & Artem all about some tough times that guided her to a rebirth of her energy and purpose in all aspects of her life. Now, that revival is causing a metamorphosis of gratitude and personal development in the world around her. 

This conversation is so important to Julianne that she declines a call from her brother Derek in the middle of the interview so that she can lock into Nikki & Artem as they talk about helping others redefine themselves, which is a process that Artem himself is going through and realizing that Dancing with the Stars isn’t just about scores on the dance floor, but emotional and spiritual evolution. 

To close out the conversation, Julianne also has a very strong reaction to dance finally being in the Olympics, the response to Australian breakdancer RayGun going viral for all the wrong reasons, and her hope for ballroom dancing to get a shot in the 2028 games in Los Angeles.
