When the fear sets in, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s beyond that moment. The minute you choose to use that fear to step back into your purpose, you anchor into your power.

Each of us has been stopped by some type of fear before, and breaking through is the only way we continue on the path to get where we desire to go.

Listen in for the 5 fears that are blocking you from reaching your full potential.

After listening you will understand the fears stopping you from reaching your potential in business and life. You’ll learn why…

  • Releasing the fear of being seen allows you to stand in your power.
  • People-pleasing tendencies will keep you small, filtered, and inauthentic to YOU.
  • Failing can serve as a motivator and it is perfectionism that keeps you stagnant.
  • Moving forward does not mean you are leaving people behind, but inviting them to move with you.
  • You do not need to sacrifice anything to build your empire. Your desires, in all aspects, can coexist.

This is the moment that you get to choose what you want for your future. Do you want to let fear stop you? Or do you want it to serve as a needle mover?

22 Sep 2022My Greatest Fear00:26:45

Is fear the backseat driver in your business? It’s time to take the wheel and step into your TRUE POWER.

Are you afraid you won’t reach your full potential?  You are not alone. However, what will set you apart from those in your industry is the belief that you CAN CONTINUE to break through.

Embracing this belief lets you move past fear. To use it as a driver. To show up with confidence in the unknown. To feel the fear but return to a place where you know YOUR INNER POWER is the true power source.

There is no cap to your potential. This episode will remind you of your worth and inspire you to rise. Here are the takeaways from this episode:

  • Feeling fear isn’t bad. It is recognizing that you have MORE to accomplish.
  • Shifting negative emotions is possible. Learn to use them as an opportunity to MOVE.
  • You have the power to shift your mind and see roadblocks in a different light.

The problem is not fear. It is the fact that you are letting fear dictate your actions. Instead, let this be your driver. You deserve to be in this space. It’s time to believe you can do the damn thing.

01 Sep 2022Becoming the Most Confident Version of Yourself With Olivia Castellanos00:34:08

You are meant to live freely and feel confident while doing it! It’s time to embody your INNER POWER!

When society is pushing do’s and don’ts down your throat, there's no wonder why we question our worth. Confidence is an internal game and tapping into it takes work. But when peeling back the layers to uncover why you feel the way you do, you open up a door to find liberation.

Today I have one of my lovely clients, Olivia Castellanos, joining me to talk about confidence inside your business. Liv is a registered dietitian and confidence coach who is on a mission to help women find their inner power without dieting and restriction!

Get ready for Liv’s hot takes because she is teaching us to live BRAVELY!  After listening you will learn…

  • The power of learning yourself on a deep level.

25 Aug 2022One Shift That Will Change Everything00:26:08

Haven’t you heard? Sustainability is SEXY y’all!

It’s time to let go of the all-or-nothing mindset. Swinging from bliss to crash and burn every month in your business isn’t practical. When you honor the highs and lows equally, your life feels EASIER and business gets BETTER.

The power isn’t in the hustle… It’s in sustainability.

This one shift takes practice, so in this solo episode, I will teach you how to switch your mindset to…

  • Embody the MIDDLE GROUND where sustainability lives.
  • CHALLENGE your current methods and explore new ones.
  • Seek BALANCE and release the crash and burn moments.

Creating success takes time, and burning out discourages women to continue down this path. But what if you committed not to burnout culture, but to the hustle AND the bliss?

When you tap into both energies, you create synergy inside your business AND life. Inner peace is the goal, and it’s possible for you.

23 Jun 2022Get Off the Emotional Rollercoaster00:19:06

There’s a secret for getting off the emotional rollercoaster that running a business causes…

We all feel it- the ups, the downs, the highs and lows. And without a sustainable approach to the inside of your business, it can feel exhausting. But what if I told you the secret of entrepreneurship wasn’t trying to avoid these waves, but to learn how to ride them?

Don’t dehumanize your human experience. You have permission to feel. You have permission to pull back, and permission to hustle. The key is learning how to neutralize the way you show up regardless.

Instead of falling back into comparison game, letting imposter syndrome win or letting these emotions rule you, here’s what you need to remember:

  • When you realign with your humanness, you start to uncover your power as women in this space.
  • Seeing the potential you hold is key to letting the abundance flow into your business.
  • Your business is a part of your human experience, so normalize the lows. It’s okay to be angry and frustrated….AND you can keep going.

The more you embody this experience, and I mean ALL OF IT, the less isolated you feel. Reframe your mind to learn through each phase you are in. Because you, the CEO, will come out on the other side.

16 Jun 2022Strategic Hiring and Leading with Paula Maidens00:33:19

When your to-do lists turn into a daily wish-list, it’s time to bring on a team!

And if the thought of handing over control of your business makes you cringe, you are not alone. Quality, communication, time-line, and work ethic concerns are real.

So today we are talking with Paula Maidens, a hiring and leadership coach for entrepreneurs scaling quickly. She helps build kick-ass and supportive teams so business growth is sustainable.

Here’s what she says is key when bringing on a team:

  • First, pause and simply reflect. Create a list of things you want to delegate and what values are important to you to maintain throughout scaling.
  • Become aware of what types of communication styles you are drawn to. Think about how you’d like to communicate to your team and how you’d like to be communicated with.
  • Take the hiring process slow. Take your time and trust that the right team will fall into place.

When you are taking the steps to strengthen your business and take it to the next level, it will happen. You can grow, because you were meant to live out your purpose.

And when your business starts to flourish, take it from me: There is nothing more powerful than having the right team in your corner.

02 Jun 2022Overcoming Perfection to Build Success with Chana Ross00:35:29

Are you slipping into the space of human “doing” instead of being? Here’s the secret to success and how avoid that go-go-go cycle: SLOW THE FUCK DOWN.

Yup, I said it…And so did my kick-ass friend, Chana Ross! Not only is Chana a clinical director for pelvic physical therapy, she is also a life + business coach. She guides her clients to release perfectionism and find authentic success.

💡 Today I am joined by Chana Ross, to discuss the importance of recognizing perfectionism doesn’t allow you to grow. Once you release this, you are able to take those first steps, regardless of the fear of failing, to build the life you desire.

For all of the recovering perfectionists out there, Chana encourages  you to remember:

  • To grow you must take risks. If you are too worried about perfecting every detail, you won’t be able to make moves that excel your journey.
  • You are enough right now. When you believe this, you are no longer in the headspace of micro-managing every step. Instead, you get to move freely.
  • Perfectionism is a way to protect yourself, so give yourself grace. But know that you are damn powerful when you embrace every inch of who you are: your wins, losses, celebrations, and mistakes.

If you need permission to not have to strive for that “A+” 110% of the time, here it is. You get to choose to retrain how you approach your life. And actively choosing your mind, body, and emotional self is choosing a life that isn’t controlled by expectations, but instead by compassion, abundance, and joy.

So slow down, CEO. It’s okay to make mistakes, take risks, and choose new paths that guide you to a place where that spark of yours is able to burn brighter than ever before.

It allows you to recognize that if it isn’t a fuck yes, then it’s a fuck no.

The idea of having to choose our career or family? I’m calling BULLSHIT and here’s why…

💡 Another narrative that keeps us small and from reaching our full potential. When you take the seat of choosing one over the other, you are sitting in a seat of powerlessness. But here’s the thing, you can design a life to embody it all.

We are taught that we can’t scale our business and deepen our relationships simultaneously. Or that children hinder success; That there isn’t a way to rise up in leadership while being a present mother.

So, today I am challenging you to break free from this mindset. You get to do both, because you are wise enough to design a life where you are fully supported in all of your roles. You get to choose the reality where you do both.

Instead of buying into these beliefs that dim your light, what if you…

  • Showed your kids what it is like to be successful and celebrate the wins inside your business that you have built?
  • Brought in the strengths you have as a mother to your business to nurture your relationships with ideal clients + customers?
  •  Whole-heartedly believed you can be a successful multi-faceted woman, who is building her empire while being a kick-ass mom?

I refuse to choose. And I invite you to dive deep into this mindset too. Because you, CEO, deserve to prove yourself right. You can do this. You were meant for this.

19 May 2022Creating a Work Life Balance with Jess Escalona00:35:34

Work-life balance… the thing we hear, we know we need, but getting there is a different story…

If you’ve struggled with finding balance in your personal and business life, this episode is for you.

💡 Today I am joined by my long-time client, friend, and team member, Jess Escalona! As a mother, CEO, and business-owner, Jess found herself overwhelmed with the responsibilities that came with each role. Once she recognized this busy-cycle and the unsustainability of it, she decided to make the shift to truly embody a work-life balance!

Jess and I discuss the mindset switch that it takes to call in balance. To achieve this, you must learn to prioritize YOURSELF, and recognize that the go-go-go lifestyle leads to one thing and one thing only: continuous burnout.

From Jess’s experience, she shares that to embody balance fully, you must…

  • Unlearn old beliefs. Surrendering to the flow is critical, and knowing that you do not need to sacrifice your time, energy, and mental health guides you to inner peace.
  • Trust that this prioritization of yourself is okay. There needs to be trust in your life and business that things will not fall apart without you.
  • Design your ideal schedule and stick to it. It’s one thing to have the idea to make time for your family, but it’s when you put it in action the magic happens.
  • Take in the data of when you build balance, meaning there might be a clue on where you need additional support, boundaries, trust, etc. Be open to recreating what your day looks like!

I’d be lying if I said being balanced is easy, because it truly takes maintenance and management. But when you are dedicated to tuning into your inner power and taking back control over your life, you start to understand where your time + energy are truly needed.

And sticking to those boundaries you have created for your daily life is powerful as fuck!

12 May 2022My Story, My How, and My WHY00:33:39

The story of who I am is something I hold onto as I venture onto new paths. I thank and honor my past self because she taught me strength, resilience, and the importance of standing in my truth.

Trigger warning: This episode includes sensitive topics such as drugs, alcohol, sexual abuse, arrests, sudden deaths, and experiences in jail.

💡 This episode is a little different. I am an open book, but I realized I haven’t shared my full story, only bits and pieces. And to know the whole story, I knew I needed to share every chapter. Even the dark ones.

Very early on I craved safety, security, and love. Truly at the core, I wanted to be fully seen. But I didn’t know how to find it in a healthy way. Which led me down a decade-long path of self-destruction.

From 14 years old and on, I thought I would find inner peace by numbing myself. I entered this phase of self-sabotage, abusing my body, and slipped into this mode of feeling as if I had no worth or purpose.

Then it hit me. As I was staring at my blurry reflection in a jail cell, knowing that I made major mistakes, I desperately desired to release the shame and take a step towards finding myself.

This journey of self-discovery  helped me realize…

  • The external doesn’t change us. We need to turn inward to create real impact in our life.
  • To succeed in life, we need to ask for help and be transparent when we need extra support.
  • To reach impact, we need to continue to put one step in front of the other. Even if the journey feels slow at first, eventually you will realize that you are miles down a path that embodies your truth.

My past taught me what needed to change in order for my light to shine. It led me to finding my person, the one who sees my authenticity, becoming a mother of 3 beautiful children, connecting with incredible and diverse women who also desire to share their mission, and ultimately let me find myself. And love every inch of who I am.

05 May 2022Bringing Back Play and Joy w/ Adrienne Hofmann00:37:56

Being an adult is not synonymous with no longer playing. In fact, here is your permission to invite in more play to regain the child-like and free spirit energy that comes with it!

💡 In this episode I am joined by my former client Adrienne Hofmann who is an early childhood educator and nature-play specialist. Adrienne shares the importance of finding your version of play as an adult.

Oftentimes when you decide to give  yourself a break in whatever form, it is difficult to get out of the go-go-go cycle. But take an honest look at why you feel the need to be constantly working towards something and challenge yourself to take time where you instead create the judgment-free space for you to integrate play into your life.

Truly allow yourself to free-flow during this moment. Ditch the idea that you need to perform. Because when you embody this perspective and mindset, you….

  • Operate from a place that is no longer fear based. You step back into that version of yourself that isn’t afraid to remove filters.
  • Realize that your time for play doesn’t represent your performance. It is not for anyone else, it is for YOU.
  • Tune into your mind, body, and emotions. You allow yourself to break free from your outer shell and return back to your inner self (the one who craves these moments of ease)

Think back to when you last played.

There weren't time constraints.

There wasn't any judgment.

There weren't any rules.

Giving yourself this time is the foundation of living in balance. And as business owners, I know you understand the importance of bringing in this alignment fully.

28 Apr 2022My Juicy Live Interview with Kelly Adams00:32:47

Failing doesn’t set you back, instead it teaches you a new way to move forward. =

💡 Kelly Adams,  my beautiful friend who is a business & life coach, is putting the spotlight on me and putting her interview skills to work!

Together we discuss why making peace with your past and learning from our life experiences is the key to finding momentum for your future.

Kelly’s insight and questions sheds light on the phrase “failing forward”. This term embodies…

  • The invitation to release the fear of things ending because failing doesn’t mean that. Instead it is a fresh start and a new beginning.
  • Choosing to live and finding your drive for the road ahead. It’s to surrender to the knowing that you can create purpose, direction, and self-love.
  • Cultivating trust with yourself regardless of the external because turning inward allows you find your power.

Past experiences do not define you, however honoring each version of yourself allows you to witness the power of embracing who you are now and the journey ahead. By doing this, you step into our fullness knowing each part of you has always belonged together.

Uncovering your truth is power. Your journey is your own personal blueprint to build self-love, success, and trust. Knowing where you belong, what deserves your energy, and how to create balance protects your inner peace.

Your path is YOURS. Define it YOUR way.

21 Apr 2022Thriving in Your Life and Biz by Removing Pressure00:22:32

The first step towards truly thriving in your life and business starts with releasing constriction, limitations, and tunnel vision!

💡 No matter how many people want to paint the picture of “everything is flowing with ease”, it doesn’t dismiss the pressure the rest of us feel of being able to perform and create at peak level. The tunnel vision of where you are now and where you want to be is real, but it can blind you from the alternatives.

The alternative options that can accelerate YOU even faster.

It’s time to reframe this mindset- being fueled from a place of pressure, you can start to feel stuck. Instead, look at the ways you can show up in your life and business with authenticity and inner power to create your freedom.

When you move from a place of feeling internal liberation, you…

  • No longer have to wait for the external to give you permission to move. The momentum has always been within YOU.
  • Recognize that fear limits you, but when removed time and time again, you continuously build the pathway towards your desires. You remind yourself of your worth along the way.
  • Can build bigger when you trust your choices, body, voice, and inner self. Removing the armor to be fully seen unleashes your potential to the world.

How would you move, act, and show up if you had no fear? No limitations? No restrictions?

You would stand in a place of magnetism. Attracting abundance. Freedom. Wealth. Power. And so much more.

It’s okay to be afraid of the unknown, but taking control of how far that fear goes is up to you. Free yourself from your own bullshit. Trust yourself to move. Trust yourself to make it big. Trust yourself to actually reach your goals, because you can. Learn how to choose yourself.

14 Apr 2022Creating Your Life by Design with Cady Huss00:37:12

Are you content with your life or are you complacent?  If it isn’t the first one, know that you are worthy of creating a life by design.

💡 Instead of feeling trapped by your current circumstances, there are simple shifts you can take to start living a life that embodies YOU. Exploring your intentions can transform you from burnout culture to living in tune with all of your desires.

To learn how to move and operate from a place of personal freedom, I called in my client + friend Cady Huss. Cady is a probate lawyer and coach, who is on a mission to change her industry; to prove that there is a new way to work without running yourself into the ground. It can (and should) be in alignment with your core values and desires, regardless of the industry.

If you crave personal freedom, here’s what Cady suggests you shift to cultivate this fully:

  • Learn to not give up. Prove to yourself that what you love to do is worth navigating through to create a daily life that supports you.
  • Explore your options. If you have become complacent, explore what else is out there that allows you to flourish.
  • Ask for support. Whether it’s a new perspective you are looking for, to delegating your tasks, or for someone to simply create space for you during this shift, find your circle that is willing to fill you up.

You can be grateful for what you have, AND still desire more. You always have a choice. Choose the option that lets you step into your personal power even more.  Bet on yourself, you are so damn worth it.

When you push your wellbeing to the back-burner, the truth is that your physical, mental, and emotional self will suffer. There is strength in honoring yourself fully. In fact, it’s the key to making you powerful as fuck.

07 Apr 2022Effective Leadership with Erin O'Quinn00:32:58

Instead of just doing, start being. Are you forgetting to lead yourself?

💡As a leader and mentor, you can step fully into your power when you embody the idea of leading yourself. Leadership is not only a foundational skill for becoming a successful CEO, but it is impactful when you make the shift to being self-led.

My incredible friend,  former client, and leadership mentor, Erin O’Quinn, is here to drop some truth bombs about effective leadership. When you tap into your truth as a leader you…

  • Create a space that when people come to you, it’s not a transaction. It’s a transformation.
  • Encompass what it means to lead not only in business, but inside your home, with your friends, and everyday interactions.
  • Build the tool box for efficient communication, time-management, and cultivating trust.

Leadership is switching the awareness of others to help them commit to their growth. It is a conscious choice that you help them recognize, but this is only possible when you actually practice what you preach. Don’t just tell them, show them.

In order to lead better, you need to lead yourself better. There is power in investing in yourself. Doing this allows you to perform from an elevated space and raise others up to join you, and that’s powerful as f**k.

31 Mar 2022How to Show Up When You Are Burnt Out00:27:04

Burning out in your business isn’t a necessity for growth, but it does happen. And as a business owner, you still have to show up for your responsibilities regardless… but how?

💡 Back again with the hard truth: burnout is real. And valuing your energy so you feel aligned is important, but if you desire success, you have to learn how to show up and lead no matter what you are feeling.

There’s a false sense of security floating around the entrepreneur space- as if every day as a business owner is rainbows and butterflies. And that, for lack of a better word, is bullshit.

Let’s pull back the curtain and tap back into reality. To show up and lead effectively, no matter where you are, you…

  • Must normalize the peaks and valleys. Success isn’t linear, it is a wave. So grab your surfboard and learn to ride it.
  • Understand that a picture-perfect business is unrealistic. Cut the expectation and embrace the journey.
  • Stop telling yourself that you aren’t enough, and you know that you always have something to offer.

When you choose to believe that whatever phase you are in provides a lesson, you start to find value in every part of your journey. Not only will you showcase transparency, honesty, and vulnerability, you will continue to scale your business from a place of truth.

You can call in success from any place. From the peaks, or the valley’s, you choose how to digest the lesson you are learning in the present moment. But know this: You need to believe in yourself. You were meant for this.

24 Mar 2022Building Wealth and Legacy with Caitlynn Eldridge00:28:06

Building sustainable wealth doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice living and spending on what you want!

💡 In this episode we are chatting with CFO + financial mentor, Caitlynn Eldridge about the balance of investing, saving, and spending all in a way that fully aligns with your goals to expand.

When you start to embody this balance you realize…

  • Money you invest will come back to you in the same amount, or greater!
  • It isn’t about having a bigger bank account, but what growth opportunities you will be able to afford with it.
  • That releasing the tie between time and money can be cut. You can invest, take risks, and continue to feel secure.

Challenging your money beliefs will allow you to see that money flows when you are open and dedicated to receiving it. Caitlynn shares the importance of releasing that scarcity mindset, because it proves to your mind that there is a lack of something.

An abundance mindset lets you rewrite the story of what is flowing back to you. Lean into your intuition to guide you towards financial abundance in a way that feels good for you. While also having trust that your legacy will provide for you.

17 Mar 2022Removing Fear and Filters00:27:03

We weren’t meant to play small. We are meant to stand in our TRUTH.

💡Female entrepreneurs are taught to disconnect from their intuition. That connection is broken. We are told to play by the rules, even though those rules and that pathway was designed to keep us small.

This episode is a big F you to the traditional way of building your business. Instead of being paralyzed by fear, or feeling the need to have a filter, this is your permission slip to show up as the bad bitch you know you are.

How would you show up differently in your business if you…

  • Weren’t afraid to share + open up?
  • Removed the fear of being fully seen?
  • Moved from a place of alignment?

To feel true freedom, you must dismiss the external validation. Your voice is activated when you recognize that true power starts from within. When you feel inspired, or want to take action, it will never matter until YOU take aligned action.

Release the judgment. Release the fear. Release the trap you have on yourself. Instead, just fucking go for it. You have purpose, intention, and power. Take it back and fulfill your deepest desires.

10 Mar 2022Trusting Your Body With Sara Vander Zwagg00:44:10

Your most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.

💡Today’s podcast is diving deep into finding trust within ourselves. I’m grateful we have holistic health coach and body peace mentor, Sara Vander Zwagg to guide us through this conversation. Sara shares the importance of finding peace from within and the transformation that takes place when we do.

Sara shares the significance behind trusting your body. When you do, you….

  • Realize that your body will always give you the right answer. Listening to it will guide you towards trusting your inner power.
  • Release the time spent thinking about physical appearance and give ourselves back that time to spend towards filling up our cup.
  • Tune into your intuition and are able to create habits that are the stepping stones to a pathway of success.

When your mindset is influenced by past experiences or toxicity, it's difficult to trust that your body is the wiser guide. Investing in yourself allows you to start the practice of honoring yourself.

Feel into the spark of unconditional love for yourself. Let it be ignited.

This conversation is more than just body-image and nutrition, it is knowing that your body is there to protect you, provide for you, guide you. And in return, the power returns back to where it belongs….YOU.

03 Mar 2022Taking Back Your Power00:14:43

The biggest key to transformation? Owning your POWER.

💡Recognizing that your power is dependent on you, allows you to shift your approach to invite in abundance. This episode will highlight the importance of developing an elevated mindset to be able to see you as the eye of the storm.

When you take back your power, you..

  • Realize you don’t need external plug in to be powerful.
  • Claim the strength and determination that has already been inside you
  • Move forward with aligned action.

Breaking through the cycle of depending on everything other than yourself allows you to show up in every room elevated. It teaches you that regardless of what is happening outside of you, that there is no obstacle that will stop your belief that you can do the damn thing.

Shifting from the mindset of the external giving you power, to yourself (the internal) giving you power, will expand your journey. Believe in yourself first, and let the success follow.

24 Feb 2022How to Create Move and Create Momentum00:16:54

Embodying movement & momentum. That is POWER.

💡Today’s episode is all about embodying the recognition of being stuck and shifting your mindset to move forward. I get detailed about how giving ourselves the opportunity to flourish creates a drive down a successful path.

If you want people to come into your business, or invest in your business, you must…

  • Invest in yourself. A thriving business has a thriving CEO behind the scenes.
  • Balance your life to have time for yourself and what is important to you.
  • Remain clear on what your priorities are. (aka YOU!)

Realizing that you determined where your business is  sets you up to take aligned action. When the external pieces aren’t going your way, it is a sign to turn inward.

Staying stagnant in your growth doesn’t allow you to experience something new. And although new places and situations can be scary, remember this: The things that scare us the most are the things that give us the biggest return.

17 Feb 2022Expanding To Your Next Level 00:22:14

💫 The next level embodies CONFIDENCE. INTENTION.  FREEDOM. 💫

💡 In this episode we are getting down and dirty on what it actually takes to expand to the next level in your business.

These are the hard truths you will learn…

  • People will only buy a product, offer, or service if there is confidence backing it up.
  • Business owners must be aware that to move forward, you need to believe in yourself (which means doing some behind the scenes work!)
  • The external moving parts of your business are important, but they are rooted in you, meaning there must be commitment to self-development and self-love.

Tapping into your inner CEO and starting to shift internally, allows you to move and operate from a place of aligned action rather than scarcity. Nothing on the outside needs to move or change, instead stand in your power to share your gift that is rooted in truth.

When you become clear on how you need to show up for your desired results, you unlock the secret to expansion, and consistent growth. It’s time to recognize how fucking powerful you really are (and always have been).

07 May 2021Rewriting Your Definition of Success00:25:15

“So when we take a step back, and we start to actually seek fulfillment in areas outside of our business.  When you rewrite what success is.  It allows you to see things differently, and therefore do things differently because you believe differently.” - Kelsea Koenreich

For a long time, I held a certain belief about what success was.

I believed I needed to do more, to have as many clients I could, so I could make the biggest impact possible.

As my business grew, I recognized that my beliefs about success had evolved over time.  What I thought I believed, didn’t align with what I truly believed.

And that’s ok.  We are meant to change and evolve over time - including our beliefs.

This week, I share with you:

  • How I let go of deeply rooted beliefs and ideas of success
  • My definition of success
  • The steps you can take to rewrite what success means to you

As you walk into the next level of yourself, rewrite what success means to you and put into practice what your mission and vision actually is.

Become who you are truly meant to be.

And I would love to support your through that transition.  I  have 2 spots open for 1:1 Coaching for Q2!

“So, when we’re talking about building a business, we have to consider the long term, we have to consider the sustainability, and the found that we’re building on. We cannot build a solid foundation on sand.” - Kelsea Koenreich

You’re taking the next step towards entrepreneurship - you’re launching your own business.  Congrats!

Excited, you start thinking about everything you’ll need, and begin putting together your launch plan.

And, like most people (me included), you start Googling.
“How do I start my own business?”
“What steps do I need to take to start a business?”

Of course Google had answers, but from my own experience those were just actionable steps that just felt… overwhelming.

I realized I was missing something, and a shift took place. My business was more about who I was being and less about what I was doing.  It was less about taking action on what Google was telling me to do and more about aligning with my passion, my purpose and mission for long term success.

So, stop Googling, grab your notebook and listen in as I give you the 3 things you actually need to start your business.

And if you’re ready to say yes to walking within your purpose, Launch CEO is your opportunity to step forward and commit to taking your business full-time.

You still have 5 days left to enroll!

23 Apr 2021Removing Fear To Create Your Legacy00:29:29

“You choose the legacy that you want to create over your fear of what may or may not happen.” - Kelsea. Koenreich

Are you in a job right now because you felt like it was the choice you had to make?

Your choice was made out of fear.  A fear of stepping outside of a job and path with safety and stability.  You were taught to follow a certain timeline laid out by others before you.

Your fear is stopping you from doing what you’re meant for.  To become the driver of your own life.  To create your own legacy.

Today’s episode doesn’t just talk about recognizing those fears, it’s about asking yourself whether your fears are stopping you from leaving the legacy you want to create.

Kelsea shares with you her experience as she stepped out of the path laid before her and into her power, her legacy and built her confidence through entrepreneurship.

The truth is, you have can too! You have the choice to grow, evolve and step into the life you want to create.

Launch CEO is your next step in creating YOUR path, aligning with YOUR passion and purpose to build your legacy.

The choice is yours, say YES to create the life you desire!

09 Apr 2021Being More Isn't Doing More00:25:40

“So there is balance in the being and the doing, but the doing is different when you are being someone different.” - Kelsea Koenreich

You’re here because you are like me. You are seeking more, constantly looking to grow, finding ways to learn and evolve.

You’ve also been caught between being enough as you are, and wanting more.

But here’s the thing, if you are constantly seeking and doing, are you truly being?

Here in today’s episode, I talk about how:

  • To find your balance when you feel called for more
  • Recognizing that responsibility leads to more freedom and fulfillment
  • When you feel stuck, you have to evolve

When called for more, are you who you need to be to show up for it?

Growing and expanding is possible for you. You can step into who you need to be.

Send me a DM on Instagram, let’s chat about your dreams and I how I can help you achieve it.

02 Apr 2021Stepping Up To The Mirror00:24:04

“...how can you expect to build a life that you feel proud of, how can you expect to leave a legacy without taking responsibility for where you are.  You are not a victim.  You were not born a victim, the things that are happening externally to you are not happening to you.” - Kelsea Koenreich

Today’s episode is a personal one.

You are going to hear a story from my past, where I was faced with two choices, either 1) keep doing what I was doing or 2) to accept responsibility for my choices and take steps to move forward.

It was in this moment, where I chose to take radical responsibility for my choices and to where it led me that day - in a medical unit of my county jail, my third arrest.

Yes, that was me and I’m grateful to have this story included in my history.

And in this episode, I share with you through my own challenges and resilience, how I chose to accept responsibility for the path I was on, the choices I made and the steps I took in finding purpose and fulfillment in my life.

You’ll hear me ask you to NOT wait until you hit rock bottom (like me) or until you are miserable to take action or ask for help.

You might feel stuck right now or not know what your purpose is or what your next steps are and that’s ok.  That’s what my 1:1 in my coaching program is all about, working together, navigating through those challenges.

There is only one spot remaining for my 1:1 coaching this quarter.

Send me a DM to see if this is a good fit for you.

26 Mar 2021Not Bad Isn't Good Enough00:21:22

“The place that gets you where you want to go is taking ownership and stepping up and not letting yourself be limited by where you are, who you’re with or anything.” - Kelsea Koenreich

“It’s not that bad.”

You’ve probably heard that before and probably said it yourself as well.

You’ve been in a job, relationship, or a situation where you’ve felt stuck, believing there was no way out, settling and telling yourself this is good enough.

You are better than that.  You are worthy and deserving of MORE.

And in this episode, Kelsea shares how it isn’t acceptable that we tell ourselves that good enough is ok.  She further explains how there is always something, at least one step we can take to move forward, that we always have a choice to make changes.

You are not a victim, you have a choice.  You are MUCH MORE. Don’t be satisfied with good enough in life.

So, if you’re ready to take charge of your life, get UNSTUCK, and live more fulfilled, let’s make that shift together and join my Passionate Power Masterclass

18 Mar 2021Making Your Own Rules For Happiness00:25:32

“We have the choice as to what we choose to put in our lives.” - Kelsea Koenreich

Have you always followed rules or do you break them?

Did you ever wonder why you had to do things a certain way?

I’m right there with you. I was brought up to follow the path laid before me, to stay in my lane and do things a certain way.

Where’s the fun in that? I’m sure you can guess how well that went for this rule-breaker!

And in today’s episode, we’re diving into;

  • Creating your own rules
  • How your choices give you freedom
  • Connecting with yourself leads into knowing what you want

You are where you are suppose to be, not where someone else has told you to be.  Even if that means you broke a few rules here and there 😉

12 Feb 2021Banishing Fear to Go After Your Dreams00:28:41

“I really just want you to sink into the realization that the only difference in somebody who you view as successful, and you is that they are not acting from a place of fear.” - Kelsea Koenreich

FUCK!

No, not that F word!  Today I’m talking about another more common F word.  FEAR!

When does fear come up the most for you?  Do you notice it when you start something new or do something uncomfortable for the first time? Does your fear tell you things like; “no one will like this, this isn’t going to work, this won’t be successful”?

Yep, I feel it too.

You’re not alone! Everyone feels fear. No matter where someone is in their life or who they are, they have felt fear.

Fear is scary. Fear is the unknown. Fear is what’s holding you back.

In today’s episode, we tackle:

  • The other F word, Fear
  • Recognizing it and being aware of how its holding you back
  • Facing your fears
  • Actionable steps to banish and get rid of your fears

When you STOP focusing on what the end results may be and START focusing on the journey, you CAN overcome those fears.

See the fear and do it anyways.

And you need help working through that, I’m here.  Send me a DM and let’s chat about how I can help you work through your fear.

05 Feb 2021How Hustling is Holding You Back00:32:33

"There has to be balance with the rest and recovery and fun and play in order to actually make us better business women.” - Kelsea Koenreich

Newsflash: Your hustle is not serving you or the people around you, it's working against you.

In this episode we take a deep dive into why hustling backfires.  How it can leave you;

  • Feeling burnt out
  • Paralyzed by overwhelm
  • Not showing up in your work
  • Making more mistakes

Our society and culture has glorified hustling, connecting it to how successful you can be.  That in order to have success or be successful, you have to run yourself into the ground.  The belief that you will only be rewarded when you work your ass off.

FALSE!

When you reach that place of burnout, you are putting your needs to the side, you are not living up to your true success and you can’t serve others the you really want.

And if the way you’re working right now isn’t sustainable long-term, it will show up in other areas of your life…your relationships, your work and financially.

I worked HARD to shift my mindset away from the hustle culture and what society wants us to believe to be successful.  With the lessons I’ve learned, I’m excited to share those with you in my 3-day Money Masterclass 💰

In three days, you’ll come away with how to have more financial freedom and how to earn more money to get all the opportunities you desire.

22 Jan 2021Expanding to Stop Boxing Yourself In00:24:25

“What if I told you that the way to be taken care of, and to live a life of abundance and have financial success was actually to change your mindset.” - Kelsea Koenreich

If I were to ask you today, what do you want to do? What do you actually enjoy doing?

Are any of those things what you currently do?  If not, then you need to reconsider what you’re doing.

I’ve been there myself, stuck in a fixed mindset with a job where I felt safe because it's what I knew, it felt stable. I was believing a story about why I needed to work.

I was trading my time for money.  I was only driven by my responsibilities and was not fulfilled.

The truth is, you don’t have to stay in positions or jobs where you run on autopilot.  You don’t need to work just to pay bills. You can be fulfilled BY expanding and not boxing yourself in.

Because the life you want to live is right outside that expansion.

There’s power in recognizing that you are meant for more, that you can make an impact and that you have a purpose.

I’m done wasting my time trying to fit into one category and I hope you are too!  Let’s work together on expanding ourselves by recognizing our worth, following our desires and doing more of the things we love.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • To think outside of the box you’ve put yourself in
  • How changing your mindset allows you freedom to play
  • By creating new stories, you can let go of the old ones

I would love for you to take a screenshot, share this with the people you love or on your social media, so they can hear it too, because each of us there's so much space for all of us to expand.

15 Jan 2021Following Through With Your Intentions00:23:54

“Make sure you’re looking for opportunity rather than falling victim to another day” -Kelsea Koenreich

If you think about your goals, what’s driving you?
Are your goals for yourself? Or someone else?
What are you searching for in the new year?

Anytime that I have tried to shift away from my authentic self, I have felt miserable. When I’ve questioned myself or tried to do what others around me were doing, I failed miserably all because I wasn’t being me.

If we are only doing what other people want and not serving ourselves, we will become burnt out and unable to take care of ourselves and those we love.

If this has been the cycle you’re stuck in, don’t worry, I’m here to help! When you have your own goals and intentions, things can change for you.  In order to dominate your goals, you need to make sure they align with who you want to become.

Ask yourself, am I worth showing up for?

Today I encourage you to do more of what makes you happy. Your subconscious may tell you you’re not worth it, but you are meant to move mountains and leave a legacy!  Let's work together on recreating your thought process and design your dream life.

In this episode you will learn:

  • That doing more of what YOU want to do can lead you to your dreams
  • Following through is a stepping stone to becoming your true self
  • Changing your beliefs will change what your life looks like

08 Jan 2021The Secret Sauce to Getting the Change You Want in 202100:23:52

“The growth and success you want is on the other side of your internal change.”  -Kelsea Koenreich

Welcome to 2021!

Reflecting on 2020, what growth and lessons did you learn?
Moving forward in 2021, what new changes and habits would you like to build?
What beliefs do you have surrounding your future success?

2020 was a year of rawness for a lot of us.

[01:57] People chose to do 2 things in 2020. Some saw it as an opportunity or struggle.

[03:22] Despite the pandemic, 2021 can still be your year.

[04:24] The two things you need to create change and have growth are underlying work and physical action.

[06:06] What do we mean by underlying work & the importance of underlying work.

[08:47] Consistent action is important regardless who you are, what you do for work. We have to show up.

[10:45] Finding balance - time to play and create.

[13:14] So the physical action needs to be consistent and aligned.

[14:22] What worked, doing the internal work.

[14:43] Reflections on working with a coach. "She gives me what I need, not what I want".

[16:11] The change & the success you want in your life starts with you, it starts with the physical action of consistently showing up and the underlying work of you looking at yourself internally and asking "what do I need to change here..."

[17:45] So when you're searching for change or wondering how to grow, look within first.

[19:12] You can only take aligned physical action when you are aligned.

[20:12] Incredibly grateful for 2020.

“If you keep choosing the easy path, you will never get to the place you want to be.” -Kelsea Koenreich

Do you feel like asking for help shows weakness or lack of control?
Are you holding yourself back because you don’t have the confidence to speak up?
What do you have in your busy schedule that doesn’t need to be there or that you can hand off?

The first time I went to jail, I called my mom. She told me I got myself there, and I needed to figure out how to get out. That was so tough to hear. I reflect on that conversation now and think of how that phrase applies to my day-to-day life.

We live in a world that teaches us to detach and to live a fast-paced life.  It is common to ignore yourself and your needs, only to serve others. But this isn’t really living!

Imagine sitting and enjoying where you are and meeting your personal and business goals. Being connected to ourselves can be one of the most difficult things we can do.

I had to reframe my habits countless times and realize that white knuckling control was tearing me down. It’s  OKAY to let someone else help me, although I know they won’t do it exactly like me.

There is help in so many places, but it is your job to speak up! If we keep choosing the easy route in life, we will never get to the places we want to be.

I know what it feels like to be detached from EVERYTHING and like life is burning you.

However, I have learned it is possible to accomplish everything on your to-do list and still take care of yourself. Your life should not feel like you are going just from day to day - that is not living!

In this episode you will learn:

  • Why time management is crucial to your overall success
  • How to get out of your head and start truly living today.
  • The importance of organizing your life, routines, and schedules so you are not buried

You can break the cycle of being detached by starting with this and start with what you learn in this episode. Are you ready? Let’s go!

24 Dec 2020Why Setting Personal Goals Matters for Your Success00:33:09

“ We have to make commitments to ourselves because we cannot succeed if we are alone, unfulfilled, and not pouring back into ourselves.” – Kelsea Koenreich

Do you have goals outside of your career?
Are you finding yourself running on autopilot and never fully not fully in the present?
Do you feel you’re living outside your true purpose and potential?

Once upon a time, I was addicted to the party lifestyle. When that way of life no longer served me, I moved on to being obsessed with fitness and nutrition.

Not too long after, my business became my next obsession and my attempt to feel fulfilled in life… but I was still empty.

After a lot of inner work, I finally realized my emptiness came from a lack of investment in myself. I wasn’t giving any thought or attention to my goals or desires and it was leaving me feeling hollow - something had to change.

While success looks different to all of us, goal setting remains to be a major part of its foundation. Setting goals outside of your work nurtures balance, purpose, and fulfillment in your everyday life.

If you notice you’re unhappy and unfulfilled in your life, despite your best efforts, then listen up because this episode is for you!

In this episode, you will learn:

  • How to appreciate the success you’ve already achieved
  • The importance of having a clear goals and expectations
  • How to be uncomfortable while growing

The most productive self-development is born during struggles, so I encourage you to embrace your current struggle and reflect on your life goals.

Draw these goals out, and if you find you cannot reach these goals alone, it is OKAY to ask for help until you can.

Remember, you are deserving and can be successful and happy at the same time.

P.S. If you found value in this, I would absolutely love it if you would screenshot

20 Aug 2020An Easy Start to Homeschooling with Sarah Hurley00:33:08

On this Episode of the Korner Cast we are discussing Homeschooling!

I am joined by Sarah Beth Hurley who is a former staff member of the Four Wind Society founded by Alberto Villoldo, owner of Heartlight services - a private energy medicine practice that focuses on healing, behavioral issues, and trauma in children and families.

Under Alberto, Sarah developed the Indigo Aztec Method and Indigenous Wisdom School for Children. This led her to publish a children's workbook, Heal Your Feelings, giving children tools to empower themselves to heal their own emotional blocks.

Sarah is also a former foster mom. Her work with foster children inspired her to start Switch Life which is a nonprofit that provides free skateboarding lessons and a goal-setting curriculum. When at home, Sarah enjoys mothering her five children, spending time in the kitchen, and knitting. And the very best part of all this, Sarah is also my sister!

We discuss curriculums, structures, organization, and how to find what works for you and your family. When it comes down to it, you know your child best - this empowers you to help your child learn.

We discuss removing the expectations and preconceived notions surrounding homeschooling and recognize that homeschooling can take on many diverse forms.

Sarah’s three steps to start homeschooling are:

  1. The first step is to figure out if you plan on sending your child back to public school or doing homeschooling for all of school

13 Aug 2020More Sleep For Everybody00:26:15

Are you ready for Episode #2 of The Korner Cast?

We're talking about More Sleep For Everybody - Sounds amazing right?

While sleep deprivation may be your current reality, especially if you have a brand new baby at home, that doesn’t mean your life will always be lacking rest.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret…

There are ways to create habits that teach you and your child to sleep longer and deeper - All it takes is a little planning, creativity, and support from others, but it can be done!

What’s neat is there are many different approaches, but what I’ve recognized is that like any habit, starting these disciplines really young, makes a big difference.

In this episode, I dive into how important sleep is for all members of the family and different tricks I’ve picked up along the way to help myself and my littles be more rested.

And all of us want more sleep and all of us want to feel better. This is something that we can all do and have, it just takes a little practice.

As always, if you guys have any questions, feel free to reach out to me and remember, I see you, I hear you.

06 Aug 2020Communicating With Littles00:21:30

Welcome to the Korner Cast!

To kick off episode #1 of The Korner Cast, I tell you a story about Cameron and a Lego that ended up somewhere it shouldn’t be.

Navigating through this hilarious situation was only possible due to the communication habits I’ve been able to create with him.

Teaching your children effective communication can seem like an overwhelming task initially but it’s actually very simple. Effective communication requires input from both sides and that includes our children.

If you allow your child to speak and have a voice in conversations and if you ask them questions instead of just speaking in statements, you begin to teach them to learn how to communicate well.

A child that understands how to describe their emotions, navigate their thought processes, and use their voice effectively, grows up to be an adult that is an excellent communicator.

When you ask your child more questions in the midst of dialoguing with them, you help them become more confident. Let them process and choose a question instead of a statement as a response, you’ll be surprised sometimes by how deep your little person is!

This process helps them understand themselves better and helps them to turn into adults that can communicate - all by choosing to kind of bite your tongue!

23 Jul 2020Episode #32 - Letting Go of Things That Hold You Back00:36:06

In life, there are experiences, things, people, and places that impact us. A lot of times we’re not even aware of what those things are, but continue to be influenced by them. In this episode of the Bravehearted Podcast, we take turns asking each other about situations that impacted our lives and how we have learned to let go of those things that have held us back in the past.

We discuss childhood trauma and how it has a major effect on self-worth and self-belief. Unresolved trauma can manifest in many negative ways later in life. These roots of pain can easily grow and overtake our life creating body issues, how we relate to those around us, and even impact our work life.

Letting go of shame, poor choices, or a hard past can be a difficult process. It often takes proactive work and dedication. We both have experienced and believe in the power of therapy and coaching - this is why we are so passionate about what we do!

When feeling held back it is important to pause, take a moment of reflection, and understand why we make the decisions that we’re making or we feel the way that we feel. Acknowledgment is only once piece of the puzzle! You need tools and resources that will equip you to break free of whatever it is that has you all tangled up.

We recommend several tools to use in this podcast including Therapy, coaching, finding good friends that will give you sound advice, and journaling. You don’t have to be a victim anymore. You can live a free, fulfilled, and brave life!

Still unsure where to start or how to make these changes in your life? Contact us! We always love hearing from you and are ready to help you out.

16 Jul 2020Episode #31 - Accepting People As They Are00:40:09

People have many opinions and tend to have strong emotional attachments to those opinions due to their life experiences. Navigating through different perspectives of those around us can seem like you’re making your way through a minefield and feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be that way!

In this episode of The Bravehearted Podcast, we are breaking down accepting people as they are without violating ourselves in the process. We discuss how important it is to understand that acceptance does not mean that you're accepting defeat. It also does not mean you’re allowing something that contradicts your beliefs into your life. But rather, acceptance is seeking to understand and exercise empathy in the midst of a disagreement.

We also talk about how a lack of acceptance comes from not being accepting of yourself and how to peel back the layers of personal resentment and begin practicing self-acceptance.

After listening to this episode you will understand how to accept people as they are, be able to communicate effectively with the intention to build understanding and make more room for empathy in your life.

It’s our goal to empower you to live bravely and give you actionable tools to do that in a practical way. If you find that you are in need of continuing this conversation or further support, feel free to message us on Instagram!

14 May 2020Episode #22 - How To Be Kind to Yourself00:47:22

How do you speak to yourself?

Have you ever noticed that you say things to yourself that you would never say to anyone else? You’ve likely made comments about your appearance or your intelligence at some point.

You say things to yourself like “I’m so stupid”, “I messed everything up”, or “I’m so fat/skinny” and speak to yourself so harshly without batting an eye. At some point in time all of us can raise our hand and say yes, we have.

In episode 22 of The Bravehearted Podcast, we are talking about compassion, and not in the way that you continue to give it to everyone else - but how to give it to yourself.

Self compassion is a learned skill, it is the desire to help ease your own suffering. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is how we rebound from those mistakes that shapes us as humans. By giving ourselves more compassion it enables us to be more compassionate to others and makes us more emotionally resilient.

By the end of this episode you will feel empowered to treat yourself with grace and compassion, regardless of your situation. You will have tools to walk through that negative self-talk and be more accepting of yourself, even when you are not sitting exactly where you expect yourself to be.
