In this episode, I had the JOY of talking to Helena Woods about astrocartography, the astrology of places. It’s a fascinating exploration of the places in the world that hold particular energies for you based on your birth details. There are places that feel like home, that are soft and nourishing, and places that bring up lessons and challenges that will help you grow.

In this episode, I'm sharing the interesting process I'm going through as I've been moving from my Creative Summer into my Creative Autumn. 

As someone who channels a lot of creative magic into my business - understanding, giving language, and moving with the cycles of Creation has been a HUGE shift in the way I share my medicine. I've come to understand the cyclicality of creativity and the different structures that need to be in place in order for us to be supported in every phase of the cycle. 

The structures that support the Creative Summer are not the same that support us through the Creative Winter, and knowing the difference and moving from that knowing, inevitably gives us more space, agency, grounding, potency, and more nourishment as we bring our creations and offerings into the world.

In this episode, I'm sharing with you some key elements I've discovered in the process of bringing ideas into the world. The space of how we currently "create" is unsustainable, and infertile. We aren't really creating, we are producing. This is an invitation to examine the quality of our inner land and how to counter the pull of adrenaline, urgency, result & production with the pulse of juice, steadiness, process & creation.

I have been working on this for weeks and it's finally time to share it with you! 
It feels sooo good to be here, sharing with you more stories, wisdom, and contemplations on what it means to be human, to be here, to be alive.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing with you a tender experience I went through lately. Something that before would have sent me on a shame spiral, but today I've been able to alchemize it into a new story. There is potency in the stories we tell ourselves about our experiences. It's vital to learn how to create more space so we can refine the language and give a different meaning to what happens when we create.

In this episode, I had the delight of meeting Valeria for the first time after months of feeling the cosmic invitation to connect deeper with her, and it turned out to be way beyond MAGICAL! Together we talked about the transition from the maiden to mother archetypes, the BIG vision she is conjuring for the Femmepower Collective, and how this creation has called her into a deeper trust in the process and a reverence for the timing of all things. 

In this episode, I want to share with you the story of my latest trip to Malta and Gozo. I had never thought of these islands as a place to go to, but now I know why I was called. From the ancient temples of Neolithic times, to the layers and layers of patriarchal history, to finding myself in the heart of a preciously held cacao ceremony on the Summer Solstice/ Full Moon... This land planted some powerful seeds in my heart.

In this episode, I'm getting real with you... I have an absolute love-hate relationship with setting goals. Something about it always feels too icky even when it feels promising. I recently came to a powerful insight that helped me refine the language around goals. It's incredible what changing a simple word can do in terms of how we approach our experience. If you are over the new-year hype and you want some grounded and incredibly fun way to open a new cycle this is for you. 

In this episode, we are going to explore the universe of Disney animated movies through the lens of the Gene Keys. I see these stories as feedback loops of our collective consciousness. We create stories and stories shape us. These characters we love are often holographic mirrors of the gifts that are inside of us, inviting us to find ways to express them. We will explore the old paradigm movies and the ones that have come after what I've called a quantum leap in storytelling. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the Magic of these stories from a different level of consciousness.
