Our Salute to Westerns moseys on with the most iconic trilogy of westers: The Man With No Name trilogy (A Fistful of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More, The Good The Bad and the Ugly). They feature Clint Eastwood as the eponymous Man with No Name as he traverses the West, gunning down outlaws, pitting warring families against one another, and searching for buried Confederate gold. The films were all directed by the master auteur of westerns Sergio Leone, and scored impeccably by Ennio Morricone, and have gone to be the finest example of spaghetti westerns in the genre.

The book deals with the terror of communism as shown allegorically through animals taking back a farm from the farmers. The voice actors in the film are quite well known: Patrick Stewart, Kelsey Grammer, Julie Louis-Dreyfus. It's an interesting film that is not for kids, even though it was made by Hallmark and features talking animals. We also spoke with John Stephenson, who directed the film, about what it was like to work with animal performers and animatronics.

The film follows seven friends as they visit one of the friend's aunts for a leisurely summer getaway. The vacation turns into a nightmare as killer cats, a possessed house, and a hungry piano start picking off the friends one by one. It's a straightforward plot but with an execution that is at times hilarious, surreal, and bizarre.
