Colorado Leather Fest was founded in 2015 and is a weekend event “honoring past, current, and future titleholders in a variety of paths” and “building community, having fun, laughing, crying, sharing, learning, and understanding.” There are contests, presenters, classes, vendors, demos, and peak socialization available for kinksters from whatever side of the slash (or not) or wherever they come from! While there are classes and demos on BDSM play skills and techniques, the focus of CLF is on “Leather/BDSM history and culture, a variety of relationship styles and the issues associated with them, and service skills found in Leather and M/s or D/s relationships and culture.” The hosts of The Kinky Tavern will be attending CLF the weekend of May 5th to volunteer, learn, discuss, socialize, network, and just vibe with other kinky people and people of leather!
