Andryanna likes to note that a simple equation to achieve better balance is to subtract unwanted stress and add in more modes of joy and self care. In some cases however, when we look to removing unwanted stress from our lives we come up short as we may not know where to look or how to start. Recognizing the reality that we don't have to be happy all of the time to experience gratitude, Andryanna explains how we can feel our feelings when things are less than great, but we can always come back to gratitude and the things that we can actually grasp on to be happier in the end.
