The Baby, known for his hilarious obsession with Glen Powell, had written a whole dissertation on Powell being the obvious choice for “Sexiest Man Alive” over the newly crowned John Krasinski👑 In his passionate response, The Baby crowns Powell as the JTrain’s first-ever “Sexiest Man Alive.” This leads Jared to declare that the JTrain will now give out its own annual “Sexiest Man Alive” award, a title that Glen Powell proudly holds as the inaugural winner!!! 🏆

Then, the discussion takes a nostalgic look back at past winners, from Mel Gibson to Mark Harmon, as Jared reflects on how the “Sexiest Man Alive” honor has evolved 😂🏆🙌 The conversation closes with musings on how each era had its own definition of sexy, leading Jared to a humorous exploration of who’s made the list over the years.

It's Monday AKA Mailbag Monday 🙌 📩Jared is taking you behind the scenes of the show’s new daily format. Jared explains how he's adjusting his recording schedule to keep pop culture discussions fresh and relevant while also teasing upcoming segments like Ticked Off Tuesday and Chitchat Wednesday with dating expert Logan Ury!

Fresh off a trip from Boca, Jared opens up about his parents' pushy suggestions that he take his dad’s Ozempic—a weight-loss drug—which leads to a deeper reflection on food, body image, and the pressures of success. He candidly shares how trips back home to Florida make him confront personal insecurities about his career, life trajectory, and the tricky dynamics of family expectations. We love the family but sometimes it can be a lot!

He hilariously describes his mom's intense weather concerns and her insistence that his flight would get delayed due to storms. Despite her worries, Jared’s flight went smoothly—until he had an unexpected Uber ride experience. His Uber driver had to urgently stop for a bathroom break, turning a simple ride into a humorous adventure. Jared’s empathy for the driver leads to some great comic moments, from discussing bathroom strategies in NYC to the shared relief they both experience after the driver returns.

Finally, Jared answers listener emails in the Mailbag Monday segment. The first listener, a 34-year-old who has been single for a while, discusses the pros and cons of being alone. Jared goes on to talk about the recent revelations about Jennifer Lopez’s single life after her split from Ben Affleck, with J.Lo candidly opening up about her feelings post-divorce. Jared compares media reactions and adding his own takes on how rumors and narratives spiral in the world of pop culture! From potential Swift-Kelce wedding bells to J.Lo’s reflective stance on independence, Jared’s take on these celebrity topics is both light-hearted and engaging, perfect for a Thursday episode full of page-turning headlines.

He mentions how these celebrities often don’t say anything profound, instead offering common advice, like "put your child first," which Jared finds bland. Jared specifically names Hayley Welch's podcast, saying it’s doing well but feels like a case of “good guest, bad show.” He criticizes the notion that these podcasts promise “real conversations” when, in his view, no groundbreaking discussions happen. The example given is Hayley Welch's rise to podcasting success, starting from a viral catchphrase to now having a top-ranking podcast and even a costume inspired by her catchphrase being sold at Spirit Halloween. 

Jared praises Welch’s business success with her jumpsuit costume line, noting that this venture makes sense given her viral fame. He finds the costume to be fitting for certain demographics, like younger people looking for easy and recognizable Halloween attire. 

The conversation then shifts briefly to Britney Mahomes, where Jared jokes about how her outfit for a Chiefs game resembled Britney Spears’ iconic red leather look. There’s some discussion about public perception of Mahomes, though Jared doesn’t seem to share the disdain others might have for her.

Lastly, Jared touches on a sadder topic—the brewing estate battle following Richard Simmons’ death. His brother, Lenny Simmons, and longtime housekeeper, Teresa Reveles, are in a legal dispute over the estate. It's Ticked Off Tuesday with your host Jared Freid! A special segment of the podcast where Jared encourages listeners to send in their grievances.
