Welcome back to the Hot Mess Medium Show! This is (part 1) of an episode many of my OG listeners have been waiting for. The one where I finally spill a droplet of tea about the evolution of my spirituality and where I stand now, spiritually.

Let this episode be an example of how spirituality is meant to shift and evolve and how your personal relationship with a Higher Power is a personal journey.

It's not a “one-size-fits-all”. Extremes are unhealthy (so I've learned from experience). No one knows the ultimate truth while existing as a human here on planet earth. Which is why it is so important to develop your own intuition! Which, I personally believe, is our own personal connection to the Creator.

I've prefaced sharing my experience in this episode but I want to share this also…

I am sharing my own personal experiences. I am not coming from a space of judgement or knowing it all (because I definitely don't know it all). Something traumatic happened that changed the trajectory of my life and business and although at the time, it was extremely challenging to face and navigate, today I am so eternally grateful to be where and who I am now.

In addition to letting go of certain practices and beliefs, I am ADDING new practices and beliefs as I continue to re-learn more about my Indigenous roots as a First Nation woman.

I know in my heart I will continue to change, grow and evolve spiritually because we are literally Spirit in a body and that is part of living this life. 

I think it's a beautiful thing that we are all so different and we are all just figuring things out for the first time with wobbly legs, you know?

About Minon: My name is Minon(like phenomenon not minion). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with individuals on trauma healing and authenticity. I am passionate about helping others heal so that they can feel fulfilled in life. I love helping all clients feel unstuck and helping them get back in touch with their authentic selves so that they can know their worth. I believe that we are all capable of healing and that we can heal ourselves with the right resources and support. I believe that we each know what we need to heal because the answers are within us. In sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic interventions as well as intuitive healing and mediumship. I show up as authentically as possible for all my clients. I am unfiltered, loving, direct, and compassionate for every client I work with. I have always been an intuitive person but I dismissed my gut feelings and downplayed my needs to make others happy. Over time, I instinctively dimmed myself, my wants and my needs because I was conditioned to believe that they were wrong or too much. I have done my own work through therapy and coaching to reprogram those beliefs. I have worked on finding my voice, being more authentic, and letting my soul shine. Since diving into my own work, I have felt more aligned with myself and more fulfilled in all areas of my life. I have been able to trust myself, take leaps, and receive validation and support.

Wow. This is a big one. For this episode, I got the nudge from Spirit to simply hit record and start talking. This is something I used to do allll the time on my old podcast "Wake Up with Natashia" and I swear, those episodes turned out to be the best ones! They always seemed to resonate/align with my audience/listeners perfectly. So even though part of me wanted the Hot Mess Medium Show to be a bit more planned out and to talk about specific subjects, I had to surrender to this, get vulnerable and trust that it was meant to be...
